Super cute little cafe!! We went there for breakfast and the Goodness Cali Wrap was delicious!! It had chorizo, egg, potatoes and cheese. There was a yummy green salsa on the side. My daughter got the kids breakfast with scrumptious scrambled eggs, toast, and sausage. Everything was fresh and healthy! The cafe is darling and the staff is welcoming!

tl;dr: happy this place is here, I’m rocking with the aesthetic inside. I got the Buddha Bowl with garlic cilantro sauce. Filling, satisfying, and quick- The quality of the food was enjoyable! Happy that as someone who eats plant based was able to enjoy both hot sweet potato and grilled tofu with the bowl I ordered and veggies were fresh and crisp! Everything part of my bowl had good portions and it actually filled me up as someone who is normally a bottomless pit which is a big plus for me. Happy this place is up and running. There is a lot of open space with available seating, perfect for a quick bite with friends or alone. The designing of the interior and colors are complimentary to the food available and the atmosphere that is established is welcoming. I’m always kinda lost when it comes to these kinds of eateries which is a big reason why I don’t eat at these kinds of places but the gal inside (Justice I believe ) helped guide me; a newbie to what’s available and I felt confident with what I ended up ordering and I’m happy knowing I can also build a bowl to my preference. Promptly destroyed it on my lunch break with the majority of my time left to do whatever I want which is big for me. I look forward to trying out their other options and their juices. Grateful I have a spot I can enjoy food around here on lunch breaks that can be considered healthy.

Decided to support a new local business for Earth Day and #FreshNgo did not disappoint! I ordered online and my order was ready before I even pulled out of my driveway. The staff was very friendly and the decor inside is super cute / earthy with lots of plants. I sat outside to enjoy the beautiful weather - tables were clean & comfortable and had little plants for centerpieces. My Buddha bowl was delicious! I’ll definitely be back to try out more of the menu. Perfect choice for Earth Day!

Wonderful friendly young ladies that work here. I was greeted at the door, given options and extras to go with my meal. The food was fresh and tasted great. The atmosphere is clean, well made, and pleasant. Prices seemed reasonable. I will say that the place could use some air conditioning on a warm day like today but they do have fans.

🍃New to Escondido and I had been searching the Google Maps for real food. Fresh Cafe had new signage and clean interior. They only use coconut and avocado oil to cook. Their proteins seem high quality and many options to customize. I had chilaquiles and chorizo burritos with Agua de Jamaica / Hibiscus Drink 💖🙏

This is a nice little spot! There is plenty of room for dining. They have large and small tables, as well as outdoor seating. It looks like they have a small stage in the corner for live music as well. The food is very fresh! There is nothing like a fresh salad with perfectly cooked protein. I got the Mediterranean salad, and I added the habanero and cilantro sauces on it. I'm a seafood lover, so I swapped the chicken out for ahi and shrimp. This was a very costly decision, but it made the food exactly how I wanted it. My wife tried the Miami bowl and got chicken and shrimp. If I had 1 complaint, these double protein bowls, with 2 drinks, cost 56 bux. That's a very costly lunch. For that price, I would have wanted either 2 bowls a piece or much more protein than what I got. BUT! I AM NOT A CHEAP'O so I'm still happy. The girl making our salads was friendly and did a good job answering all my questions. This is a great place for fast healthy options. Easy five stars for me. I will be back!!!

Really enjoyed this place. Great veggie good options in addition to many non veggie protein options. Buddha bowl with tofu was very well made and tasted great. If I were to critique I'd have liked it to be spicier even than the habanero sauce that was really pretty mild. But it did have great flavor. I'll definitely be going back to try other menu items. The staff were very friendly and even gave me a free fruit drink for Father's Day! Way above the call!

What an awesome place!!! Went in to grab a fresh lunch to go and was instantly drawn into the vibe of this place!!! So hip and inviting!! Was able to meet the owners who are super kind and warm! Now to the food!!! Absolutely delicious!!! I had their signature Earthy Bowl with grilled tofu, sweet potatoes and more!!! It was so good! I also had their fresh jamaica juice with fresh pineapple 🍍 so yummy!! Fresh N Go a hidden treasure in Escondido!!! Try it out!!!

A lovely little cafe in what looks to be a building original to Escondido. It has a warm, bright, inviting atmosphere. I ordered the chorizo bowl and my wife ordered the "chica"-kiles. We ended up swapping because the chilaquiles were too spicy for her (then again so is toothpaste). There's an exponentially high amount of menu options because you can select your own meal options too. We'll be coming back here again.

Food was great, very cute rustic aesthetic. I had a simple breakfast but it was wonderful and flavorful. Coffee was good. Staff was very nice and friendly and quick service. We came during a time that they were not very busy.

100% my favorite place to eat in Esco. Staff is always so kind. Plenty of home-like furniture that makes this place feel comfortable. Love that they serve breakfast, but wish they could be open on Mondays!

I booked Fresh Cafe for my clubs Holiday Party and cant say enough wonderful things about the experience . The food, the service, everything was 100% on pointe! The guests all loved the atmosphere and are still talking about how great the food was. I HIGHLY recommend Fresh Cafe

First, I want to start off saying that the bowls were very delicious. But…portions are small, the women who you order from was a little crass. This is the second time I’ve been here and both times I did not feel like the staff who you order from were very friendly. Also, did not like that the glasses and bowls were plastic. My husband left hungry and said he would not come back. I love to support small businesses, so I would come back with my girls.

Let's start with the good. The atmosphere and the customer service were fantastic! Loved stepping into the building. Bright, cheery, a place I'd want to take my mom. Lovely service. The kind staff at the counter gave recommendations and helped out with my order! Now, unfortunately, I probably should have asked questions. I ordered a poki bowl with salmon instead of tuna and given my more traditional experience, was expecting raw (cured) fish. Maybe tuna would have been raw, I'm uncertain. But I wasn't a fan of the salmon. The mango salsa was quite good, though I wish there had been more of it. The rice was the unfortunate part. Random pieces were hard, as though a layer of the rice didn't cook all the way. I'm not sure what caused this (I am no expert when cooking rice). The rest of the food was quite good, and ultimately, I recommend this place if you want one of their other dishes, but just be sure you know what you're getting!

That said, it’s not somewhere I’d go out of my way to return to right now.
