OMG!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! Their Spicy Chicken is the Bomb.com!!! They only serve Thighs & Legs! Their chicken is crunchy, juicy, and full of flavor. The mango pie is delicious as well. I went there 3 days in a row. The chicken is that good. You might as well get a bucket. It's a little pricey. But in my opinion, it's worth it. We need one on the Northeast Side of town. Great restaurant. Friendly service.
It's Jollibee! Chicken joy (get the spicy or the Katseye version if still available), double check! Jollispaghetti, check. Yumburger (get the Aloha burger), check. Ube pie, peach mango pie, check check check! Palabok, I'm driving to Jollibee now!
Everyone told me I told me I needed to try this chicken place, I've been trying to eat at every chicken place to find the best in San Antonio and I gotta say this is top up there! Their spicy is a bit too hot for me personally but their regular was the sweet spot. Customer service has to be the best though. Told them id never been and they gave me a overview of their menu and the rest is history!
Honestly… forget the other chicken spots. If you haven’t tried Jollibee, you’re seriously missing out! I ordered the spicy fried chicken with fries and WOW… the flavor was on another level. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, perfectly seasoned, and that sauce?? Absolutely insane 🔥🔥 I was genuinely surprised by the portion size too — they do NOT play around! And shoutout to Abdullah Omar — such a polite, professional, and true gentleman. Amazing customer service made the whole experience even better. 10/10. This is REAL fried chicken. I’ll definitely be back.
Ate gina helped us a lot for our requests. The place feels home and safe unlike other fast food. It is my saving grace because I went day before Thanksgiving. It is my 3rd time visiting.
This is my first time trying the fried chicken here, and it's so delicious! My favorite flavor is BBQ, while my husband prefers the original! The burgers are also good; I especially like the pineapple filling.
Chicken is always piping hot and fresh, juicy and crispy! The Korean style is a must try when you go, so sticky sweet. Adobo rice is delicious and seasoned just right, Filipino spaghetti, cheesy, sweet sauce is a nice little treat that’s different and worth a try, Mac n cheese is the best fast food mac I’ve had anywhere, melted cheddar, I’d go just for that side!Recommend the mango peach pie for sure (Sorry not pictured, at it!) or the Ube if you want to try something unique, both are flaky and hot!
Second Jolliber I have been to. First, being in Anaheim, and that place was good. This one is no different in terms of good and service. I do miss the pastry shop from the Anaheim location, but this place is too good to pass up! I got the Aloha Chicken Sandwich again, and the savory and sweet taste makes my mouth water! If you haven't been here, go; you won't regret it.
First time trying Jollibee and it did not disappoint! I got the spicy chicken sandwich and they used actual fresh jalapeño,not the pickled kind so the kick actually hits and the chicken patty itself was one of the thickest I've seen compared to most other places serving chicken sandwiches. The ube pie was pretty good as well,still was crispy after like 4hrs😆
Jollibee is ALWAYS busy because there's just 3 locations and they're so spaced out that almost everyone has to drive at least about half an hour plus to get there! I myself traveled for 2.45 hours just for my craving! Because of the busyness, you should ALWAYS check your order before leaving. The food is so good but also because of the busyness, customer service can suffer a bit. The atmosphere is almost always loud with a lot of people in line to order or waiting for their food but again, the food is soooo good so it's all worth it!! I wish they had more locations but I'm glad we are least have one! I forgot to take pictures of the food this time because I was super hungry but trust, outside of the temperature of the fries, the food is definitely banging 🤤😋🥰
What can be sad about this place that hasn’t already been said. I’m just bummed that it took me five years to finally locate and eat here. I had to have a little of everything and it didn’t disappoint. The thing that continues to be on my mind is the spaghetti. Who would’ve thought that you could sit and eat a whole plate of this stuff ? The staff was super friendly and it was nice to be in a full restaurant full of people enjoying their food.
Jollibee San Antonio is always a great place to eat. The burger steak was tasty and comforting, and the bucket of Chicken Joy was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Both were delicious and satisfying. I left full and happy, and I look forward to coming back.
The best chicken ever! Nothing has change! Plus more add ons on Menus :) i would never ger tired eating Jollibee. I love the pies as well! Would definitely drop by if we go to San Antonio and Dallas.
This place was tasty. Their fried chicken sandwich was really good and I really enjoyed their peach mango pie. I've tried Jollibee's before in Dallas but the food was just okay, but I was impressed with the fried chicken in the San Antonio location. Their spicy chicken burger was delicious and my only regret was not asking for more spicy mayo on the side. Their French fries were also pleasant to eat, I can't wait to go back and try some more items on their menu.
Flagship Jollibee franchisee if there ever was one. Brought some friends down from Austin here, who had never been, to try my favorite Filipino restaurant chain. The staff here were super polite and our food came out ready before we had even decided on a place to sit. The restaurant was clean and their pancit palabok was on point. My friends were surprised and impressed. I look forward to visiting the area again and being able to share this specific Jollibee with more of my favorite people.
Chicken is amazing. Crispy, flavorful, hot and delicious. Both the original and spicy are great. The peach mango pie is absolutely delicious I'll be back for more. The sides are ok not a fan of thr spaghetti but I can see why many people like it. Overall worth it for some hot delicious crispy chicken. Get you some!

If you’re on social media then you know this place is a must-try. I ordered the 6pc mixed (spicy/reg) chicken, w/ 2 sides (spaghetti &fries). I added mashed potatoes, cole slaw, & Adobo rice as additional sides, along with, two biscuits (they do not come with the meal) to my order. Both the chicken and fries had been sitting a little too long, so the temperature was room temp. I simply exchanged those out for hot food with no problem. If you like Popeyes chicken, you’ll enjoy Jollibi’s. The spicy chicken tastes better than the regular. The coke slaw and mash potatoes with gravy were good, as were the hot fries. The biscuits were basic, nothing special. The spaghetti is a cold spaghetti and has a sweet taste. The adobo rice is a mushed rice, similar to overcooked rice. It wasn’t bad tasting but the texture definitely takes away from the overall taste. We enjoyed the food and would definitely eat here again.

The employees were kind but the place was dirty. The floor in front of the cashier was super dirty and sticky. All of the tables had trash & were dirty (moreover on behalf of the patrons that constantly leave their food on the tables rather than tossing it like decent folk). They could have used a few more ppl attending to the dining area. The employees were kind. I asked for a side of the Korean sauce for my chicken and they apparently don’t give it out. To make up for it, they gave me a whole free bucket of chicken with the Korean sauce to make up for the fact that they couldn’t just give me the sauce solo…which I thought was weird but whatever, free chicken!
Well the rave reviews did NOT meet my actual experience. $80 for 2 buckets of chicken and some fries, a few potato pies and gravy. The chicken was fine, no blood on the bone , which is important but, nothing spectacular. Fries were greasy. We ordered online for pick up, gave them 45 minutes notice with a scheduled time for pick up. We started receiving texts about 15 minutes before our arrival saying we are starting to get your order together, then, we are excited to see you , then your order is almost ready for pickup. Upon arrival we went to grab our order, they hadn't even started to prepare it. So there's a disconnect somewhere. The neighborhood is sketchy, the atmosphere compares with that. Overall, the cost did not meet the quality or expectations. I would NOT run back here for thier famous fried chicken. Sorry but it's an honest review. Much better fried chicken in Texas for a fraction of the price.

Person at counter could not have cared any less. Food was ok, the variety is the value, someone should be able to find something to eat here although nothing is great. The white rice was the best thing. Now if you told me it is made with less preservatives or was packed with vitamins i would believe you. It reminded me more of hospital food than fast food. So I went here on August 21st. The food was great!!! It was my first time trying Jollibees and omg I really enjoyed it. I got the 2 piece meal with biscuit, pie, and jolly spaghetti and drink. The cashier was helpful as well. I would’ve given a five star but the only issues were the atmosphere. It looked like no one was cleaning the tables at all nor the drink station. Drink station had the lids everywhere and the tables were just all messy. People were leaving but the tables were never getting cleaned. Also, there was a kid that was there at the restaurant and it’s not the restaurants fault but he was unattended and he just stood over our table looking at my partner and I eating. It was just weird. Next time I’ll be ordering drive thru and just eating at home cause the atmosphere was not it.

Ridiculous! Be prepared to always wait for their basic stuff chicken joy and burger. They never have stuff ready!! And always giving us the wrong order so make sure to check it before you leave!

One and done. I hope this isn't how this place operates and serves food all the time. No rush, cold and not fresh food. All food ready to make to serve but no urgency to make. 30 minutes to get food.
