Went to Henry's for Sarita's Birthday Brunch. She turned 21 yrs old this Saturday. Customer service was Excellent. Food was fresh, hot and delicious 😋 😍. Drinks were amazing as well.

The price wasn’t bad. I have zero complaints about the food nor the service. We had the dinner special which is super filling. Nevaeh is an awesome server, friendly, positive and attentive. Last night, the drink was very strong, which most people prefer but I’d like my mai tai to taste like juice, not JUST liquor. *please clean the restrooms. They looked bad as a greyhound bus stop restroom which was repulsive*

From the moment we walked in, Brie at the front made us feel welcome and cared for. She immediately ensured that the cooks were informed about my shellfish allergy, which gave us so much peace of mind. Brie also took the time to explain the menu and offered fun, polite, and positive vibes throughout our entire visit. It felt like being at home with family, and her food recommendations were spot on! I love the food, but it is expensive and the atmosphere was well, maybe because it was a week day but almost dull. They have TVs on to watch the games I guess... The closest one was not connected with a notice on the screen. Our services was ok. Nothing specific was wrong, but it wasn't great either. And for the cost, dinner plates are expensive. The food was fine. The tacos I ordered were build your own. I asked for guacamole on my tacos. There was a teaspoon, at best on my tacos. I asked for refried beans and got borracho beans. The beans got replaced with the refried beans. The food was warm. It was not pipping hot like I expected. I dined at 4:30pm, so it was not busy at all. I was disappointed in the food. The service was good though. My waitress, Neveah was very friendly and helpful. The staff was great, the food not so much. I found the prices to be a bit high. Would I wat there again? Probably not.

The food was great as always. The service was spotty. I answered the survey that we were seated in a short amount of time but, we waited for service for nearly an hour. Reiterating: Our party waited nearly an hour to receive any attention after we were seated. Servers hung around in a huddle. We sat, waited, got up to ask. asked other passing servers if we could get some attention, got up again to tell a sever that we were ready to order. The server who took our order was super polite. The other server who was actually assigned to our table showed up and was polite when we told her that we had already ordered. Bless her heart, she checked on us every five minutes. I guess to make up for us being ignored for so long. I think, Henry's, make sure to cover the tables even if the server assigned is missing. Our server could have been on a break, in a meeting, going through an emergency. That's all understandable. Whatever it was, don't put their guests in a position of being ignored until they return to the dining room. The two servers who paid attention to us were great, but the supervisor missed the mark. This isn't going to influence my choice. I plan to go to Henry's again. Response to Henry's: This was the end of December, 2025.

Good food fast friendly service dark unlighted parking lot. Got there after 6 pm. Lots of customers lots of cars. Had to park at NE corner of lot. Curbs in the lot unpainted hard to see by me. Anyway my Apple Watch alerted, asked if I wanted to call 911 after falling down. Declined, only a strawberry on my knee later. Mid eighties so thankful that seems to be the only damage. Won’t keep me away but I’ll be better prepared with a flashlight next time.

The service was excellent. The drinks demonstrated superior skill from the bartender. Those margaritas were so good! The variety options on the puffy tacos was surprising. Puffy's makes their own tortilla chips and the taste is good. That's rare folks. You have to know what you are doing to hit that mark. They make sure you have extra napkins. You are going to need them. Puffy tacos do not hold together forever. That is part of puffy tacos. Roll with it and grab a napkin. Just the variety of getting to order everything just the way you like it is a plus. The staff is very particular about getting it right. One plate was slightly delays because the kitchen put the incorrect cut of cheese and were correcting the problem. See that? Attention to detail! Inform the customer do they KNOW you are taking care of that one fine detail. That impressed the heck out of me. That was STYLE. Are you also a foodie? Then get to this get here. You will not be disappointed.

With their standout puffy tacos, diverse menu, family-friendly atmosphere, and event-friendly setting, it’s easy to see why locals keep coming back. A little extra attention to hospitality and restroom upkeep would push this already great experience into five-star territory.

We enjoyed our first time here! Our entrees tasted just as good as they look. The crispy puffy taco with chicken was delicious. I am partial to red tortilla chips, they are slightly sweeter to me, so when I saw that the enchilada was a red corn tortilla, I was hopeful. My meal did not disappoint! My tajin dressed margarita was tasty, right balance of salt, sweet, sour pucker. I did order two, & the 2nd margarita was served in a non- margarita glass, so I did question the quantity difference, as that has never happened to me before. I'd like to order either fajitas or enchiladas the next time, as I really like when my food is served piping hot! It wasn't very busy this visit, yet we like the overall atmosphere, and appreciate our attentive & friendly service from everyone.

Good food after a really long wait. I arrived just after 5pm, was instantly seated and ordered by 5:15. 35 minutes later they finally came out with my entire order of 1 taco plate. I don't understand how this place is still in business??? The worst drive through ever existed, what a joke. The service reflects the mismanaged building/drive through, the food is not impressive, the puffy tacos are tiny, soaked with oil and not worth the money. Don't waste your time.

Ordered 6 tacos with toppings on the side, and received enough for maybe 2 or 3 tacos. Since this was takeout, maybe I should've checked, but thats what I get for trusting as I Paid $30. Tried calling back, albeit a few minutes after hours and was told to wait for a manager whom never responded, I waited approximately 15 mins, and no one seemed interested in speaking to me, very unprofessional and very irritating!
