Opinions de Cinnabon Sacramento
Even though this is not in a ideal location, if you’re in a hurry, but the service and food makes up for all of it
Got a box of large Cinnabons and requested for a large raspberry lemonade only that did not have any. I took a large regular lemonade instead.
The Cinnabon location at Arden Fair Mall is absolutely fantastic. The service was great—quick and friendly. More importantly, the cinnamon rolls were warm and incredibly fresh. The flavor was perfect; they managed to be wonderfully sweet without being overly gooey. The texture and moisture were just right. I loved every single bite and highly recommend stopping here for a treat!

I love going to the cinnabon in Arden because of Orlando. He has very good customer service, beautiful smile, and always had my order right when I order. This young man needs a pay raise or a promotion.
My experience at Cinnabon was great Orlando was very upbeat and helpful he gave me options and also was not more concerned with selling me items best because they were more expensive instead I told him what I needed and he found me a cost efficient option although still not cheap because of course IT IS CINNABON THE BEST, BUT I WAS DEFINITELY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE AND WILL BE RETURNING!!! KEP UP THE GREAT WORK
Been here since growing up in the 90s. Sears may have fallen but this place is a straight banger. The newest little cookie cinnamon roll fusions were so delicious and keeping up with modern competition 😋

The minute you walk through the door you can smell the cinnamon as it bakes through the cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon roll is a pretty big and what I enjoy most about it is the gooey warmth of the frosting and dough and cinnamon as you take each bite. Before you know it you devour the whole thing, it's freaking amazing.
Because this is a treat for me, it gets all 4 of the stars. They are always hot and tasty. The staff is quick and friendly when you get your treats. The line moves so fast you don't have time to get angry. The best thing to do is park in the Nordstrom's garage near sears on the third level. This will put you right where you need to be for Cinnabon.

The smell alone pulls you in. Got a classic roll and it was hot, soft, and smothered in icing just how it should be. Ate it right there standing up because there was no way I was waiting. Staff worked fast even with a line. Always hits.

Haven’t been to Cinnabon in many, many years. I couldn’t decide between the minis or an original. I ended up getting an original bun in hopes to satisfy the nostalgia I’ve been having. Unfortunately, as with most things, Cinnabon is not what it used to be. The servers were nice and friendly, the food looked like it had been sitting out for some time. The Cinnabon was okay and smaller than I remember. Otherwise, comes with napkins, a fork, and knife. Around $8.

I bought a 4pk Classic & saw the cashier grabbed from the "pre-packed" ones. I asked if I could have 4 of the fresh ones & her response was "these are fresh". I asked how fresh & from what time. She literally froze for a minute & said "from today". She couldn't tell me how fresh they were or from what time... Really?? Well I took the pre-packed ones & when I got home we served ourselves & they were HARD. We even microwaved them a few seconds. Never will I buy the "pre-packed" ones!
I agree with other reviewers. My roll was stale and smaller than I always remember them being. Plus they really skimp on the frosting, to the point that it's dry! They really want you to buy extra frosting, and sadly you have to in order to get the classic Cinnabon experience we all remember from back in the day. Dang inflation and corporate greed, man.
Smells great but to pricey for us to stop

staff had good customer service at register, BUT both times I ordered Cinnabon (regular& mini) here..they were hard. they mustve been sitting for hours &/or overcooked. not going here anymore
I guess serving raw dough is the new norm at Cinnabon - Arden. I went a few months ago then again recently. I purchased a classic roll along with a 4-pack to share with friends..... the single classic roll was smaller due to shrinkflation, and sheesh this thing simply wasn't baked all the way through. This was my experience, too, when I went a few months ago. I had hoped that this issue of uncooked dough was specific to the rolls they serve you straight from oven, not the packs...well, I was wrong. The 4-pack also contained rolls with uncooked dough. And when I say uncooked/raw, I mean dough that is uncooked, gummy, chewy, and clearly not baked and looks raw/gummy. As with everything else these days save for a few places/things, you are better off making your own cinnamon rolls at home. For the quality of the rolls I purchased, I wouldn't say that this was worth the $30+ I paid. The crew member who served me was great though, very friendly and professional. Leaving Arden with Cinnabon used to be THE thing back in the day and it's sad to say that CB has definitely lost their edge since.
GIFT CARD USERS BEWARE!!! I used my gift card that I got here, $20 on it. Apparently, whoever was on POS2 at around 1:30 PM today charged me three times, draining my gift card from $20 down to $0.80 because there wasn't a pin that was suppose to come up even though on the card reader it said approved. The woman didn't mention this pin until after the second time I swiped it through the card reader, saying approved once again. She then asked if it was a gift card and then charged me a third time. This gift card wasn't use before, and yet she charged me three times. So to gift card and credit card users, beware of this. Training seems to have gone downhill at this location since February and I would encourage you to look at the card reader. If it says approved, tell them. Or else the novice employees here will be draining not only your gift card but possibly your bank account when you use a credit card. I don't proof of this due to getting one receipt but again, it was a gift card that was never used there before. Beware of the new employees at Cinnabon.

First time trying Cinnabon and You can tell Orlando hates his job with the way he treats customers and his coworkers , noticed he rolled his eyes when the cashier had asked for his help printing my receipt as if it was a huge task. Put him to work in the back of the shop because his people skills are not it. He gives off an “ugh” type of vibe that no needs in 2023. Also , don’t know the regulations but are hair nets and gloves mandatory for people handling food and making bevs ? Because if not they should be !!

The guy at the register was so rude we left. If you don't like your job then don't work there. Customer Service is important when working for a company like Cinnabon. Might want to reevaluate the people you have working the front counter.
1 star because they cant even take bills higher then $20. My total was $53. Hand them $60 & was told they cant take bills over $20. Was kinda disappointed because I was planning to bring for potluck. I guess they don't want my money lol. 🤷
I normally give positive reviews however there are two separate occasions where I felt an urge to post a review. First instance: There was a shorter larger lady working with two other employees yelling at them in a way that was disrespectful and obnoxious. Second instance: The SAME lady has gloves on, and she was handling money, eating food and boxing cinnamon rolls WITHOUT changing her gloves. The other employee was doing the same thing. I expressed how this was unsanitary only to be told "okay" as they handed me my food and continued on with the same pair of gloves. I will be filling a complaint with the health department and I hope Cinnabon changes how they train and hold accountable their employees.
The cashier was so rude she seems to have a problem with us looking at the menu, she went on to let it us know they didn’t open till 10am which I informed her that wasn’t a problem we can wait as we were just looking at the different drinks they have because my kid wanted one, that she seems annoyed and decided to ring us up at 9:55. We were in no hurry and didn’t mind patiently waiting but that seemed to bother her. And don’t get me started on the old expired buns. Never again.
