We decided to have some lunch at this location today. It was really good and filling. I had a half sandwich and half a spud of potato and of course the awesome sweet tea! I recommend this place.

We tried the bundle special to go. Total with tip was $42. Everything was good. The wings were fresh, the fries where good. I loved the lemon pepper. The Buffalo was mild but it was still too spicy for me sadly but luckily my husband loved them and I hate some of his. The only reason for the 4 stars is because of the timing. The website said it would take 30 mins. But we arrived almost 20 mins early and our food was already done. So if we had waiting the time than our food probably would have been cold. I hope y’all can fix that. Other than that it would have been 5 stars. Will definitely be coming back again will just arrive a little sooner than the website says to ensure fresh hot wings.

It was great food but very busy and not enough staff. Thankfully our waiter came from behind the bar and was very helpful!

Was easily able to grab a table here on a Sunday afternoon when most other sports bars were either packed or only showing the Cowboys game. No problems finding the game I wanted watch (not the Cowboys!) and the service was prompt and friendly. The wings were what I expected - not top tier but tasty and very hot (as requested.) As always, they have a large selection of cold brews to choose from. I would come back. Olympic Otter

Always a great place to go for lunch if you want wings. Great service. Fast place to go if you in a hurry at lunch time

Appears a manager said harsh words, quietly, to a staff member. It changed the entire vibe of other staff members as well. A couple of coworkers made attemps of support and encouragement. It went from organic to puppetry. I got my order to go. The atmosphere shifted to discomfort. My side with my sandwich was not given. Forgotten by one of the supportive staff members in the thick of things.

Service for me has always been great. The kitchen is the weak link. Had to send back mozzarella sticks for being room temperature. Then wings came out like that. Manager really needs to train the kitchen to properly heat the food.

I give a little grace for being there in the last hour but the wings were some of the most underwhelming I’ve ever had. If all the food was bad they wouldn’t have stood out, but since the hatch chile bacon burger was so good it made me realize I didn’t enjoy the wings at all. Very solid service from Keilani and we had an enjoyable time overall but definitely not as delicious as anticipated.

I ordered a reuben sandwich but it came with no sauerkraut. When the checker told the cook she needed sauerkraut he asked what it was. She had to describe it to the cook.

I visited McAlister's Deli around 7:30 PM and was the only person dining in, though there were several carry-out and food delivery orders during my time there. I ordered the McAlister's Club sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, along with an iced tea. The soup was hot but fairly average, which was about what I expected. The sandwich had a generous amount of turkey and ham, but it was a little disappointing to only find one slice of bacon. The restaurant was clean, and overall, the experience was decent for a quick, casual meal.

Haven't been to McAllister deli in at least 2-3years. Visited Sunday 5pm. Restaurant was not to busy. Probably around 4 other parties. Ample room in the dining area. Place was fairly clean and pretty quiet. Saw 2 people studying. Ordered grilled chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese. Wife ordered bake potatoe. The sandwich tasted fresh except for the bread, not sure if it was ment to be toasted or it was just old bread. Not much chicken in the sandwich but it did taste good. Mac n cheese tasted ok, thinking it was the mix in power type of cheese. Wife said bake potatoe was average. Not horrible but not amazing. She said it was a bit dry. Sweet tea was not a disappointment. I would go just for the tea if it was not in a busy shopping center. Plenty of parking. Restrooms were clean. 35$ for 2 drinks sandwich and bake potatoe. Would not mind going back, Just not top on my list.

food come out Luke warm/cold server told manager but could care less there was no reason for food to come out cold cuz not many people were here sever was not attentive picture given manager finally did come around to give us our dessert that we ordered along with a triple chocolate, chip cookie and a brownie to take home with $10 off of our Bill. He made it right which made the experience better.

Went in for evening dinner, waited at least 10 mi minutes to be seated, then we get seated and wait another 5 minutes just to be told there is a 10 minute wait , didn't even bother to rake drink order, so we wait another 10 minutes and still nothing. I see them seating other people in line and taking there orders, I finally ask who our waiter was and some one was sent,asked to talk to manager, I did but manager has very professionalism to address issue, I love BWW BUT THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!!

The wings were overcooked and under-seasoned. I enjoy BWW, but I've never been to this location before. The wings I got from here were so under-seasoned that you couldn't tell what I even ordered. Over half of the wings were completely plain and the others were barely better. The french fries with just salt and pepper had more kick. Overcooked and under-seasoned wings leads to a disappointing meal.

The girl who took our order was so nice and let us take our time ordering. She accidentally put our order for dine in and let the kitchen know that it was for Togo. They put our order in the window for dine in and the manger “Georgie” asked why she didn’t tell them ( which she did I heard her) and they proceeded to throw the food back at her employee with so much attitude... Very awkward and just rude for her to treat her employees like that infront of customers. Other than that the fir at the counter was super nice and handled it very well.

Ordered the Spicy Turkey Melt. This sandwich is supposed to come with bacon, spring mix, and tomatoes automatically, all of which were missing from my sandwich, they just gave me turkey, cheese, avocado, and mayo. Also no pickle spears for any of the sandwiches in the order. Disappointed, probably won't return to this location. Fairly terrible.

I’m sure the sandwich will taste fine but to fold the bread and cut it unevenly. I get this was a to go order but this food care isn’t up to the standard this location use to have.

It's been awhile since I've been to this McAllisters. Same issue, place is dirty and no one to pick up the tables yet alone sweep the floor. Plenty of employees so that was not the issue. Took some photos but they don't do justice of how the place really looked. One of the photos has two employees looking at a cell phone never turned around to help me. If the place is so dirty how can the food be good?!

Went to get wings for lunch and come home and see this. They are old and inedible as is the celery. There was no customers when I went in and yet can't get anyone to answer phone and when they do, it hangs up after I ask for the manager.

Poor service experience. I came in, asked where to sit, sat at a table and waited for 15 minutes. No one came to take my order or check on me. I would have left right then, but I was waiting for a specific time frame, so I went to the bar and was served there. The bartender was fine, but I can’t believe there was literally no table service for so long. I saw servers help 3 other tables, including one that arrived after me, before I was fed up and stood from my seat. There was also an issue where they tried not to honor their happy hour prices that are posted online. I showed them a screenshot (attached here) and they adjusted it, but it felt off in the first place that they tried to charge me extra.

Worst wings I’ve ever had. The mozzarella sticks were completely empty with no cheese inside. The wings were completely submerged in sauce and looked like soup. The box was falling apart because of how soggy it was from how much sauce was on the wings. The food was not even edible and we ended up just throwing it out. Also, they got the order wrong.. we ordered two different sauces and there was only one. I ordered online and the website said the food would be ready at 1am and that they close at 2am. I got to the restaurant around 1:05 and they were already closing at 1am so either they have the hours wrong on their website and google or they decided to close early that night. Also, I’ve never had a takeout restaurant charge a service fee? The only thing I’ll give them is that the carrots were alright

I’m a houstonian visiting San Antonio. I’m disappointed with this visit. At first our waitress was super nice but when she left our table and everyone else serving she made faces. Now i understand as someone who previously worked in the food industry that you won’t always have good days, but that is no excuse to take it out on the customers. I feel bad ordering anything without feeling like someone is going to spit in my drink or something. My order came with the wrong flavor and instead of getting new wings they coated them and drenched them with the original sauce I wanted now they’re extremely spicy and I’m unable to eat them. I’ve also waited a while for refills which is not okay while burning your mouth off. I also asked for extra crispy and they didn’t do that for me. I asked them to be re made and she put a lot of extra crispy stickers which I found to be petty. Manager was super sweet and didn’t charge me for the first batch.

Just as an FYI, I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced! We ordered 6 boneless wings and 5 dippers. We never got the boneless wings. They told us they were going to bring them and they never did. We asked our server twice about our order and she said “it was not on her” and also we had to ask for the manager twice. The irony of going to a wings restaurant and not getting the wings ? Lol.

Such a terrible place to eat wings at. This place is entire staff is teenagers so it’s a mess. Just imagine paying $19 for a platter just for the food to be old and reheated on warmers. The worst food, the worst service, don’t make the mistake of going here.

If I didn’t know any better, I’d say I was walking into my great-grandmother’s nursing home dinning room. The food was beyond gross. The pickle on the side looked withered and was squishy. The kids macaroni was brown, not sure how old it was, and the kids pretzel dogs were wrinkled, dry, and hard to chew. I also got the chicken and dumplings soup and it too was brown and looked like it had been sitting out for days. The broccoli was also dry and had bubbles on it like it was microwaved. The individuals working acted like we were already a bother so I didn’t have it in me to let them know how awful it was. I’ve been to this location in the past and never had this problem before but maybe it has gone down hill since.

Was greeted as we walked in. This was expected. But when we approached the counter, Arriane who was working the register/taking our order did not take her eyes off of her phone. She did not make eye contact or look at us. She finally stopped texting when my wife started placing her order. Then I shortly followed with my order. This was very disrepectful. This type of behavior should be corrected by the supervisor, manager or the owner. We do not plan on coming back to this location. 151 and 410 (next to Lowes)

It’s really not worth the money, got a half sandwich with soup combo. About 11 bucks but the quality of the food it’s really not worth it . The presentation used to be nice but now they use to go containers for soup. And even in that it’s only half full. Paid over 35 dollars for this meal for 2 and 2 teas. Save your money and go elsewhere where.

My boyfriend got me a club sandwich today for lunch. And when he brought it to me at work, when I opened it, I found a hair on my sandwich. Didn’t even get to touch my lunch! I was not very happy. What a waste of money

It’s was 20 minutes before closing time on August 2nd and I ordered a Smokey turkey and I said no mustard and she repeated it back to me just for me to finally get back home from a 12 hour shift to find my food soaked in mustard. I’m ALLERGIC. I would’ve been completely fine with this and just pick up different food and give it to my bf but I can clearly tell that the girl taking my order was upset. When I tried talking to her, she would flat out ignore me. I’m going back tomorrow to figure her name out.

This was the dirtiest restaurant with the poorest staffed place I've been to here in San Antonio. The tables were all dirty, when staff was asked to clean them he only swiped the dirt onto the chairs, this, if you were even able to get his attention because he had his earbuds on and was paying no attention to anyone in the restaurant. Food and trash lay all over the place, restaurant was very busy but no staff cared to clean after each table was opened up as we watched new customers clean their own table. Our order took over 30 minutes to be delivered to our table, sandwiches and fruit cups with poor food quality, bread was stale on two of the sandwich orders and not eaten. I did take a few photos of the tables "after" earbud boy cleaned them. This placed is dirty and disgusting.
