From the moment we sat down, the service was exceptional. The Caesar salad and its dressing was crafted tableside with fresh ingredients, adding a personal touch that set the tone. Then came the wood-fired pizza; made with flour freshly imported from Italy; which delivered an authentic, rustic flavor that was simply unforgettable. The pasta samples were equally impressive, each bite bursting with homemade goodness. We haven’t even left our table yet, and we’re already planning our next two visits to this hidden gem.

The outside aesthetics do not match the interior vibes. It’s super cool inside, fancy, and feels like a nice dinner out. but the outside does kind of make it look like an old place. The food is really good. Honestly, if you’re just gonna come here once, you have to get the pasta carbonara, it’s the classic experience. If you come back in the future, then there’s definitely other things you can try I’m sure, but the pasta carbonara is really yummy and it’s cool to see them bring out on the cheese wheel. We also liked the bruschetta. We would come back.

It's always so pleasant to come here. The food is delicious and the service is wonderful. My server last night was Stein, and he makes sure you have a wonderful experience. If you go one day, I recommend the Carbonara. I always order it when I go; you won't be disappointed. 100% recommended. P.S: Sorry about the photo I forgot to take it before to start 🤭

We celebrated our 10-year anniversary here and couldn’t have picked a better place. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was divine, and Stein’s thoughtful service made the evening unforgettable. Every dish felt like a treat, and the whole experience made our celebration extra special. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy more incredible food! 💕

If you’re looking for a home cooked, delicious Italian meal because you’re missing your Nonna… look no further. From the atmosphere to the service (shout out to Katelyn!!) this has been the best Italian restaurant experience of my life. The size of the appetizers are exactly what’s needed for a taste of flavors before the perfectly sized main course. Desserts are equally proportioned so you can leave full and satisfied!! Definitely ask for Katelyn so she can walk you through the menu!!

We have been eating Asian cuisine for the last couple weeks so we decided to go Italian tonight. After doing some research, Sicilia Mia popped up and I read some of their reviews. Nothing but fabulous things were said about this place so of course we had to check it out. Not gonna lie, I was kinda questioning the restaurant when we pulled into the same complex as a grocery store and Great Clips. But when we walked in, I felt like I was transported to another dimension. What a stunning venue. There was romantic live music being played. The lighting was dimmed perfectly which set such an intimate setting. Long stemed wine glasses nicely placed on each table. I can see why the reviews were so positive about this place. It screams romantic. Our reservation was initially at 7. We did arrive at 6:30. The sweet hostesses were accommodating and got us sat at our table shortly after we arrived. Our server came, asked what we would like to drink and we breezed over the dinner menu. We got our sparkling water, a small basket of bread and dips were dropped off and orders were taken. My sister ordered the Signature Cabonara for dinner tonight. I wanted something small so I got Melanzane Alla Parmigiana. It was hard to decide as the menu all looked fabulous. My sister and I enjoyed the scene. The two gentleman singing were fantastic. The music was soft and relaxing. It created such a chill vibe. We worked on the variety of small breads and they were great. I loved the whipped ricotta with the green olives. Creamy, rich and briny from the green olives. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar was clean tasting with the right amount of acidity from the balsamic vinegar. Dinner came out shortly. It was fascinating to watch the gentleman work my sister's Cabonara in the big cheese wheel. You know when he was plating it that it was going to be rich and savory. My Melanzane Alla Parmigiana looked beautiful. All that cheese perfectly placed on top with a delicate basil leaf. I love how ornate my bowl was. It looked too pretty to eat. I did get the first bite of my sister's dish. That cabonara was perfection. The pasta was cooked nicely. The sauce was rich and creamy. You can taste the pancetta even though I didn't get any in my bite. It was fantastic! My dish was just as amazing. The mozzarella on the bottom was melted and gooey. The eggplant was delicious with the tomato sauce. It is an appetizer dish but it was rich and hearty. I should have saved some of my bread to eat some of the sauce with it. Everything was sensational from beginning to the end. I'm happy we got to check this joint out. From the staff to the venue and of course the food, everything about this place is phenomenal! I only have a few more days left in SLC and I'm happy we got to check this lovely restaurant out before I go home. Sicilia Mia is a must go to for amazing Italian cuisine.

Our server Katelyn was absolutely wonderful. So attentive and her knowledge of each dish and the wine menu was great. We had allergies in our group but she was on it. Wonderful meal, we highly recommend.

Exceptional food, drinks and atmosphere that is entirely worth the drive for us as we drive in from Layton. Do yourself a favor, ask for Ethan as your waiter, as he is phenomenal, the rest of the staff are just as great.

Everything about this place is top notch. We came here from Roy, Utah because we seen the huge line at the Italian festival at the Gateway. I decided I wanted to try the cheese wheel pasta. Everything at this place was the absolute best, the water, bread, and all the pasta we ordered. It was steep, but it was worth every penny. I recommend this place if you want to have the best pasta you've ever had.

Fantastic place with fantastic food and a fantastic wait staff! Would recommend the fig pizza and the meatballs very highly and the octopus and butternut squash ravioli were great as well. We will most definitely be back!

Great spot for a special occasion. Came with a big party of 12 (had reservations) and they killed every step of the dinner. Got the carbonara and it was amazing! Next time I’ll get the steak for sure. Kaitlyn our server was on point!

My wife and I were out on a walk when we decided to stop into Sicilia Mia, and it turned out to be one of the best spontaneous decisions we’ve ever made. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Claudio, our server, who completely made the experience unforgettable. He was incredibly fun, charismatic, and passionate about the food—every dish he described sounded like a story, and you could tell he truly loves what he does. The food itself? Absolutely phenomenal. Every bite tasted fresh and full of flavor, and it genuinely felt like we were getting a little taste of Italy right here. We left completely full and completely happy, already talking about when we’ll come back. If you want authentic Italian food served with genuine warmth and personality, ask for Claudio—he’s a gem. We’ll 100% be back!

Katelyn was phenomenal as our waitress. She recommended a great bottle of wine and was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Will be back because of her!

Our waiter was Caue and heme ruined he was only working here for a month, but it was clear he was trained very well!! This is a popular restaurant for a reason, you can’t be unhappy here. My husband and I people watched so many happy families and groups celebrating life

We had the most amazing dinner with live music! Service was excepcional! Ethan did an amazing job from explaining the menu and giving wine recomendations, to carving our steaks and making caesar salads table side. The food omg! i don't have words to describe the depth on the flavors, the quality of ingredients used, everything was so tasty and perfecly cooked. Ill be definitely coming back!

Truthfully this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food was impeccable and every first bite was amazing!! I had the carbonara and my husband had the vodka sauce rigatoni with breaded chicken. The customer service was wonderful and it felt so genuine! Everyone on the team was so considerate and kind. We had Noah as our server and he was so great!! So excited to come back here many more times. Also, I’m hoping to meet Nonna to give her a kiss because the olive oil cake almost made me cry it was so good.

Wow, what a great restaurant. Went for a dinner date. Loved the environment and ambiance, everything was delicious. Their carbonara steals the show. You can ask for any noodle with it, by the way. And they make all their own freaking pasta!! The staff was so enjoyable and attentive. You can tell it’s a great family restaurant that cares about their staff. So affordable for how very fancy it feels, too. They have insanely good looking simple pizzas . It was so fun to watch the pizza maker at the giant pizza oven doing their thing while we dined. I’m definitely going to be ordering my pizzas from here from now on.

Amazing Italian food, awesome service, and unique atmosphere. We especially love this restaurant for special occasions. They've treated us well both when we showed up (clueless) without a reservation, dressed in shorts and flip flops, and when we arrived by appointment and dolled up. Freshly made pasta in skillfully prepared sauces, stuffed zucchini blossoms, canoli and "happy birthday" sung in Italian by the staff for dessert. Special place.

We had such a memorable time at this Italian restaurant! The food was truly exceptional, and we were incredibly impressed with the amazing wine selection. The Isaac beer was also a great find! This was our second time visiting this location. The expertise and guidance provided through the menu and the experience was top notch and the best service I have been provided anywhere. Andi is the server who took us on our journey tonight. I will be asking if he is working when I make a reservation next time. I hope they take reservations anyway. We had no wait and sat outside so that would could be seated immediately. I think it helped the experience. I was able to hear every word Andi shared with us which was a full background into the history of the food he suggested as his favorites. When he was done taking us through each course option I just ordered everything he suggested for the season. Which was light and flavorful. He could not have been more spot on. Unfortunately I can’t repeat the names of the dishes. And I promise you cannot go wrong here with any dish. We will be back here regularly. Thanks again Andi.

A fantastic Italian restaurant with authentic flavors and a cozy ambiance. The pasta is fresh, the sauces are rich, and the pizza has the perfect crispy crust. Excellent service and a great wine selection complete the experience. Highly recommend for a true taste of Italy!

This is our second time back and we loved every single dish we ordered. Our server Ethan was great and was very attentive to our table. Best pasta in SLC and we will be back for other celebrations!

The atmosphere and food here were great! We came in for dinner and the service was quick. We started with the meatballs and octopus appetizers and they were awesome. They had good flavor and we loved them. For entrees we had a gnocchi dish and a risotto dish. The gnocchi dish tasted great and was very filling. The risotto was a bit underwhelming for the price of it but it was still tasty. The tiramisu for dessert was good as well. Overall, we had a great experience here.

Had so much fun with our waiter Cave!! The food was amazing!! You have to get the best lemon cake from sweet Margrita!

We’ve been going to Sicilia Mia and Antica for years, almost weekly, the food, staff and atmosphere is top notch!! We are big foodies and this is our go to, whether we are in the mood for seafood, a great steak, pasta, pizza or all 4 this place hit the spot every single time! Truly a gem like none other, we love Claudio!! He makes the experience a 10 star!!

Sicilia Mia is my FAVORITE Italian restaurant in Utah. The service, the food, the atmosphere…. It’s all impeccable! Perfect for date nights, special occasions, etc. Gjin was an incredible waiter, and gave great recommendations. My husband got the vongole and loved it - said it compared to vongole we got in Florence! The gnocchi al formaggio is also to die for!

The food was really good. The service was next-level excellent! I don’t remember what the dessert (pictured) was called but it nearly melted my face off it was so good.

We had an amazing experience at Sicilia Mia. Our server, Natania, was fantastic—very personable, friendly, and spot-on with her drink and food recommendations. The food was incredible. We ordered the carbonara, fish, and chicken, and every dish was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The cocktails were just as impressive and paired great with the meal. Our first visit to this restaurant was such a win! Friends had been raving about it for a while, and now we finally see why. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the whole vibe just felt right. Can’t say we were disappointed at all—it actually exceeded what we were expecting. Already planning our next visit!

So glad we stopped here! We were passing through the area and the atmosphere, vibe, food and staff is AMAZING! Our waiter Noah was amazing! I have eaten at a ton of Italian places across northern Utah and I 100% recommend this one, I will for sure be making the drive to come back!

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere. The food was excellent all around. Highly recommend the Speck and Dates and the Carbonara. The lemon cake is also amazing. The service is wonderful and made the experience complete. Cauê was knowledgeable about the entire menu and was polite and wonderful the entire time.

Came for a work lunch and wished I could have stayed for dinner. The pizza margherita was delicious, fantastic crust and flavor. Clam linguine was also great, with fantastic pasta. Service was fast and place was spotless. Definitely a new go-to.

Overall has the be the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to! Right when we walked in the door we were offered water during our wait to be seated. Our waitress Katelyn went above and beyond with giving my boyfriend and I an overall amazing experience. She even offered us a free dessert due to a wait for our appetizer! I would recommend the parmesan pasta bowl !

We came here tonight to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary, and I honestly can’t stop raving about the experience. From the moment we walked in, every single person we interacted with was welcoming, kind, and genuinely happy to be there. The food was absolutely incredible! Authentic, flavorful. A rare find, a place where the quality of the food matches the vibe. It was warm, cozy, exactly what you want for a special night out. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every employee we encountered was amazing! Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable. This is the kind of place you don’t just visit once, you come back again and again. Highly recommend.

Sicilia Mia has the BEST Italian food in Utah. The vongole is incredible every single time. My wife and I also love the pistachio pasta, the lasagne and the melon and prosciutto appetizer! Caue was an excellent server and we had a great time chatting with him! We recommend this to anyone who will listen!!

Great place with true authentic Italian cuisine. This place compares to all the high end restaurants in NYC or LA but half the price. Very friendly and attentive service. Coming from Alta or Snowbird grab a meal here before you hit the airport. Totally enjoyed the experience and will be back next year.

We came here for my birthday and it was amazing! We got the iconic carbonara pasta in the cheese wheel - delish. The fillet was also amazing. And the meatballs were the best I’ve ever had. The olive oil cake was mouth watering!! Our server Ethan was awesome and treated us fantastically.

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem, especially given its unique location next to a grocery store. The ambiance alone makes it worth the visit. Our server provided exceptional attention. While the food was enjoyable, it did take some time for the food to arrive especially because we had the table side dishes, the signature carbonara fell short due to its overwhelming saltiness—it was so intense that every bite required a generous sip of water. That said, I’m eager to return and explore other pasta options.

This place used to be amazing. Unfortunately the prices have gone up and the food portions and taste has gone down. Several of the pasta dishes were good, but are extremely expensive for the amount, and for what it was. The pizza was very good, but for that price, I know the pie pizza would be a better choice in taste and to fill you up. This used to be one of my favorite places, but not anymore. The ambiance is nice, and very intimate. A good place for a date and as a one time thing.
