Very fast when I ordered in store. Staff was friendly too. The five dollar box is actually five dollars lol. Couple weeks ago I went to a taco bell where it was six dollars. So that gets a good review from me.
first time visiting this location & people working the drive thru tonight (07/25/25 9pm ish) were soo nice! especially the worker outside taking orders. short interactions each but really made my night after a long day! and nacho fries and baja blast are hitting as usual

I come here twice a week for lunch, fast servic, very clean and love the music they have playing.
It's Taco Bell. What more needs to be said? There are remarkably consistent from store to store. They are my go-to for food when I can't decide. I have been a patron since 1971, when the middle school I attended let us leave for lunch. (In those days, I could get a taco, pintos&cheese, a tortilla, and a small soda pop for $1.04.) These days, I generally get the rice&beans burritos and if the timing is right a regular crunchy Taco. I get gout so am on a mostly vegetarian diet but Tacos are hard to pass up.
The pizza there is excellent! Very good service, definitely coming back😋
This place be hitting when you hungy FR! Always get the same thing cause I don't switch up I keep it 100. Don't ask what I get either you gotta experience it like when you chew 5 gum.

I’ve definitely been to this Taco Bell over 100 times, it’s basically how I survive at this point. Great service and food 24/7. I’ve only had an issue once where these kids put literally nothing in the taco shell. I mean they were young kids and I didn’t want to yell at the kids over food and then make myself look dumb so I just alerted a worker couple days later. Pretty sure they were fired haven’t seen them since. Must’ve checked the cameras. So that’s good. Other than that the staff I see in the day time is always amazing. Especially recently.

Taking My Order was Good in Customer Service; But, He Needed to Speak-Up; But Of Course, this might Be Due to Safety Dividers? i Enjoyed A Combo: 3 Soft Supremes w/Lg Drink, and Xxtra green sauce. Got the chicken nuggets that came back and it's pretty mid. However half my order was stale, like old and hard nuggets but the other half was fresh. It's still a bit off. The flavors but it's not the worst nuggets I've ever had.
A clean new Taco Bell with relatively fast service. I was disappointed by the size of my Meximelt.
Brand new location next to new Chevron gas station. Chicken bowl is one my favorites. Hours open until mid-night daily 😍
I don't like the fact you have to order from Ikea to little confusing takes a long time if you don't know what you're ordering it takes longer and it's a little confusing like I said I don't know how to say please just don't want to take the order or why are we relaying on kiosks only
I don't go very often, but I'm usually struck by how quick and efficient the drive-thru is. You pull up to order, and there's now someone standing there to take it. (Not certain why because they have a menu with a mic, but maybe it has something to do with COVID or a broken mic.) Anyhow, you give your order and pay, then drive to the window. You get your drink right away and then, within 2-3 minutes usually, your food is ready to go. And that's that. The workers are friendly and solicitous, and the food is, well, Taco Bell--i.e., fast food--but I don't suppose anyone who pulls up is expecting gourmet, right? Bottom line, if you're in the mood for "Mexican" food the fast-food way, this is a great place to go. (The pictures are of their Supreme Tacos, which come with sour cream, which I'd give 5 stars because they're good, filling, and hit the spot.)
Employee repeated the correct order back to us. But our order was wrong, and our Mexican pizza was smashed and stuck to the top of the box. We also ordered a big box half dorito tacos half soft. We didn't get soft. We got hard tacos, all of them. Which i couldn't eat. They piled the other part of our order on top of the Mexican pizza in the bag. Not impressed 😕
The drive-through line was very long, but it went by very fast. We came here at 1:30 in the morning. Everything was hot and up to standard. Ricardo was a super nice guy and I had an amazing experience with him! He was super friendly and I was really impressed to have a such a great conversation for that short interaction! I would highly suggest coming here if you need a quick bite to eat! They now raised minimum wage to $20 so prices have of course gone up. The prices aren’t justifiably, so it really sucks that prices have gone so high.
I ordered online and went to pick this up on the way out of town. I ordered 12 crunchy Doritos tacos 12 crunchy Supreme tacos and 2 chicken soft tacos. I asked for some hot sauce. The drive-thru person said you didn't order sauce on my order. I said, that's why I'm asking for it now. (Not sure why this was an issue) She said everything was in the pak. I got on the freeway to go out of town and the 2 Chicken Soft Tacos were missing. Days later when I got back into town, I tried to call them. It's a fax number. Although it was only $6.79 I was out, it made me angry that the cashier was oddly questioning me and they got away with not giving me what I paid for. Listing a fax number online so you don't have to answer calls is a slick new one on getting out of dealing with complaints!
Came in with half an hour to spare, but the kiosks were down and the app didn't let me order by the time I'd signed up. Very very frustrating
So, they dump a huge amount of money into renovations and a new 2-lane drive-thru with nice looking brand new digital menus, only to completely ignore it and go back to having a boy or girl take your order outside from an iPad while you are squinting to read the tiny 8x6 menu laminate they have attached to the iPad... I'm sorry, but WHAT? Do they not know how to run the system? If so, then they need better training. Do they think doing this makes it easier to order? really... I mean, at least they gave the kid a chair to sit on and a parasol...
While the venue is going through remodeling I went through the drive thru on my motorcycle where I waited 3-5 minutes for the employees to acknowledge I was there as a line started to build up, and no amount of calling out or trying to get their attention worked until I drove up TO the drive thru window, where, due to their incompetence and lack of awareness, they tried to tell me that I had to get back in line and go through the entire process of ordering after a line had built up behind me so that their drive thru times didn't get messed up instead of doing the courteous thing and taking my order at the window. As again, their drive thru times were more important even though the inflated numbers would have been warranted due to their lack of situational awareness and negligence causing it, as they don't even currently have a seating or inner section to worry about for orders, and only needed to focus on drive thru.
I ordered from here earlier today and paid for the SUPREME and was given this instead. regular soft tacos and the tacos was cold !! And when I put in the app that my order was not correct nothing no refund no help just a prompt that said “thank you for the feedback” and this location don’t even answer the phone
Bad attitude and bad service my order was #13 not this trash. No guacamole no sour cream. I had to ask for my order several times. I also asked for sauce the lady barely gave me just 3. If you don't want to work why are you here?
I asked for the chicken bowl and there is no chicken at all. And we orders stuff worth 50 $ and had some chalupas and there were no enough stuff at all. 🙄🙄 not recommended at all.
Drive thru was long so I came in . They wouldn’t let me order with them they said to use the kiosk. And they were being very rude just because they were busy . They were making sure the drive thru was being taken care of but everyone on the inside they just didn’t care for I was waiting for 10 minutes before anyone even said if I needed help with anything. If you don’t have a lot of time I wouldn’t recommend coming here they took so long and very rude service
I waited in the drive thru line for 30 min. What is happening?! Now 45 min. Now hr....
Went at 10 they were closed tried sending me to drive through that was so busy, I left.
As a regular customer of this Taco Bell I’m always had a great experience. However recently I’ve seen that manager Alexis and cashier Eileen have show actions of abuse toward the other employee and hard not to notice. Last time in came in there was only one cashier on register and cleaning the lobby. While the other cashier and manger just stood there and bossed her around. The manager is always inside unable to customers while the cashier have to always catch on there slack. Creating long wait time and long lines when it’s fast restaurant.
Quality has gone down the drain, no more decent veggie options, highly over priced for amount of food you get. I paid $7 for a burrito that they substituted for veggie and it was the same size as the cheesy bean and rice burrito (below $2 value) I will not be returning. I encourage everyone to not support businesses like this.
I’m a DoorDash driver come to pick up the order. First they gave me that order 15 min late and their attitude was not acceptable. By mistake I entered in the store and they are be like we closed get out and pick from the window but their main gate is open how do I know they are closed please don’t hire people like this I used to go other Taco Bell and other hundreds of restaurants but they didn’t talk me like that
They sold me a messed up taco and the lady with a unibrow gave me a dirty cup with cheese in it. Only came here cuz the good one on blossom hill is down for construction. Edit: Google for some reason deleted the pictures of the lower cased j-shaped taco shell with the ingredients dumping out and the new dry cup with a bunch of cheese at the bottom, but i might have them on an old phone. This location hasn't improved.
Worst Taco Bell I went to get my order taken but they took 25 minutes just to get my order and super rude I want to talk to a manger because it’s bull
2 people ahead in the drive thru at night, no one dining in... Almost an hour (online order, didn't even start it when I got to the window). More than once got cantina chicken that was dry & nasty.
Went for the chicken nuggets and asked for all the new sauces. I was told it would be an extra charge for the sauces. I do not care, you gotta have the sauces. I pay for the meal, come home and there are no sauces…so I go back and tell him. HE TELLS ME THEY WERE OUT! He charged me and then didn’t tell me. I went back the following weekend for a redemption shot. Same thing. Because of this I’m going to be taking a break from Taco Bell.
DO NOT EAT HERE. If I could leave a negative review I would. I never leave reviews but this one is a WARNING. Me and my sister ordered from here late on Friday night and I got so sick I had to go to the ER the next day. My sister was fine, she didn’t have the chicken and unfortunately I did. I believe that’s what made me sick. Taco Bell should reimburse me for my meal and pay for my ER bill. Never again will I eat here.
It was really bad experience we went for some ta os and the chickens tacos was rotten! and when we started to eat 5 minutes later we called to complain and the manager who answered the phone was super rude and rude! they didn't even protoform to weave the rotten food back! It was tasting really bad even a dog can eat this
