Erjuan, the shift lead at the register, was warm, kind, and provided excellent customer service. He provided alternatives to the way I had ordered an item to save me money, answered the phone in parallel without disrupting my order intake and being attentive to the phone customer, and corrected a staff member who mispronounced my name when they called out (also added Ms.). Very polite and went above and beyond which is not typical in a fast food environment. I hope this review is seen by management and he is recognized for his efforts. The food quality was in line with typical Taco Bell and KFC items.

Everyone there was so friendly today!! All of the employees I had a chance to talk to, I could tell they were smiling genuinely and happy to be serving customers. They even put extra aerosol in the restroom for me before I use their restroom. hehe thanks everyone for making my day a little brighter. The positive energy was oozing ✨

Food was served hot & fast, with the quality that I expected. When I choose to go to chain restaurants in general, I expect to get what I'm accustomed to. I don't go here because it has the best tacos, or the best the best nachos, but I go here because I know what to expect. The full staff of workers here resulted in a reasonable wait time. Ordered the Nacho Fries box, and at $5.49, I was satisfied. The restaurant was clean, and it was busy.

I like this Taco Bell, really. But sometimes I order my go-to item, a bean burrito (I’m a simple guy), and it tastes and looks like they put ONLY beans in it. I recall the standard recipe is beans, cheese, minced onion, red sauce. I don’t want just refried beans and tortilla for $3.50…a bit more flavor and texture, please! I kindly request that you remind your employees that the typical Taco Bell bean burrito isn’t just beans inside.

It was okay although sloppy but one I can manage and of course when I ordered via the Uber eats app this place here forgot my sauces that should have been included in the order so we had to eat it plain. Nice Taco bell! 👍😏

To admit you like Taco Bell in San Francisco is akin to telling someone in that special, euphoric, post-coital moment that you forgot to say that you have an active herpes infection. The reaction is about the same. That being said, I had always thought that Taco Bell was a good value. Inexpensive, different from other fast food, and fast. If not for the $1 bean burritos when I was in grad school, I would have had to go without eating. Instead, I slept with a full belly and left for class the next morning with an empty one. Sadly, I can no longer say Taco Bell is a good value. A simple burrito supreme meal can set you back almost $15 with taxes. Which is about the same price as a super burrito at an authentic burrito shop in SF. Also this particular branch is hella hella slow. Just the Taco Bell. Not KFC. This is not just one bad experience either. I frequently go during lunch, mid afternoon, and evening hours. When it's really busy and when it's really slow, like tonight. When I arrived there were three customers eating at tables, two customers in line, and no delivery drivers waiting. I could see a total of 5 kitchen employees and could hear more in the back. It took almost 20 minutes for me to get my order. They pushed out a total of 3 orders ahead of mine. On a slow, rainy night, with a fully staffed kitchen, it took almost 20 minutes to fill a simple order!!! There have been days I thought I could stop in for a quick bite at lunch and the same thing happens. It takes so long that I've just left without getting my food. I'm disappointed.

The place is dirty, while starting to eat a homeless man walked in, he was wearing a stretchy type jacket as pants. He came in and stood there for a minute then turned around and basically dove in the trash can and grabbed as much food that was thrown away as he could hold and went outside and was eating it.

Service has really gone down hill the past couple weeks since the new mananger Ivetteo took over. He has made this place just horrible.The employees don't seem as friendly. The food seems like it is made sloppy now. This used to be the best Taco Bell in the city but not no more. Ivetteo has taken my order three different times and messed it up two of the times and then he got angry and rude to me because of his mistake. It just isn't worth coming here anymore.

The staff here only serve you if you speak their preferred language, Spanish. Worst service I’ve ever received. Waited 15 minutes for my food and they hadn’t even started it. Mind you, I only asked for 2 soft tacos and a stacker. This place needs shut down.

While I was here for my experience Gabriella was very rude and very non-customer service ready she used very profanity after she took my order and that shouldn’t be how it should be done I think she should be looked at and reviewed for management. Also the male in the back that prepares the food is very rude and with the management like she was in the right way but she wasn’t and I had other friends and as well there was kids in the restaurant. She said she didn’t care what I said or was going to do when I wrote the review i think she should be looked at very hard for harassment as well cause she was speaking to her coworkers in Spanish and doing facial expressions to instigate a problem. Thats not how Taco Bell/ kfc does that i dont think .

I had a very bad experience at this Taco Bell location. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I was standing in line waiting to order, one employee looked at me, rolled his eyes, and continued pretending to clean tables instead of helping. I waited about six minutes before another employee came from the back to take my order. While waiting, I noticed a worker in the kitchen with what looked like an open sore on their lip while preparing food, which was concerning from a hygiene perspective. After I finally received my order, they forgot to include the ranch sauce. When I politely asked the same employee for one, he said “okay” but didn’t move and instead leaned on the table while talking under his breath. I understand that employees can have stressful days, but customers should still be treated with basic respect. The food quality was also disappointing. The chalupa tacos I ordered were sloppy, had a bad smell, and tasted so unpleasant that I couldn’t finish them and ended up throwing them away. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and food quality at this location were very disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues. WARNING DO NOT COME HERE ‼️ DO NOT COME HERE‼️ YOU WILL GET SICK ‼️🤮
