I'm a first timer from out of town. I was told about this place and decided to try it since I was in the area. Angel & Blanca are the best! They were very helpful and friendly....customer service at its best. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in town. We had the buffalo chicken fries, ribs, and the heart attack...all BOMB!

I went in with a gift card from san diego restaurant. They took it right away, everyone was very nice. The place was clean. We waited about 15 minutes for our food. I would say the food is decently priced for what you get. Everything is expensive now a days, so expect to spend a good amount if you're feeding for 3 or more.

Wings Empire is a good wings and ribs joint. Food is good. Rib portions good,. Moderate price. Not much ambiance for dining in; but take out works. The fries could be crisper, but that is minor; the ribs make the meal. Lots of free parking

This has to be one of my favorite buffalo fries place in San Diego and I have tried quite a few. I usually go about at least one time a week and every single time its spot on, I love the consistency and flavors they pack in their seasoning of the french fries & buffalo sauces. I have not had one single issue with their customer service or my to-go orders when I call in.

Ok so today was my 3rd visit to this place , I can deal with a little bit of ghetto but damn , my first visit I ordered pulled pork fries they was super good so I come back a second time ,ordered before I came in over the phone then caught the bus there just for them to tell me they ran out and order something different. So because I liked the food I said I'd give them a try again today , so I called and put in a order, caught the bus to there place and waited over 20 minutes for an order I called in over the phone , so I also asked for there extra special sauce on the side . Not only did I have to sis through listening to the employees argue but my food was drowned in BBQ sauce , I didn't ask for BBQ I asked for the special sauce on the side . So I get home to find this out. I call them to ask for the manager and it was the lady that was at the counter being rude, I actually can't even believe it's the manager . She told me if I bring the plate back they can fix it. No bih how bout you keep that nasty ass plate ,I may come by to drop it off on there floor then I'm never eating at this dump again

The only reason they get three stars is because the cashier was very considerate and friendly. The whole place was dirty and trash everywhere, on the floor, tables. Near the trash can and on top of it. The food took about fifteen minutes to be ready, I ordered to go. 5 tenders mango habanero flavor. A lady that came in ten minutes after me received her order within three minutes of placing it. The chicken it self was okay the sauce was not spicy as a habanero sauce should be but otherwise it was okay I would of only given it two stars had it not been for the cashier.

This used to be my favorite location! I can come here and know I would get good food. It was really disappointing coming here today and get home to find out that I was given heated up fries with chicken. Sauce was dried up and the chicken looked like it was sitting out for a while and that's how the sauce dried out. The nacho cheese for another order was clumpy and out of the can cold... this was disgusting. I live 5-3min away from this location and it was terrible to see how their kitchen standards lowered. This was an order that I went up to the counter and waited for it to be ready. There's no reason why this should be this bad.

Good food but the cashier's have no people skills there is a girl there she always looks mad. I called so that i did not have to wait for my order and thy but me on hold i got there 9 min. later i was still on hold. And when i got there it was not busy and i told the girl that was there want happend and she just said what can i get you no apology nothing.

I always order tropical thunder Buffalo fries. This sauce is SO delicious ! I wish I knew the recipe. When you order something to eat and you order it to eat in, you expect it to be hot like it was just made. There were times where I would order this dish to eat in, and when I got my order, it would be cold. I once even told them that it was cold and they took it back, but when I got a new order it was still cold. This was so disappointing. I only give it two stars because their temperature in their food wasn't consistent. The Flavor is delicious but my food should be hot every time.

Personally their flavors of hotness is not Hot, such as habenor mango flavor 👎, it's too sweet like Mexican candy. Such a bummer because that flavor else where is really good with a touch of spiciness. I ordered from them through an app, which I reported the flavors being almost all habenor mango flavor, which upsets me and it wasn't my order 100 percent correct. The lady on the phone said that I should report it through The app . SO pretty much it meant that it was the app that messed up not wings empire staff . Which I don't believe because The app didn't make The mistake, the people who made The wings Did! I will say this, The prices are legit though but I wish the flavors were 100 % correct .

Spent almost $100 on dinner I ordered on Uber eats.. just to receive not only the wrong items but half my order... I called the location and the lady was extremely rude... The first girl realized they sent the order wrong... Once she told the other lady, she got on the phone to tell me I had two options to get up and go pick up the rest of my order or to cancel and hope I get my money back...

I am completely disappointed with the customer service skills their very unprofessional and ghetto. I waited 20 minutes for my food just for it to come back dry, over cooked & with hair in it. Where’s your uniforms ? Why are you guys eating at the register instead of the table if you’re on break ? Work more, talk less, and step up your hygiene chef ! On the bright side they have great parking in a not so busy location 😊

I live 5 minutes from this place and go there almost weekly. Today, I placed a phone order for two buffalo fries, order of wings, and six breadsticks. I walk in and theres two guys in line waiting to pick up an order as well, meanwhile the cashier Angelica is having a conversation with the cook. She finally realizes we are waiting and helps us. After taking my order I get home and I am missing my breadsticks. I call back to ask, maybe she didn’t hear me over the phone and I wasn’t charged . Angelica tells me she did charge me for them so I ask if its ok if I go pick them up, she tells me to hold on and puts me on mute. She comes back on the phone and says her co worker Valerie stated she saw her put the breadsticks in my bag. I ask her if she is saying I am lying, and I tell her I have no reason to lie. She huffs over the phone and says “well bring the bag then” and hangs up on me. I walk in and Valerie comes up and opens my bag and I tell her how rude it was the way I was being spoken to over the phone and meanwhile Angelica is rolling her eyes and smiling while at the register. What horrible customer service!

Honestly I've never given a bad review, this place deserves one. I ordered 10 wings in two different flavors. I got 10 Wings of one flavor and I took it in and ask them to fix. It took them in less two minutes to fix my order. I got them and my lemon pepper looked as if they were washed off with water. I literally poured out about 2 oz of water out of my container. Those wings were so soggy I didn't eat them. The flavor was supposed to be buffalo but it was extremely sour and smelled like pee. Didn't eat those either Plus the amount of money you have to spend here extremely unacceptable. Twenty bucks for ten wings and some fries? Who Do You Think You Are?

On 8/24 I ordered some food $25 plus tip and it came with the free side of food poisoning. It was the only other thing I ate. And now I'm spending the Saturday in bed next to the bathroom.

I ordered online from this place and the order did not come complete, apperently it is advertised that a meal comes with simple ranch, upon arrival I was missing various items including the ranch for 3 meals, I later called the facility and they said that I needed to pay extra… nevertheless the wings were not fully cooked.

My food was cold. I ordered the lemon chicken fries. World famous for what? As soon as they said my food was ready I got it and started eating, it's not like it sat awhile. Just saying return your food if it's cold. I think I'm sick now🤢🤮

If I could rate lower than 1 I would. Absolutely appalling service. Terribly disgusting location. The cashier gave my order to the wrong customer and admitted to it and then proceeded to refuse to make my order WHICH I PAID FOR! They refused to offer a refund. The cook was belligerently rude and also refused to give us the order we paid for. I'm literally speechless that they can get away with this. They legitimately stole our money. How can you admit to giving the wrong person my order and then refuse to rectify your mistake. Trash service. Trash location. Please save yourself time and choose another location. May 17th 2020 @ around 6:30pm.

Worst wings I ever tasted in my life. I order 4 different flavors, mild, honey bbq, lemon pepper, garlic paramesan. How do you mess up all four of those flavors? All out of the 20 wings not one of the wings were crunchy. All the Wings has that texture of being cooked for 6 hours and left out in room temperature. Do not get your wings from here. You will regret it. Also change the name to drumstick empire. I just realize only got 2 wings and 18 pieces of drumstick. What’s joke.

I came in tonight and my trenage son 16 always goes in and orders our fries. This night the girl at counter mixes our order up with 2 young men. They took our order ate from it realized wrong order! This worker at this place tried to give my son the eaten plate! DISGUSTING! He asked to have another one made .She said it was a new plate it WASN'T. We go in often We like there fries . I go inside explain that was my son and I requested a new one and it's unsanitary and gross. Instead of using customer service and manners this employee started arguing with me and telling me to go sit down and she will call the manager. I couldn't believe this was real. They lost a frequent customer . I will never go back this place hires ANYBODY

The buffalo fries were super MID and soggy They only include 1 ranch for my $40 order and charge you for extra ranch And on top of that the bread sticks were not good they tasted like the proofer hasn’t been cleaned in A LONG LONG TIME … The soda machine had no ice and only a few flavors options available… And on top of all this, I ordered at 7:06 and didn’t get my food till 730 and there was no customers even there it was dead… Will never come back here .. you couldn’t pay me
