All staff in training were very pleasant and well trained, a little nervous but smiles wide, courteous, helpful, well groomed, and got the order correct the first time, I give them a standing ovation, great teamwork. 👍
Good service, great deals and breakfast all day. Covid practices are in place and they have hand sanitizer and a shield guard between the cashier and customer. After 9pm you can get some $6 combos which is great for a late night meal.
Haven't been to this location in years. Wasn't busy the day I went. I only went to cash in on a Dodger promotion. The Jumbo Jack I received tasted made-to-order. Not dry. Bread was fresh. Nothing to complain about. As with other Jack-in-the-box franchises, there is a Coca Cola Freestyle machine. It was working properly. So there was nothing to complain about (unlike other franchises). I guess they've had loitering issues in the years since I've been gone. There is and decent sized plaque stating you're visit is limited to 30 minutes. Not sure when they put that up, but thought it was odd. The dining area was completely empty throughout my visit. There were only two employees and a manager working from what I could see. I wonder if they're understaffed during the lunch hour. I'll update the review on subsequent visits to this location. I've so far given it 5 stars as I really had nothing to complain about. Even the employee taking the order was courteous. I did not catch her name, but the receipt shows "Ingrid" as logged into the register. She had colorful hair, dyed partially green. The fifth star belongs to her. Otherwise I would have just left it as 4.
The night shift crew and Shift Lead Nicole are very fast and professional. I got a little steamed that I had to drive back after receiving the wrong item. She politely fixed it without attitude or snarkiness, and got me the item I ordered as well as replaced the other items that got cold after driving back and forth. And she gave me a dessert for the inconvenience. A+ for customer satisfaction.
We used the drive-thru for this visit. The wait to order was quick and no issues with the order. Everything was correct and tasted like Jack In the box burgers We had a large order, so we were asked to wait in a parking spot for the order to be delivered. Augustine was friendly and preformed his responsibilities as expected.
Its a good place to get a quick breakfast.
I used the drive-thru. Was a little difficult to understand through the speaker. Employee taking my order didn't understand my joke. When I got up to the counter we had a good laugh about it. Employee was very friendly and helpful and made my night. Tacos were greasier than usual. But I still enjoyed myself.
The food was hot and tasty and the staff friendly...always willing to make the customer happy - even it means making it a special order. The dining area is always clean and the decor is fun - great color palette makes it nice to dine in. Don't forget to enjoy the fun and tasty 75th Anniversary menu items!
Honestly if it weren't for the great customer service, I would probably give it four stars. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get food when I'm the only one there, inside or outside. I also noticed the staff changes quite frequently. At the same time, I rarely go there so it might not be as much as I think. The nice thing is when they're a little on the slow side, they're always very nice. For the good personalities I give them five stars. Otherwise, food is fine. Wait times are long.
Typical Jake in the box. Large variety of offerings from onion rings, tiny tacos and chicken sandwiches. If your having a craving for something. Jack in the box has it. Food came out freshly cooked and quick. Cashier was nice and I got everything I ordered.
Great service. The girl working the drive thru Wednesday night, I think her name was Margol? Margot? Either way, she's great at her job. I came to the drive thru during a busy dinner rush and after driving home with my food, I realized that my tacos weren't in the bag. Not the end of the world, but I still wanted to get what I paid for. So I came back and told them about the taco situation. I also asked if I can possibly get a complimentary item for coming back twice (doesn't hurt to ask right?) Margot(?), without hesitation, said I can get a whole other combo if I wanted. Not only is that good service, but that's going above and beyond. I appreciate it. Thanks!
Went to the drive through at 10:00pm and the food, speed, and service was excellent. Compliments to the staff, especially to Anthony, the person who took our order. He was very nice and professional and made our experience that much more enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
This location has always been nearly spotless clean whenever I come here. There have been a couple of times when the soda machine doesn't work. But you can get your drinks by asking the cashiers to fill it behind the counter.
Great place for breakfast! The specials are always available as is the New Peanut Butter Pie! I love their staff here....the cooks and counter help are so friendly and nice! I ride for a couple of miles to get here....never get tired of their great food and big smiles with a warm "Hello Tim" ANGEL IS THE BEST!
This place always seems to mess up my sides and it's almost entertaining. One time I ordered I think their $1 for 2 mini cookies and instead I got nuggets from someone else's drive thru order (poor soul probably got my cookies). Just recently I added onion rings to my order and instead I got the mozzarella sticks. Also their drink machine ran out of ice. 10/10 would come here again to see how they'll surprise me this time.
Really love the FREE Jumbo with a purchase of a large drink Dodger promo! My local Jack in the Box always gets my order correct 😊 when I order on my app, drive-thru or at the counter

Wanted to try their new Boba drinks and was somewhat impressed. It’s not bad, works if you’re in a rush for a quick milk tea but don’t have high expectations. The milk tea component is decent but the boba pearls that they use seem very hard to chew as if these pearls have probably been sitting for some time and are not freshly cooked. Service was fast and the drink didn’t take long to wait for. Not too busy at night but there is slow traffic that does come.
The drive through is pretty efficient. They gave me my food pretty quickly and it was exactly what I ordered. I don't come often, but when I do they're always on point here.

Great service, for fast food. Seems to have high employee turn over. Always a result of poor management. Just as an example, over the past 2 months this store has had an ice maker go out. So for at least 6 separate visits i went thru the drive-through only to be told that they have no ice for the drinks. Now there is a 7-11 less than a 5 minute walk from this restaurant and yet the management of this store could not or would not authorize the purchase of bags of ice for the short term, while finding a vendor to deliver bulk ice. You can not say they dont have a walk-in freezer for storage. But in spite of all this, both the food and the service is better than what one would expect. This store has a well above average percentage of getting my complicated special order correct.
Tasty tacos like always, but for some reason, the drive thru takes at least 8 to 10 minutes from ordering to getting your food. Maybe they're understaffed because it wasn't always like that before.
That Loaded Spicy Tiny Tacos...... BOMB!!!! Honestly though.... what service do you expect from a fast food joint. Food is good and they didn't give me any troubles when I ordered. Honestly tho, my go to place when I'm working nightshift. Munchies box! Just gotta add those tacos to my order now... so much unhealthy food tho... yet so delicious!
Convienent location, free WiFi, easy ordering with the app, food is exactly as you'd expect, good shakes. Parking lot is narrow, but there are spots in the back. Sadly there's a 'no loitering' rule - 30 minute maximum stay with purchase including the parking lot. I'm guessing they've had previous issues, but I've never had any problems here.
Better than average fast food service. Rating for drive through day time only. Menu items prepared as expected, including customized items. All day breakfast menu plus regular lunch and dinner menu. Prices not cheap but there are a few value-priced choices.

Not a place I would spend time eating burgers with my family., esp with kids. They also have a 30-minute dine-in rule posted on walls. My family and I usually spend at least 45 minutes eating while chatting. Parking is available on site but also 30 minutes. Cashiers are not always available. They were too busy making food inside the kitchen. I had to call them up two times after waiting for 5 minutes without any line.

It's very disappointing that the hours online aren't correct and haven't been updated after employees and customers have complained in the past. This location used to be 24 hours, then changed to 24 hour drivethru only... then back to 24 in lobby. Now apparently it's only open until 2am and I'll see people in the parking lot pulling away in frustration since you can clearly see the lights on from down the block and Google lists it as open. Waste of gas and I'm lucky there's a Carl's Jr close by.
I saw the cook drop two tacos and put them in the drive thru customers bag that was nasty next the guy hands me my cup with a his finger where the drink goes after he handle cash and touched everything that was sick the place was dirty just plain bad even for fast food even with a manager present wow of will not be coming back😝
Avoid this location. They don’t even know what burgers on their menu. I order a $9 Buttery Smashed Jack, they gave me a regular Jack like $5, even the bun is different. I told them and they just add some lettuce and tomato and say that is it, and the staff keep saying they only have this one, until other worker came and fix it and saying the kitchen doesn’t know the differences. Unbelievable.
I ordered 40.00 worth of food and i was missing my son French fries on his combo ? Suggestion put combos in separate bags!! That was it viable for the guest to see, but if your pinching pennies you will eventually will lose not only me but others too.

I go to this JITB regularly. I ordered an ultimate cheese burger combo with curly fries at drive through. The curly fries was spilled all over in the bag, after I picked up all the curly fries into the cup, it was only half way filled. The service and quality had been going down at his place. Very disappointed!!
The guy who works there in the morning on Sundays Christian is so extremely rude. This is the second time I have had to deal with him. He acts like he hates his job. I work in customer service so I know how it can be. But I don’t treat people bad just cause they order food. I mean that’s what he gets paid to do. He should find another job. I had to repeat myself over 5 times about the sauce I wanted til I eventually had to yell it at him. Wish it was the other Spanish lady they have there in the mornings, she is awesome and always pleasant to deal with. I wish I knew her name. Next time I will ask her and leave a good review for her.
I went here at night. I never experienced a drive thru cashier like this guy. He was so rude. Throwing food in the bag. Giving attitude to customers. Bad service. By seeing the reviews on here, I see it’s pretty common at this location to have rude drive through cashiers Won’t be back.
Yesterday, I had a T-Mobile Tuesday free chicken spicy sandwich. I redeemed my order and it went through completely, taking money from T-Mobile and paying for my order. I was then told that they were out of chicken sandwiches and to come back anytime tomorrow to claim my sandwich. Today, I came back to the same location as yesterday. I showed my receipt to the employee to prove my order went through and they told me that they ran out of sandwiches again, telling me to go to another location to claim my sandwich. I am unsatisfied with the service.
I went to order my food, Sophia was the cashier who took my order, first off her tone of voice was very rude, she was taking and elderly man’s order and she was very rude to him as well, second, I told her the ice machine wasn’t working, and when she confirmed that was the case, she said there’s nothing she can do, she didn’t offer to use the ice machine at the drive thru, she just didn’t want to be bothered. All in all horrible service
Horrible experience. I waited 24 minutes in the drive thru line to get my food. The guys at the window were understaffed and super nice. Do better JITB! This place needs better management. To add insult to injury, they got my order wrong, too. I will never visit this location again.
The food not the same and it's cold and the service is bad.got across from them now McDonald's I love there mcrib..and the coffee..jacks coffee to strong..you know I am not stopping by jacks no more...
Consistently out of food items and even plastic cups or wraps for the food. This place has a history of being under staffed, no training, and very low turn over times. There have been situations where I have ordered food and received generic cups and the wrong order. Numbers seem to escape the staff. You'll have better luck getting a full meal digging through the trash.
Very rude customer service last night. Knocked in the dine in door to order. I understand it not being open to the public but just wanted to order to go. I was told by the young man that works there I'd have to go to the drive thru. I was reluctant at first because I have no car. I waited after one car ordered. I went to both intercomes to say I'm ready to order no reply I went and spoke to the intercome a couple of times. Five minutes later I gave up. Besides a car was behind me to order I moved out of the way. And behold they spoke to that man in the car for his order. Never going there again. Again, rude is an understatement.

Went to get the gremlin meal disgusting food was over cooked frys hard couldn't eat them two onion rings hard as rocks tacos barley any meat more lettuce and cheese then meat the chicken strips over cooked. And to top it off charge 13 dollars for two chicken strips disgusting frys of mixed curly and regular two nasty tacos then don't even give the cup and gremlin car thing it was supposed to come with and have the nerve to charge that 😑 😒 oh and this place is always dirty and bathroom smells and disgusting

Lack of attention skills must be what caused my order to be wrong, because i don’t know how else someone could mess up 2 burgers that bad. Got greeted in a language I don’t speak, and received attitude for making them aware I only speak english.

Not very happy with them at all!! I was charged extra for cheese on a combination that says it comes with cheese. I also paid extra and order the large combo and what I got was small fries in a large box
Usually the food here is prepared properly but today?? I got a potato instead of a French fry & dough instead of a churro couldn’t return because I had a 30 min lunch & already made it back to work.
Their credit system down today, cash only, but I didn't have cash, made me cannot 0urchase anything from there.
