What a neighborhood gem!!! Came here on my visit to SD and it was perfect…the people, the beverages, the food, the presentation…all of it so intentional. The house made Chai was spectacular; SO flavorful with a touch of spice. The sourdough toast with fresh ricotta and honey 💛beautiful .The Cortado was perfection and the Detox juice was SO fresh, exactly what I needed + the Meyer lemons made it! Go out of your way to visit here if you can. Family owned, LOCAL sourcing of their ingredients, care for their community. So much goodness all in one place!

I recently visited Dot cafe, and I absolutely loved it! The coffee was exceptional, with a rich, smooth flavor that made every sip delightful. All the food items we ordered were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The service was wonderful—thoughtful and kind. The staff brought water for both us and our dog, checked on us regularly, and kept our table clean. It was a truly enjoyable experience, and I can’t wait to go back!

Very cute cafe in Carmel Valley. My son and I came for breakfast. He had the beet waffles with an iced matcha latte and I had the breakfast sliders. Both were delicious with elegant presentations. They have indoor and outdoor dining. The indoor decor takes advantage of the large windows by displaying several large plants that give the space a homey yet airy feel.

Healthy food in a bright and friendly environment. My wife and I had the carrot tacos and the roasted cauliflower and hummus. Both were fabulous. We came back a second time and had the chile rellenos en nogada. It was a vegetarian version of the classic dish. It was outstanding!.

A new hip vegetarian place in a neighborhood. I loved everything about this new place. The food and drinks are delicious. I recommend starting with their energy drink while beets supply lasts. We tested black bean sliders and a salad ( very tasty). Everything is vegetarian, sustainable, healthy and- most importantly - tasty. I really loved real plants in the cafe, not the plastic ones, cool flower arrangements made of veggies ( nice touch) and - awww- a herb garden. And it is pretty spacious and hopefully people don't have to wait in line for a table. We are definitely coming back to test more organic food at Dot.

This place is amazing! Me and my son have been going here for a couple of days already and we are in love with it. The inside is beautiful with lots of plants and flowers. The food is fantastic with so many unique options, the service is outstanding and the prices are reasonable. I totally recommend coming here!

We had a lovely breakfast. Really enjoyed the croissants and the açaí bowl. The little crispy leaf in the açaí bowl was quite special. Nice atmosphere (a little too much in the sun, even indoors for me, though!). Love how much thought there is to healthy, sustainable and delicious (the honey was so yummy and they said they make the oat milk there). The chai is also super yummy. My dad said his latte was also great.

Absolutely lovely ambience and food! Loved the decor and seating both inside and out. And I have been to many many cafes and this has one of the nicest vibes I have come across! The masala chai was wonderful. The egg burrito was also delicious as well as the cakes. To top it off the service was wonderful. This is a must visit cafe in San Diego don't miss it !

I found this coffee spot from Yelp research - I was attracted by the photos. And yes the reviews didn’t lie, it is a very cute coffee shop. Both outdoor and indoor space are beautiful and well designed. Even though the location is kinda in the middle of nowhere, there are still a lot of customers inside. They have not only adults seats and tables, but also some kids seats and tables are provided, it is very cute. This coffee is definitely a great place for moms to hangout with their kiddos. I order a cappuccino, my mom and my friend had lattes. All of us enjoyed the drinks! They are also very reasonable priced. I’m happy they use oat milk as their regular milk, it is creamy, and vegan & lactose intolerant friendly. I think here is a good place to spend time at!

Amazing! Food is very well made and extremely fresh, its menu is vegetarian making it a very safe choice for those who are vegetarian or vegan. The Borscht soup is absolutely delicious and the coffee is one of the best ones we’ve ever had. The staff is also amazing, they’re all so sweet. Awesome and experience, you should totally give it a try!

We were in the area for a soccer tourney and wanted to find a close by breakfast spot. This place popped up and it did not disappoint. Great service, beautiful ambiance, we all loved our food drinks. It’s so hard to find a place that accommodates or accepts kids in San Diego and this place felt very welcoming to children. Absolutely loved and would go back!

They have great coffee and the cappuccino is exceptionally velvety. Their pastries are simply unbelievably fresh and they serve top notch croissants, probably the best I ever had. Very nice atmosphere and excellent service. The outside patio is dogs friendly.

We had a wonderful experience at this coffee place surrounded by lots of natural plants that created a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. We ordered eggs and toast, breakfast sliders, and a strawberry muffin. The coffee was spot on, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed every sip of his chai. The staff was super nice, and the food was delicious and fresh. We definitely recommend this spot!

Dot cafe is a beautiful olace with a great atmosphere and design. As an Italian, I’m very particular about espresso — and theirs was absolutely perfect. Proper extraction, rich flavor, smooth, no bitterness. The golden milk was also outstanting!!. If you’re in San Diego and you truly appreciate quality coffee, this is absolutely a place to visit. Highly recommended.

The food here is very fresh and tasty. The drinks are very natural and non sugary which I love! Everyone I’ve brought here has loved it. They have non dairy milk options and some vegan pastries too.

Cozy neighborhood cafe! Checked out this farm to table cafe. We got a cold brew and Desi chai which is cooked to ordered. The chai and cold had good flavor. The gluten free zucchini was delicious! I highly recommend it. The atmosphere of the cafe was very inviting and immersed in plants.

A cute little spot with great aesthetics and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The entrance is a bit tricky to find, but once you’re in, it’s a nice place to study or get work done. There are lots of food options on the menu, the staff is very friendly and chatty, and my latte was good too.

Very nice atmosphere with great drinks and food. However, if you come here with the intention to study or work, I'd say to go elsewhere. There's only one power outlet near the tables in the entire cafe and it most likely will always be in use.
