The barista was very chill, friendly, and patient. She gave me her personal recommendations and made my drink with extra care :) I got the matcha peach latte with no sugar and the sweetness of the peach puree was perfect 🍵 🍑 I also get their onigiri 🍙 on the fly when I’m in the area.

Another good boba option in downtown to go to. I chose the Strawberry Refresher with Boba and Almond Jelly! It was a perfectly nice treat just before lunch. The drink was with puree which was a nice touch as most places use syrup.

Yummy drinks with great options. 🧋 I love their extensive caffeine-free selection and also the option to add matcha to anything. 🍵 It's easy to order a healthier drink since they use unsweetened soy milk and you can adjust the drinks to be 0% sweet. ✨ The fruits are high quality and the location is cute, with decorations everywhere. 🥭 The paper straws are nice too! ♻️ Will definitely be back. 🏃‍♀️

I love how this place ceremonial matcha as an option for their goods. I cant do coffee As it makes me crash, and alot Of places that serve matcha dont state the grade it is and is usually regular Matcha or non organic wich is an even lower grade than culinary matcha wich is less in antioxidants and best for cooking than ceremonial matcha wich is high in antioxidants and best for drinking. I love that this place offers ceremonial matcha as options for the consumer. For me personally Ceremonial Matcha is even more relaxing for me and I still have the alert focused feel still present and slowley visits awakening my senses and also slowley eases off rather than a quick fix & burnout feeling that coffee gives afterwards. Oh yeah and you gotta Love that they offer fresh exotic fruits like lychee, guava, & peach in their drinks as well.

The I got an iced vanilla matcha latte, and it was pretty solid! I should have gotten it less sweet than “normal sweetness” though. I had boba a few times on my work trip, so it was nice to mix it up with some matcha.

Discovered this place in Waikiki and was pleased to see there was an SF location. Service is always super fast and the matcha quality is excellent. I love that I can order a plain iced matcha with no sugar or milk without any confusion.

I just got me a Junbi Matcha today and it’s heavenly :) I ordered the Hot Matcha - Vanilla Madagascar with Oat Milk and it’s delicious. The portions are huge and the service is quick. The place looks lovely too with some outdoor seating on market st which is nice for people watching! I’ll definitely be coming back to try the guava matcha next time!

Ordered the Cold Strawberry Matcha Brew. It was so good and refreshing. Customer service was great. I couldn’t decide what to get and the Junbi employee gave me her recommendation. Ordering on the pad was quick and got my drink super fast. Already recommended this place to some of my friends who are into Matcha.

Very new spot that opened up right next to the Joyride Pizza on Market St. For their soft opening Wednesday this week they were offering a free drink per customer and gathered a huge line, Thursday I came back around to a quieter space which I enjoyed more to get a better feel for the spot. Really small spot with mainly standing room so don’t expect to be able to sit down but they have a few chairs on either side of the entrance. I ordered three drinks off one of the two available iPads and the order came out pretty quick and packed into a nice insulated to-go bag. Since I was the only customer in at the time the owner made some small talk with me and he was a cool guy to chat with before heading back to work. Tried the Madagascar Vanilla, Guava Cold Brew, and Yuzu Dragonfruit and even for a colder day it was good for a wake up and morning refresh.

Love it here! Everyone is genuinely so kind and patient! I really recommend the guava matcha and I also got a hojicha with black sesame paste and it was incredible! They do charge extra for oat milk tho :/

Junbi has amazing customer service that will make everything right. Their matcha is excellent, smooth but still flavorful. I appreciate how fruit flavors like lychee have real fruit, and all drinks are large sized. I need to retry their other teas before I can review them. The interior is cozy with a handful of seats, and more outside.

Been going here almost weekly and I’ve had a great experience every time! Their matcha is deicious, especially the guava matcha latte. I’m not the biggest fan of fruit in matcha, but the guava latte turned that around for me! Staff is wonderful and very helpful when needed! The pricing is a bit more than other places in the area, but you get a good amount of drink for how much you pay. The only thing that I noticed is that, when I order light sugar, the sugar level varies a bit (i.e., sometimes there’s very little sugar or more sugar). Overall, I’ll continue to go here and order when I can! I look forward to seeing new tea and fruit options in the future, and I’d recommend this place to people who want a solid matcha latte 🫡

The space is colorful and bright and simple, easy in-and-out with a nice menu (including hot and seasonal options), and everyone is very friendly. Junbi provides consistently delicious matcha latte drinks. The boba is very nice, great texture and bouncy chewiness with well balanced sweetness. The fruit additions of mango and strawberry have a great portion, freshness and are.. just very good. I also recommend trying the Madagascar vanilla flavor as an addition to your matcha.. incredible.

My go-to has been their Chrysanthemum tea brewed with real strawberries to give it a natural sweetness. They also have food. I've only tried the Salmon rice balls so far and it's very delicious! The price is soo reasonable as well compared to other food options nearby. Highly recommend!

$10 for a matcha latte is pretty steep but it’s a huge 20oz cup so, I guess that’s proportionate for the price haha. I would not recommend the standard matcha, definitely get the +$2 upgrade for ceremonial grade.

This is my first time trying Junbi, because it was open earlier than Asha Tea House on Saturdays. I definitely liked the drink I ordered. It was the matcha with the pistachio foam up top (if I’m not mistaken). The hojicha was sold out, or just not ready yet, because I was there right when the store opened. The drink was definitely refreshing and much needed for that morning. The photo area is super simple and super cute.

I visited on a Saturday afternoon and got extremely fast service despite there being a line. I honestly think it took less than 2 minutes to receive my drink after ordering. The Madagascar vanilla matcha latte is great!

Junbi matcha was just ok, there’s plenty of better options throughout the bay. Although the foam was tasty and atmosphere nice, we will not be going here twice.
