Burger Patch

Delicious! This is one of my favorite vegan spots, and I am not a vegan, but my dad is. I enjoy the drinks, and the burgers are so fresh!

I was wowed by the flavors and and savored each bite of the many things I ordered. We ordered charred broccoli, corn ribs, country fried steak burger, spaghetti bolognese and Lion’s mane nuggets. The flavor profile of each dish did not miss, and my very carnivorous friend was shocked to enjoy a meal at a plant based restaurant. Don’t pass this place up.

amazing delicious food and super friendly service, very clean floors also. management very helpful and understanding. highly recommend. 11/28 noon ate here again, excellent burger again however to my surprise, this cashier had zero personality, would just stare at you waiting for you to order while never saying a word, drop off your food and not check back to make sure everything was ok, never removed the number sign off table, service was a disappointment but food was great, i think she is a robot

Hands down one of the better vegan burger joints I've been to. Service was excellent, food was great and the price wasnt as bad as some other vegan places. The service went above and beyond as they had a problem with the juicer but still was able to get me a lemonade concoction that tasted amazing.

It's fantastic Vegan I thought. Buddha fries were fantastic as was the Banh Mi burger. The teas and lemonades were really well made as well. Definitely heading back here. Check the pix.

I had the always amazing Carne Asada Bowl that incorporates the Better Meat Company offering! My 3 nonvegan friends were all very impressed with their lunches and expect to go back again!

We're new to Sacramento and so this was our first visit to Buddha Belly Burger but it won't be our last. I had the Country Fried Steak Burger and it was fantastic plus the fries were done to perfection! Vegan fast food at its finest!

Excellent service from start to finish and delicious food. Was very happy and impressed with the flavors. We had the broccoli cheddar soup, carne asada burger and the fried steak burger but we started with the amazing trumpet mishroom tacos which were outstanding! I love love love that we ended up at this joint and I cannot speak more highly of the food and service!

The food here was excellent! My daughter is vegan, I'm flexitarian and my husband is very hestitate to eat vegan. We ALL really enjoyed our food. The bare French Fries were the best fries we've had in a long time. We had the All American Burger, Mushroom Burger and the Bahn Mi Burger. Would definitely go back again.

AMAZING food. Service was phenomenal as well. Such a relaxing vibe here. The experience and impression of this place is one to remember. Hard to believe this is all vegan food! The servers we had were Malachi and Alex. Alex made a tasteful Fuji Apple lemonade with chia seeds, it was out of this world with flavor. Pictured is the corn ribs, they have a nice smoky taste. Flavor is spot on. The all American burger which was sooo full of flavor and fresh. The other burger we ordered was the carne asada burger. The flavor over all was excellent and had a nice heat to it. 10/10 recommend and most definitely will be back.

The ambience is amazing. Reminds me of larger version of Olivia in LA a bit. Great food! The corn, the fries, and the mushroom burger were all so good! They all got great flavors and I liked the bit of spice tinge to everything.

I’m a meat eater and went out with two of my friends who are not. It was nice to see them light up for having more than just a couple items like they typically do from most restaurants. The food was all tasty, they enjoyed their burgers and I enjoyed my pasta. Totally recommend to those who want to fill up and feel good after.

Food was excellent, great flavoring group of 5 had everyone had great meal, 2 non-vegitarianas really enjoyed the meal too and want to go back. Visited the restaurant last night and was a someone's first night and she did a great job!

We shared fries and a sunshine buddha bowl. The fries were amazing, especially the sauce on top of them. The bowl was just ok, nothing seemed to be seasoned except for the tofu scramble, and it didn't come with a dressing. Not all dishes can be winners and maybe it was just too light of a taste for my palate. I'll definitely be back for the fries again and to try other dishes, especially a burger, which I bet is great. Kind and quick service! And I love the warm lighting, very cozy.

Solid menu with a great variety of options. I got the smoked tofu bowl which was not only delish, but fun to watch unveiled. Tasty drinks, nice service.

A beautiful little burger bar that has lots of plants and friendly staff. Interesting vegan options for burgers.Lots to choose from. We tried a carne asada burger with fries and a starter of deep fried maha mushrooms . You get a nice large plate of deep fried mushrooms, which had a tasty dusting of a spicey salt. And came with a yummy sriracha mayo sauce. They were great texture crunchy and woody mushroom flavor. They were the highlight of our meal. The burger was good but didn't really taste like anything. Soft bun yes however The components of the carne asada, like the cilantro and salsa were the front runners in the taste profile, and overall the vegan patty was lacking flavor in comparison. All of the food is very fresh. It wasnt bad. The staff is quite amiable and its a beautiful clean restaurant. Would I go back? Maybe? I am curious about other items on the menu. If you like a vegan option this is a great choice in the downtown sacramento area.

I ordered the All American Burger with fries and a Mango Black Iced tea. The burger was good, but honestly a little bland. The fries were good, but the tea was great! I liked the vibe, so I will be back and try something else, but I will definitely get the tea again!

The flavors were fine and the portions were reasonable, making it a solid choice if you’re looking for a place with vegan-friendly dishes. 🌱 That said, it does feel a bit pricey for what you get. The quality is good, just not quite at the level that fully justifies the cost. Still, it’s an okay spot—nothing mind-blowing, but decent food if you don’t mind spending a little extra.

we got some takeout for lunch on labour day after looking forward to trying this spot for ages. it was incredibly disappointing! i’m not in the practice of leaving bad reviews, but this restaurant failed on every count, and i honestly feel kind of cheated. the place wasn’t busy whatsoever, but our order took half an hour to arrive - no warning or indication that it would take so long. we specifically asked for lettuce wraps & still got wheat buns. (not worth going back to exchange as we were not going to wait another 30 minutes for a mediocre meal.) there were toothpicks hidden in the patties of our burgers?! husband bit right into one. accompanying fries were subpar due to mediocre texture, seasoning, and they were strangely limp; & the okra tempura was solidly meh (andy nguyen’s has far better). the lion’s mane mushroom nuggets were actually fairly good. the outrageous price is absolutely not reflective of the quality or quantity of the food or service. there is nothing special about the burgers, & the okra portion was particularly offensive, at $16 for a tiny box of badly battered tempura. $9 gets you five or six tiny mushroom nuggets. we won’t be coming back here & wish we hadn’t opted for it at all.
