COVID-19 review. Ample outdoor seating. Of course, the restaurant wasn't designed to have a huge outdoor seating, if at all...but rhey managed to do something different than what others have failed to do: give you a nice dining experience without being reminded you're in a parking lot. They placed all of these big potted plants to obscure your view of the cars driving by. Great idea...made it a bit cooler too. I had the fried dried pho dish. Delicious! I like the way they fried the pho noodles. Some places keep the fat noodkes in a block and fry it that way...kinda odd, but I get it. It's a quick way to cook it. Seafood was my choice of protein. They also have beef as a selection. Tasty, good size portion and a fair balance of noodles, seafood and veggies. The wife always gets their standard pho, which has everything in it. Very good broth.

Bruh this place is the spot, late night go to place in SJ. This Pho 90 Degree spot is open til 3AM located in San Jose Vietnamese Town, best pho I ever had. Looked thru Yelp and found a late night pho after getting hyphy in Labyrinth with the homies. Only thing is it was hard to find because either my homie was blind or we were driving in circles around Viet Town. But it's located on the corner so we good. Quick but packed and busy, the pho came out at a good time and tasted incredible especially after a late night out and the ladies were tired. I ordered the Pho Dat Biet and the regular size is pretty big. Also got the spring rolls and it was super tasty. Very glad it's open late til 3am. If you had a good time tonight, slide thru to the spot to get some late night pho fix.

Good food. Loved that there was plenty of space to accommodate my large family (10 of us). Getting served some of our food via robot was fun, but def not the highlight.

One of the best Pho restaurants in the South Bay. The broth was delicious and tasty. I even customized my soup with vegetables instead of noodles. A little on the pricey side but if you’re craving for Pho, this is it.

After a softball tournament Sunday evening my daughter and I were looking for some later night eats while heading home. Pho 90 Degrees came recommended by one of my Vietnamese friends and it did not disappoint. First of all, open until midnight, bonus points for feeding the hungry late into the night. The restaurant was packed when we got there around 9:30pm, indicating to me that this was the right spot to be at. We were seated quickly and found that they had a pretty big menu. Since we just spent the better part of the day/evening outdoors at a softball field on a chilly (by CA standards) day, we were ready for some hot soup. I ordered the pho combination with everything in it, as I typically do, along with egg rolls and a featured appetizer, garlic wings. All of our food came out in under 10 minutes. The egg rolls were crisp crunchy and the filling and sauce were pretty good. The wings were fantastic, crunchy, juicy, and each wing had a dollop of steamed garlic, onion, and salt mixture on top. Everyone in my family is a huge garlic fan so this dish was a highlight for us. 10/10 if you are a garlic fan and chicken wing fan I would recommend this dish for you. Lastly, but not least the pho was also great. The broth was tasty, there wasn't a ton of meat, as expected, but the large was more than enough food for my daughter and I to split. All in all a great experience and driving home I found out that this place is very close to my hockey rink in that my son plays at in San Jose. We will be coming back soon.

Prices are a bit higher but the delicious taste and generous portion size justifies it. They got really crowded and my 2nd entree arrived about 20 min after the 1st one. Flagging down a server eat almost impossible. Hủ tiếu Nam Vang was really good with huge shrimp except for the undercooked squid along with the bún tôm thịt nướng. Pay inside and contactless was available.

Indoor dining 3/14/2021. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. The indoor booths are not spaced out six feet and should be avoided. Their menu sized down considerably due to Covid. It doesn't matter, I usually get the pho dac biet $13.50. In terms of flavor, Pho 90° can complete with the best pho restaurants in San Jose. That is saying a lot because San Jose is the capital of pho. There are some down sides to this place. The wait staff can be slow. The chef/kitchen is fast though. The men's restroom is typical of Asian restaurants. It is gross. If you are wearing nice shoes, be sure not to step in that puddle of urine.

Awesome pho. Traditional with simple to more complex offering. Such as tender beef, that is slightly pinkish when they bring it to the table. It’s soft and yummy with the broth. And course you will add the variety of white bean sprouts, lemon with basil leaves are the side offerings. Hoisin sauce, sriracha , and chili garlic paste are the necessities. Typical pho selection with some new choices. I recommend #15 if you want something just new in expanding your repertoire. You can also get egg & spring rolls that has crab meat in addition to pork and shrimp. This a 'get in and get out' place.

Dirty cup, we used straw not drink directly to the cup, then found out that disgusting…. We checked but it definitely wasn’t from lemon. Also the robot server look like wasn’t been washed or cleaned for a couple years Server and food were great, just please improve hygienic.

Whenever I head down to San Jose, it's always a tough decision on where to go to eat! With the plethora of pho and Vietnamese food, a decision is tough! With Pho in the name of the restaurant, you would think I'd order Pho sure? No, I'm actually not a big fan of the pho here! I'm here for #14 Phở Áp Chảo Đổ Biển (pan fried noodles w/ seafood and vegetables). Crunchy pan fried noodles, sizzling seafood, and some vegetables to balance the palate. They do a great version of the Cambodian style noodles as well!

Visited on a Saturday around 1pm. Parking lot was quite full but managed to get a space just vacated. Restaurant inside room was about 70% full (but it was filled eventually in about 20 minutes subsequently). There was a lot of outdoor dining tables unoccupied though. The decor is quite nice. Ceiling is tall. The service was so-so. Waitress and hostess were emotionless and indifferent. The hostess, probably the boss, didn't look at me or say anything to me over the whole payment process. I ordered Appetizer 01, House Signature dish called Grilled Pork Paste Egg Rolls. The grilled pork tasted like SPAM. It is not what I would like. There is some other fried eggroll skin type of thing inside. I wouldn't order this again if I come again. I would have prefered regular summer rolls. For Beef Noodle, I ordered 15 - Stirred Fried Flank Steak (Chef's Favorite). The soup was regular, similar to most other pho places. The beef is fried and tastes fine but the pieces are very small and partly charred and greasy. So, it wasn't that great. This place has a good decor. The food is average, and the service can see some improvement.

They out here sayin' the best place to have "real" Vietnamese is in San Jose, CA. I went and asked around, and this one of the suggested place to try. First off.. They've been here for more than a decade and not a single one of their family, friends or customers.. mention or point out to them that they misspelled tripe??? It's Tripe NOT Stripe!! Or maybe they knew it, but too cheap to get it fix. They overcharging people but too cheap to fix their menu. On to the food, and service: They don't even have a saucer to put your hoisin sauce and chilly sauce for dipping your meat in!! Talk about meat, For $12. Out of the entire bowl, I got ONE piece of tendon, One Brisket, One of each. I drove all the way here from San Francisco just to be disappointed. We try to order the egg roll, and the server tries to discourage us by saying that it will take 15 minutes to prepare, and when that didn't work. She then stated that she will not put in the order until she ask the cook when is it ready. Spoiler Alert : she never came back about it. And HOW can it be ready WHEN THE KITCHEN NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER?!?!?! You know the difference between a regular and a large bowl? The actual bowl. Food wise, same amount of noodles and same amount of meat (one piece each) The only Asians who think this place serves good Vietnamese food are Bananas.. (Yellow outside, white inside) Clearly, they never had real Vietnamese food. The place looks fancier than most Vietnamese eatery with their high ceiling and large windows, but other than that I would discourage people to come here.

Food is great but the staff here are not nice at all. Never once’s have I felt welcomed! Not a way to treat your customers!
