First time here while on a road trip. One of those hole in the wall delicious finds. The meat was good and freshly cooked. It was fun to get a quick authentic tasting wrap.

Since the pandemic started, we've been eating take out food delivered. After a while you get tired of the same thing. But this sandwich place is so good, and consistent, I ordered from here three nights in a row. After I had my gall bladder removed, I can't eat just anything anymore. But I've not had any problems eating here. I love that I can make up my own combination and that it gets made right every time. I also think the prices are more than fair. This is my new go to place for delivery.

Wow!! Debbie, and Alondra were wonderful. I love coming in to see them smiling. So friendly and sincere every time I come in. And not once have I been disappointed by the food. Everything's always fresh and so good!! Definitely worth checking out. Thankyou for the great service!!

Service is excellent. The owners are usually onsite if there are any issues. Don't be afraid to create what YOU want off of the menu. They are very accommodating. Don't forget they also have sweets with Sweet Street.

Yesterday on 7/10/24 around noonish I got a pita delivered. I’ve had pitas there plenty of times and they are always good BUTTTTT this one was AMAZING. Whoever was making my pita I just wanna say I love you lol

This place is always fantastic and a good and fairly healthy meal. My daughter loves the aloha and I love the gyro or souvlaki but today I tried the steak fajita and it was great. I always order the smaller pita and it fills me up. Well I was there again today and not much has changed today including the great taste and quality.

Love pita pit! Great price, friendly ppl, and yummy pitas of course! The best light quick meal. It's not only Mediterranean like one would think, you can make it anyway your like it with your fillings. It's nostalgic for me. I'll be back everytime I'm in town. Love ya pita pit!

The food is always perfect and it’s ready quick. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, and this is the best spot to get a quick and healthy meal. I’ve probably been 15 times in the last 30 days!!

The owners are amazing and pride themselves on providing great service and great food. The first Pita I tried and still get to this day is the Baja Chicken Pita which will always be one of my favorites. I also really like the BBQ chicken bowl, the Hula Teriyaki bowl, and the Ode to Athens bowl. They're offer a lot of menu items and they even have desserts like cookies, brownies and chocolate covered fruit. Make sure to stop by and check this place out if you are in the area.

I can't express how utterly shocked I was to be greeted with such pleasantry. Where as most places the experience is purely transactional, here I truly felt welcome. While I'm not in this area often. I'm sure I will stop in the next time I am.

Always have had a good staff. The owner is great and extremely personable and friendly. The food is very good and fresh. They do not use processed meats in their pitas. The cost is about average these days, $7+ for a pita.

Super friendly employees and good fresh ingredients. Make your own pita or get one of there custom choices, but you can also customize it yourself. They have 2 sizes small and regular. Pitas come in white or wheat and they have a lot of dressings and fresh vegetables to choose from. They have kids pita and combo available. Parking @ the F65 plaza can be tight and packed but they do have some good size parking spots when available.

Love this place. I'd go more often if it was closer to my place. Always a great choice if you're looking for a vegetarian option. Just look out for the extra charges like avocado or some of the spreads.

Fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. Always hits the spot. The only negative is that often the pitas can be a little bit on the small side, so if you have a big appetite don't expect to get full with one. I recommend this place.

This restaurant offers $1.50 off of a pita combo for sac state students. It seems like it would get very confusing if there was a rush. They asked What we anted and what meat. Then we were rung up. It takes awhile to cook the frozen meat before finally being asked what toppings we wanted. It seemed like a long wait for such simple orders. Good pricing and clean.

Lady touched the food and then helped someone on the register. Didn't change gloves and went back to preparing food.

Food tasted great, but I wasn't paying attention when they made my sandwich and realized after it was to late that they didn't ask if I wanted any veggies on my pita. I added avocado and grilled mushrooms, those didn't make there way into the pita either. I also did not get any dressing on my pita, completely dry.

Ordered a Gyro with double meat. Maybe 6 ounces of meat in there. Spinach wadded up filling 60% of the pita, a tablespoons each of diced tomato and cucumber and about a teaspoon of feta cheese. Tzatziki sauce is bland with no zing. If you have never had a Gyro, don't let this place be your first or you'll probably never order another. Tastes nothing like a Gyro.

On my second visit, I planned to get the same I got the first time I tried them which was a falafel pita. Ordered that, waited, got the food a drive back towards home, which isn't in the neighborhood mind you. I started eating it and was super disappointed. Not a falafel in sight. Some other kind of meat or something. Idk... last time I'll be going there. I shouldn't have to hover and watch them make it to make sure it's right smh.

I've been ordering from Pita Pit for several years but I won't be going back. Not because of the food, but because of how the owners talk to and treat their staff. They're incredibly rude and take out their own frustrations and shortcomings on their employees. It's no wonder they have an incredibly high turn over rate of employees.

I come here all the time. The owners know me by first name. I'm sick of coming here to get the wrong pita. My pita consists of 4 ingredients. Some young girl put some nasty sauce on my pita and instead of remaking it like I asked she just scraped it off. I could still taste it. I give up with this location.

First visit was pretty disappointing in terms of portion size. Decided to give it another shot but found the experience even worse. Employees (all 3) were not familiar with the menu and needed to reference the ingredient list for each item. Portion size was once again disappointing for what it cost. Flavor and food quality is pretty disappointing as well.

I order on the phone 2 chiken careers pita yesterday around 8pm I told them my veggies and sauces then I pick it up went home star to eat them my and my husband realize Didnt. Had no sauce at all and no lettuce ... I call them and told them a young girl say I can't do nothing about it really rude its the 2 time they get my order wrong
