The food was delicious! Unfortunately the wait time was unbelievable. After an hour of waiting we asked for our food to go. The manager was amazing and apologetic, the waitress was prompt with coffee refills and could not have been sweeter. I felt really bad about whatever the circumstances were in delaying our food. I ate my food later that day, after a funeral I had to attend, and it was absolutely delicious! I hope things change as I do plan on going back :)

Matt was our server and he was very kind and accommodating. So pleasant and has a great sense of humor. If you find yourself at this Dennys you won’t be disappointed

"Built my own" breakfast Slam. Everything cooked extremely skillfully. Fresh fruit add-on really hit the spot -- fresh, cold, perfect. Coffee fabulous as always. Brittany was my server, she is amazing -- timely, courteous, experienced. Totally recommend this Denny's!!

Fantastic waiter very lively and entertaining . The food was cooked to perfection with the scrambled eggs being perfect. The French toast was as good the next morning but unfortunately I didn’t have any of the bacon leftover. Fantastic cook and entertaining counter help all 10’s for this crew.

So much to look at. It was definitely worth the stop. My daughter loves shopping so the gift shop was a hit. She has a great collection of rocks now and a beautiful necklace and bracelet. The people there were so so sweet.

A 5 star Denny's all the way! The menu has something for everyone. Service and back of house really care about you. We have a great time every time. Prices are competitive. You can feed the family. Ask about the specials. The endless pancakes are a hit with our group. You won't leave hungry.

Quick and friendly service. We ordered pick-up since our hotel was in the same plaza. The food was ready and bagged up when I got there, making for a safe and pleasant experience. The food was all delicious and hot, and the special requests I made were followed. They included silverware, nice napkins, and all the condiments in the bag. Yay!

I came here because i came to see a boxing match at the Marriott pyramid. The food was amazing here. You can choose from everything, there is so much and everything tastes so good.. On our table we had breakfast, fried eggs bacon hash browns pancakes maple syrup, Cesar salad. Fried chicken it was all so yummy and delicious. In the evening the next day we had nachos and tacos or some hispanic names i cant remember but it was all good. I wish i had taken some photos but instead im going to leave one of the boxing event we were at as the staff went to.

What a pleasant surprise! This Denny's was clean friendly smiling service! My order looked just like it did on the menu which rarely ever happens. Everything tasted good my coffee always stayed topped off and my server Gabby was exceptional. Even with as busy as she was she maintained a calm collected confidence and moved with experience and grace. I hope other customers leave five star reviews for this wonderful server. And also one of the better kept Denny's in the nation!

I absolutely love that is couriers get a spot here! Half the time I have no clue what the pick up procedure is. It's never correct in app. The employees were friendly and as quick as the food would cook. I did not have my own order to eat, but my customers orders smelled great!

Most Denny’s that we eat at during our trips are usually fair to good. The Denny’s off of San Antonio Dr. in Albuquerque was one of the best ones that we have been to. The entire staff was friendly, cheerful, and worked together as a team. Our waitress was attentive and spot on with her service. The food look like it had come out of a high end restaurant. It was cooked perfectly, plated beautifully, and tasted delicious. You could tell the chef that day really put their heart and love into the food. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area to stop by for breakfast.

First we decided to go to Cracker Barrel but they were busy and we had a 45 minute wait and it was my wife 48th birthday so we were hungry so we went across the street this is the second time I'd be in a Denny's and our waitress I can't remember her name but she was above and beyond treating us like we were her family came back almost 8 or 9 times to check and see if we were okay to refill our drinks. The food was good, the mango lemonade quenched my thirst. Over all it was a wonderful experience

We had gone to one Dennys on Rio bravo and waited 15 minutes until we left and no one acknowledged us so we left and we came to this one on San Antonio and they were amazing and our server Cheryl was great and made sure everything was good after we told her about our experience.

I enjoyed my stay here. The waiter seemed to be alone handling the entire front of the restaurant, delivering pickups, collecting payments, and waiting tables. He did OK. I enjoyed a steak. It was properly cooked to order. The entire meal was great. Veggies properly cooked, mashed potatoes smooth, bread toasted, not burnt. He didn't stir my strawberry lemonade, but put a tall spoon in for me to do it. That worked. I was offered another drink with 2 inches left in my cup, and given water too when asked. Really a good experience overall. I was there alone, and it seemed everyone was happy but one couple who said their meal took too long and he took care of the front before them, but he checked on the meal and it was in the process of being plated. It came out a minute later, was steaming hot, and they thanked him on the way out. Good job running the place. 3 other employees showed up for the dinner rush before I left, and it was full soon. This is a well managed place. Eat here when you're in the mood for Dennys.

Billy was amazing today. She was always smiling and gave great great great service. This was by far the best denny's I've been in. Pancakes were fluffy and tasted great!! My over easy eggs were perfect. The ham was awesome. Very clean place with a wonderful staff. Love Billy. Ask her her, she will give you great service with a smile. Don't forget to order a Moons over My hammy.. with onion rings! They were awesome also!! The new GM stopped by and made sure everything was great. I think his name was Angel.

We've been in Albuquerque a short time, been to many restaurants, Dennys was by far the best place to eat. The service was awesome, the staff was fantastic. Would be nice if the rest of Albuquerque was as kind and friendly.

On Sunday during my family visit at dennys. We were welcomed by a young bright server by the name of Jonell. She accompanied my little family, took very good care of us. We noticed she was the only server at the time of our visit. Being the only server in a busy restaurant on a Sunday is never easy. Jonell took the time to assure my family that our orders or anything we need she will get to us the fastest she can. As a server she went above and beyond to serve each and every guest to the best of her knowledge. She made welcoming be welcome. We will return soon and we hope to get Jonell as our server. GREAT EXPERIENCE AT DENNYS!!! Wow - the spaghetti and meat balls are back! The portion was generous and came with a tasty side of garlic bread. I'm also really happy to see that the spaghetti is now offered on the Jr. Menu, my kids love it. Which makes this location an even better choice for family dining, Also the new Rudolf everyday value slam was a tasty hit. The staff was super friendly and help me sign up for the Dennys Rewards, right on the spot. Shout-out to Daniella who was super friendly. We miss you at our dennys location in Gallup. This location is clean, convenient and easy to find right off the interstate. Oh, also the salted caramel iced coffee was delicious. Highly recommend stopping at this dennys. I will definitely be back, everything was awesome.

Today’s wonderful food presentation! JR was the manager on duty. First a great environment. Staff was having a good time taking care of the business. Billy as always was all smiles. Mario was spot on with service!! Food was amazing. Pancakes were perfect. Eggs were perfectly sunny side up. Hot crispy onion rings were the best part actually. Well bacon was hot and crispy. I love it when I can get delicious bacon. The maple syrup at the table was delicious. The bottle poured perfectly. Moons over My Hammy sandwich was great. Also have a Moons over My Hammy omelette. Try that as well! Hashbowns were crispy. Fruit was fresh and very sweet!! The pumpkin pancakes were eaten quickly. The lumberjack Slam will make anyone happy and smile!!! Thank you Mario and Jr!!!

Mario that's who! Then right after my wife found out she way pregnant and went into instant labor and again guess who delivered my son??? MARIO N that's who!! Now I have a 3 year old son named Mario N Sanchez. Great name for a great guy. This man deserves a raise. Kicking butt delivering babies saving lives and taking names. The food was really yummy which is pictured below, the cream in the crepes was sweet and the fruit was fresh. The music was a bit old school but nice like a Sunday brunch and the service took a bit since there was only one server but that's not his fault. Love the fact that kids can eat free so it's good for the kiddos as long as you go at certain and certain days.

Denny's is consistently great. The only caveat: either the server or cook didn't note that I wanted crispy bacon. Other than that, it was very good!

I'm usually not thrilled to go to Denny's but this one was a pleasant experience. The staff was quick to help, the interior looked to have been recently updated, the food was good, and the restaurant was clean. Plus there was the bonus that it was localized with a bit photo from Sandia Peak. It was a nice place to visit and talk to friends. Worth the visit.

This Denny's is a hidden oasis for the weary traveller. It was quiet and calm for a Friday late lunch with wonderful old black and white pictures of Albuquerque. The big one on the back wall between the kit hen and the restrooms is fantastic.The service was ok, as we had to wait for someone to notice us to pay. We have always have a great experience with the staff in this restaurant. They are polite and attentive. The restroom could use some more attention and refills in the soap. Overall a great place to dine.

Pretty dated restaurant in general. The kitchen was very slow. Seemed the place was quite understaffed.

We waited about 15 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. No worries, it was a bit busy, but it was another elderly couple and then us, so some acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Ordering was easy,and receiving the food took a bit, but again, it was busy. If you want good food you have to wait. The food turned out great and worth the wait, in my opinion. The workers just need some help.

I’ve had very different experiences depending on the time of day at Denny’s. Morning service is excellent—wonderful food and wonderful service. The staff in the mornings are friendly, professional, and make this location worth visiting. At night, however, the experience is not the same. The female manager with a tattoo on her face is rude and unprofessional, which negatively impacts the visit. I would definitely recommend this Denny’s for morning service, as that’s when the food and customer service are at their best.

Me and my husband had a went to eat at this restaurant earlier yesterday morning/afternoon, Food came out slow but was nice and hot but me and my husband had absolutely horrible service by our server Jonell manager was so kind to fix it and apologized about everything but one thing that absolutely shocked me was Jonell our server talking about her manager to a customer but couldn’t check on her other customers. I thought it was absolutely disgusting behavior and I’d love the opportunity to reach out to a corporate number to complain. Over all experience was just OKAY do better dennys we love coming to eat here!

Not at all diabetic friendly whatsoever. Our waitress, Briana said the only other side you can get is more potatoes. No other options... no beans, no fruit, no veggies.

So disappointed after a long, difficult car trip. Omlete with sautéed vegetables and hash browns swimming in grease that tasted like the grill hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Inedible. Part of takeout order missing. The only good aspect of my first/last visit to this Denny’s was the friendliness of the staff.

This was the Denny’s I always chose to come to before any other in Albuquerque. I’m sad to say that in the last few visits, it has gone downhill significantly. I showed up Sunday noon-ish with my niece & nephews as I wanted to treat them to breakfast before spending the day together as I don’t often get to, due to a busy work schedule. Upon arriving, one of the front doors was shattered so we walked around to use the other one, no big deal being that it’s Albuquerque. However, once inside, I was completely turned off to not be greeted by either worker at the front. One of them, a busser/server, it seemed like with shaggy, outgrown hair, looked at us and walked away without saying a word. Nobody came to help us for about 10 minutes. Not even to let us know someone would be with us shortly. So I started to look around & was even more put off by the environment they had people dining in. There were not one, not two, not even 3 but 6 dirty tables that had not been cleared. Full of dirty dishes all over. Mind you, we are the only people waiting at this point & nobody is anywhere to be seen. I strongly contemplated leaving but my niece and nephews were set on pancakes & we had already driven across town to eat here. Shortly after, more parties start arriving and FINALLY workers start bussing tables. The busser mentioned earlier, the boy with shaggy hair, walks up to a table, grabs the cash tip from it & as he’s about to WALK AWAY without clearing it, he sees me staring at him. So he turns around and grabs just a couple plates from it and leaves. He never returned to finish cleaning the table. Instead, he starts making rounds at other tables as if to beat other bussers to the tips meanwhile a lady busser came out to finish whatever he didn’t. The lady busser I’m mentioning ended up being our waitress. She was amazing & is truly the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Once seated, the service was great & the food was also good. But the experience as a whole has definitely put me off from ever returning to this location as it felt pretty mediocre. The busser with shaggy hair left such a bad taste in my mouth as far as tipping cash. I didn’t even feel safe tipping cash out of fear that my server, who worked for it, wouldn’t get it, so we just tipped on the card. Some time management & customer service training would probably improve the atmosphere significantly. Won’t be back to see it though. Just hoping they really take these reviews into consideration.

Manager sat down talking to his friends and did wait on customers. Waitress did it all and still service the tables. People waited to paid their bills. Manager finally came. Ladies bathroom needs repair. This is the 3rd time we been there and I can't believe how much it went down.

Hostile manager and charged me for something I did not order made me pay for it regardless, will not go again she sat there with a mean mug on her face staring at me and my family eating but sergio the cook was amazing.

The staff is great and the menu is comprehensive. Unfortunately the location falls short. The location was closed the night before, and their location is very dirty and needs pest control. Two cockroaches were spotted. The customers were a motley crew with one even dashing out on her bill the being escorted back to pay. Extremely let down. I doubt I will ever return to this American staple of diners.

Waitress/host was very unprofessional, brought the wrong food a couple of times. Not a single drink refill offered. She stayed in the back most of the time talking to the cooks. The cooks need to learn about steaks, ordered medium, got medium rare. Food was bland and pretty tasteless. Definitely better Dennys restaurants out there.

Did not end up eating here. Understaffed and hardly anyone in the dining room. Waited almost 10 minutes with plenty of empty booths and tables. No sounds from the kitchen at all. We decided to eat elsewhere since it seemed there weren't enough people to properly run the restaurant.

Maybe we came on an off night? Total of 4 patrons in the restaurant including us. My Double cheeseburger came with 3 end slices of tomato on it. Who puts end slices of a tomato on anything? Asked for a side of mayo and what I got was translucent and looked like it had been sitting out Two days. Waitress dropped our food off and never came back to check on us.

Breakfast at 9:30 on feb. 26. 4 people. Food took forever to come and was not hot by that time. Got the order wrong one othe member of our party. Food didnt all come at once. Server was attentive at first then seemed to lose interest. Had to flag her down for more coffee and ask fr other things. Not going back to this Dennys. ( on San Antonio in Albuquerque)

Very cold temperature in the building I was told their maintenance guy was working on it as we were leaving. Wish i had known because we would have chose elsewhere for breakfast. It took awhile for the food, was told that the system crashed and they had just got it fixed. Manager was seating someone and told them it would be at least 30 min to get their food. Our server Angelica was great Waffle was dry and stiff Eggs and meat were cold Would not recommend this location on San Antonio Drive

I eat here every time I pass through and stay nearby. It's usually pretty reliabl, and I've never had a bad breakfast. Today the place was empty at8 amm. That's different. We ordered the 55+ with an extra egg and a side of green chile. We were the only people there. Literally. The food came out in maybe 2 minutes. That was fast. No wonder. The eggs were barely cooked, and the potatoes were browned on a corne and raw. Still stone cold and raw. To eliminate any reaction from a cook, I asked to have some cooked potatoes. Ten minutes later, we got them. Cooked, but not any crisp. Was that a microwave hash brown? I don't know, but it was a disjointed meal, with nothing good except the toast. The manager was busy assembling something across the room and never flinched an inch. What happened to this place. I'll give it another chance in 3 months. I'll post again, good or bad.

Holy christ what happened to Denny's, I just paid almost 30 bucks for raw hash browns, cold sausage and bacon, and crepes that looked like they poured cherry kool-aid on them, Absolutely Disgusting, couldn't even bring myself to talk to the manager because I'd probably be extremely Disrespectful. Will not be eating here again and will discourage anyone else from eating there too.

Been going to village inn for years, the experience at Denny's today is the exact reason why. Reserved a table and showed on time, yes we were with a large group, twenty people. Understandable sit ourselves as the main table of kids are taken care of. Four separate times the waiter who didn't have a name tag said he would get to us, he got the drinks and food orders from all other tables but ours. We were ignored every chance I would try to get his attention. I even had to give the menu to the other waiter, cause at that point we had been there for 45 minutes. In total we waited an hour and a half and got no waiter to get what we ordered. I had my kid get her food to go so we could just leave. Thanks for waisting my time

Server took awhile before he sat us, gave me old coffee, asked for A1 and lid was not on and when I went to shake the bottle I got it all over my light yellow shirt, he kept disappearing to watch TV or talk to cook on other side of restaurant.

Ordered through the Denny's app at 1am, and when I arrived at 1:30am (right when it said my order would be ready), I found a note on the door saying the restaurant was closed for maintenance and would reopen at 6am. Wasting my hour lunch break. Fine, I thought, because my 12-hour shift would end around then, and I could just pick up my food later. But when I came back I was still left waiting for over an hour with no sign of anyone opening the restaurant. No updates. No apology. Just a manager who told me he was waiting for staff to arrive when I called but that he couldn’t issue a refund and that I should try to get one through the app. I wasted more time trying to figure out how to get a refund through the app and still couldn’t find a way to resolve the issue. I understand that staffing issues and maintenance can happen, but the complete lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. The app shouldn’t have allowed me to order or take my money if they weren’t actually open. The note on the door was misleading, and there was no effort to make this right on-site. I stayed for over an hour and never got my food, but this whole experience was a massive waste of my time and energy and money. I demand compensation.

Had went in for a pickup order, saw the food sitting there in the back and the app said it was ready for pickup. I was waiting there for 6 minutes for someone to help me, before they asked what i had, proceeded to go to the back and not come back, 5 minutes go by another lady comes and asks if i’ve been helped, and then asked my name so i told her, and she proceeded to not check the food sitting there, I was waiting for another 15 minutes until i said something about the food sitting there then i finally got it and it was cold. Do better

I ordered and didn't receive half my items. No pancakes no French toast no crepes. My husband had to go all the way back for everything which made all the food cold. I called over and over and couldn't even get someone to answer. Absolutely ridiculous! Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this Dennys.

The young man that was are waiter was nice but when I received my food there was a bug crawling on my plate. Thats a HELL NAW from me. I told them I wasnt paying for it or eating it they took that item off my bill but honestly the whole meal should have been comped gross.

Placed an order for pickup. Went to pick up 45 minutes later and was told they weren't doing pick up orders because there were too many orders coming in. That's fine and all, but maybe you should call people and let them know or turn off the feature for pick up orders. The staff at front said, "I think they will refund you". They better refund me the nearly $100 that was charged to my card as I will be disputing the charge if they don't. Be better at communicating with your customers in the future.

Time is 1:20am came in after getting off work. Waited for someone to take my order to go but no one was around. I shouted for someone in the back cause I can hear someone. But got no response, I waited about 40 more minutes but no one showed up. Another family was waiting before I walked in and they ended up leave due to no one helping them.

I’m visiting from out of town and I got an omelette with hash browns and pancakes. The pancakes were good but the omelette and hash browns were awful and tasted wrong somehow. I normally always finish every last bite of this meal I’ve gotten at many Denny’s across the country but I didn’t even finish it this time. My instincts were correct because the day after I ate this I’ve been on the toilet all day with terrible diarrhea. Something was not right with this food last night.

Me and my family of 4 went to the deny's on San Antonio there was a table of 4 that were getting served and there was another man eating there as far as we could see we walked in around 5:15 p.m the sign says wait to be seated the hostes seen when we came in she was serving her table of 4 there food we waited for 12 minutes and then left she was gonna continue to ignore us so we left we have never have this happen to us so we went to Village Inn

Crazy...we were put on a wait because the staff had to eat. I get we need breaks. But to stop service because you need to go on break is wild. Y'all need to figure it out. Never in my life ive been told to wait over 30 minutes to wait for the cook to finish eating.

Was only about 3 other tables when we came in at 830amish (3)sat down wait about 15 mins for our drinks while waiters kept walking by had to wave one down. Ordered got our food and she forgot about us..

This Denny's was overall pretty gross. The waitress was nice...very quiet, but she was okay otherwise. The food was pretty blah for a Denny's...egg was not over easy like I asked and ham steak was really dry. Coffee tasted watered down and dirty. Bathroom was one of the grossest bathrooms I have seen in awhile. Stopped here because nothing else was open as early as it was while traveling, so made do, but wouldn't choose this place if anything else would've been an option, which is disappointing because Denny's is usually a reliable staple for us.

Server was extremely rude, rushing and evasive. Someone like that shouldn’t work there especially when people are trying to be nice to her. Don’t know her name but she was the worst server, charged us for pancakes and we never got any only for another worker there to kindly remove the pancakes from the bill for us.

24 hours my ass! Wouldn’t let us order so they could take their lunch break at 3:00 am. I’m all for taking your break, but to close an entire 24 hour restaurant with multiple people on staff is ridiculous.

Came to this Denny's on 8/29/25 around 10:55pm and waited for anyone to come and take my order unfortunately NO ONE came I was waiting for about 20 minutes no waitress/waiter came there was a lazy waitress just standing in the back doing absolutely nothing she didn't even have the decency to help me or even acknowledge me she was AWFUL this place is HORRIBLE. Very bad customer service this Denny's SUCKS🤮

absolutely ridiculous i will not be coming again the manager sat there and with a judgement look on her face and charged us for a item we did not order. when we asked her about it she basically told us to deal with it. not sure what her name was, she had black hair and tattoos. the cook sergio was amazing and same with the server levi.

I considered walking out after waiting a long time to be served after the host person seated us. Again, after the order was taken and it took seemingly forever to be served the food. The presentation, plating of what I was served definitely was not the professional plating that remember at Denny's restaurants. When I went to pay the tab, I waited and waited for someone to appear so I could pay. Eventually, I looked around to find someone and found who apparently was the manager sitting with someone in the back of the restaurant area. I mentioned the poor service and he allowed it was all "due to corporate". Corporate, my opinion, should send some discrete diners to learn how our experience was and eighter close the restaurant or fix it. As t is now, it definitely is damaging the reputation of Denny's. My wife does not ever want to go back there as she told me.,

I ordered to go this morning. It said it would be ready in 30 minutes. So I arrived at said time and still had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. In the mean time people that ordered after me were getting their orders. It was not a very tough order of one plate. When I finally received my order, my pancakes were burnt and food cold. The cook needs to find a different career.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Took 20 minutes just to get water, and over an hour for the food to finally crawl out the kitchen. When it did show up, it looked and tasted like they scraped it off the floor. The service was slower than dial-up internet, the staff acted like customers were an inconvenience, and the whole vibe was just trash. Honestly, you’d have a better dining experience eating gas station food in the parking lot. Never again.

Do not use the App to order food at this Dennys Restaurant! They take your money and refuse to give you your order. ROBBERY! I have proof that I Ordered and Paid. They refused to deliver. Not just that, they were horribly rude telling me that it was my problem to collect the refund and they wouldn't make the refund out of the register.

1/20/26 at about 10:30am, wasn't busy in there. But after being seated we waited about ten minutes for a server and finally decided to leave after another couple complained about waiting over an hour for their food.

We just left this location about an hour ago. As soon as you walk in there’s no one in the front to seat you. Took about 15 min to be acknowledged. It took about 10 more minutes to be acknowledged by our waitress. Waitress did not check on our table while we were there. Food was either burnt or not cooked all the way. Absolutely no motivation or hustle. I overheard someone in the kitchen tell the front person who was back there that there were people in the front waiting to be seated or to pay. The front person said “ugh what are they doing just standing there? Imma tell them we’re not taking any more tables”…. Mind you I grew up in the restaurant industry so I get it. However it wasn’t even that busy!!!! Whoever is running this Dennys really needs to train their staff better. Or at least reevaluate who they have working for them. The only person who was hustling had his hair pulled back in a braid(waiter). As well as the gentleman who was clearing off the tables.

Was a shitty experience. Took 1.5hr to bring my food and also they like to hold out on portions. Ive worked 5yrs in food business and this not it very last time im coming here n Dennys been my favorite growing up

Very unprofessional, shoved the menu on us and complained that she was very busy and she was the only one waiting on tables. I ordered Zesty Nachos & Mozzarella cheese sticks. The Nacho were soggy and salty & Mozzarella sticks sauce was watery. The kids ordered Berry Vanilla Crepe Breakfast and all was good until they ordered the Milk Shakes and she replied to them as "I'm to busy for that, It's to hard for me!.... Order something else!!!!" Then I ordered the Salmon with rice and broccoli with a side of garden salad. The Salmon plate was so salty that I couldn't eat it.... Then she kept asking if I still wanted the Salad?? because she hasn't made it yet? I said; Yes,, to go please. Then she brought it out to us and set it on the table on top of our plates!!!!! I had enough of her BS... I asked for my check and left. the apparent chef checked me out... He also was rude...

This Denny’s visit was embarrassingly bad and absolutely requires corporate intervention. The first issue happened immediately. The coffee mug brought to the table had a lipstick stain on it. That should never happen in any restaurant and shows a clear lack of cleanliness and quality control. The table ordered the Country Fried Steak meal, and the steak was literally mush on the inside. Not tender, mush. A country fried steak should never have the texture of paste. It was completely inedible. The Lumberjack meal was just as bad. The ham was extremely salty, the hash browns were burnt, and the pancakes were burnt on the outside but raw in the middle. It is unbelievable that a kitchen would serve plates in this condition. The only good part of the visit was the waitress Jonell. She was kind, attentive, and professional. When the issues were mentioned to her, she handled the situation immediately and fixed what she could. She is not the problem. She is the reason the situation did not end up even worse. Based on what multiple people at the restaurant said, the cook is supposedly the boyfriend of the manager, and if that is true it would explain why nothing improves and why the quality is allowed to stay this bad. Whether that rumor is true or not, it is clear that the kitchen has no accountability and it shows in every plate that leaves it. This location is failing at cleanliness, food quality, and kitchen oversight. Until major changes are made, avoid this Denny’s because it is absolutely not worth the time or money.
