Close by for a DR appointment and wanted brunch. This place was the closet and we were so fortunate to have walked in. The restaurant is quick service, up-scale and unique dishes. The caramel macchiato tasted great, the deep-fried French toast was different than we'd ever had before, and the test kitchen special ramen and fried rice with the millionaire's bacon was on point. Service was fast and with a smile. We would definitely come back again.

Top notch place all around. Loved the deep fried french toast (available as a side), millionaire bacon, and grapefruit mimosa. Thought it was a little tacky with all of the wait staff wearing $1M bacon shirts but it is very good and not to be missed.

French toast with Millionaire’s bacon and over easy double eggs was fantastic! The earl grey and coffee were very good! Overall, good experience but it’s pricey because for all we got was total of over $50 not including tips.

It's a shame that I can only give this place 5 stars, as I would give 10 stars if I could. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The waffle was spot on in flavor and crisp to creamy ratio. The eggs over easy were cooked to perfection, as we're the crispy potatoes. They were the perfect medium to sop up my egg. The orange juice was fresh squeezed, not from concentrate. I can't stress how yummy it was. We splurged and got the Millionaires Bacon Sampler. OMG. Each slice was thick and seasoned just right. My personal favorite was the citronella, while my boyfriend found the savory rosemary one to be his favorite. We sat outside in the outdoor seating area. It was a bit chilly, but the Chai Tea really warmed us up. It was so pretty, I almost felt guilty drinking it. It definitely tasted as good as it looked. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Things that seem hard to come by these days. They also wore these awesome Millionaires Bacon Sweatshirts. I am a big time bacon fan so I was more than thrilled to be able to purchase one of my own. The prices are a bit steep for sure, but totally worth it. I will definitely return the next time I find myself in San Francisco. Parking can be a pain to find, since it is street parking only, but we found a spot not to far away down the street. I highly recommend you check out Sweet Maple if you want a fresh and delicious breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

The service here is super friendly and efficient, the orders are collected and fresh food brought out in record time. It’s constantly bustling with people coming in and out. The eggs benedict had perfectly runny eggs, rich hollandaise sauce, and an interesting mix of sweet and savoury potatoes. The buttermilk pancakes were light and fluffy, soaking up the tasty pure maple syrup. Prices were typical and the food quality very good.

A friend and I walked to Sweet Maple as the sun broke through the summer fog this morning. I can imagine that on a weekend morning, Sweet Maple has a long queue of people waiting, but on this Thursday morning around 9:00am we were seated immediately. We shared a Millionaire Bacon platter (pictured) and all I can say is, if you love bacon, you will be completely delighted as you eat this bacon like a millionaire. My Marnier French Toast was delicious and flavorful. My friend had eggs prepared to perfection. The wait staff was responsive, plentiful and excellent. The environment was clean, modern and well lit.

Incredible. What an awesome breakfast place! Ordered, pancake, French toast, eggs, potatoes and the famous bacon. Everything was good, nothing was disappointing. You have to try the bacon at the very least because, wow, that taste! We came around 9:30 on a Sunday, huge line but the wait isn’t long. For some reason they weren’t checking if people wanted to eat outside? We would have opted for it and I even let the front host know and he never sat us, the whole time there were open seats! Even though that was annoying we still ate. Worth a visit.

The food and atmosphere was amazing here! Try their SMSF pancakes,which are thin and soft with maple syrup, we added the berries topping with extra 5 dollars, it was worth it!! Well roasted coffee with sweet pancakes were perfect match! It’s my second time visiting SF, can’t believe I found such a cute brunch cafe. I kept asking for my coffee to be refilled, and we’ve waited for the server to ask for the check,however I understood it was a busy restaurant The only thing surprised and confused, they take 6%of your purchase for employees benefits fee 🙏

The food was quite enjoyable, although a bit expensive. The service was excellent. The food arrived promptly, and they were very attentive about refilling my coffee. The establishment was clean and pleasant, but the tables were positioned rather closely together, which made it feel as though I was dining with the neighboring table.

This morning I visited Sweet Maple for brunch with high expectations. I ordered the New York steak medium rare, but unfortunately it was served medium. The presentation was good, but when it comes to steak, temperature is everything, and I specifically did not order medium. When the server came to remove the plate, my dog barked unexpectedly, which startled him and caused coffee to spill onto the table. It was an awkward moment, but the staff handled it professionally and remained attentive throughout. The overall service was good and friendly, and the waiting time was pretty standard for a brunch spot. The décor is simple and basic, nothing particularly memorable, but comfortable enough. I also ordered a Nutella crepe, and here's where I was truly disappointed. It wasn't Nutella.. it tasted like regular chocolate spread. And as someone who considers herself a Nutella connoisseur, I can tell the difference immediately. If you advertise Nutella, it should be Nutella. Overall, it was a decent experience with some details that could definitely be improved. I would give it another chance, hoping next time the steak temperature and the "Nutella" live up to expectations.

Came here for brunch right when they open and it got crowded quick. The tables are set up so close together that the noise and conversation travel easily. There was someone coughing next to our table and was a bit concerned about catching something. Not that it's the person's fault, just the tables were so close together. It took a bit for someone to come and get our order. We tried to flag someone down and they kept saying that they'd grab our actual waiter. The person who came and took our order, took our order wrong. We were trying to get their attention but the restaurant got so busy that we didn't succeed in getting someone to correct it. Only towards the end when we got the bill that we were able to dispute it. I took photos just in case. The food was decent. The millionaire bacon is a must. The pancake was a bit tough to cut.

Generous portions, but the overall experience was underwhelming. Ladies, be prepared — I had to keep my backpack on while eating because the seating was so tight. Our party of eight felt quite uncomfortable. The servers were gathered at the kitchen counter, and even though we were seated right next to them, no one offered us coffee until we specifically asked for it. The restaurant advertises a “million-dollar” breakfast, but the menu is quite standard — nothing particularly impressive or unique. The location is in a residential area with little to see or do nearby. The outdoor seating area looks neglected, with just a few tables and no décor to make it inviting. We were also only given one napkin per plate, which felt insufficient for a full breakfast service.

I’m going to be quite brutal, it wasn’t good at all. If I’d waited more than 30 mins, this review would be even worse. But honestly, it just wasn’t worth the hype or cost. Someone in our party ordered the soufflé and was one of the worst egg dishes I’d ever tasted. The whole dish tasted like a gross skillet. My omurice was underwhelming and not as described. Overall, avoid the lines and disappointments.

Wait this place is not good😭. I saw such hype around this place and took my friend there and everything was so bland. All they care about is the aesthetics. We got their skillet, it was BURNT. It tasted so bad that both of friends had to put it back. After telling our server, who was already impatient, told us that it’s supposed to be like that. I asked, is it supposed to taste burnt, and he say yeah. Like what? We’ve had many skillets before and it never tasted this inedible. And then we told him that we can’t eat it, even though my poor friend tried to, and he was like “okaaaay?” as in what you want me to do. I’ve never had a server look at us this way and make it seem like we are being such inconvenience. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. He also told us they will charge us for the 3-5 potato’s and a small bread on the plate. It’s a shame that this is how they treat their customers.
