Thank you for sharing your antique Victorian hitching post base to go with our antique horse head. We are giving it to our horse loving daughter for her birthday.

I contacted them to make some modification to two security gates we had on one of our commercial buildings. After Bruce and Collin were finished they wanted to show off their work, not just show me their work. They were true craftsmen, something that is rare in this world. I'm looking forward to finding a more artistic project for them in the future. I highly recommend them.

Leurinda and her team at Sacramento Iron Works just completed a set of handrails leading up to our chancel area in front of the church altar. The antiqued base matches our existing chandeliers perfectly and the top rails are a beautiful polished brass. To top it all off, in the center of the crosses she designed is a wonderful handblown red medallion. All in all, Sacramento Iron Works provided us with a beautiful addition to the interior of our church that is authentic to our tradition and elegant. We really enjoyed working with them!

Although, we have not made a purchase or requested any work done, Pony gave us lots of helpful information when we are ready to proceed with getting a gate fabricated. It is very refreshing that companies and their employees are courteous and helpful.

Owner's a class act.

The owner Lin is a rude lady. She took forever to give a quote. She didn't itemize details on her quote and refused to update the quote with extra costs that I requested in writing to avoid a dispute in pricing. Beware of businesses that don't give proper quotes like Sacramento Iron Works. She refused to send an updated quote and only wanted to verbally speak about costs. When I asked her to update the quote, she refused to and said "she didn't want to do the job and hung up." Companies who do this to you usually surprise you with extra costs and fees not accounted for. Go to another company who is professional, transparent, and know your city county codes required for your gate or fence installation. She said we don't install work that have permits approved by the fire department which (wasn't my case and I could of had it approved need be). Why would they refuse to not do work approved by fire department? They can't guarantee their work is to code.
