My wife & 2 boys visited Fire Wok at Huebner & we’re very pleased with the service provided by the associate CHRIS. From the moment we arrived, he was so kind & patient while we decide what to order since it had been years since we visited. Upon receiving our order, we noticed our kid’s orders had vegetables which we had asked not to add; Chris was very apologetic & without even asking to take it back, Chris came back with new plates for our boys & utensils. Thank you Chris for making our family dinner a great experience!!
I deliver coca cola in the area a couple times during the week and this is always my go to. The service and food is great and they have the best alternative rock playlist, and it's very affordable!
Love this location for sure!! Always great food and great people. Frequently order here. It's addicting lol. Thanks for the food and the little things that matter! <3
I went to Firewok on Monday, May 7 and I must say I was very pleased with the service and the food! Umberto was the only employee working up front at the time. He was very courteous and helpful during our lunch there. The food tasted great even the second time around! I hope to run into more food service employees like Umberto!
Food was very good crab and cheese wonton was excellent orange blossoms chicken was very good manager was nice greeted us chatted a bit will come back
Tried this place for the first time the other day for lunch. Recommend the orange chicken: spicy, tangy, and sweet. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. They also included 2 free egg rolls for the delay which were also very tasty. And I very much appreciated the gesture. Portions & prices are also very reasonable. Ate half for lunch and finished it the next day for only $7! Staff was also very friendly.
Ate there with my family and we really enjoyed. Great family sized portions and very tasty food. I had the make your own stir fry and it was tasty. My wife had the Island fried rice. We were unsure about how it would taste but were pleasantly surprised how good it was. Thanks
Good customer service. If they have ever done something wrong they make it right. Also my favorite place to get americanized Chinese food. Daily lunch specials before 4 pm are very appropriately priced
Just delicious! Huge portions- I usually get Island Fried Rice and eat half for dinner, half for lunch the next day. Their rangoons are tasty too. And the staff is wonderful!
Very nice restaurant. And friendly
Food was amazing & reasonably priced!
Amazing service, they custom your meal to your liking. The portions are worth the price. Food has great flavor.
My favorites are Sesame chicken or Crispy Asian beef both with brown rice. Their wonton soup and pad thai are also pretty good. Carina and others are awesome, always providing amazing service. 👍 Keeps me going back regularly.
For a little shopping center place, it's pretty good. They don't take long and the foods are packed with flavor. Better than most chain places. Nice employees and the daily specials are cheap. You get your money's worth coming to eat here.
I came across this place a while back and had the lunch special. It comes with a drink and your choice of egg roll or rangoon for less than $9. Best part is that it’s till 4pm!! Every time I come the food is hot and the food is delicious! This place deserves a lot more credit! Love it here! Yum!
Cashier was super nice. She was super helpful.
The Food is always great! Served hot and fresh, promptly no less. It is great to see the same faces consistently, it tells me the employees like it there. I am moving away from Texas but will greatly miss the food at FireWok and the people who make it so welcoming.
Carina at the register was very kind and informed me of the lunch specials. She brought out our fresh meal and offered sauces. Food was great! Place needs more customers. Too good to be as empty as it was. Will definitely return!
My friend suggested this place for lunch. The Pad Thai was quite good, with an ample amount of chopped peanuts and two lime quarters. I couldn't finish mine! The staff were friendly and helpful. Def going back.
The older gentleman at the front was very nice and accommodating. He went above and beyond to give us what we needed. Food came out fast, place was clean and the prices were great for the amount of food they give. Used to come to this place all the time growing up. The pad thai tasted exactly like I remembered it.
Their fried rice is a good to for me. You get a huge amount for the price, and it is really tasty. They have some very cool staff too.
When in doubt … FIRE WOK . The food is SO delicious, the food to price ratio is crazy , I ALWAYS have plenty of left overs from my meal and never feel guilty about the price paid. My family and I have been coming here since before the pandemic and neither the food quality or prices have changed. 110% recommended❤️
Love their chicken and good fried fish. Love the crispyness.
Blake was very understanding and provided excellent service. We come here once a week because we love the food and it is very consistent. We have to travel from across the city, but it is 100% worth it. Come by yourself if you want some real Asian stir fry.
Showed up a few minutes before closing, due to a neighboring destination closing before their listed times. The food was still out and the staff made sure that everything was still fresh and stocked such as the veggies for the stir-fry and even the ice for the soda machines. The staff was very friendly and did not act annoyed that someone showed up shortly before closing, rather were very helpful in the ordering process. The staff member taking my order was able to laugh with me and the customers that walked in behind me about our day and assured us that we can eat there at the restaurant and would not have to take anything to go even with it being so close to closing. Walking into an establishment like this is refreshing and is always a good experience. And a plus is that the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious! Ordered my repeat favorites of the lo mein and General Tsos chicken. Will continue to be a returning customer here!
UPDATE: My Pepper Chicken had only 5 onion slices, 1 piece of bell pepper, and no slices of mushrooms. What happened to all the veggies it's supposed to come with? I loved the flavor of the food and how hot it was. But please be consistent with the amount of veggies! My boyfriend and I were driving around late at night, and randomly stumbled into this place. I found my new Asian spot. The pepper steak, sweet & sour chicken, egg rolls+cream cheese wontons and rice were so delicious. Closest thing to China Rose in flavor, and I am all for it. Great sized portions and lots of rice was served with our entrees. The dining area was clean and the employees were nice. I will be returning regularly!
We ordered the orange blossom chicken, cool lettuce wraps, crab and creme cheese wontons, and island fried rice. And all 4 dishes were a home run! Great value for the portion sizes. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting to find their new go to spot. Great vibes as well.
Fire Wok has been here for longer than I've known it existed, 15+ years. Staff is always friendly and the food is quick. There's a reason they've been here for so long and don't see them going anywhere soon. Great for a quick bite somewhere casual and relaxing. Patio seating for when the weather is good and good tunes that may date me a bit.
I had the General Tso chicken and it was excellent. The place was clean, and the gentleman that served us our dishes was also very welcoming and engaging in explaining the dishes we selected. Price points were very affordable for the quality and quantity that we got.
1st off. I am not a local guide as this BS Google system says. The awesome woman at the register was super helpful for me as it was my first time here. She really cares about people and is a wonderful person! The Lemon Chicken with steamed rice was very good! The prices are reasonable as well. I was working in the area and I'm glad I found Fire Wok. I will be back whenever I'm working out here.
Very good. I always love coming here for lunch every day I work nearby, soda meal and wontons for 9.49 after tax!
My dad has been in the hospital for a week and the only thing he can have is Brase and he only wants wonton broth. This place has been so kind and given me just the broth for the soup and seemed so caring. I think it was Charlene, who last helped me, but all three of the people that have helped me this week have just gone above and beyond to help out my dad has colon cancer and had a very difficult surgery and it’s very slow to recover. This place certainly has helped thank you!
Fire Wok exceeded all expectations with its exceptional food and attention to flavor. Every dish was crafted with care, but a few truly stood out. The egg drop soup was a perfect opener — smooth, velvety, and seasoned just right. The Mongolian beef followed, offering tender slices of meat in a sauce that was bold, savory, and spiced to perfection. The highlight of the meal though was easily the lemon chicken. Crispy on the outside, juicy within, and served with a bright, tangy glaze, it was the kind of dish that demands a return visit. Fire Wok isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a destination for anyone who appreciates top-tier Chinese and Thai cuisine. Highly recommended for those seeking flavor, quality, and a memorable dining experience.
AMAZING hospitality. Everyone working there went out of their way to be kind, courteous and helpful. From how to order, to bringing the food out to wishing us safe travels home with proper to go boxes/bags and extra sauce. Even though they were close to closing time, they didn't rush us. They thanked us for coming in. The food was delicious and FAST to come out. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Prices were good too. If you're the owner you've got a great bunch working there - hang on to them!
Thai/Chinese fusion that is really good & prices are affordable. Large portions! Staff was super friendly & the manager on duty gave excellent referrals for us to try since it was my first visit. Pad Thai noodles are a little spicy but flavor is awesome!!! Fried rice is sooooo good! Ask for the sweet dipping sauce -- it's perfect! Egg rolls are crispy & flavorful. Looking forward to going back!! Located in a great area, too!
First timers... went in by chance and glad we did. The lunch rush came a little after we ordered but the food was delicious. Very quiet and clean. There was not a lot of people so we ordered quickly and found a table. The food was made to order. Came out fast, very fresh and flavorful. Definitely will come back and try other items on the menu. Pictured Chicken Teriyaki bowl and the Lemon Chicken
We went today for the first time. I believe we first spoke with the manager, who was very nice, polite, and enthusiastic. The egg drop soup, my husband said was amazing, not salty and very satisfying. We both had lunch specials and I had the edamame. All our food was delicious. The cherry on top though was Betty. She was just fabulous. She made sure we had all we needed and that our every need was taken care of. I would highly reccomend this spot and definitely say hello to sweet Betty. An absolute doll.. thank you guys for a great lunch.
Yum yum yum! The amount of food that they serve for the price it so nice. Lunch menu during the week. Comes with egg roll or wonton.. white or fried rice.. lots of seating. Open parking. Menu on the wall. Made to order food Lao. Create a bowl and they will cook it. $8.99 lunch specials.
They lost our ticket, so it took a long time to get our food. But, the manager gave us some cream cheese wontons as consolation. They were really good! The portions were very large for the price. The food was fresh and hot. About average tasting Chinese food. Wouldn't turn down a dinner here, but not my first choice for Chinese.
My favorite location by far. There is always plenty of parking, its clean and well kept, and the service is always good. I love the fresh veggies and the the teriyaki chicken is my favorite, it's so flavorful. There lunch specials during the week are from 11-4 and are always a great deal.
Good service and plentiful portions. This is a fast food Asian restaurant, kind of what you get at the mall, so don't expect anything fancy. They brought our food fairly fast and the people working there are friendly and care for the costumer. I only gave them 4 stars because my meal was missing some flavor. But again I like food and I may be expecting too much from a fast food chain restaurant.
Good food for a good price. Nothing gourmet, but it’s a fast food restaurant so you expect fast service and a decent price. It was also pretty tasty.
A most excellent choice for fast and delicious Asian Food. A wide variety of choice coupled with fast service and courteous staff, tucked away in a nice spot near many shops and a movie theater with plenty to choose from after you're done filling your tummy with the excellent food at this establishment.
There was so much going for this restaurant once upon a time. The food, portion sizes, and service were top notch. Unfortunately, all of that has dwindled away over the years. The last time we went, the food was bland and the Crab & Cream Cheese Wontons were tiny and overcooked. It’s sad to see a good place go downhill so much.
I met 2 new friends for lunch last Friday. Since we were going to the Regal Huebner Oaks movie theater to watch “Chosen,” I suggested either @salata or @firewok. My friend, Ana, was good with @firewok. It’s a simple Asian/Chinese restaurant where you order at the counter, take a number, and they serve food at your table. I ordered the Lemon Fish, which was tasty and just the right amount of food. Ana had the Teriyaki Bowl and Julie had the General Tso’s dish. We all were happy with the proteins. The rice was slightly undercooked. Overall, a good experience.
Came to check this out after getting a recommendation. Late lunch with our girlies and we all tried each other's food The lemon chicken and sauce were amazing! The rice is really good, and the beef plates were decent. The dumplings were good, and all the food was hot and tasted fresh when brought to the table. There is no wait staff, but the workers were all very nice and welcoming and the restaurant was very clean and comfortable. The prices for the portion sizes are also amazing! The star rating is hard since you can't give half or quarter stars, but I feel the explanation helps. Hope you come try it for yourselves. We will definitely be back!
Ordered Cool Lettuce Wraps, teriyaki chicken bowl, wonton soup, lo main and 2 drinks to go. When we got home and started to put our food on plates we noticed that his lo main was missing. Checked the recipe we were never charged, okay. Maybe she forgot. He begin to eat his wonton soup and noticed there was a roach leg in it. He didn't eat eat it. Waste of money. As for me my food was good. No insects or anything missing. He loved my food 😆 i don't think it was cooked in the food but where ever they store their Togo containers was not in a clean place. Don't plan to go back.
Came in for a business lunch, service was great but however the food is ok. I order kung po chicken and got lemon chicken? I was going to complained but the lady was nice and provide me more chicken. Fried rice was good and the egg roll. Over all for a quick stop by it’s ok but if you think it’s more than that then it could be depending on what day you come in.
Was a quick solution for lunchtime! Food was delicious 😋 We choose to eat in, and tables and window seating were all respectful complying to the current imposed mandates. 😷 Would appreciated a slightly cleaner surface, my husband did the best he could to wipe the counter down with a dry napkin.😬
Wife and I tried this place out on a weekday just before the lunch crowd hit. We tried the orange blossom chicken and the beef special they had. For $20 we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay. I would recommend and return for fast food Chinese eatings. No complaints with service, even as they were apparently understaffed. Thanks for reading.
Portions are great! Food is fantastic, the only reason I give this place 3 stars is because they RARELY deliver. They advertise “We Deliver” on their website, but please do not count on it. They always say “we’re not delivering right now” or “our driver is late” or “called off”. Sometimes, they’ll tell you to try Postmates ( with a limited menu and jacked up delivery fees, and by the way, who also is not available to deliver all the time) instead. They also have specific delivery times, in the rare times that they get to deliver, that they do not advertise anywhere on their website. A little consistency on delivery would be great. If you’re not going to deliver consistently, then maybe take off advertisement for delivery. I call at least once a week to order for work colleagues, and have given up lately because of inconsistencies on delivery and multiple excuses.
So we normally don't have problems with this restaurant. However, just today, they first delivered the family's order to the wrong address. Then, when we had been given our "orders," guess what? The Japanese miso bowl with shrimp had no shrimp. It had everything else but that bit of things. Good work
Love the food but the service was poor. Walked in today to order food to go. The retainer was completely empty and my food came out quickly. Sadly I did not receive it for an extra 10 minutes because three male employees were have a serious conversation on their events for the night after work. Sad!
I didn't know what to expect, but it's not what I got. They have a food truck in the parking lot. They seem pretty popular. But the food itself would have been much more at home at the mall food court. The staff was friendly enough and they try to keep the dining room clean enough. It's nothing fancy, pretty fast serving time. My wife ordered a "fun bowl" which was not fun. I ordered the "Flaming" Mongolian chicken. It wasn't spicy. We ordered the steamed edamame, and it wasn't seasoned or steamed. I guess we've answered that question. Nothing wrong with the place, like I said other people seemed to like it, but we won't be going back.
I’ve been coming here for over a year and it’s always been good for the price. I used to love the Malaysian chicken curry but today I ordered it and the dish was entirely colorless and flavorless. Anyone familiar with curry knows that‘s not how curry should be. The employee I addressed my concern to said the curry has always been like that but he’d have the kitchen make me a new one. I declined, not wanting a repeat disappointment. Overall the customer service is decent but I’m afraid the quality may be declining.
ordered the sesame chicken and the beef and broccoli. Both tasted like they pulled them out of the freezer bag from the factory, and heated them up for me. Not terrible, but not that good either. However, the both the girl who answered the phone to take my order, and the cashier were both super friendly, and the food was ready really fast (i guess they have strong microwaves). So, good service, price, portions (about 1.5 meals worth), and speed. Bad food. Very "factory made" tasting.
I came on a Friday around 2pm, and ordered the crispy beef. Pro's: good price, quality beef (not all batter & poor cuts like most chains), good flavor. Cons: rice was dry, veggies were big undercooked chunks, food sat ready in the kitchen window for 10 minutes cause only one front-end worker and he was too busy taking orders/calls. Will probably give it a second chance at some point but not the best first impression
Food was average but good. The man that took our order was not very hospitable even after we told him it was our first time there. The lady working with him was very nice.
Counter person was nice. Rice was undercooked, fried rice was unimpressive. Teriyaki sauce was watered down, lacking flavor. Atmosphere was muggy didn’t feel like the air was working
The service was fine. The food is very bland. We got 3 different entrees and they were all lacking flavor. I ordered spicy and it was not spicy at all. The food portions are more than you can eat
Came in first time for crab wonton and spring rolls. Cooks in the back were arguing with each other. My spring rolls were greasy, the oil leaked through the bag and when I bit into it oil went everywhere could not finish eating it. Crab wonton were not the best flavor, I'll not be returning personally.
Place looked relatively clean and prices are great, but food is not so great. I ordered the Lemon Chicken lunch special. Chicken tasted rubbery, eggroll was overcooked, and the fortune cookie was stale. Made just a bad first experience, but I won't be going back.
The food was sitting there for a minute before serving; my wife got the orange chicken, then hours later she got food poisoning. Food must be cooked to order, not prepped. The place was friendly, but just be cautious.
I have been a loyal customer at Fire Wok since 2012. Their food is good. The sauce is sometimes clumpy like it’s been sitting around for a while. Their chicken is sometimes dry, but overall it’s good. Their customer service, however, falls incredibly short. If you have any allergies, I would stay away from this place. The last few times I’ve ordered from Fire Wok, I’ve received fried rice instead of white rice. This last time, I called and let them know. I was also missing my drink which is not uncommon but not on the restaurant. They told me they would replace the rice and drink, but not the chicken. I figured they would replace the whole thing especially because I’m a loyal customer. I went today to get my replacement items and they told me they would only replace the white rice and drink. I wouldn’t be getting the chicken unless I paid for it. I decided to walk out and not get anything. If they’re treating customers, especially loyal customers, like this then I don’t want anything else from them. If you order from DoorDash or Uber Eats, make sure you check your food because 75% of the time something is wrong or not good. Just be careful when ordering from here and if you have a problem, don’t count on good customer service.
It's starting to smell worse and worse at this place. The bathrooms aren't getting cleaned. The food is going downhill. It's really unfortunate. This used to be a good place to eat. The quality of food is going down and the taste too. I don't know if it's staffing issues or not but they gotta figure it out.
My rice was hard, don't think it was freshly made. Orange chicken wasn't too tasty either
Service was ok, no complaints, the food though was a whole other experience. Im sorry, but IDK how you mess up General Tso Chicken sauce?!?! Then the staple Sesame Chicken? The flavors were just not there and tasted sour and off. The tea was the only good item to digest. Again, sorry, gave this place a chance, and it was not up to par. Even the rice was not cooked properly. Try at your own risk.
Over the years I had enjoyed the Asian fusion cuisine that was offered at this establishment. Over time the quality dropped and more consistently my vegetable/tofu orders would contain chicken. This past Thursday my partner picked up food for us. I called it in, and asked for Malaysian Curry with Tofu. It was repeated back to me. Upon opening it, I found chicken immediately…no tofu. I cannot ingest chicken and would make myself sick. Partner took the order back and asked for a replacement. They simply covered up the original entree with additional vegetables since they were out of tofu. But did not remake the dish!! Partner got home and I just had this sneaking suspicion, so I pushed some veggies aside to find the chicken buried. I am more than certain that management does not pay their employees a livable wage, or certainly enough to actually care about the food they’re making. The most disappointing thing is having wasted food on a sub-par business, when things are already incredibly difficult for the majority of those still alive. I’m sure someone would have appreciated the food, but it completely ruined our evening and we will never eat from here again.
Customer service was great, but food was terrible and blah . Not much flavor and I think frozen Chinese from the store is better. Wouldn’t recommend.
I am sorry to say that the food at this restaurant used to be very good...(before COVID?) I don't like to leave negative reviews. The service was very good, but the food was so bad we didn't eat more than 10 %of our plates. The sauces were strange...not typical Kung Pao or General Tsao's. I guess there was a change of ownership at some point. The food was edible, but not delicious.
This was my first time eating here-and my last. Egg drop soup tasted & smelled like it had rancid oil in it, actually had thin consistency almost like oil. I couldn't eat it. The wonton strips smelled like they were fried in same oil. I ordered Lo Mein noodles with chicken, it smelled and tasted like it was also stir fried in same oil. I ate few fork fuls to make sure it wasn't just me-the taste never changed. I ordered steamed dumplings, they were edible but not really hot through. The one star was for fortune cookie and Lemon-lime soda. The fortune cookie was ok, bout as good as any other fortune cookie. The Lemon-Lime soda was really good. Drank to get oil taste out of my mouth. I'm not a picky eater but wish I'd past by this place to go to other places that I know are good. I won't be returning to this location or any other Fire Wok, overpriced and not good quality of food.
We ate there before a movie thinking it would be pretty quick, that was our first mistake. The host/cashier at the front seemed agitated that customers came in. He was short with us to the point of rudeness -- he absolutely emanated a "I hate my job and I hate customers" attitude. We placed our order and sat down at a sticky table. There was one other couple there, and they already had their food. 38 minutes later we got our food. This would be at least a two star review if the food was edible. My "crispy beef" was a sad, soggy pile of lukewarm, salty goo. The onions and bell peppers that I picked out of the mess were the best part of the meal. My fried rice was at turns both crunchy and gooey (I'm not sure how they managed to simultaneously both undercook AND overcook the rice), and one of the saltiest things I have tasted in my life. In short: the staff was rude, we waited longer for our food at a "fast casual" place than we would at most sit down restaurants, and the food was borderline inedible. I'm not sure if it was this bad before the pandemic -- I know a lot of places are suffering a collapse of quality due to staffing and supply issues. But it was awful, we won't return.
Fire Wok was one of my "go to" places for a quick, quality meal, that is until last Friday night. We went there after a movie for take out. My better half usually orders Island Fried Rice with chicken. This time there there was hardly any chicken and very little pineapple. I am not exaggerating about the chicken; it was pitiful. I also noticed the amount of chicken in my Sesame Chicken was a smaller portion. I don’t know if this is a quality control issue or if Fire Wok is starting to cut corners due to inflation. Regardless, I probably will not go again anytime soon given the disappointment and the high cost of restaurant meals these days. Take care, Mel
Food was horrible,Over cooked, had too much oil, Also the whole place Smelled like mold. Everything was sticky Chairs, tables, counter, rails. Food made me sick had to leave work early after eating. Tried to speak to a manager lucky i was able to speak the Owner "ROGER", But was much help, i was mocked and told if I just want a free meal. That is the last thing I want I don't mind spending money on food but if its like that I most definitely will not be going back.
Worst place to order "chinese". Ordered lemon chicken and it was dry and overcooked. The fried rice was gross stir fried with soy sauce and tasted bland. Paid over $9 for regular lemon chicken no sides or soup for distasteful food. Their kitchen staff are rude especially "Thomas" do not let him cook your food and he hung up on me 2 times before I could get some help. Don't trust a place where customer service is horrible. Go somewhere else nearby.
Staff was friendly and nice. Pricing was good. The food was NOT good. Lemon chicken was ok. Mongolian Beef was just bad. It was Sour, just not right. Egg roll fried 3x over. Didn't even attempt to finish our food. Did not complain so I can't tell what Management would have done.
1st tried to order by phone...hold never answered. Was in the parking lot trying to avoid contact but since they did not pick up, I went in. Took over 30 minutes for pad thai, sesame chicken and egg roll. They got the order wrong. I paid extra for fried rice and got brown. The chicken had a couple chunks of gristle. The flavor was far from authentic. Egg rolls were good and the food was hot.pruces good. But I'd rather pay a nit more for better service, quality and flavor.
We arrived at the Huebner Oaks location at 5:15 pm for dine in. Food flowing thru the doors for take out and delivery. No food was coming into the dining area. We were served at 5:55. Soup was lukewarm. I've dined there numerous times over the years but tonight I questioned myself as to the lack of the service we've rec'd in the past. The explanation provided to us with regard to the wait was they were swamped with orders. Still the food was loaded up on a truck. Seems the staff has forsaken the regular diners and placed the wait times on us. After the meal, the server offered us a free dessert, and, even offered us a credit on the meal, completely aware we waited 40 minutes for the meal. This was unacceptable. The staff simply needs to step it up. No use apologizing to the customer on the back end when the staff had every opportunity to get it right upon placing the order. I was really disappointed this evening.
First time customer and I was very disappointed. Service was great and fast delivery but the lemon chicken was very salty and the Mongolia beef tasted like it was frozen for a few days. The shrimp fried rice was bland and very little flavor or spices. I would give them another chance but way to many items were off and not good. Sorry guys I was really looking forward to being a long time customer.
I haven’t been here in 3 years, it used to be our favorite place! Near the drink station it smelled like puke, the place was so warm and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were hot and smelled horrible. Customer service was bleh. I don’t think we’ll be making the drive to this place ever again. The food was subpar and not as good as it once was.
I've been to this restaurant multiple times, and I was not impressed with this restaurant on any of those occasions. During the first visit to this restaurant, the food was so mediocre that I would've rather went to some other place with similar food in the area. In addition, all of the spoons and forks that were set out for the restaurant were dirty, and the plates were too (if they had plates; I honestly cannot remember.) The tables were also dirty, which was rather inexcusable considering they had at least three or four workers there at the time, and there were only 1 to 2 groups of people dining. On the second occasion, the manager there was rather rude. They failed to explain that one of the items that I was ordering had an up charge, and the other charge was a few dollars extra and I did not find out about the charge until I received my bill and paid for my food. And once again, the silverware was dirty, as well as the plates, as well as multiple tables were dirty and there was no place to sit because of the tables being dirty. Quite frankly, only reason I came here second time was because my family was craving Asian, and we were short on time and we were nearby. Long story short, this place is disgusting, the management is rude, and the food is not good enough to warrant going there for any reason. Avoid this place.
Eat here if you're looking for a food poisoning. The pad thai was foul-smelling, especially the beef, and tasted like it had gone bad. I took a bite and nearly puke. Also, the sesame chicken with lo mein was ok until I chewed a RUBBER BAND, and since I was half eating the chicken, I asked a refund for the pad thai from Uber Eats. I should have requested a complete return.
Food is awful, ordered General Tso and my daughter ordered Fried Pork. Both tasted exactly alike. General Tso is supposed to be spicy, had no spice. The fried rice is mushy rice and soy sauce no vegetables or egg. Will definitely never get food here again.
Stopped by to pick up a meal before work. There were only one party of 2 in the restaurant. They ordered, paid, and had a long conversation with the host. After waiting without acknowledgement and the host stopping his conversation to answer the phone, I left. Best money I spent at Pei Wei, near by. Food at Pei Wei was great and quick, friendly service worth spending my money on.
Nahhh run away QUICK food is not authentic stale dry and employees eating food in the back on the clock. In
This pains me to write this because I have been coming here for over 10 years but I guess all good things must come to an end. Today I came in and I waited 35 minutes for my food. I ordered the sunday sweet and sour special, as usual. The egg role was frozen cold. The sweet teas taste sour and bad. The rice was burned and had a char taste. Finally, the chicken was hard and wildly breaded. Some pieces didn't even have meat... was just breaded. Been coming here every month for 10 years. I am super sad I have to say goodbye to what used to be my favorite spot for chinese. Picture below is all the extra breaded batter on chicken.
This was on my list of restaurants to try however I found them to be extremely terrible in customers service. I honestly have not ever been treated so badly in any establishment ever. Here is a picture of the worker who treated me worse than a 2nd class citizen, he was in the process of giving me the whole finger. I'll never know if the food is smacking because the attitude was lacking!!
Just go get a salad next door. Had the chicken lo mein, it was terrible. Zero flavor. LaCroix has more taste.
I walked in for a doordash order and this white bald guy was at the front. First off he was yelling at his employees in the back saying how useless they were. He handed me food and when I got to my car I didn't realize it was leaking. So when I walked back in I asked for a different bag and the first thing he said was howd you do that, as if I was the one who bagged it. So I told him that it got all over my car seats and he said "I guess ill give you some napkins for your car or whatever". Then he rebagged it and said "Let's try this again" like I'm some toddler. If he only realized that my 5.0 cyber orange mustang was worth more than his pathetic self.
