I have eaten at a few Whataburger’s in Texas. This is my first in Florida. This location does not offer military discount. This location offers a police discount. The service and atmosphere is exactly what one should expect and was on point. As for the food, the fries were good. The burgers were standard, but nothing stood out. I would state that a well prepared Whopper, In & Out Burger, or a Five Guys burger is more flavorful and robust than a Whataburger. I would recommend visiting this location, but to me is nothing more than a decent fast food burger.

They always get something wrong on my orders. We keep coming back because the food is good. Often forgetting the desert option for the kids meal, even tho verbally acknowledged. Last time we went, I ordered a kids cheeseburger, and got a grilled cheese instead. We ate it, because again, the food is good, but would certainly prefer what we ordered.

Holy what a day!? Came in on thursday november 20th 7:30pm not even a friday night or anything. The line inside was long the person taking orders took a really long time putting food in the system , got my food fairly quickly but they messed it up completly. Burger had bacon that i didn’t ask for , no fries that i had ordered , and a random bag under some other name with a burger that wasn’t mine . Consider looking twice maybe before putting food in the bag that doesn’t belong ?

I was anticipating greatness what with everyone at my job raving about it and how it's "better than Ford's Garage!" Well. It's not. It's meh at best. Too much nun and it was crumbly in the mouth like it was stale. I went a second time just in case....same meh, icky bun. The patty was unremarkable. Too expensive for the quality. IMHO

Burger had too many onions and this was my 2nd visit and I didn't like the food after my first try. Anyway my Burger had uncooked bacon and no ketchup only mustard plus my fries were soggy. I ate them cause I was hungry. Not worth $15 I paid.

Man I just can't win with food around town anymore, no where is safe? I've been here for my break multiple times as I work right next to it, and I understand the food is cook to order, but let me order my food please? Or do I have to have a car and affect your drive times to be considered important, the last 3 times I came i walked out because no one took my order despite standing at the register and I could even hear them take drive thru orders, after the third order taken via drive thru, I realized I wasn't important and my money wasn't needed, so once again I left, wasting my break and ruining my opinion . Yall need to put some pep in your step, actually care or something. All these restaurants nowadays are all garbage. Two stars because out of the 5 times I visited, the one time I did eat was prettygood! Great food if you feel like being treated second rate.

Usually at least a 15-20 minute wait for drive through! You would think your staffing would be heavier during peak hours for lunch 😕 Definitely room for improvement. Kind of defeats the purposes of "fast food"

They continually add the incorrect condiments on the burgers and do not include all items ordered when delivered. Not hard to read a receipt and place items in a bag…SMH. I’m not one for comments, but this is the worst Whataburger location ever! Completely incompetent staff. Today will be our last order, not that Whataburger will care! HA!

Wow, just wow. I went in to get lunch, believing that the meal would be made to order if not at least hot and fresh. Instead, the only thing that was even close to warm on my double burger was the lettuce. The hamburger wasn't even warm, it's possible that I might be able to claim I am a necrophiliac because I ate dead meat. It was that cold. The bread tasted wet and soaked and the cheese that I had added wasn't anywhere near melted. It was cold and torn from being too rigid to hold together after being stuffed in the sandwich as if it were an afterthought. The fries were cold, moist and had little taste. I ate half the sandwich and chucked the fries with the rest of the sandwich, This meal really felt to me as if it had been made for someone else around 1130 am and I was given it around 1250 pm. At least the Diet Coke tasted like Diet Coke.

The overnight associates are careless. They gave me a Dr. Pepper to drink instead of a Coke Zero like I ordered. Im allergic to Dr. Pepper. The manager hung up on me 3 times and kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me explain the problem. I called 4 more times and no answer. These workers dont care about you or your well being. I will make sure the manager and the worker that put Dr. Pepper in my drink and think its funny will be fired asap. Your messing with people's food and lives. Pay attention or you'll kill somebody.

This location denies access to service dogs. My family just went inside this location to eat at around 10:30PM (12/6/2025). The elderly white man with a mustache behind the counter immediately told us my wife's clearly marked service dog is not allowed in the premises. My wife reminded this particular employee of the ADA law and he is free to ask the requisite questions to verify his function. The Whataburger employee waved away my wife's statement. We have been to this location often, with and without our service dog. This is the first time we have been refused service at this location. We will never patronize this location again. Very disappointed at Whataburger's training and hiring policy. On boarding anyone this rude, ignorant and dismissive should never be normalized.

Almost everytime I’ve gone to this Whataburger location, they say it’s going to be a 7 min wait for a Spicy chicken biscuit so I decide not to get it. However, I still bought my kids a chicken biscuit and this is the tiniest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen. I could spend the same amount ($3.75-$4) at Chick fil a and get a piece of chicken 3x that size. But this happened to fall on a Sunday. Save your money and cook your own food at home. This food is killing us all anyways!
