It's not too bad, first visit since I live out of town. Food was rich in flavor, very colorful, and more than I could eat. No wait, friendly employees, plenty of seating. I really like this place and will be back. Lots of veggy choices if that's your flavor.

Love the concept and wanted to try it out for the idea but I wasn’t sure if the Indian flavors and taste would be good but I was so pleasantly surprised. You get a lot of food for how much you pay. I got the paneer bowl and it was amazing! All their sides and add ins are great too. They also have a samosa chaat which is super good. I would highly recommend this place!

I love the art work! It is so funny. This place is a fresh take on Indian food served how you want it. I got a paneer burrito with, veggies, lentils, potatoes, and cilantro/red chili sauce. Careful, spicy is for real but really good. The owner said he is using some family recipes. He seems like a nice guy. I got great service from Jeremiah and Tanya who helped me understand my options. Can't wait to go here again!

Just flew in. Staying nearby. Walked here and was welcomed the moment I walked in the door and smelled the hot food. He helped me fill my rice bowl with all different options. Lamb and everything else over the top... Indian burritos. Who would have guessed. I know where I'm stopping next time I'm San Jose

Chipotle style indian food. Good veg options available., worth the $, definitely recommend a try., Close to San Jose Airport (5 mins max), Could be a good grab and go option given the service is also quick and packed well., Limited dine in space, great for pick ups / door delivery

Had been wanting to try this place for a while and glad I enjoyed it too. Very similar to make your bowl/salad kind of model. Ingredients tasted very fresh, loved the flavor of dressing, chicken and paneer was well cooked. Service was good too.

This is chipotle for Indian food. Actually first time could get a high protein low carb tasty Indian food. I got a salad bowl with chicken curry.

Great Indian fusion food, served in a a refreshing and novel way! I visited Sam & Curry twice on my trip and had a burrito and salad bowl - both were fantastic and can be recommended. The ordering process gives you lots of choice - where you can select exactly what you want as you walk down the counter as your food is made. The chicken curry is great and the various sides all bring great flavour to accompany it. I went for medium spice and this was probably the sweet spot. I like hot food, and this had the right amount of chilli:flavour.

If you are one of those who have not tried the delicious Indian food because you feel overwhelmed with their menu or don't know where to start, but somehow you want to try it, this is your option! This place will give you the basic flavors and dishes, with a basic level of species, so you can enjoy the food and little by little identify the flavors. The owner will give you excellent recommendations to combine the food and drink options, so you will have an excellent experience in the place. If you like me and LOVE Indian food, this is still a good option for you to have a quiet meal, without complications, with the right food portions, in a place with good aesthetics, decoration, and atmosphere. Today I had: - Three roti tacos (two lamb curry and one chicken) with chili lime corn - Burrito bowl with spice rice, saag, channa (chickpea curry), potato onion curry, tamarind chutney, and red chili chutney Just go there and enjoy the food and friendly service. P.d. you can customize your food options!

Absolutely delicious! Casual and quick dining. I love Indian food and love making bowls with my likings, so this was perfect!! Choose your protein (and veggie options) for a salad, tacos, rice bowl, or wrap. So much flavor and great blends. Drink options were also fun!

If you’re craving for Indian food and love Chipotle style, this is for you. Once you’re inside, you just feel like you’re in an Indian Chipotle. Even the setup and menu looks like it. There is a lot to choose from. I have got my bowl literally overcrowded with food. It’s more like thali in a bowl. We chose Chicken Tikka and Chicken Curry Rice Bowl. Loved the flavors, loved the concept, loved everything. Fajitas have big pieces of veggies and can be sautéed more. If you’re not so hungry, two can have a bowl easily. Huge portions. Definitely give it a try whether you have had Indian food earlier or not!!

First off I didn't know what I was getting into. The server explained every dish to me, so my bowl was magical when finished. I had lamb with a mixture of curries and Naan. It was delicious to say the least. I have found a new favorite place to go while in San Jose, CA

I found this place because I was searching for an Indian lunch buffet. This place is not a buffet, but it is close enough to one for me. I’ve been here for lunch three times now and I order something different each time. So far everything is delicious and I’m starting to learn what I like most from here. They don’t have naan which kind of sucks. I hope they add that to the menu soon. I recommend the mango lassi! Overall, The food is healthy, filling, delicious, and I can get out of here quickly to return to work.

I wasn’t disappointed. It was worth the drive. The service was great Daniela and the cook did an excellent job. Keep up the good work.
