You can build your own sandwich, choosing your, cheese, meat, vegetables, and bread also doesn't take long to prepare because all the food are ready to make your treat.

When I arrived at this location it was really busy and they had a lot of to-go orders. I needed 3 sandwiches and Raymundo assembled them. He did a great job! He was friendly and helpful! He assembled my sandwiches quickly and made sure my sandwiches didn’t fall apart! I’ll definitely consider coming back to this location. Thank you Raymundo!
It was a good experience eating here is clean the food is good but no restrooms ;( The service is fast and efficient

This Pomona location provided Great Service! I'm a lot closer to the Ramona/Riverside location but every time I went to that location key words "every time" I received poor service! Great Job Pomona

My family and I don't eat out that much, especially "fast food" places. Came for a quick bite around noon time & grabbed 3 footlong subs. It was raining and I was surprised to find out they don't do the rainy day special because it's a franchise and "it's up to the owner" if he wants to offer it. There was no line, quick service but didn't offer to toast bread, which my son wanted only his bread toasted and missed out since she hurried to do the sandwich. I felt a bit hurried but over all a decent experience. The tomatoes looked a bit old and some what frozen, as if it was left overnight in the fridge and pulled out in the morning.

My family and I don't eat out that much, especially "fast food" places. Came for a quick bite around noon time & grabbed 3 footlong subs. Ordered FT BLT for my daughter and she can’t even have a bite. The bread is hard as rock. 2 other FT Subs were alright.
If doing mobile order make sure you open your sandwiches before you leave. Both my subs weren’t toasted and didn’t have the bacon. When you order flatbread it comes toasted, that’s the only way the flatbread comes. There’s no excuses. The bacon comes on the sandwich by default also no excuses. This is my dinner for work tonight, they actually asked me to bring the sandwiches back and they would remake them tomorrow when I came back in. I’m sorry but I’m not going to skip dinner tonight because you’re incompetent and messed up. I will be contacting the owner of this location.
The señoras were trying to charge me double pepperoni because they can’t substitute salami for bacon. I don’t want double nothing. They had some horrible service accusing me of just trying to get a discount. I never even talk about prices but the woman started saying it’s going to be charged double, she brought it up. BEWARE !! Just go to the one on mission
I ordered two tuna melts and a turkey sub. The girls working there seemed to be new or just kinda disorganized, bumping into each other, not knowing where stuff was etc. Me and my husband both got food poisoning from the tuna but our daughter seemed to be fine with turkey sandwich. Probably won’t return to this location.
Sign says store closes at 10‼️ I show up at 9:45 in the building and all with open signs on and everything still set out employee turns around from locking the front door @9:45 and say we are close product still out and everything a customer had just walked out before me from the other door employee proceeded to go lock, HONNEY DÍAZ said oh we’re closed we supposed to close door by 9:45 and proceeded to tell me she wasn’t going to take my order because she’s close again it’s 9:45. So why say YOU CLOSE AT 10 if your going to be closing sooner.
I can't believe I am writing this, but I have to. This was the worst subway experience I have ever had. I had a tuna and the bread was stale and hard. I ordered mayo, lettuce,onions, and bell peppers. They put so much mayo it .ade me gag. Along with the hard rock bread and the drowning of mayo,the sandwich was not edible. My daughter had the turkey and the bread was the same, stale and hard. But the meat had a bitter sour taste. Needless to say it went in the trash. I will never go to this subway again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
The last time I went, the employee was very slow and skimped on the sandwich fixings and did a terrible job cutting the bread. This time, I was flat out refused the use of a coupon. I don't know if it's my face or what, but something is wrong at this Subway.
Food was decent at best . Took the server 5 min just to help me because they were busy doing online orders . They tried to charge me extra for extra Parmesan cheese and then they were stingy with their crackers . I asked for 4 packs after buying a soup . They said no and only gave me 1 . I really wish I had a better subway close to home .
The worst food and service today and other times we have dinned in. The staff here is so rude and look miserable working here. Because of this they give you attitude right from the beginning and during the food preparation, to the point that you feel anxious to ask for what you want. They purposely add less of everything and are rude when you add for extra veggies. They are also very messy with their prep area to the point where you get disgusted to eat there. We pay full price for our food and have to take nasty looking food and the poor service they have to offer. They never happen to have the Broccoli and cheese soup either. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here take your business elsewhere. We as customers don’t deserve this type of treatment or poor service especially during these difficult times.
ZERO STARS DONT GO HERE VERY RACIST,After ordering while it was very busy me and my husband pay and leave. When we arrive home we realized they had put mustard instead of honey mustard on my sons sandwich. I immediately went back up to THE LOCATION as my sons hates the taste of regular mustard. When I informed the manager on shift who was a tall eastern European lady who wear her hair in a bun. And drives a black BMW. She stated "Mustard and honey mustard are close in taste and she cannot redo the sandwich" and how " If you like honey mustard you should like mustard" even after I explained paying $40 for the two sandwiches alone. And the sandwich was untouched. Terrible customer service and I will be making a corporate complaint.
