⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had! Stopped by the Subway on 282 W Parrish Ln in Centerville, and I HAVE to give a huge shout-out to Mandy. This woman was an absolute breath of fresh air. She was so sweet, so friendly, and you could tell she genuinely wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She made our sandwiches perfectly and did it all with this happy, uplifting energy that totally made our day. Good customer service is rare anymore, but Mandy nailed it. We’ll definitely be back — thank you, girl, for being such a bright spot today! 🌟

Great service, awesome employees give no attitude at lunchtime! A quick lunch made how I want it! This specific restaurant always has soup! It's hot and delicious and I'll drive out of my way to get here! Mostly because it's the only restaurant that has it; but the employees are always amazing! No matter how busy they are,these daytime ladies here are sweet and have the bestest ever customer service!

Very understaffed. Had to wait pretty long and there was only one other person other than me in the store but the employee was just on her phone calling someone. I didn't bother waiting any longer and left. Seriously should hire better people. 🫤

Online order. At pick up the manager (?) was getting after employees about not reading and following special instructions, when she didn't either. She unwrapped and quartered the sandwich per instruction and then bagged it with the hot sandwich which I requested they be kept separate, also on the receipt notes. I went to eat it for dinner and they didn't include double meat. I went back and they did a remake, but were a little off. Irritated it seemed. I would be annoyed too, having to fix the previous crew's mistakes. Side note for all Subways: Keeping hot and cold sandwiches separate should just be a thing and not a special instruction.

I go to this location at least once a month for lunch. Today they were pretty busy, so I patiently waited for my order. I received sriracha sauce on my wrap, that made it too spicy and couldn’t eat it. I didn’t order sriracha, on that wrap. The chicken was also cold, I haven’t worked for a subway in about a year. But we were always told to heat the chicken up. I’m disappointed.

Ordered on app, was supposed to be ready by 1:20 PM. Went to the store and waited an additional 15 minutes to get the sandwiches. There was only one other customer in line on my arrival. They made the sandwiches and I got my drink. No ice in the ice dispenser. Got home and there’s literally no meat on my subway club sandwich. Just the toppings. This is the most insane lack of care I’ve witnessed in a long time anywhere.

This place just gets worse and worse. Tried to order today and they are out of chicken , steak, ham , etc. Anything i tried to order I was told they were out. So why be open ? If you cant make a simple sandwhich why are you open ? Its ridiculous. Im done trying to eat here. The workers are insanely rude not just to the customer but to each other. My order is always wrong. A guy argued that banana peppers were bell peppers. Like come on dude. He still put banana peppers on my food even after I said im allergic and told me to just pick then off later. I made a formal complaint and they didnt care. If management doesnt care and the owner doesnt care then I don't care to give them my business nor money. Worst experience ever. Ordered a blt and a salad. Both were made wrong and absolutely horrible. There were items in my salad that I'm allergic to and didnt ask for , sandwich was barely cut and items were just placed on top to the point the entire thing was mush. Tried to call in and they picked up the phone , I could hear them in the background and they hung up on me. What horrible service , horrible food and now I have to leave work and rush home to my epi-pen. Not only that but we also wasted $25. On food we cant even eat. Tried to call and get a solution but even the manager cant be bothered. Worst service and experience ever. We wont ever be back.
