Stephanie, the manager, was excellent! My first time at a wingstop and I’ll be back. Stephanie was very kind, helpful and I had to run outside for a minute and she chased me down to bring me my food, plus wrote an encouraging message on my bag. If I’m in the area we’ll definitely be back!
The most amazing people work here. I was having such a rotten day and got my comfort meal to cheer me up and they did not disappoint. Kemcis was so nice, made sure I got the best meal, and even wrote a sweet note on my drink cup. 11 out of 10. They need a raise.

Stephanie gave amazing service, i noticed one flavor of my wings wasn’t flavored extra and i let her know and she immediately fixed that problem! She asked if i wanted the wet or dry rub (extra points for confirming my preference) and made sure everything else in my order was correct. I will definitely be back! I know fast food can be a pain in the you know what but kudos to her for being an angel!

We stopped at this wingstop traveling out of town. They were very pleasant, gave us generous portions, had great drink choices. We plan to stop back by on our way back home.

Ive been coming to this place since highschool, 2007 and onward, workers changed and so did the prep times for orders, it all depends really, everyone has issues but it's no excuse to bring them to work. But I order online most of the time now, so I'm fine. They could use a trash bin here tho.

It's been several years since I had been here. We ordered the 15 piece with fries & veggies. The fries were EXTREMELY SALTY! We couldn't even eat them. The wings were good, but I'll pass on the fries.
Dustin is excellent, he knows the rules of customer service in and out. He attended promptly and offered solutions when the store was moving slow. His manager on the other hand, she wasn’t pleasant. I did not get her name, but she was a white woman of shorter stature. She continuously cut him off while he tried to explain about customer specials that he offered me. Whether the time was appropriate or not, she completely overlooked her employee’s attempt to help me out and caused confusion among both parties. I would not want to eat in the same restaurant with her company. 5/5 Stars for Dustin, you were excellent.

I would avoid coming to this location at all costs. I was served raw chicken. when I went back into the store. I was calm. I whispered that I had raw chicken and the manager. Stephanie’s response to me was. “Well we use a timer. “ She said it with so much attitude and my response to her was “it’s OK. I’m not blaming anyone. I’m just letting you know the chicken is raw.” She rolled her eyes and said “well, You want me to make you another one” I couldn’t believe how much attitude she had right off the bat when I was completely calm and tried to reassure her that I was not upset. She continued to have an attitude and shrug her shoulders, as if I was somehow wrong for wanting a refund for consuming raw chicken. I’m leaving this public review in case management does not reach out to me as needed. Stephanie was The manager on duty on Friday.

We decided to order delivery because we weren’t feeling well. The food arrived very cold and the drink was watered down like it had been sitting out. We didn’t even receive one of the drinks because the driver had dropped it, which we weren’t too upset about, just wished we were offered some kind of replacement or refund. After opening up our food, we found that 2 wings were also missing and the wings were very poorly seasoned. The fried boat felt under filled and we decided to let this slide since we are new to the area and thought maybe the fries were sized differently here. We decided to call the store to mostly explain that we were missing multiple items and upon hearing our grievances, the General Manager speaking to us suggested that we come in for our missing items. Unfortunately because we are sick, this wasn’t an option. He refused to offer even an apology, and eventually hung up on our call. Incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied that I have to give up saying WingStop is my favorite wing restaurant after this terrible experience attempting to get some kind of solution for being charged for multiple items not received and instead getting terrible customer service from higher level management.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION!!!! It literally took 45 minutes for two orders, the food was so gross that my partner spit it out and didn't finish any of it. My wings were dry with parmesan sprinkled on top with sauce at the bottom and they honestly didn't taste right, just off. Not the garlic parmesan like it's supposed to taste. And they also forgot the carrots and celery completely. We were literally about to ask the girl at the front for a refund bc it was taking so long when she walked to the counter with our bag. My partner made a comment about it taking 40+ mins and the reply was that there's only one person working in the back. At least explain that to customers. I wish we'd have just gotten the refund. Zero parking Icing on the cake- I'm getting a feeding tube in the morning, this was my 'last meal' before then. Honestly beyond disappointing
The fries and chicken were overwhelmingly salty, and unfortunately, we couldn't finish them. To make matters worse, the crew wasn't very accommodating when we tried to address the issue. Disappointing experience
Probably the worst Wingstop in Sacramento. Didn't have any soda selection. Waste of money when I got a soda. The worker said my order was "coming up". It took 45 minutes...just tell me to come back next time so I can do other things. Waste of my time. And cherry on top, the restaurant and bathroom were a mess. TLDR this Wingstop is a waste of time and money.
I ordered from door dash and when I received my order the wings were extremely tiny. I was so angry that I went to the store that my dasher had pick them up from and tried to return them to receive more normal sized wings. I was told that the bags of wings they were receiving were just small. I did not receive a refund or even more wings to compensate. My meal was more like a snack, all wings were small.

I just ordered Online from this location, just getting off work, me and my son wanted chicken. The food was overly salted and extremely buttery to the point that it was inedible. My son could not eat it due to the excessive amount of salt and butter, I’m very disappointed and I feel I wasted my money coming here. They are definitely trying to harm or kill someone with the unnecessary amount of seasonings that were used on literally everything including the fries drowned in grease and salt.
If I could give this specific location a zero star I would. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed towards a person door dashing l. The employee which refused to give her name and then threatened to call the sheriff on the dasher was extremely disrespectful and rude. She was the only one working and was clearly overworked and overwhelmed, and then to top it off she threatened to have the dasher banned from dashing I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere

Refusing service for no reason is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!! Go somewhere else they obviously don’t need the money. Black people spend your money where you are appreciated!!!
Worst service that i have ever experienced with any store they will not pickup your call if they do they will put you on hold and never pickup again When you will go in store they will not give any attention to you will talk to each other and laugh i mean this happens me three times so i never ever wanna visit this store again worst service please do not go
