20 mins wait on Sunday dinner, noodle tasting outside was helpful for the wait. Simple menu but the food was really good. Miishien: broth is perfect with flavored, tender chicken, other fresh ingredients. Cross bridge miishien comes with a oven-heated bowl to keep warm during the meal. Additional serving of noodle is free. *comes with cashew if anyone is allergic. Cucumber: they used lemon juice instead of vinegar, surprisingly refreshing taste to a very common dish. Flower pastry/cake: nice dessert with just the right amount of sweetness. The owner was serving at the restaurant today, great hospitality, accommodating and cheerful. Worth the price, Will be back for sure!
Ordered the cross bridge rice noodles with chicken for $20. Our server was nice and polite, and soon brought out the cold chicken, noodles, and soup ingredients, as well as the really hot soup in a large very hot bowl. She mixed it all in and we started eating. The chicken quantity is good, and the ingredients all tasted excellently. The soup has lots of flavor. They also offer extra noodles at no charge. No wait to be seated on this week day lunch time, and not a long wait for the food to arrive either. Pretty cool environment too. The tea is just a tea bag in hot water in a tall cup. Pretty expensive though, but possibly worth it to just come here once in a while...
This restaurant is a new addition to the strip mall, located next to the AMC theater. This is primarily rice noodle ramen miishin and they come with everything from chicken to wagyu beef and mild no seasoning to hot/spicy. The owner Alan was very personable and sat down with us to explain the menu and everything. Menu is a QR code you scan when you come in. Prior reviews stated long wait times for food but this was not an issue for us at all as we got our food within 10 mins of ordering. Spicy braised beef was very good as well as the chicken miishin, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good ramen place. I loved the chicken it was very tender.
Spicy Braised Beef Miishien was the best! Flavorful broth and tender braised beef. Very high quality. Good portions too. I also got the Wagyu Crossing Bridge Noodles, which were a large portion! The broth was quite salty, but the beef was incredibly tender as it was thinly sliced. I wouldn't order it again, but it was satisfying.
Excellent, 10/10. Every part of the experience was great the food was amazing, service was friendly and fast. We got our food super quickly even though the place was slammed. We got the signature miishen with wagyu and spicy beef miishen, both were excellent. I’m celiac and the staff was able to confirm that the dishes we wanted were gluten free. The chef came out and greeted us and offered extra noodles to addd to our dishes. Can’t wait to go back!
Authentic Yunnan Mifen place! Among many mifen places I’ve visited, this one tastes best: - Ingredient and materials are fresh and high grade. - Authentic material like porcini and flower cakes. - unique cook method from traditional Yunnan locals. - Right amount of spice and tastes refreshing. It’s not super salty, but keeps its natural flavor, so you feel like healthy and comfortable afterwards. - the soup tastes really really flavorful and healthy. You can tell it’s not made by heavy seasoning. Jeff the founder is friendly, he likes to greet and talk with customers about feedbacks and share experience!
Great rice noodle, wagyu beef is good quality, soup base delicious, the small pot spicy soup noodle is so good too nice level of spicy and good flavor, really nothing to complain. Guess the only thing is their spoon is thick so a bit hard to pick up small ingredients at bottom of the bowl lol will def come back again
I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant, a mix of modern yet a hint of traditional China. The noodles were soft and chewable, and I loved the beef as well as the broth. I like how there’s an option to have less spicy meal, because I’m not very good with spice. Overall, 10/10!
It was a little busy during lunch time on a weekend, but the wait wasn't too bad. I ordered the spicy braised beef noodle soup and it was AMAZING! The beef was so tender and the level of spice was perfect. I would say it's about a medium level, so very manageable. I definitely won't hesitate to return for another bowl of the noodle soup, maybe even try their fancy hot pot item that everyone else was ordering.
Relatively new restaurant next to the movie theater. Smallish, fast service, it was busy for a lunch. Ordered the shredded chicken miishien soup. The soup was great, chicken was chunky and good, the rice noodles were just right.
Listen up, dolls, mama walked into this establishment with sky-high expectations and somehow they managed to serve me looks AND flavors that left me absolutely deceased! 💀✨ First up, that Hot And Sour Woodear Mushroom 德宏傣味木耳 had these little black beauties giving me TEXTURE and TANG in all the right ways! The mushrooms were perfectly chewy and you KNOW mama appreciates good texture, with just enough heat to make my lashes sweat but not enough to ruin this mug. The balance of flavors was absolutely divine! 太好吃了! But the real star of the show was that Signature Chicken Big bus Miishien 招财鸡肉过桥米线) because hunty, when I tell you this broth had me speaking in TONGUES! That white pepper hit harder than my contouring on a Saturday night, and I am HERE for it! The chicken was tender enough to cut with a fan, and those silky noodles were smoother than my leg shave routine, darling! This dish was absolutely 完美! And can we talk about the toppings? It was giving buffet realness but make it FANCY! So many little treasures to choose from including corn, greens, mushrooms, and all the fixings a queen could want. I was living my best customizable life over there! 太棒了! Now let me keep it real about the service because mama always tells the truth. The staff was fine, adequate, doing their job without any extra sparkle or pizzazz. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. They got the food to the table hot and fresh, which is really all that matters when the food is THIS good. Overall, 575 Miishien served me everything I needed and more! The flavors were bold, the portions were generous, and the experience left me satisfied in all the right ways. Would I go back? Absolutely! Would I recommend it to my fellow queens? Without hesitation! Five stars, no questions asked! 五星好评! 💅✨
This was a great lunch spot with quick service. Ordering was easy and the food was absolutely delightful! Spice level isn't too high and nicely warmed the pallete. You won't regret trying this place!
I love this place so much and whenever I want something soupy and hearty, this is my go-to place. the broth is heavenly and I love all the things I can add into my rice noodles. it’s a little pricey but i’ll definitely treat myself to a meal every once in a while!
Delicious noodles at 575 Miishien! The flavors are rich and balanced, with fresh toppings and beautiful presentation. Warm service and inviting vibes make this spot worth returning to. One of the best Yunnan restaurants I’ve known.
Authentic Yunnan flavors in a cozy, modern setting! I had a fantastic meal at 575 Miishien. The dishes were packed with bold, fragrant spices and unique regional ingredients — especially loved the Crossing the Bridge Noodles and the wild mushroom hot pot. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the space felt warm and welcoming without being overly busy. A great spot if you’re looking to explore beyond typical Chinese cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone craving something distinctive and delicious!
Update on May 2025: We’ve been this restaurant many times in the past year. They offer consistent great quality and tasty food. We also tried their signature cross-bridge wagyu beef miishien and absolutely loved it. Original Review: We have been this place multiple times and we’re always satisfied with the tasty food and friendly service. Every dish we tried was yum and I like the ground pork rice noodle the best! The rice noodle is cooked just right, the soup is so delicious, and the ground pork is a bit spicy and very flavorful. We would definitely come back again!
It’s one of the best Chinese noodle places I have been in the U.S! Super authentic and yummy! We had the signature chicken cross bridge miishien and spicy golden triangle noodle. Chicken soup was so deep and flavorful. We love the seasoning of the chicken. They grind black truffles in the plate. It was super fancy! We could definitely tasted the black truffles too. The staff are super friendly and nice. The chef came out of the kitchen and explained the history of the food. It was amazing experience and we definitely come back again!
It is my second time eating here. The food is absolutely delicious and the drink is also refreshing! The rice noodle is chewy and flavorful, better than anything I’ve ever had in the past! I will definitely come next time!
The restaurant is right next to the AMC movie theater and features very high-quality, delicious fresh rice noodle soup dishes from the southwest region of Yunnan in China bordering Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar. We tried their signature crossing-the-bridge noodle soup with wagyu beef and black truffles, where a gigantic bowl of steamy hot broth was served with thinly sliced wagyu beef, black truffle slices, pea shoots, corn, Chinese chives, morel mushrooms, wood ears, corn and other little dishes. Then the waiter threw everything into the broth and the foods were cooked in the hot soup right in front of your eyes, which was fun to watch. They said their broth had been simmered with whole chickens and spices for over 24 hours. If you like the noodles spicy, they have the pickles and chili oil made in house, which added additional layers of complexity to the dish. The end result was simply scrumptious and memorable. We also tried the spicy ground pork noodle soup and the Golden Triangle noodles, the latter of which was vegetarian and had a unique flavor, with poppy seeds in the sauce. The cucumber salad tasted really fresh and the pig ear salad was also very authentic (not too spicy but full of flavor). The owner was around. He was extremely friendly, and tried to greet and talk to every table. A one-of-a-kind place where the delicious foods were prepared with a great deal of care and creativity. We will be coming back soon.
Authentic Yunnan rice noodle. I tried the Wagyu beef noodle soup and the rose cake, both are pretty good. I like the morel mushrooms in the soup. They are hard to find in other restaurants. Portion is large. The waiters and waitresses are friendly.
The Zha Jiang Mixian was really good, and the minced meat was super savory. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Yunnan style noodles!
Great spot right next to the movie theater! I ordered the spicy pork intestine rice noodles, and they were really tasty. The noodles were different from other places — super chewy and springy, which I loved. Definitely a nice surprise!
A must-try! Their signature pork noodles are *insanely* good! We live 30 minutes away but come here every week—hands down the #1 noodle spot!

Specialized in Yunnan meshien (rice noodles). Not a big place so might need to wait for seats during meal time. The noodles are on the pricy side and the portion is not large. But the signature meshien is well presented, with all the ingredients lined out in front of you and the staff helps to put them in the boiling hot soup. The service not super good. I had experience waiting at the door for 5 minutes without anyone greeting me. The staffs just walked past me ignoring. Not very pleasant
a tasty rice noodle restaurant 😆 Small Pot Spicy Ground Pork Miesien 小窩米線 the ground pork and ancient Yunnan soup is a bit spicy but very favourable You can choose the spiciness if you cannot take too spicy I like their rice noodle. They cooked just right (not too soft) But the price is slightly higher than other rice noodle / noodle restaurant
This place surprised me because it was so new. I wish they had better descriptions on the online menu cuz I did not have a good idea what I was ordering. Had a beef miishien - did not know but it was beef, 2 leaves of bok choi, onions, and noodles all in a chili sauce. It was exceptionally good.
Came here Sunday night with my friend. Got seated right away. The sever was super attentive and friendly. Ordered 2 Flying Tiger Beef Miishien. And it came within 10 minutes. The taste is kind original since I’m from Yunnan originally. Some ingredients are kind of interesting such as lettuce. But overall good experience. The price is kind of high as $26 per rice noo
Try rice noodle soup restaurant. The place was pretty busy when we arrived. We get a seat right away. You order using the qr code at the table. There are plenty of items on the menu. They also have appetizers. We order spicy meat noodle soup and the wagyu noodle soup. It took a while for our order to be ready. One person looks like like the chef explains how to prepare the noodle soup, like which item to be added to the soup first. The wagyu one comes with a fancy box. Portion is generous. The soup is delicious and served in a hot bowl. It is very light. The spicy meat noodle soup is ok. I like the wagyu one better. Price one the wagyu one quite pricey. It is like you pay for personal hotpot in some hotpot restaurant. One thing that could be improved is the service and language barrier. Most servers speak little english, so it is not that easy to communicate. For the service, it is just that everyone looks like so busy and kind of disoriented. Overall it was a good lunch and definitely we will visit again.
The food is great. I ordered beef noodle and it has an option of less spicy, which makes it more acceptable for someone who cannot eat spicy food like me. The beef was cooked well and the soup also tasted great. My friends and I also ordered some small dishes to share. Those were also very tasty but kind of spicy. The only downside was that it took us some time waiting but given the quality of the food I would say it is worth it.
Good chinese noodle soup shop. Fast service and great noodle soup. The bottled rose tea drink pairs excellent with the spicy soup. Will definitely come back again.
The serving sizes were a bit on the small side. The portion wasn’t quite filling, especially considering the price. The flavor was good overall, but even when I chose a lower spice level, it still had a noticeable kick. That said, I would still come back for the rice noodles.
Good restaurant. Ordered beef rice noodles … would recommend. I wish they gave more vegetables with the soup tho. The restaurant had a smell night, smell like cleaning products which is good meaning it’s clean but not when we were eating. Would come again and try other things in menu. Would recommend if your in the area.
The culinary offerings were satisfactory. We sampled their featured beef and chicken dishes. Complimentary noodles were available, and while soup typically incurs an additional charge, the server provided a small portion at no cost. The children's menu is complimentary for those under six years of age. However, the children's soup was excessively salty, which was unexpected. Considering the soup likely originates from the same source, this discrepancy is peculiar. Furthermore, the standard noodles we received lacked flavor. We have communicated these observations to the proprietor, and we trust they will investigate the matter within their kitchen.
Very flavorful soup with signature wagyu beef. (4/5 if it had a little more beef, it would be 5/5 for the price). The noodles were great. The presentation was unique, which I appreciate. The signature chicken noodle soup was also good. (4/5 again if it had a little more chicken 5/5). The soup was a little different in taste. Very nice. The chicken was tender. We also had the cucumber salad. 5/5. All in all, I will be going back to try the other dishes.
I rolled in at 4pm and surprisingly 80% of the tables were full. The menu is complicated and they have a lot of combos. I heard the table next to me asking themselves what is a flower cake? Unfortunately as other reviewers have said they don't understand English so they didn't answer the question I asked. Also, there are condiments but you have to ask for them. However, you don't know what they have unless you get up and take a look. The noodles were good, a rare chewiness for rice noodles. I thought the broth for the wagyu cross bridge had little flavor and the beef itself didn't taste that quality. Besides the novelty of dumping the ingredients in, I don't think it is worth the $26. The spicy beef noodle soup was way better. It came with a good amount of beef (for a beef noodle soup) and the tendon was the perfect amount of crunchy which is really rare.

Decent, but a bit pricey. Broth is a little too rich for my taste for a cross the bridge style noodle, toppings could be more generous, but overall good. Gives free pastry or drink for 5-star review. Free pickles are flavored well and enjoyable. Not worth it to buy the $15 tub, though

Environment isn't clean, smells funny. Very few meats in the soup and the meats tasted stale. Their products are definitely overpriced. I feel being robbed eating here. I thinm they just want to earn quick money and don't care about the quality.
I'd been wanting to try this place because there always seemed to be a line out the door when we would go to the movies. Though after my experience I'm not sure what the hype is. The place felt like a hospital when I walked in. Very cold and muted in tone. While the serving staff was polite, they are very hands off because you order by scanning a QR code. I was quite shocked at the price for Ramen. Granted they give very large portions, more than one person can really finish on their own, but $30 for a bowl of soup? No thanks. I ended up picking a basic Chicken Ramen for around $18 and it was just exactly how I described it "basic". Noodles, broth, chicken, and green onion and a bite of green...but lacking the flavor that warms your body and makes you settle into consuming every taste. I don't know about you, but I consider soup a comfort food and I just wasn't getting that from the bowl in front of me. I'd like to give the place the benefit, maybe the $30 bowl provides what the $18 doesn't, but even then... I'm not sure I'll go back, since my expectations weren't met the first time around. :/
We had the Signature chicken cross - bridge miishien and the shredded chicken miishien, both were tasty. However, I am not too happy with their service. I find using chopsticks difficult and was given a flimsy, disposable fork and struggled with the food as a result. That had made me an unhappy customer. Is serving water in paper cups sustainable?
Extremely disorganized and frustrating pickup experience. I placed an online order for pickup, and the system clearly showed that the order was ready. When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff told me they had not received my order at all. I waited for more than ten minutes, went back to ask again, and was told again that there was no such order. Only after pushing a third time did they suddenly say they “found” the order — and then casually mentioned that it had actually been there for quite a while already. So which is it? Not received, or already sitting there long ago? This kind of chaotic communication and lack of basic order management is unacceptable, especially for takeout customers who rely on accurate pickup timing. No apology, no explanation, just confusion and wasted time. Food aside, the operation here is a mess. I won’t be coming back.
If I could, I would honestly give this place zero stars. After arriving, it took a long time for the server to even bring water. Right away, they rudely told me to scan the QR code and order by myself. Unfortunately, my phone had very poor signal, so I asked if they could share the Wi-Fi so I could place an order. An older female staff member (wearing glasses) bluntly said no, that they don’t share Wi-Fi, basically leaving me to figure it out on my own. The service attitude was extremely poor. As for the food, it was very average. I only came because I saw recommendations on Xiaohongshu, but this turned out to be a complete disappointment. I won’t be coming back.
