Solid sandwich spot, prices are fair unless it's soup and flavors are good. Above average for sure while location is downtown so a bit hard sometimes but they do open early so it's nice if you are up early.

Stopped in on my way through downtown on a quiet Friday afternoon - enjoyed the same friendly service I get at every Erik’s, and had one of their absolutely delicious Chicken Durango sandwiches. The grilled chicken was mouthwatering...fresh cooked bacon, sharp cheddar...a perfect sandwich. Find yourself downtown near Market & Santa Clara? Get in there!!! Now!!! You’ll thank me afterwards. 😁

I always go for a Market Sandwich but stay for the butternut squash soup!

I love the food here! It’s cheap, affordable, and offers generous portions. I typically get the salad, and the bowl is overflowing! I recommend the Pilgrim sandwich and the House Salad.

Rarely do I take the time to call out businesses that are doing what I expect from all businesses, but this particular Erik's location deserves it. They serve the same Erik's sandwiches as the rest, but this place is fast - really fast. I eat here often and usually my sandwich is arriving at my table at the same time as I am after filling up my cup at the soda fountain. Good work, guys!

eriks is a go-to for me and my partner. he is omni and i am vegan and there are good healthy options for both of us. my go-to is the farmers market wrap. overall quality is good and i have never gotten sick from eating here!

The Guys working today 9/27/19 @3 pm were great to me and my 18mo old baby girl. We just came from the park needing food and a potty break lol. They let us use the bathroom no problem, then after we ate an Amazing sandwich and a bowl of soup. Great customer service guys!

Their sandwiches are crafted from fresh, real ingredients, and we always feel that, whether the sandwich was on the healthier side of the menu or not, we're full of nutritious food. The folks working at Erik's provide good customer service, and this location's staff have top notch on our visits there.

Had the half tuna sandwich half clam chowder soup. Both were delicious. Very good lunch experience. The dill pickle wedge was a nice touch. I'll be back!

Friendly and quick service at this local sandwich chain. I ordered a simple vegetable sandwich served on sourdough bread with a pickle! It was great to find a hearty vegan bite to eat when they opened at 10:00am.

Be on top of updating your hours. Your clients are not supposed to arrive at 7:30am during week days or 9:30am on Sundays just to find out the hours you have on your Google profile are wrong and you are actually opening at 10am each day.

They charge $2.5 for two tiny slices of avocado in their salad. That’s the price of a whole avocado.

I ordered a soup and Caesar salad. The salad dressing taste like chalk and they forgot to pack my soup due to trying to remove a homeless person. Sadly I went at closing. So I didn't go pick up the soup the next day. I won't be returning.
