The Habibi’s Grill is hands down one of the best spots for Middle Eastern food! Their Habibi Fries are a must try. Everything tastes super fresh, the portions are generous, and the prices are really fair. The staff is always friendly and quick, and you can tell they put love into their food. Highly recommend this place.

I loved the Habibi's Grill for a lot reasons. The grill is ran by a father and son and they are very kind and hospitable. The food is amazing and it is right next to school of rock and it has a great atmosphere.

My husband and I shared a combination plate here this afternoon that really hit the spot. Super generous portions, perfectly cooked rice, delicious chicken, the lamb gyro meat we all know and love, a few crisp, satisfying and well-seasoned fries, and (my personal favorite addition) an absolutely beautiful side salad with fresh crunchy lettuce and a surprise favorite addition of banana peppers! Really kind and friendly people here. Stop by!

This is a food truck that uses the parking lot of the old business here. Decided to give them a try and ordered the Habibi platter, which is a delicious combination of chicken, lamb, salad, rice, pita, and a handful of fries. They top it off with a lot of sauce and all for a reasonable price! I got lucky with the timing and was able to walk up and place my order just before others showed up for lunch, so there may be a short wait as your food is prepared. Everything was prepared fresh and the food was delicious. Service was very friendly and relatively quick. There isn't any seating there so be prepared to eat in your car or take it to somewhere you can sit down. Definitely recommend!

Must do in Sacramento…brought my adult kiddos for brunch before catching a movie at Tower Theatre. We enjoyed every bite. I had the mole breakfast dish, the kids had the blackberry pancakes and Thai steak and eggs. They have an abundance of house made condiments like chipotle jam for cornbread. (We gobbled up the food so fast I didn’t get photos). Wish there were more gluten free options for me, but it wouldn’t keep me from coming and bringing folks since it’s such a great overall experience with food and unique ambiance. Sitting outside in the warmer months is very special.

Everything here was absolutely amazing! We had just got into town and found this place and then our friend also recommended it. We were seated right away and brought water promptly. The service was super friendly and is definitely a teamwork kind of place. The atmosphere is so fun and beautiful with so much to look at and talk about. I ordered the Tower Benedict which comes on cornbread. It was almost perfect with thick cut ham, wonderful poached eggs and creamy hollandaise but the cornbread was cold. I saved half and heated the next morning which in my opinion was better. My partner got their Madame Cristo which was probably the best breakfast on the planet! I would absolutely recommend either dish. Potatoes were sub par and can use improvement but still highly recommend this spot!

Really enjoyed our time here. Food was great, server was nice, and the atmosphere is very intriguing. We enjoyed the huevos rancheros, tower garden omelette, and French toast Benedict. We were seated immediately on a Friday morning but it was still relatively busy so food took some time to come out. Otherwise, would highly recommend stopping here for a meal!

This is a staple in the Sacramento landscape. But keep this in mind; prepare ahead of time because there WILL be a wait to get a table. Soak up the atmosphere. Grab a cocktail. Enjoy and take it all in. Once you are seated - then the experience will shoot up through the scales. The food is amazing. Our table of 4 all tried various items - 2 of them at the very helpful recommendation from the service staff. And lastly - whatever you do - do NOT skip out on dessert. They are all delectable and will satisfy your post meal sweet cravings!!

I ordered the Thai Steak and Eggs and it ended up being one of those dishes you keep talking about after the meal. The steak came out tender with this mix of sweet and savory flavors that tasted like ginger, garlic, and maybe some kind of plum sauce. It had a little char on the outside that made every bite feel bold without being heavy. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the yolk running over the steak just pulled everything together. The sauce underneath added this extra layer that tied it all up without drowning the plate. It was balanced and rich but still felt fresh. What stood out most was how thoughtful it felt. Every bite had something going on, whether it was the hint of sweetness in the marinade or the way the yolk mixed with the sauce. Nothing felt out of place. If you are looking for a dish that feels familiar but still has something new to offer, this is one that delivers.

Came here on a Sunday morning and it was packed. Outdoor seating had a 30 min wait, so we grabbed a table indoors. I tried the Tower Garden Omelet and the famous French Toast. The omelet was fine, nothing that stands out, but that French Toast was irresistible. Definitely the thing to order here. The ambiance is very unique. Lots of greenery and walls covered in decor from all over the world. Staff was friendly, chatty, and even helped with the menu. Just come here for the french toast!

This is a wonderful treat to experience, it is like eating in a tropical paradise outside on the patio. Food and service were amazing. Seating is rather close, so prepare to hear your neighbors conversation and they will hear yours. High quality menu choices flavored to perfection.

We came here on a Sunday for brunch around noon. The wait was 90minutes. This is honestly the only place in Sacramento I will wait this long for a table. They do not take reservations unfortunately. The French toast is my favorite and I’ve been coming here for over 10 years just for it. We celebrated our son’s 15th Birthday. It is nice there is a fountain area to wait where the kids can wander around. You can go inside and order drinks before you sit down. One slight thing is there is only two bathrooms - so all morning the line was very long - this line goes down the hallway where the staff is in and out of the kitchen. This is the only downfall (obviously not a reason not to go here) but, definitely don’t wait to go to the bathroom - there may be a line so have patience and be kind! This place is so great! The atmosphere is unmatched and you will like anything you order. @raising4harrisons

I had such a wonderful breakfast at this restaurant! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every bite was flavorful from the perfectly cooked eggs to the fluffy pancakes and freshly brewed coffee. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I am definitely not a breakfast person, but I love coming here for breakfast or brunch whatever you wanna call it. Their menu is so diverse. There were all kinds of cool items to order. My sister and I had a fantastic experience here. From the mocha to the breakfast to the maybe not the smartest idea to eat dessert for breakfast… but the Double Dog Cake is so good!!! So much nostalgia fills this iconic spot. The energy is infectious, lively both inside and out with constant motion as the waitstaff hustles and guests gather, waiting for a table. The decor is eclectic and charming, with years of photos and artwork covering the walls, giving you plenty to take in while you wait. A word of warning: the portions are enormous. Neither of us could finish our meals. We ordered the Caesar salad with added salmon and the Veggie Egg Tower, both delicious and generously sized. Despite how busy it gets, the staff never misses a beat and is always nearby when you need them. Reservations are an absolute must, though keep in mind that even with one, your seating time may not be exact.

Came here for Sunday Brunch and had a large group. Everyone has completely different food and all were pleased. The vibe is eclectic and artsy which totally fits for a cafe next to a vintage theatre.

First time eating at this restaurant. Was super busy because they are very popular. There were 5 of us so took about 15-20 minutes to get seated. It was a very cold day and we're seated outside but it didn't matter because they had plenty of heaters to keep you warm. It has a nice garden like atmosphere for outdoor eating area. Food was good. I had enchiladas. They were a bit spicy for me but I still enjoyed it. Guess they are known for their French toast so I will try that next time. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We only dine outside because we didn’t want to wait at least 40 minutes for inside dining so I can’t say what the inside looks like. The outside is very nice . It was cold but they put out heat lamps . I would say it’s a nice place to take a date. The service is good, the food is decent and worth the price . We went for brunch but I like to go back and try other menu items. Very nice atmosphere . There are plenty of places to park .

Tower Cafe has a very unique and fun atmosphere. This restaurant was on my list as I plotted out places I'd like to try as I make my way up to Tahoe for the weekend. I was surprised to find that there was a wait on a Friday @ Noon but we were given a 15 minute wait but we were seated before that which was nice. The interior of this restaurant is very fun, it feels like a combination of a thrift store & a sacred temple with all the beautiful pieces, art, and floral scattered around the restaurant. As for the menu, it was very hard to choose from because a lot of their items looked good. I went with the "French Connection" and my boyfriend got the "Borracho Burger". I really enjoyed the french toast -- i've never had anything like it. I'm usually someone that prioritizes filling up on protein when i'm getting full, but I prioritized that french toast because it was too good to let it go to waste. As for my boyfriend's meal, he thought his burger was good and that the ingredients were nice & fresh. But the fries were another story - he was disappointed as he asked for them to be crispy. But when the plate made it to our table, it looks almost as if it were fried in bulk and then refried (just look at the picture). Other than the fries -- the hostess, waitress, and service was great. Definitely a place with cool vibes and interesting foods to try - I would love to try their outdoor seating and maybe go there for a lighter meal next time.

I love this place. This time we came in a group of 4 people for brunch. We waited about 20 minutes. We could see a good number of tables available, but they weren’t seating more people. I think because they didn’t have enough waiters. They had indoor and outdoor spaces. This time we sat outside. It felt like a peaceful jungle. We also stepped inside and it was cooler inside and also nicely cluttered with mixed busy decor, but different. The selection of brunch items was not much. The menu seemed full, but when we started reading the description of each item, they all had the same ingredients: eggs and pork! Two of us were vegetarian, and one of us didn’t like eggs! So we were stuck with what to order. Maybe the lunch or dinner menu is better, but we didn’t order from those. I don’t think I want to go again for brunch! I might try going again for another meal at different time of the day. The service was less than regular. The waiters popped in and out very quickly to drop the goods and leave without any personal touch. I must say that I don’t like to have people with extra long beard carrying and serving my food. The beard was dangling a few inches above my food. I have no problem with people with beard, but it would be great if they can cover it while they’re carrying people’s food. I was frantically looking for hair in my food. I also noticed that more than one waiter/busboy with a long beard! I will go again to try to pump up my review with a better experience.

Don't come here unless you want to wait an inordinate amount of time to get your food. I was told 10 minutes for a lamb gyro. 20 minutes later still no food. Just got in my car and drove away. It's been like that the last 3 times I went. What a shame you had to toss the order because you took way too long. Sorry but I'm not waiting around on Broadway while my lunch hour wittles away. Do better.
