Staff was unbelievably nice, and the food was hot. Straight out of the fry basket hot. Never had a fast food experience this great. Wonder why all burger kings can’t be this good!

We go here quite a bit and the food is always hot and our order is correct. I have a bunch of picky eaters so this is a big deal to my family. Very friendly service as well.

We ate inside while charging. The bathrooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and on it! Honestly a great experience and a great vibe.

Now I am only giving them 5 stars because their customer service was awesome the food order was correct, the food was hot and prepared well. But for burger King as a corporate I would give them a 2. I had a huge craving for the crunchy tacos they started getting about 4 years ago. So I find out they still have them.....awesome I was in my car driving and pull out one of these amazing crunchy delights....I take a huge bite and. ........oh God what am I eating.....it was horrible. They changed everything that was good about them. The shell texture is different. The shell flavor was different. The filling was different it was disgusting I didn't eat anymore of it. Thanks burger King for ruining it....never eat here again sorry

This place is so good for no reason! Two times I’ve been here, Adrian was on the drive thru and was so nice! The other employees are nice as well, but Adrian’s positivity really stood out! The food is great too! Also, amazing coupons.

I came in 10 minutes before the breakfast hour closed. I ordered some breakfast sandwiches and told the manager that my kids wanted syrup with the sandwiches Because they really wanted some mcdonald's mcgriddles.😂 Long story short when I received my order-The manager said ,Hey...I threw some extra things in there for the kiddos I wasn't expecting a nice gesture-And for that reason, I leave this Location a positive a review because I had a positive experience and received a kind gesture. The manager gave us a Large order of French toast sticks...Another large order of hash browns it was nice & hot too.

The only reason I go to Burger King is for their delicious Impossible Burger. They actually cook it well done, just how I like it. I always add pickles, and it never fails to hit the spot. Honestly, it's better than the $18 veggie burgers you find at fancy spots. At Burger King, it's under $10—and it's a big burger too! Fresh, fast, and totally satisfying.

Went to get the new “southwest burger”, the service was fast and friendly, the restaurant was clean and the burger was really delicious, oh ya the fries were hot and crisp.

Once in a while I get the urge for Burger King. This one is conveniently located nearby. Drive thru was quick and efficient. Food was up to standards.

Service is alright, the food always tastes like it was cooked in old grease and it's never hot when you get it. Other than that it is okay. Their m&m shake is really good.

The food was burger king quality... take that how you want to but the restaurants kids play area was a little janky. The netting looked like it would give at any moment and the whole jungle gym would shake like there was an earthquake waiting to topple. Besides that im sure my kids had some fun but would not reccomend if there is alot of kids playing. Employees were actively cleaning and nice. Unfortunately homeless people are at the gas station next door and came in but other than that it was a good experience.

I’ve been going to this Burger King since I was little I’ve always enjoyed the food… it’s fast food yes but doesn’t disappoint none the less. The customer service is great and so I thought when u was old enough I’d apply and I got the job. The atmosphere at work is always so humble and it doesn’t feel forced working there because if my coworkers.:)

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good place to stop and use the restroom and grab something to eat on your travels through the area. The fries were a bit undercooked, but for the most part they provided what was expected.

I have visited this specific location multiple times. The service may vary, depending on the time of the day. I have gotten fast service some days, and other days I have to wait a while. But, overall it's a good location.

Fries and hash browns a rarely fresh at this location. Sauce on burgers are overly added. Employees are very nice.

Quick stop while traveling. Ordered Double Cheeseburger combo to go. (Takeout only due to COVID19). Combo came with 16oz drink instead of the 21oz drink Burger King serves for a small combo; she said it was their "new small". The onion rings were fresh & delicious, but the meat on the sandwich was stale. I'd already left & didn't have time to return. Consistency & quality matter, and fell short at this location. I won't return here and will be watchful at other locations.

These ppl constantly get their orders wrong. Not just once, twice, thrice, frice (is that even a word?) But sometimes multiple wrong items in one order. Then the next time you go it happens all over again. Food is fine, nothing new or amazing compared to any other BK Also, there's some shady ppl constantly around this place...(some homeless, ppl loitering at 10 or 11pm, ppl shouting, one time there was a dude chasing a chick around the parking lot and the guy slammed into a car in front of me trying to catch her and she was purposely taunting him, etc.) I purposely waited several months after visiting several times each month to make a well rounded review

The food was your basic BK food, and my companion had a special order which they cooked fast and to her liking. The service was good. However, my group was absolutely disgusted with how dirty the restaurant was. The dining area was not clean. The floor needed to be swept and mopped, tables thoroughly wiped down. The workers were not overworked because there were only a couple of tables filled and the crew was talking behind the counter amoungst themselves.

Made me wait 15 minutes before taking my order at the front counter. The worker went through about 5 cars at the drive thru register before getting to me. The burger was mid as hell too bruh. But I also don't understand how inefficient you got to be to work this way, all you had to do was take my order that takes around 1 minute. They should basically make the store drive thru only because this dude had me standing at the front counter for 15 minutes just staring into his eyes while he gets through 5 drive thru orders. Kept telling me 1 second and 1 second turned into 15 minutes. Dude, just take my order lol

Don't go through the drive through they don't give you the receipt and they short your order. Better triple check your bag before you drive away bc they will call you a liar when you call to let them know your missing your sandwich.

This place has become extremely unreasonable for the amount of food. Everything tastes like it was heated in a microwave or fried in an absorbent amount of grease. The people working the drive-thru window can't take an order correctly to save their life which is really sad.

WiFi LIE - the sign on the door says they have WiFi. That's why I stopped there. Turns out it's not true. I guess correctly it is, as they you can get a WiFi connection, however they have no internet service. I spoke to the onsite manager and she said the "modem lights weren't on' and pretty much oh well. Extremely frustrating. If you decide to go there check before your order as their other locations right next door that have wifi that works

Cold food from the start, live right around the corner, and was sooo disappointed. There was no quality control and paid $36.00 for food. I could have made much better for sure and cheaper.

Talk about lethal. This place is disgusting. We don't go to Burger King so we weren't sure what to order. After swatting away all the flies from my face I looked at the menu. The pictures looked very tasty. Ordered a whopper meal. My wife tried to order a buffalo chicken sandwich but the cashier said that particular sandwich made her stomach feel funny (lol wierd). After buying $57 in miscellaneous items we sat down to feast. After the second bite I knew I'd be in for a rough night. Woke up four hours later to the sound of beep...beep...beep...I was in the freaking Emergency room. Contracted a lethal dose of food poisoning. Our three boys were all sitting in the waiting room with green faces and extremely ill. My wife was in another room. Apparently she had the squirts so bad the doctors we're fearful for her life. Two months later and I'm still running to the toilet every six minutes. Stay away from this cesspool!

This place is horrible all around !!!I ordered to go since I was only in the area for a soccer game not only did it take 30 minutes for just 2 kids meals but while I waited for the food, my kids decided to play in the play area and BOTH came back with scrapes on their back from the play area. We got our food and left once in the car we realized the cheeseburgers had NO CHEESE .

Walked in stood at counter waiting for someone to help me on this Wednesday evening. The man was doing drive thru orders and never said I will be right with you! Waited over 5min. We stop there periodically and the food is usually great and so is the service. But last week food was luke warm. So I wonder is there new management?? If so, it's not good.

I was there for getting family bundle, the guy said wait I will be with you in a minute, but it takes long I went forward to see how many cars are in front of me, it was one. I came back and ordered. When I arrived next to the window, the guy said “I don’t ready your order, because I told you wait and you didn’t patient, I don’t have time for you. You must go behind the line and wait again.” I give up and leave the place and I am not going back there anymore.

Never again! I dont know why I gave Burger King another shot. I was in line for 45 minutes! If I didn't have so many cars infront and behind me, I WOULD HAVE LEFT. After some time, I went straight to the window. The clerk told me "their broiler wasn't working". REALLY?! You had me (and other drive through customers) waiting 45 minutes for nothing!? NEVER AGAIN

Very, very slow crew!!! There were four in the kitchen, three in front counter, plus the manager walking around. I order one taco and a soda It took ALL those people 17 minutes to give me ONE taco. Im sure there were other orders plus drive thru BUT i feel its too long. Highly unlikely me stopping by again.

Three times we've eaten here, three times we've gotten sick. Gut wrenching, food poisoning sick. I don't know if it's the food storage, food handling practices or cleanliness, or all of the above, but something is definitely not right. Never eating here again and I suggest others avoid it too. You'll be better off with a hot dog from the gas station next door.

I have been going to this location for years. The employees have always been very nice & friendly. Lately when I go to this location (3235 W Little League Dr, San Bernardino, CA 92407), there is a "new" General Manager that I recognize from another San Bernardino BK who is very loud & rude to her employees. I saw her yelling at a cashier & calling her names & saying things like, "Why are you so stupid?!!". A customer asked the manager for extra condiments & she turned & said to the woman beside her, "Get her some damn ketchup & salt lazy a$$!" I was shocked since the manager was in fact standing right next to the condiments! You can hear her yelling from the tables when she is in the back. I honestly felt sorry for the employees working with her as she was so rude & unpleasant to work with. I believe her name was Carolina, she said she was the store manager. Someone needs to address her "people skills" as she is always in a bad mood when we visit. **Adding 8/11/18 I went back today and saw the same Manager again being rude to customers and her staff. I can't believe they allow people like this in a management position!!

I ordered through the drive-thru, but my drink was flat. When I tried calling them, both the phone number on the receipt and their website said disconnected. I paid extra for nothing.

I have came to this Bk before and so my daughter asked to come this day she was playing in the play place where kids play without shoes . And she’s. Walking on their mat which you can see it very much not regularly cleaned because it has a build up of dirt and debris please Do better Burger King . The supervisor is like well do you want a band aid it was cleaned a few days ago I’m like whoa it’s used daily it should be cleaned daily . This is not Ok

Waited in the drive thru at the machine for over 20 minutes. After I moved past the machine it asked in AI what I would like to order. So I never got to order and I had to wait another 20 minutes for the 3 cars in front. Never again left without eating and wasted my lunch hour for work

Horrible. Staff is unprofessional and act like you did something wrong when THEY forget an item from your order. A Family member went back in to get his missing chicken sandwitch With his receipt, they were rude and unprofessional couldn't even apologize for their mistake. Unfortunately, the staff is ruining this location, they should definitely consider hiring competent employees that are capable of doing their jobs correctly.

Signage on the door says it doesn't close until 8pm for the dining room. We show up at 7pm and the doors locked and the guy inside is signaling us that we can't come in. They're was people sitting inside eating as well. We needed to use the restrooms because we're on a very long drive have children and wanted shit down and eat. False advertisement. Not happy at all.

As I have done for the last 3 plus years on Wednesdays, I take my grandkids tom this BK location after school. Usually, we go inside since they want to play in the play area. Today we were running late, and I decided to use the drive thru. I gave my order with coupons, the first 2 were no issue when I ordered the third item, I was told I could only use 2 coupons in the drive thru. I was further told that I would have to come inside to use the third coupon. I had to pull thru and go inside, I asked to speak to the manager. I asked the manager why there were no signage posted at drive thru informing customers of this coupon policy, further there is no mentioning of this policy on the coupon flyer. She stated that she did not know and that it was a policy she was told by corporate to enforce. I have no issue with store policy if I had prior knowledge or if there was some type of signage informing me of this policy. Having to place an order at the drive thru and then having to park then go into the restaurant to complete my order is ridiculous to say it politely. This is a complete failure of reasonable customer service, and a total waste of time for the customer as well as the employees. Speaking of employees, as I was waiting for my order I observed the following. An employee (name tag read STACK) was loudly complaining to another employee that was about to start his shift about what a "rigged" place this was, and he was still waiting on a promotion. Both employees continued to speak rather badly/negatively of the restaurant. The same employee then went from the front counter to the kitchen/prep area without washing his hands and handled food items. The were 2 employes working the front counter and the drive thru window, both were dressed rather poorly and nowhere near what an employee serving customers should be attired as. The employe working the drive thru had rather long hair and a beard but no hairnet of any kind. The entire counter area looked rather shabby and very unprofessional; I also notice a fair amount of debris on the floor in the kitchen/prep area. Overall, I was not impressed with my visit to this location, just the whole coupon issue in the drive thru and the conversation of the employees in front of customers was anything but a pleasant experience. If it was not for the fact that my grandkids love Burger King, I would not be returning to this location at all. Overall very disappointed in how this visit turned out.
