Very friendly lady at front desk, and very helpful. I’m not very good at the tech stuff for ordering. She was great and patient at helping. The food was great. I ordered Umami Express. 🥦🥕🍲

Around the area is sketchy as hell just lock your door pay attention to your and what's around you and who is approaching you. Other than that it's cool

This place is my secret spot in Sacramento for work lunch. I can't recommend all the food enough!! Ben's fast food was my first try and it was amazing. I have also lost weight eating the healthy bowls for lunch instead of other places. I love Palmita and Eds Neopolitan. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out!!

Fantastic food! There is no dining room, take out only. But that means good portions from amazing chefs at incredible prices. Ordering is easy, use your phone or one of the kiosks in the lobby. Staff are engaged, helpful, and seem excited to be part of a good food revolution! We ordered from 3 of the many chefs available and we were all impressed. I am veg and was impressed by the options available to me. I finally settled on a potato chickpea bowl from Ben's Fast Food, I was certainly not disappointed. It was amazing, and the leftovers were just as delicious, next day. Others choose Italian Brothers pasta and were equally impressed. We love, love, love Sac town Eats!

Once we figured out the kiosk & what it was all about, it's a great concept.And the pizza was wonderful. Even a geriatric can figure out how to get a Fenway pizza for my neighbor!

I tried meat pies from AfroEatz and bowls from Umami Express. Both were fantastic! The beef meat pies (added mild sauce but think I can handle the hot next time) were out of this world. Light and fluffy with juicy meet. Excellent price and portions. The bowls were so fresh and delicious. Very flavorful and great portions too. Very convenient takeout food on your way out of downtown.

So far, I only had the chance to order dumplings from master Yue and boba from boba delight, and we were totally delighted! The other dumpling places we wanted to order from weren’t open yet so we gave it a try. Excellent quality and flavor .We ordered Siu mai, steamed pork and soup dumplings, but the real stars were the shrimp and pea shoot dumplings. I was definitely surprised about this location and can’t wait to try the other restaurants there including Caribbean fire. I didn’t read the atmosphere because this is a ghost kitchen and food pick up spot located in the north downtown area and it’s not exactly known for it’s ambience ;)

Wow! This place is amazing. So many choices and cuisines, the prices are fair and the service is fast and friendly. I tried a bowl from Umami Express and was thrilled with the portion and quality. I will definitely be back. I took on star off atmosphere because while there is a space outside where tables could go, currently there is no option to sit and eat on site. Hopefully that will come in the future.

This is a literal whole in the wall. You order from a kiosk and wait for your name to be called. The neighborhood looks a little rough, in case that's a deal breaker. There is no customer service as it is more of a fast food experience. I ordered the oxtail meal, what I thought were some fries only, a Haitian patty and limón cake. I did not see any ox tail. I believe they are passing ox or turkey kneck for ox tail. The consistency and taste were not there. I had to drain about a cup of oil from the bowl before getting to what they are passing as ox tial. The taste was interesting. A little spice but not quite the traditional ox tail flavors we have in the carribean. Then the rice, for a carribean dish, was dry. Tasted more like Indian rice that carribean. The fries were great but didn't sample anything past that. Highly disappointed with this dish. I thought I would get better or even actual carribean food for the price.
