This review is for Thomas who has taken my family and myself’s order a few times. He is the most kind, positive, patient and thoughtful barista and cashier we’ve ever come across. He always has such a wonderful, genuine energy and he makes this Starbucks a memorable one! Thomas is the best and I hope Starbucks recognizes their superstar!

This Starbucks is probably the nicest Starbucks I've been to. I ordered a drink for a loved one and unfortunately dropped it and spilled it when I got back home. So I went back 15 mins later and they were so kind and generous to make me a new one. They work hard to get orders out on time and they're just very nice worker! Thank you for making the holidays even better through your kindness!

This is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is so kind and happy and makes the stores vibe so much better. They also made me the best pumpkin chai I have ever had. I definitely recommend coming here.

This is one of the best kept secrets in the area. Very clean and it was not busy on a Saturday morning. We made a quick stop on our way to the airport and we were in and out in no time. You don't need a code to use the restrooms.

Paige and Matthew are awesome! They are both fabulous baristas who always step up and they know what we like. The drinks and food are always fantastically delicious! This Starbucks is the best! I also wanted to add Gavin into the review because he is awesome too! I am adding Scotty into the review because “it almost goes without saying” he is awesome too! I’m adding Briana and Sophia too because they are both the nicest baristas ever! I am very happy Jacobo is now at this location. We have known Jacobo for many years and he is a fantastic barista and he is a fantastic addition to the team. Wonderful! Another added note: Paige and Team Starbucks just made the best and most incredibly Scrumdilylicious (meaning Scrumptious and Delicious morphed together in a hybrid manner) and super satisfying Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino that I have ever tasted! They didn’t get my drink right and then punished me by making me drive around as she gave me a little bit of a unprofessional frustrated look. Usually at other Starbucks they will remake it quickly and let me stay at the drive thru window. It made me feel really bad and stupid for even asking them to make it right. But it was good when the girl brought it to me so I was happy about that!

My girlfriend and I drove out of our way to get here only to find that they closed the store early. That's really frustrating because we went out of our way to get here and it shows the store hours as open until 8pm. We wanted to sit inside but instead we ordered through the drive through and sat outside in the patio. We couldn't get a clear reason as to why they closed early.

Big very busy store, 9 Batistas couldn't keep up. Slamming at 8:30 am. Parking at that hour impossible. They do a great job at trying to keep up but it could use a whole other counter setup for the morning rush. You will wait for your stuff

Drive thru was closed at 11:30 am. Went in and received a grossly under-filled venti. Maybe they are short staffed. Help by going someplace else.

This location was SO CROWDED!!!!!! Drive thru was ridiculous!!!! The configuration was beyond awful. Had to go in but that wasn’t any better!! Line of people waiting to order and nobody working the register or acknowledging anyone in line. Left and did not order anything.

I wish i could give a zero for the service. I went there to get a refill for the coffee i got in drive through. The barista said we can only offer refill in the same visit(since it was a few hours before it didn’t qualify) i asked for a cup of water , said no water without purchase so i bought a coffee and said can i have my refill now? She claimed she has to make sure i drink my whole coffee before giving me a refill… what kind of customer service is that? When did Starbucks started to be so cheap? I have been going there every day, no more!

Make sure when you order a coffee in the app that it's an actual coffee. When they run out of coffee they get lazy and make an americano acting like you won't notice
