Buffalo Wild Wings Go

My family and I got some wings, appetizers and a couple burgers and overall everything was great. The service was phenomenal and the place is very clean. Self seating which is cool. Main meal was very good. Wish there was a little more sauce on the wings but it was good. The buffalo chicken dip was kinda cold so I gave the food 4 instead of 5 stars

Nice and spacious place , good for sports lovers to watch there favorite sport , Thai curry flavored chicken was my favorite and also onion rings , service was great , good place to go with friends and family .Tuesday they have specials which saved lot of $.

The ambiance was like a sports bar, but it wasn't rowdy. A family friendly place also. I went on a Thursday and they had a special deal of buy-one-get-one-free boneless wings with your options of sauce. The waitress that attended to me was lovely and hse had excellent suggestions on what sauces to try on the menu.

Everything was good, the food was delicious and the server was very sweet and friendly. However, I find it strange that all the servers were called for a meeting on a Saturday evening (around 6pm) and made us wait to get the check. There were other people waiting for their food as well. I think that was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was a good experience!

Our server Arletthe was very attentive even though she was working several tables. The other servers were a not attentive or responsive.

We tried the bundle special to go. Total with tip was $42. Everything was good. The wings were fresh, the fries where good. I loved the lemon pepper. The Buffalo was mild but it was still too spicy for me sadly but luckily my husband loved them and I hate some of his. The only reason for the 4 stars is because of the timing. The website said it would take 30 mins. But we arrived almost 20 mins early and our food was already done. So if we had waiting the time than our food probably would have been cold. I hope y’all can fix that. Other than that it would have been 5 stars. Will definitely be coming back again will just arrive a little sooner than the website says to ensure fresh hot wings.

I am a frequent client for buffalo wild wings and every single time we order from this place our celery is always almost spoiled and slimy if it wasn't for this I would've given a higher rating

It really leaves a bad impression. We would have been frequent customers but after a third disappointing experience we never returned.

Food was fast when put in but service was awful. I had to yell ACROSS THE RESTAURANT to ask for service. Didn't check on us often. The skillet cookie dessert was burnt on the outside and not worth it.

Very slow service, they may be nice but don't expect your food hot and ready, or within 30 min, expect to wait over an hour. They also leave tables dirty so they get less customers 🤷🏽‍♀️

The food is great. You know exactly what to expect in terms of taste However, I just don't understand what happened to BWW, it doesn't matter where you go their service is the worst

Service for me has always been great. The kitchen is the weak link. Had to send back mozzarella sticks for being room temperature. Then wings came out like that. Manager really needs to train the kitchen to properly heat the food.

Seat yourself. Group of 4, sat down and no one acknowledged us for 15 minutes. Severe walked a couple to the table next to us. We got up and told him, we’ve been sitting here with no service and you walk people to a table? He laughed.

What restaurant has happy hour when customers are at work or asleep? This one! The place was empty at 6:30 pm. The hour happy menu is from 3-6 pm and 9-11 pm. The guacamole and chip appetizer was disgusting. It had no flavor, and the chips were not warm. The beer was severely overpriced, too. The only positive was that the restaurant is surrounded by television screens.

For my first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings we came with friends our waitress was great so I decided to bring my family. I bragged about the staff and the food/ atmosphere. My kids were excited to go and try the food. So this is how it started we picked out a table and sat down. It took the waitress Gabriela a minute to come over don’t know if she was over worked but she wasn’t as pleasant as the waitress when we last came . She took our drink and app order and when she came back with the appetizers we tried to order more she said no not until we finished the first. That wasn’t how the last waitress treated us. Well I guess I made her day a little worse because I informed the manager. The treatment was even more unbearable. She took longer to get our drinks and food . The manager kept trying to check on us and she would show up as he went to check on our app. She caught up to him and not so discreetly said “ They are trying to order more appetizers “. O and did I mention the not so discreet looks she kept giving us as she passed by ignoring us. My family did not enjoy our family outing. There was only about five tables they were not busy. I appreciate good service this was not one

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Party of two waiting for service over 10 minutes and it’s midday 4:30 pm not busy..3 tables occupied and one customer at the bar. The servers were on their phones and the general manager was in the store also. We ended up walking out.

My family got their food before me and it’s been 40 minutes and my food still isn’t here. I’m hungry, we had no forks or napkins. And tables were dirty

Don’t come here. The servers tip themselves, mind you I left a cash tip. THEN they still had the audacity to tip themselves an extra $20!!!

Made a pick up order ,, decided to stay since the spurs were on, they denied us to eat because it was a pick up order . So y’all can take my money but I can’t sit and eat?

Do you like your wings with feathers still on them? This is the place to go! I ordered some wings for delivery through the website and got them with feathers still on them. We called the store to complain about it and the manager's excuse was that they prepared our order during a really busy time, but that he will address it with the kitchen staff. So, if y'all want some wings during a busy time of the day don't expect quality and be prepared to be pulling feathers yourself in order to finish your meal. Maybe next time I order and I use the 20% I am going going to get. I will be needed to kill the chicken myself (jk never ordering from this location again).

Do not go here for the endless apps. We went, ordered two to begin with, and they took a while to come out. We finished them and ordered more and some food. They brought out our food and we waited over an hour for our second apps. After an hour, they told us our apps didn't come because they prioritized food orders that came through and paused the apps. They asked again which ones we wanted and said they would put them through. We told them the two we wanted and after an additional 30 minutes they came out with only one app. We decided to leave because it had been over two hours at this point, and we only got 3 apps. It's very ridiculous to pause apps for a full hour while you still have tickets for them out and not even give the tables the option to opt out. We shouldn't have to wait an hour and a half for the 2nd round only for it to be a single app. Horrible experience.

Food was terrible. I ordered 40 wings and large fries To-go. The wings were so dry and did not have much flavor. The fries were cold and tasted old. Complete waste of money.

I would have left right then, but I was waiting for a specific time frame, so I went to the bar and was served there. The bartender was fine, but I can’t believe there was literally no table service for so long. I saw servers help 3 other tables, including one that arrived after me, before I was fed up and stood from my seat. There was also an issue where they tried not to honor their happy hour prices that are posted online. I showed them a screenshot (attached here) and they adjusted it, but it felt off in the first place that they tried to charge me extra.

I got to the restaurant around 1:05 and they were already closing at 1am so either they have the hours wrong on their website and google or they decided to close early that night. Also, I’ve never had a takeout restaurant charge a service fee? The only thing I’ll give them is that the carrots were alright

My order came with the wrong flavor and instead of getting new wings they coated them and drenched them with the original sauce I wanted now they’re extremely spicy and I’m unable to eat them. I’ve also waited a while for refills which is not okay while burning your mouth off. I also asked for extra crispy and they didn’t do that for me. I asked them to be re made and she put a lot of extra crispy stickers which I found to be petty. Manager was super sweet and didn’t charge me for the first batch.

They told us they were going to bring them and they never did. We asked our server twice about our order and she said “it was not on her” and also we had to ask for the manager twice. The irony of going to a wings restaurant and not getting the wings ? Lol.
