Loved the middle eastern food that was served! It made it memorable with the whole vibe of the place as well
Really good! I wish they had a few more items on the menu but other than that, it was a really good. The line was long but it moved fast and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely recommend this place. They have TVs everywhere, even outside. Nice clean place and they even have a bar!
This place is always great for the food. They always have new dishes to try.
Just as good if not better than the Sunnyvale location. This location has way more seating and has a ton of beers on tap. The food is so good. I got the lamb schwarma with freekah and babaganoush and it was magical. So tender and juicy. Their sauces are delicious as well. Definitely check out the garlic yogurt one!! Dish n Dash is on the expensive side for lunch, especially if you get lamb, but the quality and taste are worth it.
This is a great place to bring friends. The food is always delicious. The service is excellent.
I loved the chicken kebab with garlic dip and hummus! The garlic dip was so good! I also loved the garlic yogurt to dip my chicken in. I guess I must really love garlic. I will definitely be back. It is very nice that you can just get a small glass of water with lemon slices for free along with your meal.
I love this restaurant. My favorite dish is the beef kebabs. I get them with hummus instead of rice. It's chunks of steaks with fire grilled veggies. My favorite side is their garlic spread. It pairs so well with the meat. The last time we went, they accidentally gave my friend chicken kebabs. Best mistake ever. We didn't know which was better, beef or chicken. We are both beef lovers, but damn I think I'll get the chicken next time! 10 out of 10 every time we go. They also apologized for the error and made it right by sending her home with some steak kebab.
My second trip to dish in dash, I can’t get past this particular dish it is so good.Beriani Dajaj chicken breast potatoes raisins Gorgonzola and yogurt. So freaking good second time I’ve had it and still just as good as the first. Edit, I visited again last night and the food is still spot on. Love this restaurant
Dish n Dash has become my favorite Mediterranean restaurant. Love their falafel and kebabs, very juicy and flavorful. Great appetizer, salads and rice. Definitely try their baklava. They seem to use quality ingredients. Prices are decent given the portion size. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Finding a parking spot could be a hassle on busy days.
Great Mediterranean spot for lunch or dinner. The staff is vey helpful and gets your order going in seconds. They have plenty of food options to chose from. The portions are very well and quite enough. Being a vegetarian I have tried their falafel grill which was amazing. They have a variety of beers. Most of the dishes comes with 2 sides which you can chose from the menu. Personally I like their crushed lentil soup and garlic sauce. Overall this place is a good good experience. At times it could get busy and it could get hard to find a table and you may have to wait for 5-10 minutes.
Very good atmosphere for a counter service restaurant. The outdoor patio has lots of seating and plenty of shade, with a very spacious interior. The food is really good with healthy portions. Be sure to get some of the sauces - the chipotle tahini is really flavorful and good addition to a wrap or gyro. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Dish n Dash has delicious food. I like the salads and the lamb. The babaganoush is great too however you spell it.
Mouth watering food! Great quality and service. All dishes were very tasty. We ordered falafel rice, chicken shawarma rice, veggie delight and 2 freshly squeezed juice drinks, which were so fresh and good. We also got ice cream with baklava dessert, that was the best!! The best mediterranean food I have had so far.
You order the food at the bar and then it asks you for the tip amount which is kind of odd. But from that point forward everything else was amazing. We ordered the beef kebab and it was incredible. Highly recommend the place. Great atmosphere. The people are super nice. Definitely didn't want to come back here.
I was skeptical of this place because of the name (maybe some hidden meaning i don’t know) but quickly got over that when i had the food. Excellent cuisine. Price points are reasonable. facility is clean. Staff is delightful. This really is a gem in the crap hole known as San Jose. Go here!
I ordered beef and lamb kebab dish and lamb shawarma dish to go, and oh wow it was just fabulous. So fresh and delicious. Their fresh squeeze juice was good too! I am definitely coming back for more and try to dine in which I stopped doing after experiencing covid because i am an extreme introvert. Thats how good this place is. It changes personality.
I really liked this place. I visited there other location before. First time at this location. Cane with my dog and was able to sit outside. The staff was very friendly. Joseph at the cash register was fantastic. Helping and recommending. The presentation and the flavors were excellent. The juices and beer were 👌. Highly recommend....
It was a long time since I had gone here as it always felt they had only cold food. But today although it was just take out the food felt was warm even after I opened it at home. The the veggi and falafel pita was tasty, very comforting. And of course their baklava is amazing. Although I was there at 11:45am and their was a long line, it moved fast and the food was ready in just few minutes.
Delicious healthy Mediterranean cuisine. Perfect for a light healthy dinner. Order salads + kebabs with hummus & lentil soup, recommend 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Had one of the best Mediterranean meals anywhere. I liked it some much that I came back the very next day. I had the chicken kabobs one day one and then the lamb kabobs on day two. Sides of hummus and lentil soup. Absolutely exactly what I was hoping for.
This franchise restaurant is popular among high-tech workers in Silicon Valley. It is very crowded during weekday lunches. It is especially popular with people who love Mediterranean food.
Wonderful food, full plates, and great options you will always leave satisfied. Healthy and vegetarian options are available too. Everything is always well presented and tasty.
Really pleasantly surprised by this spot. Great food, super generous portions. Highlight was the veggie plate!
First time I went here and the food is amazingly tasty. All of our team members have enjoyed the food here. Only thing is that you've to stand in a line to order the food and you have to pick up the food when it is ready. But doing so makes it worthy as the food tastes wonderful. This is in prime area of the Sanjose, so it is little tough to get the parking during busy hours 11-1PM.
Dish n dash is delicious mediterranean food. The staff is friendly and extremely efficient. Long lines don't mean much. There's also enough seating at this location. Great place for lunch.
Hands down the best food in bay area. I have tried the chicken shawarma platter with hummus and fries. Chicken kabobs with red pepper walnut dip, babaganoush. I have also ordered salmon multiple times. Oh my! Food is gourmet every single time! Service and taste is consistent and prices are great for the portion size and quality. Highly highly recommend. If you are a bay area local, this is a healthy dinner for everyday (even for people who work out like me). If you are visiting bay area, this is the one place to try. Either go to Dish Dash San jose or Milpitas (I have only tried these two so do not know about others) or if you have limited time just go to dish and dash Express. Love this place
One of our go to spots for Middle Eastern food. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and everything we’ve tried has been consistently delicious. The staff is always warm and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The only downside is the parking lot, it can feel a bit unsafe, so it’s worth checking on your car from time to time. Still, the food and service keep us coming back.
Dish-Dash absolutely nailed it. The food was incredibly fresh — like “did they just pick this in the back?” fresh. Every dish tasted clean, vibrant, and full of flavor without being heavy. Service was quick, friendly, and on point. Portions were generous but not ridiculous, and everything came out piping hot and perfectly seasoned. If you want real Mediterranean flavors done right, this place delivers.
Dish n Dash is a great spot in North San Jose to grab lunch with coworkers. The wait can be a bit long midday, but it moves pretty fast. We came in around 12:15 on a Tuesday and were seated by 12:40pm. I ordered the chicken shawarma salad (medium), which comes with two sides (tabbouleh and baba ganoush) and pita. The serving size is generous — I brought leftovers home. Our group of 5 was able to find seating pretty easily. It’s nice that they have outdoor seating, too. Parking can be tight, so we had to find parking around the corner from the complex and walk over. The chicken shawarma salad was 17.95$ before tip, and I took home leftovers. Staff are friendly and attentive — overall, a great work day lunch option!
We’ve been to different Dish n Dash for years. First time visiting this location and we were not disappointed. Same good food. We also like the new dessert menu. Kanafeh took 20 mins and looked more red than usual but it’s warm and crispy. Worth the wait. U pour your own syrup so u get to decide how sweet u like it. Our Turkish friend deemed there was too much cheese but no complain from us.
A party of 6 we sat outside under the palm trees. They seem to have only 1 truly vegan item, but lots of vegetarian options. Main courses took 15 minutes to arrive, so we shared appetizers. One of us had the lamb mansef over freekah. I had the medium salad with pulled chicken, lentil soup, and spiced carrots with walnuts. They close at 9pm .
Beautiful ambience, great portions and delicious food. We arrived close to opening time and there were plenty of parking on a Saturday afternoon. The garlic yogurt and the falafel stole the show. We tried the chicken kebab plate and the chicken shawarma lavash wrap and loved them both. Will be back in a heartbeat!
Brilliant food. Love the tenderness of meat and the flavours. The Sweet Beet juice was refreshingly good. The only change I'd love to see is a Picture based Menu for those who aren't familiar with eating here. It can be a little hard for new comers to comprehend what their meal looks like and how much are they getting.
We ended up eating here at around 4PM and it was not too busy. So we had our food come out pretty fast. We ordered a cauliflower Buffalo wings along with grilled veggies for the appetizers and chicken shawarma and chicken kebab plate for the main course. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was nice. There are a few TVs playing sports , so I'm guessing it would be a fun place to catch a game night with friends... service was great too with a very friendly staff. Overall, it was a good experience. Would highly recommend!
Restaurant is clean and counter service is fast. Food was excellent and tasty! Only complaint is all the single use plastic dipping cups. Seems excessive!

Recently tried this place. Entrees are worth the price you get a lot of food. My favorite is their baba ganoush. Definitely we'll be back
Food is awesome, ambience is great, and service is fine. Most of their dishes are high quality, and tasty. They seem to put the extra effort and cost to create tasty combinations and presentation. …
Went here for lunch. The cashier patiently answered all my questions & I ended up ordering the falafel plate. Food was delicious - we sat at the outdoor area to enjoy the sun.

Consistent good food and service. Lot of seating as well. The price is on the mid-tier.
Stopped for a late lunch after a meeting. Food was great. I had the lamb shawarma wrap and it didn't disappoint. price was good for the portion. Would def come again.
Healthy fresh Greek food! We love this place for its quick and clean service. We order the wrap and plates and both dishes are our favorite. Hard to pick between them.

Awesome food and sides and sauces. outdoor seating is pleasant. Never disappointed, except by the lines
Quality food with nice outdoor seating that includes TV's and a lot of heaters. Solid Mediterranean dishes with good options.

Good clean restaurant and great food so far. All tasty and ftesh.
First time I been here and definitely come back good portions of food and good prices also very tasty and good service i definitely recommend it 👌
Great outdoor seating area. We had lunch with our dog. We ordered the lamb and steak kabeb and it's surprisingly good, it came with hummus too. Also tried the Buffalo wings which I love, tangy and a bit of heat. Highly recommend if you want a grab a bite or just having a relaxing lunch with a glass of wine or beer.
Beer and wine available. Good range of beer styles, pale ale, IPAs, stouts, hazies and even a cider. I got the mansaf with freekeh. It's a lamb dish in yogurt. Generous serving of lamb and they were so juicy! I loved it. It's also my first time having freekeh and I liked it. It's more grainy than rice and the chopped almonds gave it a nice crunch. I liked the convenience of ordering it at the counter and having the dish brought to you when it's ready. You already paid for your meal and free to leave once you're done (instead of ending the meal with paying the bill)
I visited on a Friday night. The quantity if food and the quality is good. Very crunchy and light falafels! The food was great overall but the guy at the counter wasn’t friendly at all. Not sure if he was just having a bad day. The place was dirty too. Some food was lying on the floor where I was seated.
We went on a Friday evening and it was busy. We ordered Veggies platter with sides of hummus, Falafel and Basmati Rice. It was good. Another dish we ordered was Chicken Shwarma with sides of organic freekeh (smoked green wheat), fries and a pomegranate, eggplant, walnut mix (as the menu suggested). But when I got it, I saw no pomegranates and walnuts in it. The fries weren't fresh either. Chicken Shwarma was good.
A Slice of the Mediterranean Right Next to Silicon Valley. There's this place, an quick-service, order at the counter, get your stuff, and sit. And there's another place like this that's a more casual dining, table service place. Both do it well, serve similar foods, and your choice of either should depend on how much you want to be taken care of and how fancy you want to be. I ordered the Lamb Shwarma ($15), you can get is as a wrap (with toasty lavash) or with pita (that is homemade), it comes with an herb-tahini, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, pickles, and parsley; and served with a choice of a side (I went with the Lentil soup). Other choices are hummus, fries, tabouli, falafel, salad, rice, babaghanouge, spiced carrots and walnuts, or pomegranate eggplant and walnuts. Also, if you want to go nuts, you can “Style Your Dish” with additional accoutrements for $3 more; I went with the Greek and added roasted bell peppers, grilled onions and mushrooms, and feta cheese. My wife ordered the Falafel Wrap ($12.50), it comes with an tahini, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, pickles, and parsley; and she got a side of babaghanouge. She styled her dish as Jerusalem and added hummus, grilled eggplant, and cauliflower. As far as Mediterranean food goes, it's one of her favorite cuisines and she said this was in her top two and would eat here once a week. The kids ordered the Chicken Shwarma Wrap ($13.50), it comes with garlic yogurt, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, pickles, and parsley; and they got a side of rice. They styled it as South of the Border and added black beans, avocado, and cilantro. They were so quiet when they ate; it was a beautiful scene. They loved it. You have the option of adding additional sauces at their condiment bar: spicy chili, chipotle tahini, Greek yogurt, and/or cilantro lime. All were delicious. My only complaint were dirty pint glasses (check the pic); I ordered two points and both had crusties on the outside. Not a big deal, but a little gross. Overall it was a good experience with good food and I would recommend this place for a gyro, shawarma, or other Mediterranean fix.
Had this delivered tonight. Took around 30 minutes and the food was good. Portions are pretty large, in honesty too much for one but tasty food with great flavors. Very reminiscent of middle eastern food. They provided extra dip too. The falafel was good, schwarmma was great and the mango drink was wonderful.
I wish this Dish N dash -;opens up in the east coast area. We need this franchise there. Food was good. Lot of vegetarian options. The side dishes are good. The lentils soup is amazing. All the sauces are good - specially the mint, coriander one!! We need this on east coast side please.
This Mediterranean place has plenty of seating and has a nice ambiance. It’s a casual nice setting. The restaurant is located in a small outdoor strip mall that has several other types of food options. At Dish Dash, you order at the counter and they give you an electronic number that tells them where you’re sitting. They bring the food out to you. I got the chicken Greek salad. It was good. I didn’t like the pita chips because it had some sort of herb spice on them that I wasn’t a fan of. I think if they left that off, I would’ve liked it better. For a side, I chose the lentil soup and it was really good. I would recommend this salad. Also, I got the mint lemonade and it was really good. My friends got: Salad with falafel and hummus. Lamb wrap. Both of them loved their dish. I like that the restaurant puts to-go-boxes and extra sauces/dressing on the counter! This is so convenient and efficient. There was plenty of parking in the parking lot. We came on a Thursday at 6p. There wasn’t a wait and plenty of seating; however, soon after there wasn’t a line to order. I would come back here again.
I was here at office lunch time with my colleagues. We came in gave our orders and found a place to sit with until the kiosk buzzer started beeping. The food is really great in taste. We have some of the staff that are ready to eat this food daily basis, that's how good the food is. The ambience is great, they have already started decorating with valentine decorations. It's a little noisy and sometimes it's hard to hear when your order ready announcement is done. It could get chaotic during lunch time. We finished our lunch and took our plates and trays to keep it aside and we left. The food indeed is great and I will highly recommend it.
Busy place for lunch so there was a line of about 10 people to order. Food was ordered at the counter and you find your own table. Glad we went a bit early because there were plenty of tables to choose from when we arrived. That place quickly filled up for lunch. Food was really good and everyone loved what they ordered. The dips and hummus were good too. It was nice to pick a side with the chicken shawarma pita orders. The complimentary cilantro sauce and garlic yogurt sauce were also delicious.
Great spot for dinner - the lamb kebab was brilliant. I went in with a small group after work for some food and beers and Dish n Dash fit the bill perfectly. The menu is varied and has some great stuff on it. We all ended up going for the lamb kebab, which I would definitely recommend. The lamb was tender and juicy and had a fantastic grilled flavour. They also have a great craft beer selection on tap and I enjoyed a Hazy, but it took quite a while to come out as they were prioritising takeaway services over those in the restaurant. The restaurant itself has a range of booths and bar style seating and has multiple sports screens. They serve beer by the pitcher here so could see it as a great place to watch a game.
We had a dinner at this place. The place was quite quiet, not many people which was great for talking. The food is good, but I had the feeling that it was better in one of their other restaurants. I specifically recommend the hummus. The bread going with it is not the best I ever had. Could be fresh made and the food experience would become perfect. I also like much their falafels. The fries were good but could have been a bit more crispy. Food quality: 4* Taste: 4* Ambiance: 4* Service: 4* Quality/price ratio: 4*

One of my favorite places . Food is always amazing and fesh . Staff is friendly and attentive and great place for a date night .0
Dish N Dash at least for me never disappoints. First time trying this location. This is all self serve. Order your food, get your condiments, drink, find a table and wait for your buzzer to go off …
So many yummy choices!!! Hard to narrow it down. Good location, people walking in told me we would love the food. They were right!

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant We ordered twice for pickup at this place Once Veggie Wraps/Pita and another instance tried Veggie Delight The taste on both the occasions were very good ! The veggie delight however seemed so little quantity I generally would have given 4/5 starts if it were just that. I am removing other star because of the service. Their staff seem to be rude. I don’t feel welcome at this restaurant.
Not a place to go unless you're an expert in mediterranean food. No pictures no food to see no help on the menu. You have to grap a paper and stand with the crowd all trying to figure it out. Strange names with no description could not even order online. I had no idea what the names meant or even how to pronounce them. I did see the word chicken so ordered that hope it's OK
great place to dine and eat before Covid. Good Mediterranean food. Love their wraps. Good portion and flavoursome. Took about 25mins to give me my order of 2 items. pretty busy deign he food hours. Can door dash for quick service and delivery. Giving it only 3 stars are staffs are not that friendly. not polite.
Food is generally pretty good unless you complain when you see them not wearing gloves or giving stale fries. Then they get defensive and give stale fries every time you order even if you come everyday. Also I’ve found small strips of plastic in their food, in anything that contains chickpeas I think, on more than 1 occasion. It’s pretty obvious, how could staff not know?
Delicious Mediterranean food, if you have the patience for it. The kitchen seems to have a difficult time keeping up with the orders, as it usually takes 15+ minutes to get your food. Been here over 20 times for lunch and nothing has improved. Parking is an issue since the lot is shared with several other restaurants, and the spaces are very narrow.
Been a staple for sometime but going downhill recently. The chicken in both the Mediterranean wings and the kebab plate was unclean, very raw and undercooked. Me and my wife had to throw most of it away seeing blood inside most of the pieces.
Why do you keep raising up your prices? Beef Kebab rice plate used to be $21.25. Now, it's $23. I thought prices are going down and not up. What's going on with you?
I ordered the kunafa and was shocked at how tiny it was compared to the photo on the website. The image is completely misleading – the actual size is much smaller. On top of that, the “pistachio” is not real pistachio but some fake substitute with the same color. The quality doesn’t match the high price at all. Totally not worth it.
Customer service at the desk is brutal , they use back office crews at the front and their behavior is brutal. I ordered fries and it was burnt and quantity is very small in size compared to before. They are getting more customers than before and service quality drops significantly
Burnt salmon, smelling bad. I just thrown. Shame on you guys! Food is cold but the salmon is burnt and smelling yaki. It’s cold in the middle. The fries are fluffy for dine in as well (I thought only for Togo) and the bread is disaster. Teach these people how to cook and serve hot not to burn. Thanks
