Fantastic pizza for DECADES. This was my grandfather's favorite pizza place and they sell more than just pizza! Smallish parking lot that is shared and the neighborhood may not be able to support much parking so go early. Inside dining available, not sure about outdoor dining. We like to get ours to go.

This place is the best. Old school and reminds you of the 90's. The Roma Special is the best pie in town. I can't stand when pizza has too much sauce on it, but they use the perfect amount.

I haven't been here in awhile and my wife had never been. Tried it out and it was great. Service was good. The pizza had alot of meat! We did half combo half meat lover. I didn't much of a feel of the veggies listed but olives it seemed like. However, I have to say, the meats were cooked perfectly - so I couldn't be too made. Will definitely return and try some of their menu items!

Great food and service! The restaurant is on the older side and the neighborhood is a little sketch, but who cares so long as the food is good and it was 😀 I had the Romas Special rigatoni with 1 meatball and 1 sausage. We also got this half pep. half Romas Special pizza. I really enjoyed the minestrone soup and rigatoni with meatball and sausage dishes.

We had a waitress that acted like she didn’t want to be there. We really wished we had the other waitress, even though she didn’t serve us she would still check on us more than the other. I appreciated how the staff making the pizza wear masks The chef salad was nothing special and the ranch was watered down. It could feed 2-3 people. The garlic bread without cheese is very simple and four slices. I do not suggest. We had a white sauce with mushrooms and chicken and it had no flavor. Dominos would have been better. We were glad we brought our own waters because refills took longer than anticipated. Know the tip is included in your bill. The food wasn’t worth the price but we’re hoping we just went on a off day since this place is supposed to be a staple.

For as many people that told me this was the #1 pizza place in Sacramento, I was surely disappointed. The toppings were just thrown on there, like no love was put into the pizza. The cheesey garlic bread (because there was no cheesey garlic sticks) was a lack luster substitute for what I wanted. Sauce was good, but overall, NOPE.

Look they were nice and I'd give them another shot. Its a divey Italian spot. My pasta didn't have enough sauce, and they needed to drain the pasta better as it was incredibly watery. And the garlic bread was all torn up into weird, small chunks with many spots not having garlic and butter so a bit dry without much flavor. Salad was good, and portion size of pasta is nice. Service seemed a bit overwhelmed but its a friendly hole in the wall thats been around for 50 years so I would give them another shot.

I love the pizza but got ROBBED with the garlic cheese bread for $8. It was more like to hot dog buns with melted cheese. That pissed me off so much I may never go back.

The cheese was rubbery and slid right off the slice instead of stretched and there was a little bit of gristle in the sausage. The staff were very pleasant, but I won't be going back to this particular location again

We ordered a pizza with four toppings and somehow it delivered no flavor. I’d rather have a pizza from Round Table. It needed salt and more flavorful sauce. We won’t be back.

Ordered the all meat special and had it delivered. The crust is amazing and also the toppings except the ground meat was not good at all. We ate half at dinner and were contemplating on throwing the other half away until I decided to just remove the ground meat. Once reheated with extra cheese it was OK. This review is meant to be constructive. Perhaps the meat used yesterday was expired? Not sure. The sauce was ok but on certain slices tasted odd. Maybe tainted by the ground meat?

Been coming here over 30 years. Can't call in a pizza on Friday nights anymore, you all want to prioritize the doordash orders and leave people waiting in the bar. I was told 30 mins, I showed up after 30 mins asked my order, was told couple minutes. Waited over 20 before I was asked my order again then they started making it. No good!

Over rated. Visting Sac & was excited to try a well reviewed pizza. My order was missing ranch and was a very cheap quality pizza. Better off with a chain pizza.
