A bit cold inside but the food was nonetheless great. It wasnt very busy either but the employees seemed like they had a lot on their hands.

Manager Sydney and Assistant manager Robert were both extremely helpful when we ran into an issue with placing our order. Very clean establishment, clean restrooms, and excellent service. The employees kept everything stocked and tidy. I would recommend this particular Zaxby's to my friends and family.

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s recently. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to take my order. My food came out hot and fresh, and the employees made sure everything was right before I left the counter. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and get such efficient service, especially during busy hours. Definitely one of the better fast food experiences I’ve had. I’ll be back!

I love Zaxbys. Its been more than a decade since I've been to one and this one did not disappoint. The cashier was so super friendly and inviting and went above and beyond to make my visit a great one.

I had zaxby's once a few years back and had been wanting to eat it again ever since then but hadn't had the chance up until a week ago. Ordered through drive-through - a chicken sandwich combo (no sauce, no pickles), and a chocolate chip cookie. I was given a completely wrong order and had to go back for my correct order. Thankfully, I was still in the parking lot. I kept the wrong order. They stated they couldn't take the food back. The sandwich was warm and crispy. The fries were given in a little box. They had a little bit of too much salt for my liking. All in all, it was a delicious meal, and I will definitely be making time to make another stop soon. The lot around the area was clean, and the employees were patient and kind.

The chicken was very fresh, I had to eat carefully because it was so hot. The service was super quick as soon as we walked in we were greeted and had our order taken. The wait was not long at all. Lobby and condiment station was very clean and well kept. The atmosphere was very welcoming.

Service to start off was exceptional. Savannah took our order and answered every question we had. She even recommended some sauces because we had trouble deciding. Her recommendation for the buffalo garlic was delicious! On top of that she was so attentive to how we wanted our wings. The chicken fingerz (tenders) were absolutely amazing! Probably the best tenders among all the chicken restaurant. They are clearly made from real whole chicken rather than processed chicken meat like what most other places would serve. Portions were good for the prices. Our go-to chicken for sure!!

Much, much better food than I've seen in reviews. Crispy, flakey, and flavorful. I came to see for myself whether the terrible reviews were still accurate (they're not!). I was pleasantly surprised by my visit- The appeal of zaxby's definitely should sit with sauce enthusiasts. There are around one dozen sauce options. The amount of food was substantial for the price- the kitchen observed an unspoken rule that if a finger is under a specified weight (if it's a light finger) they add one. At the end of the day- it stops terrible reviews like they've been recieving and reduces waste overall while producing a happy customer- like myself. This location learned that and it's awesome. The food was flavorful, all hot, and all fresh. It's amazing and packs a truly southern flavor- bitter, spicy, sweet and salty. Give this place a try! Last note: For this location to hit its 5*, the restaurants front of house needs to be kept clean and stocked. Thank you! We'll be seeing you!

Refreshing food on a Sunday night. Staff was very interactive and restaurant was clean. Obviously they take pride in what they do which is rare these days in a fast food environment. Hats off to the management. Overall pleasant experience and the food was on point.

Update; We finally came back and had lunch on September 21st. The chicken tenders were a little over cooked, but still good. The fries were not fresh. They tasted and felt like they were under the warming light for a couple hours. The chicken sandwiches were ok and one had a hair in the breading. It was cooked into it. We came here for the first time June 30th for dinner and went thru the drive thru. We waited in line 30 minutes before we could even order and then waited 20 more minutes before we were given our food. It's a new restaurant, so I understand the crazy long wait, but I believe it still should not have taken that long. The girl outside taking the order must be hard of hearing. Even when I spoke up, she still struggled to hear me speak. All employees there are new, but she didn't seem to be familiar with the menu. I had to explain what they had and any sides that were included. We got the 20 piece Fingerz and it was pretty good. Moist and tender. The French fries were good too. While the food was good, it was not worth waiting 50 minutes to get it. We will definitely come back, but we will wait a while until there is not such a long wait
