4.5/5 Boba itself was pretty good. Not really flavored much/at all though Classic milk tea was 4/5. Could taste the tea flavor. Service was friendly and fast. Highly recommend downloading the fivestars app! They have bogos on there sometimes.

Their donuts are delicious! The inside is very cozy. It's a very cute spot.

Staff is often very nice and friendly. The drinks are made to specifications and they're glad to replace any drink that was made incorrectly. Basil popcorn chicken is great here. You can spend hours studying here with the light atmosphere and friendly staff.

I ordered through doordash and usually it'll let me review the order and dasher and it didn't pop up this time. LET ME JUST SAY, THE POPCORN CHICKEN BASIL, WHATEVER YOU ALL DO, PLEASE DO NOT EVER CHANGE THE RECIPE. I have always ordered taro milk tea from here and I love the boba and I left my meal prep in the fridge at home so I ordered this off a whim and DUUUUUDEEEE, SOOOOO GOOD. I'm going to try the calamari the next time this situation happens to me. Haha, thank you, this place is awesome,fast and pays attention to details. I order my taro with no ice and my coworker had a mango with ice. No mishaps and speedy. Shout out to whoever was working today around 1:52.

I love this place!! So many options in drinks and foods! So far, I’ve been to this place for nearly 2 years and I have no complaints. The workers are very nice and always smile to me. Their drinks are very good and you can always adjust how much sugar or ice you would like. Their food is very delicious! I normally come here after school with my friends to order and sometimes I even stay longer waiting to be picked up. There are games on the shelf next to the bathroom that everyone is allowed to use. When I become of age, I’m actually planning on applying to work here because I love it so much. I have made many memories here with my friends and family that I will never forget. I would like to thank T4 for giving me the experiences ❤️. As of right now, I have not been to T4 because of the coronavirus. I’ve been making boba at home, but I heard to social distance, T4 is placing your orders from outside and then bringing it out to you. I think that is a great idea to make sure everyone is in a safe environment. 💕💕 For food, I recommend getting popcorn chicken and/ or egg puffs. For a drink, I recommend getting the pearl milk tea. When you order 2 or more toppings for your drink, the size of your drink will immediately size up to a large free of charge!! T4 has also done some parts on trying to leave less waste. They have made steel straws you can buy (not sure if they are still in stock) and I think they knock off 50 cents to your drink order if you bring your own reusable cup 👍.

So good! Too much selection! I wanted to try much more but their drinks were pretty top notch and I'm glad they have the ice and sweetness adjustments but at a cost. While I was there with a group, there was a girl in the back who kept sneezing and I don't think she was containing that very well. Sneeze into your elbow!

I do like this place. And normally put in for group orders for my night shift. I am so bummed that they messed up my latest order. I had ordered a roasted oolong, but got rose milk instead. Had to toss it, which I was sad by. But they make good drink overall.

The chicken was delicious. The egg puff bland and kind of tough to chew. They also forgot our condensed milk on the side. We didnt check our order until we had already driven back home. The drinks were well made as well. The boba pearls were cooked through and a good consistency, well made.

Super yummy drinks, very fresh boba and addictively delicious food. The staff is so sweet and hospitable. The ambiance is fresh and new. It's a fun social environment to hangout. The restaurant provides board and card games for guests to play while enjoying their yummy drinks. One critique: The physical located is a bit rough and the exterior of the building can really use some cleaning. Of course these things are out of the control of the restaurant.

This is a reliable milk tea shop with a fairly wide and standard assortment of drinks and toppings but not as much as some other shops. I think the menu is just big enough to have a good selection without being overwhelming. I'm a fan of the roasted oolong milk tea with boba when I want caffeine and the passion fruit royal tea with coconut jelly when I want minimal caffeine. The boba here is chewy with a hint of sweetness. They can get pretty busy on hot days but you can call in your order ahead of time. Sign up for their rewards and get discounts or bogos regularly.

They have a huge menu of snacks so maybe I’ll try other food items next time!

Drinks were delicious. Customer service not so much. Wasn't very busy, but took 20 minutes to get three drinks, and many other people were served before us. When I asked about milk options the cashier pointed vaguely to a menu and said it should be on there - it wasn't. When we went up to order a fourth drink we were studiously ignored, so we didn't get a fourth one. Other locations are much better, this one just isn’t a good experience.

I came here for the tea eggs, which are surprisingly hard to find outside of China. But, when I finally got them, they were not flavorful and the shells hadn’t been cracked enough for the tea to really soak through. Also, I expected the staff to know what was in the “white boba” but he couldn’t tell me if it was tapioca or another ingredient. I will save you the time and money for ordering it yourself, it is coconut. The boba tea itself was fine. Not too much ice and it was sweetened to my level of request. I would come here again since it’s not overpriced and trendy like some other boba places, would just try some other items next time.

The boba here is nasty. It's only half cooked. Most of it was raw. The drink was okay. Their Uno cards were really old and used, showing their color. I thought these guys just opened? Friendly staff which was good.

Anyone who is interested in a lightly sweetened option, you definitely will NOT find it here. Whether or not that is the market to which this store caters, employees should be sensitive to someone not wanting an overly sweetened boba tea. 30% sweetness is still too sweet for some clients. My husband wanted a jasmine green milk tea with just a touch of sweetness, but not as much as 30%. We requested and offered to pay for a side of honey or packet of sugar and they refused. It's surprising that none of the employees could accomodate such a meager request.

Few weeks back my wife and I ordered via the mobile online order site. All was smooth until when driving to this location to find it had not been made let alone even started (or at least that's what we were told). When my wife questioned the cashier after waiting 20 minutes patiently passed the pick up time given, the employee rolled her eyes and said " well what happened was we gave your order to someone else who left so we are waiting for him to BRING IT BACK TO US". Mind you my wife's order left the store 20-30 minutes prior to her arrival. After the last conversation with the disrespectful employee who should take a course in customer service, said " well I guess we can remake your order" of course with attitude in her body language and voice. Not only just her but the other two employees behind the counter all chimed in with rude words like " you need to be a little more understanding cause we are really busy". The other employee was clearly showing signs of frustration when asked to remake the order she slammed and threw spoons and other items around the sink. Either she can't handle a slightly fast paced work environment or she simply can't be a nice person in this business. The gentleman who originally received the wrong order returned with the item and as you can imagine it was very watered down. Regardless it is not ok to attempt to receive a perishable good to intentionally pass it on to another customer when it has already left the facility. This is food and safety 101. This situation was handled very well via the county of Sacramento department of public health. They were diligent and communicated with my wife before and after the inspection of this location. As for this place they did not handle it well at all. Even when I placed a call to the store. It seemed they knew exactly who I was when just starting to explain the happenings. To the store owner please invest in better more respectful employees that actually enjoy there job. It's ok to work a little harder to keep your store up and running properly.

Ask how much your donuts will be before you select them. They charged me over $1.50 for sprinkles vs a non-sprinkle chocolate raised.

The interior was actually fairly dirty compared to the photos on Google. We went on a weekday afternoon and were the only customers there. We only ordered one milk tea without any modifications or any pearls, yet we waited for an extended period of time (15+ minutes) and one of the employees actually asked us to leave and wait outside in the heat because they were taking too long to fulfill the order and they apparently wanted new customers to be able to wait in line inside instead. I guess the new customers hadn't given a tip yet, so ensuring good service to us did not matter anymore, even though we had had already given a hefty tip. When I finally got my matcha, it tasted awful and I couldn't drink it. I tried to give it to my friend, who agreed that it was terrible and he threw it away after one sip. We ordered from here previously since it's close by, but the flavors are always so-so compared to many other boba places. After having such a bad experience, it's probably best to steer clear from now on. I'd rather go to Tapioca Express or Ding Tea where they're always friendly, with a clean interior, and have quality flavors.

This place is very shady. I ordered 2 orders of 4 piece fried buns and gave me a half a teaspoon of condensed milk for each order. I also ordered Curry Chicken and only one piece of chicken was in my whole order. Don’t go to this T4. The one on Stockton are the best!!!! Never coming here again.

Staff is dry. Didnt know chain doesn't make same drinks the same way if on the menu. Asked for a drink extra sweet and they aren't allowed to do. Mango pineapple tasted like the sweetness was reduced for me even asking. My daughter that tried it said it tasted like water. $6

Long time customer of T4 and I love the drinks and snacks here. Unfortunately lately they have been getting my orders wrong more often. Yesterday I ordered a drink and the sweetness level was made incorrectly. It was way too sweet so I couldn’t drink it, which was really disappointing, especially since I ordered the large size. I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home, and by the time I noticed the store had already closed. Today I called and spoke with the person who made my drink to ask if I could have the correct drink comped. She was very kind and understanding, which I appreciated. However I was disappointed when her manager said they wouldn’t replace the drink. I have always enjoyed coming here, but after this experience I will probably start taking my business elsewhere.
