The sweet lady working the front counter today was awesome! 4/14/21 @ 9am was when I was there w my daughter to pick up breakfast. Seemed like a very good friendly crew. Wasn't the same experience there a few months ago. Great job morning crew 👍

My experience with this visit to this Jack in the Box has been mixed so far: they mess up, they're perfect, and so on; however, this visit was one of those perfect experiences. In all fairness, I only ordered a shake, but , realistically, I've been to places that have messed up a shake before. My shake was perfectly thick and tasty, and I also learned that Jack in the Box can combine my two favorite shakes into one, the Oreo shake and the Chocolate shake. This is a delicious and an addicting combination, so order with caution, as you will want more!

Great food, staff is friendly but no matter what time of day the drive through is super slow. ***10.06.22 update*** Super Friendly Staff, Mariana and Eli were awesome! And speed at drive through is100x's faster than before. Changing my review from 3 stars to 5!

Customer service was the best we have ever had at Jack in the box. It was busy, but the drive thru lady was amazing had time to interact with my kids. She was so nice I will try to get her name next time, but she needs to be a manager definitely. She likes her job you can tell and she is a people person. Need more staff like her.

The manager Raneta is absolutely phenomenal! She is always working over and beyond for her employer and her customers. She is so kind and quick with her orders and she absolutely goes over and beyond in everything she does! The food and service just is not the same when she is not there!!! Give this wonderful employee a raise and bonus! Happy Holidays to her and her family!! Jack in the box won the lottery having her there!! 10/10!

Let me start by saying I had an extremely large order. This store has great customer service. The person taking my order didn't get frustrated as the order got longer by the second. They actually took their time to make sure they had understood everything we wanted. Unlike most places, this location separated our order and it was very easy to get everyone their food in a timely manner. Did I mention is was around lunch time!!! Great job.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I just had the BEST experience at the Jack in the Box drive-thru, thanks to Shakay! From the moment I pulled up, her energy was absolutely infectious. She greeted me with a warm smile and such a positive attitude that it instantly brightened my day. Not only was my order taken perfectly, but Shakay also went above and beyond to ensure everything was fresh and correct. She even double-checked my sauces and napkins without me having to ask—a small detail, but it shows she truly cares about customers. Her customer service skills are unmatched, and she handled the line like a total pro, keeping things moving quickly while making everyone feel valued. People like Shakay are rare, and she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to this location! Give this amazing woman a raise because she’s setting the bar for excellence! Awesome prices. Skip McDonalds and Whataburger, unless you like being overcharged. Get the 2 Jack's for 5 bucks. Very well priced for those that don't want to overpay for fast food.

First time visiting a Jack in the Box! Excellent customer service from the moment we pulled up. We were greeted promptly, our order repeated back, and our total given at the speaker. My boys loved the cheeseburgers and curly fries. I got the bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious! Jalapeño poppers were also excellent. At the window, the lady was training someone who was super sweet and did a great job, too. All around a wonderful experience, I would recommend this establishment.

It's hit or miss. Some days you get great, fast service and other days you will be in line for almost 20 minutes for a sandwich. The food is always good for what it is. If you want to try the best burger they have, you have to try the Buttery Jack. That thing doesn't disappoint. If they would work on the time it takes to get through the drive thru window.

Depending on which location you use, it could be fast or slow. But I am gluten intollerant so the sourdough Jack burger is the only burger that I can eat out. And, it is really good! We don't have one where I live so I always get two; one to eat and one to take home for the next day. And the mini tacos are also the bomb. We love "Jack"!!!

We went by through the drive-through Saturday to pick up a quick breakfast as we left an Appointment. It has been ordered do they just seemed a bit rushed, and there wasn't anyone else in line ahead of us or behind us. I did not see what the parking lot look like so I cannot say how the indoor activity was. When we got our food I was a bit disappointed at the lack of care that have been put into making my breakfast supreme in sourdough sandwich. I had high hopes as the last time I stopped at Jack-in-the-Box it appeared that they had taken a step towards taking a little more care and putting the food together. Granted that was in Lake Worth but I had hoped that the one in Saginaw was taking the same approach. Food was to be expected I'm just disappointed in the service and the care that was taken and putting our food together. Update: We went back to give the Saginaw location another chance, but it was worst than the last visit. My wife's tortilla for her wrap was har. And the service was awful. We ordered at the drive thru box and was told a total of $9 something. I ordered a Diet Coke, when I arrived at the window and as told they have only Coke Zero. I said I didn't like Coke Zero and didn't want any drink. She asked if a wanted a regular coke and I declined. Then we were told the total was $9.37, which didn't seem right since we cancelled one drink but we're told rudely the original total was $11.64. Just don't get it. I don't feel we will be back.

8.29.2024--First time at this location. I ordered a drink and one Jack’s Wrap, which was just a simple $3.00 menu item (basically a chicken tender w/sauce, wrapped in a tortilla). The drive-thru line was long and I waited almost 15 minutes just to get to the window. Paid and received my drink. Was asked to go around to the front entrance and wait even longer (about 10 minutes). In total, I had to wait 25 minutes for one simple food item. The young lady who worked the window and brought me my order, was very sweet and courteous. She is the only reason this location is even getting a 3-star and not less.

The wait going through the drive thru is extremely too long, and the service was horrible. I was completely cut off at the speaker, and when I finally got to the window after the long wait, it was opened and then slammed shut in my face before I could say anything. When I finally got my orders, I said Thank you, have a good night and the woman responded, "Yeah."

Review#2 no matter what time I come morning day night full crew half crew 2 man crew they are always so damn slow. I've worked multiple fast food places it's not that damn hard to make some burgers fries tacos wtv it is the customer gets, maybe 12 am understandable but when u have a crew of 4 or 5 n it's not busy u shouldn't take 10 20 mins to make some food. Tried ordering online to pick up in the drive thru. Placed the order and once in line they confirmed my order and told me to go to the second window.... There is only one window. They then took 15 min before telling me to park in the front because they messed up or something, idk because they didn't tell me anything just park. So after waiting out in front of the "FAST FOOD" restaurant for another 10 min I ended up walking in and they were just putting it all in the bag. Also not like I had a huge order 2 burgers, a kids burger, fries and chicken strips. None of these take more than 5 min to make id imagine let alone 25 min total.

I did a Mobil order as pickup. When I got there, there was no line. Even though there was no line I stood there looking at the back of the young lady working the counter for over 7 minutes. She had no urgency and seemed fine with my waiting. The lady in charge said something and I could finally let them know I was there to pick up. There seemed to be no organization and a lot of confusion while my order (that I ordered ahead) was put together.

Legitimately just went through Jack-in-the-Box when I had my order I specified a kids meal and I had my kiddo in the car. I get up to the window and she said a cheeseburger combo. I clarified making sure that it was a kids meal. She says yes in proceeds to hand me an adult small size beverage. I stop her and say hey that’s supposed to be a kid size. She very rudely snapped at me saying that they don’t have kid sizes. I also proceeded to ask her when she handed me the bag if they had any kids bags since it was going to be handed to my child and that is something he does care about. Again proceeded to snap at me fine. It was rung up as a regular meal. I go through the drive-through semi frequently by myself and haven’t had this rude of an experience there before. I did check on the Jack-in-the-Box website. Jack-in-the-Box still does serve kids meals and also submitted a complaint on the website. I understand that people have bad work days but also sometimes just taking a moment to slightly explain and or hear what the customer has to say goes a long way.

Walked in to place a to go order tonight. Stood if front of the counter and no one greeted us or said be right with you , as they were all moving. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they were possibly short staffed but I can't honestly say. We waited for 15 to 20 minutes for my order , which is normally a large order anywhere I go for a family of 7. Longstory short, the French fries were not only cold but had probably been sitting there for sometime. Our order was completely wrong. I know managers respond to these types of review, but you have to wonder if its only for damge control or will they actually train their staff.

I will definitely not buy food from this place again , extremely very slow , we were about 40 minutes in the vehicle waiting for the food ., when we got to the window I realized how dirty it was inside, the employes walking on food and garbage on the floor, really unpleasant. Work for delivery service. Guy working drive thru with glasses is extremely rude and u professional. Went to pick up an order would t hand it to me till physically showed i hit confirm pickup on my phone. Sorry pal you arent the food service and until physically in my possession I will do my job correctly worry about your own. Went on 4/28, places a mobile order for a buttery jack combo, two tacos extra sauce, a 3 piece strips and a medium curly fry. Not only did they serve each guest start to finish one at a time and close the lobby, (I understand being short staffed but still) but they forgot the large fries to my combo, and instead of extra taco sauce on the tacos, i got NO taco sauce. i’ve never really had a problem w jack before, but i’ve seen them more short staffed and busier and they get my order right. C’mon man.

I stopped going here after multiple bad experiences. They take 30mins to serve 2 cars in the drive through. It's not convenient to get food from here. Seems like there are a ton of others that have had the same negative experience. Shame they can't get it together.

Very very slow at 6:30 and the employees look like they don’t care about customers having to wait. After making us wait at the window for 10 min they ask for us to pull around and park at one of their pick up parking spots. 15 minutes pass and I have to walk in to be informed they were still waiting on the curly fries. 7 minutes later they come out with my bags no napkins and no straws for the drinks. 30-40 minute wait for fast food. I will not return.

My old review was 4 stars based off of how hard I saw the employees working when it's busy. This location gets busy at night and they don't seem to care anymore about the term "fast food". Half of them are on their phones when you get to the window. Maybe management should re-evaluate what kind of people they have working here. I'm glad the wait was so long this time because I had the time to contact corporate with everyone's feedback. Hopefully they look into it because obviously local ownership and management disregards all of our feedback.

Do not use their mobile order app! I decided to order Jack in the box (food was good ) and upon arrival they were out of milkshakes. They cannot refund your money and have you call corporate. They did offer for us to come another day and get our shakes.

I pulled up to the drive through at 8:15pm, my order was finally placed at 8:33pm, I was asked to pull up to the front and my order would be brought out. Waited 15min, then called the manager who told me my order would be right out. Watched 10 customers order and leave. Waited until 8:50 went inside where my order was sitting on the side and still not even finished. Cashier gave me attitude and when I said I had been there almost an hour, he said in a rude tone, "what you want me to do!" and handed me my order. When I got home I had and item missing from my order. I only ordered 4 breakfast jack's, 2 tacos and two chicken sandwiches. Didnt think it would take almost an hour. "No sorry ma'am, no explanation" had I not gone in, I guarantee you I never would have got my order. I dont usually write reviews, but that was one of the worst services I've ever recieved at Jack.

Went through drive thru, ordered breakfast meal with Mocha iced coffee, I ended up with just a sandwich no hashbrown and iced boba (which I don't like) and since it was after 10pm I had to sit through the drive thru again just to get a new order. That was 20 minutes I spent in a drive thru after a long day of work.

The lady on the drive thru speaker was cracked out. Overall the place was filthy and low staffed the drive thru took forever when there was only me and other car. I won't be going back. Don't order a fountain soda. Or at least, don't get ice. They never clean it and there's pink slime in it. I walked my kids down there the other day and the doors were locked at 4pm. Drive thru only. Last time we went down, they were closed altogether. This store is a whole mess. If they're not cleaning the ice machine, I assume nothing else is clean. I'm not going to keep trying this place.

Me & my husband come to this location alot. The previous 3 times they've messed up our order & either gave us the wrong items or had missing items. This time though is absolutely horrible in my opinion. My husband ordered $38 worth of food for him, my brother in law & I. My chickens strips tasted & smelled burnt so much so that not even drowing it in sauce could get rid of the burnt taste, my brother in laws chicken strips had one with a bite taken out of it, LITERALLY! My husbands burger was not made correctly & all of our fries were drenched in grease. On top of that they charged us for Lg drinks & fries when we specifically asked for Medium. The manager on duty has always been the same guy & I'm sure he knows who we are at this point already considering we frequent there quite a bit. He has an attitude with my husband every time he speaks to him, talks over who ever is taking the order on the intercom if it is not him thus messing the order up & overall just giving off very distasteful vibes. We will most likely not be going to this location again. I am not picky with my food nor am I oblivious as to how the fast food industry works as I have worked fast food/restaurant my entire life & have been a district manager for 3 stores before so I understand not everything will come out perfect but this was just absolutely unacceptable to me. Please do better as I've seen this location has a 3.6 star rating, I know other locations with 4.5+ star ratings in less fortunate areas. Please retrain your staff or hold your expectations higher!

You have all employees out back playing and not doing anything. Food cold, late. And yes I'm glad I'm bringing this to your attention owner, your response will be "You should always expect hot, fresh food served in a flash." Y'all are trash and nasty. Good luck ordering from this place

Such a bad restaurant. They were really slow and had a rude tone. I ordered a jack spicy and it came with a bacon. A single piece of bacon?!?!? And the food was not made when I order it was an old one

This place is terrible. I ordered on the app to drive through since I had my puppy with me. There were 2 cars in front of me and I was in the drive through for over 30 minutes. Then I asked for a receipt so I could contact about the service. They refused then finally got it. I checked my order and it was wrong. When I told them what was wrong they told me they wanted to check my receipt. Like I guess they didn’t trust it was wrong. Finally got my order after almost 40 minutes of arrival at the location and they would not give me my receipt back. Terrible service and orders always wrong. Not the first time in the past week-but will be my last

The person which was a gentleman took the order he was very rude, nasty and very unprofessional. He didn’t take the order like most people he was rushing you and telling you just come to the window for him to stop be nasty and not get my order right. After getting back to the house, the order was not what I had ordered. I called to the location that I went to and ask to speak with a manager and a young lady answered the phone and when she answered she was laughing so she didn’t say jack in the box right she corrected herself then she asked me what I needed and I told her that I just left with my ordered and it was not correct and that it was a rude nasty gentleman that told the order and I asked to dish with a manager and she repeated to someone what I said and then she just walked away from the phone and you could hear her talking while she just left the line open never putting a manager on the phone. When I hung up and called back they didn’t answer. Staff needs more customer service and they need to act like they want to work. If they are having a bad day. Then don’t go to work. They differently don’t know how to talk to anyone. This type of behavior should make this store lose business.

There’s no way anyone should be waiting 40 minutes for food that was placed online at that. You don’t wait that long at a restaurant. When they ask you to please pull forward just don’t do it. You’ll be waiting 15 minutes or more just for it still not to be done. “We’re making it fresh” …. Really?!

Out of a bunch of different foods, shake machine is never working, there is no way to leave the drive thru, if you go in, you will be stuck. Also the service is so slow, they take 30 minutes to make a single burger. So you will be stuck in the drive thru with no way out for half an hour.

I come here at 12:00 noon to the dining area and apparently it’s closed even though it says on the door that the dining room is open from 06:00 till 10:00

The staff need a lot of help when it comes to customer service. There should be no reason why I had to wait 8 mins to have my order taken. Mind you, there was no line inside or in the drive thru. Then , I'm rushed to get my order taken and not allowed to get my customized order out before I am told, "What else?"

Service is terrible. I actually walked inside to dine in, on a Friday night. The male cashier's attitude was horrible . The place was empty and my family and I were the only ones there . He was rushing us so he could chitchat with his coworkers. My relative keep ordering from the dessert section and he kept saying "we don't have that " "we don't have that" in very annoyed toned of voice. How are we supposed to know they don't have no desserts at all and have no shakes at all ? It's sad how they lack customer service skills. I frequently go there but with that type of service not sure I will go back.

It took me 30 to get to the windows with only 4 cars in drive thru. I get to the window, and the lady asks me to pay $8 for a door dash order, which is paid for already. This is one of the worst restaurants i have been to. The manager needs a new staff. Staff beyond unprofessional. The lady hands me an open bag of food with no sticker seal. WOW...

So I gave this place three stars a while ago and they apologized for not hitting it out of the park. Well, there's not even a good baseball analogy for how bad this place sucks now. I'd say Buckner, but he just messed up once but was still good, this terribleness keeps happening over and over and over. We wanted some chicken sandwiches and once loved the spicy chicken, once. We both ordered one and we couldn't even get through the dry, room temperature, died a thousand deaths under a heating lamp, puck of food that once may have been chicken. It was over dressed and just disgusting and that was two for two. The fries were cold and had also been sitting under that terrible heat lamp. Onion rings were so hard and cold they sounded as if I could hurt someone by hitting them with them. Everything was wrong and you don't actually make anything!! You don't bread the chicken, you don't cut the chicken, you don't cut the fries, you don't cut or bread the onion rings! You don't form the patties, you don't slice the cheese! You take things from bags and put on skillet or in fryer or in some cases in microwave. But that can't even be done right and to order?!? Makes no sense!! You all are two minutes from our house, just in case that excuse might try and arise. Again, two minutes from our house and we will happily use more gas and time to avoid this restaurant. So disappointing because Jack in the Box has some good potential. Side complaint: why bring back the potato wedges for two seconds then take them away?

I could tell the employee hates their job by their demeanor while I was ordering in the drive through, somewhat rude but very unenthusiastic. The food was ok, the hash browns were extremely greasy and the sandwich was just thrown into the box, not even assembled really. It was cheap and quick which is why we go to fast food in the first place I guess. I personally would like some level of customer service even at fast food.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and the fries were cold and dry tased old. Chicken sandwich was also lukewarm and dry. It was pretty bad

Waited on my debit card in the parking lot for 6 min. Drove home to get shoes on so I can go inside to get it. Finally get home and my wife has cold food for mother's day. They gave us buttermilk ranch instead of syrup for the pancakes :| always a problem with this location

I can respect the one order per car, although my coworkers and I have placed two different orders before. However, to place an order and then told you can only take cash is unacceptable. The cashier seemed to be finding any reason as to not provide service.

This has to be one of the worse Jack in the Box location I have been to. I haven't been here in a while because they didn't know how to operate the drive thru. I noticed the drive thru issue seems to have gotten better (I didn't take 30 min) but they didn't know what my order was when I got to the window (there was only 2 cars in front of me). I ordered a sourdough jack, the bread was not toasted so it was all mushy. This place is back on the fecal roster, go there at your own risk.

We stopped by last night. They were out if normal sized tacos but had tiny tacos. I ordered tiny tacos loaded. We also ordered a bacon cheeseburger double patty. I was given 5 maybe 6 tiny tacos and the rest was lettuce. They tasted stale and were not hot. The burger’s cheese was not melted at all because the patty wasn’t fresh and hot. The curly fries were limp and cool. Total waste of money. Oh they were out of ketchup too. Skip this location.

Ordered 2 spicy grilled chicken wraps on jack in the box app they have me crispy chicken. Son went 20 minutes ago ordered 1 spicy grilled chicken wraps again ans they gave me un spicy wraps. They just can't get anything right!

I went tonight and lisa the manager allowed her employee to literally almost complete my order then tell me " It was raining to hard they are not accepting orders" After i was patient got wet and my inside of my car was wet! Worst customer service. Scott WOULD NEVER MAKE AN EXCUSE TO NOT work or take orders. Been going to this location 6 years a local and have seen amazing customer service and watched them work in snow and ice but not tonight it was raining to hard. No lighting no thunder nothing but rain.

30 minutes in drive through with only 2 people in front of me. I ordered a sourdough jack, it's supposed to be grilled, right? Dry as hell. Not the first time at this location. Last time it was tacos, they claimed to be out of lettuce, yet somehow I could have it on the side???? Food is spotty at best, but when I actually go out of my way to get myself something nicer they screw it up.

This location is understaffed with apathetic workers. I went in-restaurant during the evening, and there were maybe 2 employees, and 1 (possibly, due to their uniform) manager doing... something. They saw me standing and waiting and didn't bother to greet or even acknowledge me. I waited for 15 whole minutes before giving up and leaving. I can't review the food because I never got that far. Absolutely USELESS staff, should all be replaced. Will never go here again. Took my business to the Taco Cabana nearby instead, and their customer service was much better.

Rude, unhelpful staff. No one greeted me. The cashier actually turned around and walked away when I walked in. I had to shout my order pickup towards behind the counter because no one was helping. Then a woman who appears to possibly be a manager yells out to her associate for more EGG ROLLS.. also completely ignored me. I canceled the Uber order. What happened to customer service ? This location has ZERO. I was in-store 9/21 at 10:15 AM, Sunday. Please inform correct associated of horrible service. I woman and 2 young males were working. I work as a manager in Retail for over 5+ years... I would hire a new team entirely.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a #1b with no lettuce and told them to add bacon with a large curly fries and large Dr Pepper with an order of tacos. Paid for the order at 4:58pm didn’t get the order till 5:14pm fries were lukewarm burger was cold and they never put the bacon on it. Tacos were cold also!! Tried calling the restaurant to report the problem with my order and phone number doesn’t work so how can you report an issue when you can’t call them???? Wouldn’t recommend should have drove down further to go to Whataburger like I was thinking about doing!!!

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The drive-thru staff was rude and clearly didn’t care — no greeting, no thank you, and an attitude like I was bothering them just by ordering. When I asked a simple question about the menu, I was met with a sigh and silence. Then I got home and saw this disaster of a burger (photo attached). The bun was crushed, the lettuce was limp and falling out, the tomato was hanging off the edge, and it looked like the whole thing had been thrown together in two seconds with zero care. The curly fries were soggy and cold too. If I’m paying for food, the least I expect is decent service and something that looks remotely edible. Jack in the Box really dropped the ball — again. Definitely not going back to this location.

Long lines in drive thru which I'm not complaining as it was rush hour but I was missing a hamburger, fries tasted very old not soft, missing one drink, and instead of nuggets I got jalapeño poppers we cam here before and seems like they always forget something but we understand nobody is perfect but thus last time was terrible and not happy
