Food was very fresh and hot, we haven't had Arby's in years, and it still holds up as a great fast food place. It's a classic. There are great deals going on right now as well.
Four people who always ask who's keeping Arby's running. I am keeping Arby's running. I love Arby's sandwiches. I will forever love their cheddar melt regular army sandwiches. Their fries are amazing when they're cooked crispy. I hate sometimes when they're a bit soggy. I always tell him give me a different batch please. They always have deals running. I hope they never go out of business cuz I will be very sad. Arby's number one customer send me some freebies Arby's I love y'all!. 😊 And please bring back where you can buy Arby's sauce in a container. I'm tired of asking for Arby's packets and they don't give me enough. I need like 3% which I dip it in the sauce. I put the sauce on the sandwich. I squeeze the sauce after every bite on the sandwich. I need lots of sauce. So please bring back the Arby's squeezable container. It's like ketchup but Arby's sauce. Thank you 😍
I dont know what's happened at this location since their remodel- whether its new management or a new team but this location is on point. They always have the line moving well and always give my senior parents a senior discount when they see them drive up to the window to pay. Xander was an especially kind and efficient presence on our last visit.
I went to this Arby’s location on Saturday, September 1st at about 630 pm. I mention the day and time because the manager was from another store and I was quite impressed with her. I want to be sure who ever reads this for Arby’s knows, or looks into who the manager and her team were. The manager was taking orders and helping the other employees at the same time. She took my order, and my friend’s order- both of which were complex. She was very detail oriented and made sure our order was correct. Just as we sat down to wait for our to go orders, the store got slammed with customers, both in the store and the drive through. The manager moved quickly, communicated effectively with the kitchen staff and maintained a very pleasant and professional demeanor all the while. The whole team worked their behinds off.
The fryer was down. The gentleman who took our order was upfront and professional about it. The manager hand delivered our meal as well as getting us straws. She checked in with us later to make sure we enjoyed our meal. I was delighted with the service I received.
This Bandera Rd. Arby's always aims to please. Their fries are always fresh and hot, which is a plus for me. Service people are beyond courteous!!
Was in the neighborhood and decided to stop here. The food was great, freshly made and served hot. During the time I had gone there was heavy traffic so I was expecting to have a long wait but surprisingly I was in and out quickly. Service was great ,very polite and awesome customer service. Will definitely go back.

Went through the drive thru to take food to go. The guy at the window was great he was playful but in a professional manner. You could tell he enjoys his job. It was refreshing to see someone who enjoys their job. In addtion our order was correct no surprises here. (don't you hate getting home with the order being wrong) and as usual the was good.
Double roast beef sandwich is so good. Although I've tried several sandwiches, I keep coming back to the original roast beef. Packed with thin meat and add the Horsey and Arby's sauce and you are set. Curly fries are a really good complement.
Honest review this location is great. Super chill spot to eat and workers are great. Keith was very helpful and polite. Food is always hot and fresh! I absolutely love the mozzarella sticks and the roast beef sandwiches are sooo good. Great curly fries to go with it. Employees are amazing this location.

I was really impressed on how fast 7 cars moved through the drive through! Less than 10 minutes. Ordering was fast efficient with probing questions to make sure the order was correct. At the window I was greeted with a smile and at the door when my food was brought out. They did everything right and looked like they were having fun and liked doing their jobs.
I think this store is great. The manager Robert and Joel made me smile today. When I ordered in the drive up, he said "see ya at the window" which really made me happy, instead of the overused "pull up" They are both professional, friendly and efficient. and good food. Great Crew they all seem happy at what they do
Here again management was helpful in getting me squared away to make a delivery in a prompt and timely manner and understanding that this was my first two deliveries of the day

Reliable service at the drive-thru. We always order the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Meal with curly fries and they fulfill the order consistently. I haven't encountered spectacular customer service but employees aren't rude either All in all, they get the job done. 👍🏼

The gm went above and beyond! I placed my order on the app. It asked what sauces I would like I chose 3. I assumed all the sauces would be on the side, but one of them was not. It turned out that (red ranch) sauce was a sweet sauce, which I'm not a fan of. When the gm delivered my food he mentioned the sauce and how it was ON it (the app must fool many). He saw my look of disappointment and offered to remake them. When I was leaving, he told me to take the remade ones and original ones to test out the sauce. I thought that was really cool, given that I made the mistake. Very nice man.
The two for $7 sandwiches were delicious. I can't say much for the curly fries though. Too crispy. Service is good. Bathrooms very clean.
Came here 30 minutes before closing, and they made me fresh food! It was fast, and came out great!. The woman over the intercom was so welcoming, and I felt like she was genuinely prepared to take my order. You can't get that everywhere. Go to a Burger King 30 minutes before closing and just listen to their tone.. they won't be happy you're there, I promise you that. Or a McDonalds at 3 am. You're going to get some kind of excuse (oh we're cash only) or (sorry, we're out of burgers at this time). I'm telling you! This place is special. The crew there... I hope they're getting paid well.
Absolutely phenomenal service from this location on a Saturday evening. In this age of labor issues and shortages, the team at 6799 Bandera Rd in Leon Valley needs to be recognized. The young man, Chris, who took our order in the drive thru and rang us out was very courteous and polite. Our order was prepared quickly and ACCURATELY. Food was hot and delicious. Big shout out to Chris and his team at this Arby's.

Ok first off i will say i have never been here before and dont really do google reviews but had to on this place it was very clean the food was great and spot on got the order right the first time it was a peaceful calm enviorment the crew wasnt yelling at each other wasnt chaos ant the manager gaberial there was something differant about him in the way he spoke and carried himself could really tell he wasnt there just for a paycheck he actully wanted to make our experiance nice and carried himself very professional keep up the awsome job guys

I get the half-pounder beef sandwich. Take home and serve with brown gravy and mashed potatoes as an open-face roast beef sandwich plate. Add my choice of veggie to round out the meal.

Yes, I ate at Arby's twice in one day. Don't say I was not honest about my love for this brand in my review. This store had a sign up for a coupon if you sign up for rewards. I did not notice this in any other location we visited or passed by. It did save us 25%, approximately $12 on my family of 4 sized order. It was a great surprise. The store was clean, and the Arby's sauce was tasty as always.
The Arby's at this location has been here a long time. I have been here before. Today I went in for the two for $7 deal. I ordered the spicy roast beef and the fish sandwich. The two guys behind the counter were very friendly and the food was out in a flash. I took it to go and when I got home it was still warm and it was to my order. No mistakes. I will definitely continue to visit this Arby's.
As usual, Arby's is at the top of the fast food chain, their offerings outpace any other chain for value, amount of food and taste. Well managed, week serviced and great food are what's on the menu, always.

Drive thru was speedy, clear and clean. The roast beef never disappoints, they pack a lot in those sandwiches! Fresh and delicious! Wasn’t a big fan of the curly fries but that just might be bc I’m not a big fan of fries in general.

Yes I know, It's an Arby's. Not my first choice for a go to usually, but this Arby's is nice and clean, well staffed, nice folks and the French dip and the reuben are very good. And the Apple fritter or whatever it is is also very good. So give it a try, and enjoy, the guy who runs this Arby's is doing a great job.
Love the specials that aren't available at other area Arby's stores. They had a 2 for $7 menu, recently updated to a 2 for $8 due to cost increases.
Quick. Efficient. Always busy, yet never packed. Customer service is accommodating (w/o the post pandemic rudeness that many others tend to have), and the shake machine is not "forever" or "consistently down" like other nearby fast food chains. Their shakes are excellent. Only qualm is I truly wish they'd bring back my fave menu item, 5he Ham & Swiss Melt. It's the only reason I don't visit as frequently.
5 weeks in a row we've visited an Arbys location. Regardless of location, the food is great, service is fast and the employees are extra friendly. We went out to try the new fish sandwich and it didn't disappoint. I think we've gone through the whole menu at this point. Keep up the great work guys.
Arby's can never go wrong in my book lol. It's a childhood favorite of mine and I'm glad I have one so close to my house now. I only gave 4 stars though because I think their prices have gone up too high. If they want to last at this location they need to have competitive prices or at least specials.
Good drive thru to visit when I'm on Bandera and I get a craving for Arby's. it's not far from the Peter Pipers at the corner of Huebner and Bandera. Love the roast beef and cheese burger with curly fries. Best burger ever! Curly fries rock! Haven't been inside so not sure how that is but the drive thru is good.
I'm sad they no longer offer Potato Cakes. They were the best of Arby's and they ran out of Horsey sauce for the third trip in a row. Usually love the food. Only the Drive Thru is Available at this Location Jen 🦋.
This location has an odd layout. The front stairs are an issue for the elderly. The interior is very small and the counter is around a column. I had a hard time finding the order counter since it was my first time here. I'm sure regulars don't have that issue. The team member, "AJ" was very nice. Good staff.
Got the Pork Belly Smokehouse Sandwich which was really good, highly recommend it. Our food came out really fast. Only complaints is that the dining room is quite small and the place is a bit dirty. Or, rather, the place just feels kind of old and dirty.
I really like that this specific location had a face-lift, it really needed it and it looks great! The food is always what you would expect. I used to work down the street and would come often but not so much anymore. The last time I went we just ordered sides which were hot and fresh. Nothing felt like it had been sitting under a warmer or cooked in old grease so thumbs up! 👍
Of course the food was excellent - had the 2 for $6 Bacon-roast beef sandwich, had to get curly fries (wonderful as usual), and buffalo chicken sandwich. It was lunchtime and fairly busy - we waited longer since the chicken took longer, but mgr gave us a free large drink for the wait -- very, very nice since we didn't say anything nor complain. Would have given them 5 stars, but restrooms were not attended to properly (dirty, no paper to dry off hands, blower didn't work either) - but, it was lunch, so over looked slightly.
This is a fast food place that has been around for years. The food was good and the service was quick. They served us more than enough curly fries, more than I could eat. They have a good selection of sandwiches to choose from. I had to take a double look as what to choose the selections have increased since I ate there 15 years ago.
Location was running smoothly. No long wait with taking my order and serving my order. Food was at proper temperature and milkshake was made and blended properly. The only issue I could see was that the dine in tables and seating needed to be wiped down and cleaned on a regular basis.
Bout the only place these days that has friendly staff. They even told me they would make me a custom sandwhich anytime i wanted i just needed to come inside and tell them what i wanted! I loved this so much, that's going above and beyond. Thank yall! My only complaint, sticky floors by the pop machine(been like that for years lol). bring back ham! BRING BACK HAM!!! PLEASSSEE!
The food and service were great. There was one issue of concern. There is a nice handicap entrance to the establishment. However, as one exits the building, it is through another doorway. There is no handicap ramp. As my wife and I are both in our 80's, handicapped and must use canes to walk, we were forced to either step off a curb or walk a considerable distance to the front entrance. Our car was parked in the opposite direction. I opted to step off the curb, which puts me in danger of falling. I know I could've walked to the front entrance, but my legs wouldn't have supported me in walking to the car. And I was parked in the only handicapped slot provided.
I had a bit of trouble ordering thru the app, so I went in to the location, and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful! They had an online special so it was refreshing to have someone help out. Next visit went well also. Friendly service and quick service.
They missed a few small details...like the marina sauce and we ordered a larger piece cheese sticks and received a four piece. But the food was good and staff were nice. I had the Ruben and enjoyed it. Four of us ate for $35.
Something different from the selections and choices available to eat. Arby's is a great option 😉 Roast beef sandwiches plus potatoe cakes. 😃 Yummy for the tummy😁 I went through the drive-thru process & it took awhile....that's why I rated this a 4 in Service & Atmosphere 🙃 Other than that ,the food was hot, ready and delicious ✅️
Used the drive through. The burger was excellent but the curly fries were over cooked. No moca chocolate, had to settle for a regular chocolate shake. ????? Looks like a new crew working here. At least at the window. Really didn’t seem to care either way. If I get the same results on my next visit. It will be my last.

Busy location off of Bandera but worth the inconvenience. Multiple meal deals being offered. 2 Snacker Roast Beef burgers, curly fries and a shake for $7. The employee decided since l am elderly to only charge for a kid's meal. MUCH APPRECIATED ON A VERY HOT DAY! ALERT, NO HANDICAP ENTERANCE! Restaurant was clean, bathroom clean and well stocked. Staff member brought my food to my table and was very much a gentleman. Sorry, forgot to look for there sanitary inspection score. Same curly fries and flavorful beef😋 nice shake too. Take the kids, they'll love it!
Decently well customer service, decent made food. However, we did not receive our cookies we paid for. Already across town & could not make contact with the store via phone call. Pretty bummed overall. My meal isn't complete 😭
Went in about 11:30 and most of food we tried like roast beef ,French fries, popcorn shrimp were cold or luke warm Mgr was great about getting hot food but when your looking to eat and run it wasn't the best experience
Honestly really love the food, but I have no idea what the issue is when I order through the drive through in this specific location, maybe the mic isn’t working all that well so you’ll need to … shout? Like SHOUT HARD, it’s gotta be broken, messed up my order 5 different times. I ordered “No Sauce” on a Corned Beef Ruben and I guess they heard “Extra Sauce” and decided to put the sauce on both sides but like over the top, to the point where I just didn’t even want to eat it. Sure I could have gone back but I live 20 mins away from Arby’s, and sure I could have taken most of the sauce off with a spoon but there was so much. It was already all over the meat and well yeah. My friend was happy to eat it so it didn’t go to waste. There are a lot of other times that they messed up my order but I won’t get into them since i don’t want this review to be too long. I just went to this location and I think this’ll be the last time I go to this Arby’s. They completely got my order wrong and I couldn’t go back because I’m at work
Food was lukewarm. The server was friendly, but it's Arby's, so what do you actually expect? Solid 3 stars, maybe minus one for them wanting to charge extra for extra horsey sauce.
The food was good. The service was good, and the tables were clean. But there were no napkins or sauce cups and almost all the sauces were empty, and one of the soda dispensers was all water. All those little things add up and are very annoying, even though we did enjoy the food.
Service wasn't great this time. It's really hit or miss here. Sometimes, it's not terrible most times, though, it's surly.
I like Arby's. Usually good. Employees can really change a business. Sub-par food? Shouldn't happen in a chain restaurant. Update: Still about the same. And now potato cakes? Overcooked Wagyu burgers.
We didn't stay. The review is strictly about the general experience. We walked in, waited for a minute or two for the team member to take our order but in that short time, we were uncomfortably cold. Not "Karen" cold, we're from the north. This was you better eat your food really fast or it'll be cold, kind of temperature. We were headed to another area of town so we did stop at a different location an dine in

Started with them being out of roast beef... Weird. Tried something different which was the chicken salad. It was good but the bread was really thick and there wasn't enough salad in it. My partner got a crinkle cut fry and bbq something or other which she said was good. However, they didn't get the fry right and gave us mozzarella sticks instead. We asked for sauces but got none. The wait was pretty long for drive thru. Overall, it was an ok experience but didn't expect this chaos from an Arby's with a higher rating than then ones we've previously been to.
For this visit, I'd have to five two stars. The restaurant itself was not that cleaned, even though a worker address the problem, but complained about how the prior customer left the table. Unfortunately everyone doesn't have home training so we can't expect them to do any different in public. It's your job. I had my mouth so ready for a good old classic Aubry, but the bun tasted old, it ruined the experience. I'm not giving up just yet, I just need you guys to get it together. Make sure it a clean enjoyable environment and every meal is served fresh to every customer, every visit. I don't think that's too much to ask.......
Long line wrapped around the building, cashier drops my change on the ground at the drive through and find out when we got home that we did not get the gyro sauce we requested...not good. Chick filet does a better job controlling drive thru traffic and providing customer service.
I don't expect perfection, but this was a bit much to accept without a massive side-eye. First, the AC is out. It was easily 80+° inside. Despite this, there were no signs or warnings or apologies or anything. That's not a deal breaker though, because things happen. However, once we ordered our food, we realized that the restaurant is FILTHY. Used straws, napkins, random liquids, plastic, and other refuse were on the tables, chairs, floors, and just about everywhere. Despite this, there were employees just hanging around casually, some even scattered when we entered the dining area. At this point, we realized that our order was short an entire combo (again, these things happen). Then, we discovered the soda machine was out of Coke, the Ketchup dispenser was empty, and the napkins were depleted. I cannot, based solely on my visit, advise ANYBODY to visit this location.
So I haven't been to Arby's in quite a while. It used to be you could get two classic beef and cheddar for $5.50. Now the price is up to $7. Okay, I get it, prices are rising on everything. I can understand that. But in addition to that, the sandwiches were about a third smaller than they used to be, with significantly less meat on them. Even that might not have led to this review. But you know would have been fantastic on my two beef and cheddar sandwiches? Cheddar. Cheddar would have been great. Not just roast beef slapped on a dry bun. Thanks guys.
We had a long wait because they said they were cooking fresh chicken strips, but the strips were dried out and tasted old when we got them.... the fries were old as well like they had been sitting there and were dropped back in n the friars. The employees were polite and the mozzarella sticks were good tho.
As I was driving down bandera I thought Arby's sounds good I haven't had one in a long time
I went to the store off Bandera (store #5310). The young gentleman, Justice, took my order, and I waited over 7 minutes in the drive-thru with no communication about what was causing the delay. There were several cars behind me,one even left the line because of how long it was taking. When I finally received my order, there weren’t any napkins in the bag either. It’s the little things that matter like including a napkin or simply offering an apology for the wait. Just overall disappointing
They always mess up on my order or forget to put something in the bag. I asked for the Turkey & Swiss, lettuce and cheese ONLY. I get home and notice that they drenched the sandwhich in mustard and mayo. I live by La Cantera, and have only ordered from there when I'm in that area. If they want to "remake" the sandwhich and have me drive, use my gas, time, and energy.. I expect them to make it worth my while. Please stop inconveniencing your customers, and be attentive to their orders. I didn't eat my food. Wasted food and hard earned money.
I didn't get a chance to eat man at the drive thru was pushy and impatient, like I was bothering him or he had something better to do. the light on the menu wasn't turned on yet and it was dark so i asked them to turn it on so i could read the menu...... it felt like I asked a stranger for $20.. just rude..location is kind of old and dated. so I didn't feel too comfortable. cx service is number one to me.
Omg thank goodness I do not have to frequent this Arby's.... I was only there for a pick up order. there were 7 to 8 employees working with only a drive thru being maintained. it took 25 mins and two check backs before I could get Said order. the employees play around too much. school must be out and h. s students trying to make a buck have no drive.
This review is a little difficult. I should and will be leaving a negative review for Uber eats. I ordered a meal through Uber eats. Did not receive it. Called the manager at Arby’s and of course nothing was done ( which I kinda get ). I drove all the way to the restaurant and paid again for the same meal. So theoretically, I paid twice. The manager didn’t wanna believe me. Why would I waste my time and gas to drive 15 miles for a free meal. Not me
I drove 5 miles to get food at this Arby’s as it was the closest Arby’s to my home and I was craving it. At 10:15pm they were closed “due to a labor shortage” according to the sign on the drive through, even though the Google listing showed 11pm. Every single fast food restaurant within 1 mile of them is currently open and serving food. Seems more like a management problem than a labor problem.
Manager was very rude. I tried to explain a situation respectfully, and she completely blew me off. I would've caused a scene but decided that someone who is the manager of Arby's for a living isn't worth arguing with. I am very disappointed and disgusted. Very bad service, wouldn't recommend at all.
This place used to be good, but the most recent time we went, not only did they not listen when I said no cranberry on my diabetic moms sandwich but my sandwich was completely the wrong one drowned in mayonnaise blah! Enough to make three sandwiches with. More bread and mayo than meat from a place who's slogan is "we have the meats" but too stingy to hook it up. Probably never ever go back. Hope they close so it gets turned into a Panda Express, Raising Canes, or Chick fil-a... you know a place that actually serves good food and service every time.
I love Arbys but this location has some interesting folks that have trouble getting the basics down. Slow service, confused workers, lots of running around with their heads cut off. Not sure if a bad day or the norm here. Been here 25 minutes waiting on my sandwich. It's a little fun to watch the chaos so I'll give them another 5 minutes before I speak up.
I am hoping to have a positive outcome because I like Arbys...but my last order was not made right...I had asked for two 2 for 6.00..beef cheddar...2 small fries and a half and half tea. ..when I drive up to the window the cashier said 13.00 dollars I stated that was not correct..because of the two for 6.00 would have been 12.00...not counting the fries and tea...so there was a miscommunication ....I had asked for 2 of the 2.for 6.00..the fries and tea...so the cashier said no problem...and added the other 2 for 6.00...now the amount was 19.78 which was a little high...but I asked...for a breakdown of the charges and that is when I caught him rolling his eyes...yes it was expensive..but I paid it I had hungry kids at home...he had me my purchase...I asked if everything was in there...and the cashier...said yes...no problem...so I did not check the bag. I get home...and I only had 1sandwiche in the bag...not 4...and I ate one on the way home...so my children could not eat...and to boot I got charged the 19.78 on my card...this cashier did not check to make sure that my purchase was correct...but stated that it was....I just got off the phone with Skyler...who said she was an acting manager...and asked for a full refund...and I will be checking for my refund...or I will go straight to a district manager...and if not resolved to corporate office...So am I upset...yes..my children didn't get to eat...and I was charged for Good...I did not receive...and treated badly.
Worst service ever...got 5 roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. The roast beef in all the sandwiches was cold and the bread was burnt. The curly fries that we got were cold and soggy (ugh) we actually ate this awful food because we had just gotten off work and we were hungry otherwise it would've ended in the trash can. I called "the manager" to complain about the poorly served sandwiches and yucky fries to which his response and magnificent hypothesis was that "the food ONLY lasted HOT for 5 minutes in the bag"!!!!???? NEVER heard that before about a fast food take out! That was a lame excuse. He asked me to continue giving them my business, to which I assured him that I was not planning to ever go back to this place. Don't recommend to anybody to go spend your money on such low quality food. Go somewhere else that truly care for their customers.
Middle of the day, locked and closed. Hours say they should be open but nope.
I deliver with uber. This restaurant has directions for uber eat drivers to enter the restaurants yet the doors were locked so i walked to the drive through window since i had already parked my car and the drive through was empty but this guy didn't give me the package saying i should bring my car.
At 1pm today, I ordered 2 sandwiches— the gyro Greek and the French dip. I requested extra tzatziki sauce as there is never enough in this dry sandwich. Not only did they leave sauce out of sandwich, I only got a half portioned container of the tzatziki sauce. To top it off the sandwiches have shrunk. A very disappointing meal —- dry and tasteless —- I could not go back as I am disabled and have to rely on others to drive me anywhere. I had an earlier commitment which allowed me to visit your establishment on my way home. I will think twice before I consider you again.
Walked in. Male taking our order was nothing but attitude. When we had enough and said "Never mind" he said "Whatever". I had to pull my wife out. Skip it. The 1604 and Bandera location is always 5 star. Travel a little further for the best Arby's experience.
Was shorted half my order. The other half was incorrect. Called several times to speak to mgr. Never came to phone. Left messages Never returned my calls. Had enough of their poor service. Will not go back & do not recommend.
I love Arby’s. But I’ll never return here. There was a 4-5inch long black hair inside the wrap on my chicken slider that a lady with black hair handed me in the drive through. When I confronted them about it they said nobody has long hair and the cook has no hair. Like are my eyes not real? That hair certainly was.
I ordered crispy crinkle fries. Normally I get them and they are very hot. The fries I received Saturday evening were old, stone cold, and not crispy. The French Dip sandwich was good.
I think this is the worst review I've ever made. But, I make no apologies. It is, what it is. I hadn't been to Arby's in years. Maybe it was the location? I don't know 🤷🏼♀️. Food was horrible. Ruben sandwich was salty. Curly fries were old& tasted & looked like they were just thrown in the bag. I don't expect "perfection" from a fast food place, but at least an edible meal. Needless to say, I won't be back.
Classic roast beef was unedible. I was tryna post the picture to see how it looked. One kid ate theirs and complained about a stomach ache so the others refused to eat theirs. The color of the meat... not sure how long they had been sitting out or was it just a bad batch of meat all together.
Its hard to ruin the smokehouse sandwhich. But the brisket shouldn't be shredded and doused in BBQ The recipe calls for mayo on the bottom brisket cheese fried onion and BBQ sauce. I got a a sandwich with BBQ sauce brisket cheese and sooo much BBQ sauce on top as well. I basically paid $12 for freaking sauce. And then the Buffalo slider was old as heck. If you can ask for the food to be made fresh, otherwise you'll be let down.
