First time trying in Utah! Burger and fries were great! Next time I'm not getting a large combo, because there were too many fries for 2 of us to finish! (Not a complaint!) Only thing I didn't like was way too much ice in the drink! 75% ice was ridiculous! Went through the drive-thru though, and I wasn't going to go back to get it fixed! Everything else was great! Prices were very reasonable, and I'll here again in the future!
The people I dealt with were so nice and just trying their best. I have no complaints about anyone in particular, it really was just bad luck. On Thursday I got a drive thru order for my daughter and me. A soda was accidentally spilled on me and in the car. It was replaced. Most of my order was in the bag, however, the jalapeno poppers were not. It was just stressful, especially since I then drove all the way home to Layton. I was supposed to go back for a refund Friday, but Friday morning my daughter got diagnosed with hand, foot, and mouth disease. I have blisters too now and I'm unable to go. I contacted corporate via their website, so hopefully there will be a solution. I can send pictures of the HFMD diagnosis (done Friday) if an email is provided. And pictures of my online receipt.
Fast and efficient, was greeted as well in the drive thru. And they ask if we needed sauce as well. Food was warm and yummy will be coming back again. Good job Jack in the box!

The counter guy was kind of rude. Ask for a water cup and he looked and he said he had none. So I sat down and one of the other employees brought me a water cup and she was not happy with him. All in all everything was fine. The lady that brought me the water cut made up for his mishap. But I'm satisfied with the service.
Food was pretty good. I got a cluck sandwich that was cooked to perfection and perfectly good temperature and well assembled. I got some jalapeno poppers that were great as well. My fountain drink, Coke zero tasted like seltzer water. Guess they need to change the syrup bag. Service was pretty slow. I was in the Drive-Thru and had to wait almost 15 minutes for two cars in front of me. My food was ready instantly and I drove away within 2 minutes after I got to the window.
December 3, 2024 Update to the post: I was around the fifth car in the line. After getting to the window and using the bill it only took just under eleven minutes to get my hamburger! That's a big improvement. , From the time I arrived and was third car in the line until leaving it was 50 minutes. The person on the speaker took my order three times, then he took it twice at the window where I paid. I'mThen the people who hand me the order asked me twice what was my order. The photos show how saturated my bun is from it sitting so long before I got it. I checked the order and it was correct. When I checked the Jumbo Jack it wasn't even warm. It was cold. I had the person at the window give their opinion on the temperature. He said it's cold. He offered them to recook the burger. After 50 minutes waiting I assured him I would be leaving and would have to reheat my burger after arriving home. I would rather have had a warm it even hot whenever I could eat right then. I suggested they move the employee from the loud speaker position and replace the person with another employee. The manager on duty obviously is not on top of what needs to be done to run things more efficiently. Maybe training is needed at this business. The photo shows the mini tacos with extra cheese. It appears to be a skimpy amount of cheese. I questioned if it was extra. The person at the window said it's extra and it usually has much less cheese. Lucky I got the extra. This is the smallest amount of cheese on the mini tacos I have received in four states from Jack-in-the-box

Stopped off for a quick bite, and not too impressive. The food was bland and nothing exciting about it. Got the curly fries which save the meal from a total disappointment. The wrap was ok, fries were ho-hum. No real atmosphere to speak of , just another chow hall with no personality. The servers were real nice and very helpful. Bright spot on a dismal outing. I love Jack in the Box. It's always best to use the mobile app and order ahead. Then pick it up through the drive-through. Unfortunately the last couple times my orders have been messed up. And I understand because this is a busy location. But I would rather wait an extra two minutes to have my order, correct
What has happened to getting a full serving of curly fries? Every time I order them I get a couple of truly curly fries on top and the rest look like they could be pieces of curly fries mixed in with regular fries. I keep trying, but always the same outcome. Good food satisfies late night cravings , but attendants / staff inside is extremely rude and unpleasant. They called the cops on us for staying a few minutes in the lobby to eat while it was freezing outside. This will be our last time at Jack in the box. Bye!

To be clear this is only a review of the iced coffee Boba that I ordered. I was quite unimpressed the size was about the same as most people's small sized drinks while the price was way higher than expected. To make it worse the Boba was hard in the middle and between the ice and Boba there was hardly any coffee! Overall not worth it in my opinion! Price was almost $6.
Food was fine, but the employee taking orders was incredibly incompetent, saying basically everything was out of stock, but then telling the guy right after us it was all in stock. Did the drive thru in the morning for some breakfast. We had to wait for the egg to be cooked which was fresh and nice. Once we got our food, we received sandwiches loaded with salt! I know we live in Salt Lake City but oh my golly! Almost hard to eat! We also got vanilla coffee which tasted like watered down crap coffee with no vanilla what so ever. The hash brown was the greasiest thing I’ve ever eaten oh my gosh it was bad. I took one napkin and squeezed the hash brown and it soaked the napkin and that wasn’t even the half of the grease! Also the drive thru service wasn’t friendly at all. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
I've never been to a Jack In The Box, so I was really excited to try it. My co-workers were raving about how good it was. I placed my order online and my co-worker picked it up. We only work about 10 minutes from the location, so it was disappointing it was stone cold. I ordered a variety of things to try and I was not impressed. First, my order was cold. Second, I was missing a sandwich from my order. Third, the taco only had a scoop of meat on one side and was missing my extra lettuce I asked for. Fourth, my burger was missing my extra pickles and tasted almost exactly like a cold Whopper Jr. Fifth, my $3.00 french fries only had a small handful in it. The container could have fit a decent amount, but I'm lucky if I even got 20 soggy fries. Last, but not least, I tried to call about my missing food and the phone number for the location doesn't even work. I love doing reviews, but the was nothing positive to say about this experience. It wasn't worth it.

I am writing to formally report two deeply concerning experiences at this location. First, during a recent visit as a paying customer, I asked to use the restroom. While inside, an employee was sent to monitor/spy on me to check how long I was taking. This was an extreme invasion of my privacy that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. Second, I recently visited the drive-thru and was met with an unacceptable level of rudeness from the attendant. The way she approached the transaction was unprofessional and lacked basic manners or customer service skills. I value Jack-in-the-Box, but the culture at this specific location is making it impossible to remain a customer. I would appreciate it if this matter was addressed with the local management, and I would like to be notified of how this is being resolved.

I usually love Jack in the Box, and I’m honestly not someone who ever writes reviews… but this experience was bad enough that I feel like I have to say something. Not only was our order completely wrong, but half of the food we paid for was missing. That alone is frustrating, but what really made the experience worse was the customer service. The employee who helped us was extremely rude from the start — no greeting, no effort to be polite, and a very clear attitude the entire time. It felt like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. When your order is already messed up, the last thing you want is to feel brushed off or treated poorly when trying to fix it. We paid for food we didn’t receive and were treated like it didn’t matter. No apology, no effort to make things right, nothing. I’ve had plenty of good experiences here before, which is why this was so disappointing. But between the missing food, incorrect order, and genuinely unpleasant service, this visit completely ruined it for me. I really hope management addresses this, because customers deserve basic respect and to actually receive what they paid for.
Horrible drive through experience. Garrett was impatient with us. We ordered a grilled teriyaki bowl paid for it then after we paid for it he came back to the window with attitude saying there's no more grilled chicken. We couldn't hear him or understand what he said so we asked him to repeat himself and as he did he rolled his eyes at us. We were going to change the order but he rushed us. So no! Garrett sucks at customer service!
I visited this location with my family on New Year’s Day, 2026, around 12:06 PM, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff on duty, including the manager or supervisor, was rude and created an unwelcoming atmosphere from the start. Our family’s order was incorrect multiple times, and instead of addressing the issues professionally, the manager remained unfriendly throughout the entire visit. She openly complained about having to work and stated she should have been with her family. While that may be unfortunate, it is not the customers’ concern. We are paying customers and expect respectful service. The employees appeared far more focused on the drive-thru than on the guests inside the restaurant. There was a clear lack of communication among the team, which showed in the poor service and repeated order mistakes. This location seriously needs better customer service training or new team members who are willing to provide a positive experience. Unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression.
They were so rude. When my husband called out to them because they didn’t add the taco sauce and ranch the guy literally ignored him. If they don’t like their job they shouldn’t work there. They were rude from the start. Terrible jack in the box I’ve ever been to. Last time they gave me some stale cheese sticks that weren’t mozzarella but cheddar cheese and tacos that have been sitting there. I’m never coming here again. They suck!
Food was okay. The person taking the order was rushing us. Food was taking forever and I figured since it was a big order. But the food was cold and dry. My chicken sandwich was hard and it seemed like the patty was just sitting there forever. I got the crispy spicy and they gave me the regular one. I think I rather stick to the In n out across the street.
A 27 minute wait for two tacos (when you're supposed to be a fast food burger place) is nonsense. This is by FAR the worst fast food I've ever been to. The wait was LOOOONG, and then food was absolutely terrible. If it took so long to make why does it taste like it's been sitting for 4 hours?! Every time I have come here, and no matter what I have had it has been such a wild and gross disappointment.
Food is good for a Jack in the Box but lots of frustrations ordering. Typically my wife and I are up late at night/early in the morning and love going out, but every time we go to this location we're always told "Thank you for coming to Jack in the Box we are unable to take orders due to a system reboot. Have a nice day"...we live 10 minutes from this location and choose to make the drive out. McDonald's doesn't have this issue with its mobile app telling you ahead of time which locations are open and which ones are temporarily "unavailable to order" due to reboots. This saves us time and energy knowing which locations are down and which ones will actually take our orders if we drive to them. Jack in the Box does not have this. Random times throughout the night their will be multiple reboots without warning or proper consumer disclosure ahead of time. I've had this happen 4 times in the last few months. Either management needs to get together with Jack in the Box corporate to put up a notice to customers in their app ahead of time that "there will be reboots at X AM to Y AM", or management for the location needs to put out signs visible from the drive thru displaying what approximate times these reboots take place. This way people aren't creating unsafe situations by backing out of drive thru roads. 24/7 isn't 24/7, if its NOT 24/7...
Don’t come here ‼️‼️‼️ I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this Jack in the Box location was frustrating enough to warrant one. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee taking my order had an incredibly rude tone — rushed, dismissive, and as if I was bothering them just by being there. I tried to politely clarify my order a couple of times (nothing complicated — just no mayo on a burger and curly fries instead of regular), but they kept cutting me off mid-sentence and repeating back the wrong thing. When I got to the window, they barely made eye contact and didn’t even acknowledge me when I said hello or asked to double-check my order. I was met with complete silence, and they just shoved the bag at me. Unsurprisingly, when I got home, my order was completely wrong. Mayo all over the burger, and of course, regular fries instead of curly. I wouldn’t have minded so much if someone had just listened in the first place — or at least acted like they cared. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Everyone has bad days, but there's a difference between being busy and being downright disrespectful. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.
