Let me just start my saying this was the best al pastor experience of my life! I’m currently combing my wig down cause this place blew my hair back. TRULY INCREDIBLE. The horchata was the tastiest, most refreshing beverage I’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking. The burrito was on HIT, one of the best in San Jose, and that’s saying something. Place was packed but they got our food to us very fast. And for this quality of food the price was FANTASTIC. This is a new favorite spot of mine. Will definitely be back!
This taqueria is good. I like that they are open really late on weekends starting Friday. They have a good selection on their menu. Prices are not too bad either. It's my go to spot if I'm craving burritos since it's in my neighborhood. Would recommend.
Visited on a whim. Surprisingly great traditional tacos. Aesthetically felt like a 60’s diner. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had the grande tacos. Ordered 3 but could only take down 2. Would def. come back.
Way better food than La Vics and Chachos. Fast and friendly service. Average prices compare to other restaurants, but very tasty specially their red sauce! I always order Asada fries and their Veggie Tacos are delicious. I'll definitely recommend it anytime!
Authentic and delicious. Portions are big. I'm 47 and this Taqueria is hands down the best I've ever eaten at. Staff is friendly. Food is served quickly. It's very much a Jean's and tshirt kind of place. Very kickback. You won't be disapointed.
Very delicious Mexican food. Kind if a hole in the wall. If you're in the area it's a must try. Staff are very friendly. Place is cozy and clean. My favorite order there is a breakfast burrito. Yummm!!! Parking is fairly easy to get and easy place to find.
Probably the best burrito spot in San Jose. Top 10 contender in California in my book (which means top 10 in USA). My favorite is pastor and shrimp burrito super with everything and the green sauce, plus the agua horchata. Great team, kind and professional, fast and efficient.
Had San Diego fries with chicken and it was very good. It reminds of back home in San Diego with all the flavors 😁
Best tacos in the area. Al pastor is a must try. Staff is amazing, everything is very organized. Well run establishment. Kudos to the owner and all the staff.
It's a tradition now for me to get my menudo on the weekends or quesadillas de asada at night or lunch good food been around for decades one of my best places to get a bite.
I been eating taqueria Lorena's since shieeesh back when it was on 24th and Williams.but ever since it's been on 13 the I go evenl more so. I love the burrittos and all the menu is fire. Also they always greet you with a smile as you walk in and you got appritiate that.
Best Pork Chimichanga in the Bay Area! Based on a couple of reviews touting the amazing chimi's here I ordered one even though it is not my normal go to item when I crave some authentic Mexican food. Wow! Glad I did, ordered to go and with everything, the box was jammed with hot, fresh spicy pork and was huge. Felt like a couple of pounds of food, took me 2-3 attempts but I finished it all. Ingredients are quality, menu is extensive, service is plenty fast, I think I found my new favorite taqueria. Their breakfast burrito (chorizo, egg and potatoes) is very good. Will be back to continue tasting the home style comfort food I love.
This is a simple taqueria that serves authentic and delicious food. Traditional selections that are tasty and a little spicy. Prices are excellent and the serving portions are substantial. Friendly and fast service. Parking is available on the street and in a lot behind the restaurant.
Visited from Sacramento and truly enjoyed the food and the service. We got there right before closing time and was treated like it was the beginning of the day. Thank you so much and we will be back if we are here again.
The food here is really really good the staff is very friendly and polite the food is fresh and made to order if you're in the neighborhood and you want some really good Mexican food definitely stop by
I've come here a few times for the carne asada chimichonga. Really good at a decent price. Fresh veggies, bright lime crema, and a satisfying helping of meat and cheese put this place at the top of my list.
Best chimichangas and asada fries ever. I love this place they sell beer too so you can't go wrong with this place and they stay open late. The food comes out super fast. The salsa bar is a plus.
The service is fantastic; the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful! It's just too bad that their former location that used to be on E. William and McLaughlin is closed... This is one of my ALL-TIME FAVORITE Mexican restaurants in San Jose!
Lived in SJ 10 years ago and found this place. Go back every time we visit and it hasn’t changed. It’s probably some of the best quick Mexican food we’ve had in the whole world.
I haven't been honestly im trying it soon but i need to know is this the same Lorena's as the one from 24th and Williams from when i was a kid i have so many memories there
Top notch tacos, quesadillas, and burritos. They have the best quality meats in the area from my experience. The only one that beats them in tacos al pastor is Metrobalderas for my taste. Their salsa roja is damn good! Use that all the time on your food.
If I could rate this 100 stars, I would. The tamales are the best I've had in YEARS! Moist masa and meat. The sope was loaded with deliciousness, the crunchy taco was filled with flavor made of papas. And tge prices are reasonable. Best deal in town in my honest opinion.
I ordered three tacos with lengua and nachos with buche for my family and I. Not only were they delicious, but the portions/price were great! The lengua was so tender and flavorful and the red sauce was amazing ^_^ would definitely recommend!!!
Still the best tacos I ever had. Everyone is very nice and quick to serve your food. I always get the mini tacos so I can buy different kinds without leaving any. Also with some extra ask for escabeche (spicy carrots and onions ) you will love it.
One of our favorite local spots, staff are so friendly, food is always so good!!!
Soild Mexican fare staples, I love their stewed chicken chimichangas
I highly recommend taqueria Lorena’s. They’re fast , friendly and the food is great! The carne asada is delicious. Thank you
Have only been here once so far and i wish I have enough time and money to go back everyday! Their tacos are incredible. Best tacos I’ve ever had I believe. Guys were friendly (came at like 10 pm on a Friday night) and they made the tacos quickly. I’m actually going back there right now for lunch! So sad I’m moving away from the area but I’ll definitely make my trips back for sure
Love coming to eat here been coming since I was a kid genuinely a great eat especially for burritos.
This place is awesome. Their little restaurant is a bit hidden but it's certainly worth the visit. They serve some great authentic Mexican street food without the heavy after taste. They also go light on the salt and really focus on bringing out the original flavors of the used ingredients. Everything they have is full of flavor and fresh ingredients. If you manage to come early on a weekend you can also taste their unique soups. Also a plus: they open till really late on the weekends. Overall an excellent place for Mexican food for a fair price.
Great food makes you want to come back and bring people to not only ourselves to enjoy this deliciousness....great job guys
I moved from San Jose 14 years ago (I'm back) but the only place I would eat when I came back for visits is Lorena's Ive been their customer since it was a taco truck on the east side and thru the years as they progressed from truck to hut to two restaurants. And as sad as it is to know the original Burt many years ago its good to know the flavor did not and Lorena's will continue to be the only burrito spot I go to... Others have tried to get me to switch but no matter what it never compares to Lorena's
The person taking the order was really friendly.
I rarely eat Mexican food, but I started eating more when I got their Quesadillas. It’s delicious. Their asada and el pastor were juicy and flavorful. And I think their spicy sauce is the best!! These men know how to make great food.
Every time my family and I come here they never disappoint. There service is fast and the food is very good. I personally love the mini fish tacos, my oldest lives for the San Diego fries, which btw can be a split between two. Another bonus is that there open late for those late night cravings.
This is one of my favorite spots to get a breakfast burrito downtown. They take your order over the phone and will be ready in five minutes. Super friendly staff. Also love their San Diego fries because the fries are thick and fluffy and the toppings are plentiful!
Great little taqueria off 13th. Tacos are loaded, the San Diego nachos are huge, and everything tastes great. Lengua tacos are my favorite thing here, super tender. The Al pastor is also solid. Good aguas frescas as well. Prices are very good for the quality and quantity. It can be tough to park in this area but they have a little lot off the adjacent side street.
Really good Mexican food alot of different options to choice from. Highly recommended
Been coming here for years! There buche is the bomb I get that on a super burrito or San Diego fries. Love them tacos especially tripas, lengua, fish are 🔥 The horchata is really good too. Also the service is always on point! My lady loves and always gets the super quesadilla. Any time I'm in SJ I always stop if I'm craving some Mexican food.
Tried this place late night during a weekend trip to SJC. Had four types of small tacos: lengua (tongue), cabeza (beef cheeks), Chile verde (pork in a spicy green sauce), and buche (marinated pig stomach). All of them were very good. The lengua and buche in particular were so flavorful, soft, and tasty. My friends got some of the other taco options or quesadillas, and there was near unanimous approval. The fish tacos are nothing special, I’d say; still good though. The ceviche was interesting and worth trying but a bit on the plain side. Overall, highly recommend. If I ever come back to SJC, I’ll be returning here for sure.
Love going here for dinner. The fish tacos are especially delicious! Their salsa has a kick to it but it always tastes fresh. Food is fairly priced and made quickly. I recommend Taqueria Lorenas to all my friends!
This place blew my mind. Absolutely delicious, fast, authentic, fresh, and with friendly service. Definitely worth the stop.
This is my secret spot in San Jose. Have a shit day? Come here for home style DELICIOUS food. Everyone is incredibly kind, even late at night. My faves: - Super Tacos with Shrimps (they put SO MUCH PROTEIN). 2 will be a meal! - Super Burrito (ANY) are delicious. Get some of their house made spicy carrots and jalapeños. - CHIPS. House made, hot, fresh. This place is worth the price, and I will always leave extremely happy. My note is that the atmosphere isnt super warm? Take it to go, or just hang out for the taqueria vibes! Free Telonovellas! :)
Old school taqueria on the seating side, clean and modern on the front order and food prep side. Tastiest Mexican fair you will find anywhere. Great value on top of very tasty food. Extremely friendly service. Order comes out hot and in good time. They keep the place very clean, but it is on the older side inside. But very cozy. Actually like to get my food in eat it there on site. I feel very comfortable with all the different types of customers that come in. It really is a friendly neighborhood place and I've observed families with kids every time I'm there. No problems with parking in the back or on the side street. My new favorite place. Highly recommend the grilled fish tacos grande, and the same for the shrimp grande tacos. So much flavor in every bite, at great prices. Be sure to add a grilled jalapeno to your order. They also have a great side of fries that come out crispy and tasty. I'll be adding pictures for my next visit soon!
Best tacos in the area! I love their carne Asada! Also great prices for high-quality food, I always make a point to come here when I am in the area
Dropped in here quickly recently and had an Al Pastor super burrito. Was delighted, the burrito really hit the spot! The workers there had a good vibe also, and later hours (until 11pm I think) than nearby taquerias is great.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Taco Spot is Amazing! The customer service was outstanding, and the location was super clean. But the star of this place are the Tacos!! I tried Taco de Asada, Alpastor, Camaron, and Chorizo. Everything was delicious. I also tried the "Grande" Taco de Asada, which has beans and cheese, and it was 💣
Always a pleasure to visit Taqueria Lorena's. Delicious food, fair prices, friendly staff, and parking available at the rear of the restaurant. Extensive menu, tasty champorado, and the meat choices are absolutely incredible! tender and cooked just right. The owner, Carmen, is often present at this location and at her upscale Mexican restaurant, Acopio, on 24th Street / Williams Street in San Jose. I highly recommend you give this place a go. Today, I ordered the San Diego fries with chicken and no salt. Price; $14 San Diego fries con polllo (chicken)
What a low key and hidden place! Definitely slept on in the area!! I ordered 2 Asada, 1 Barbaca, and 1 Carnitas taco. The asada were super tasty, and with a tad of lime juice, they didn’t miss!! The carnitas also were not dry, and was the perfect amount of food! The Barbaca they me for a loop, I’m not used to the “carne guisada” style, of dish. It was flavorful and reminded me of a mole style dish. But I tried it, it wasn’t my favorite but if you are looking for a low key place! This is it!
My friend Jose @CompaaJavii was craving a burrito and I took him to my favorite Mexican spot in San Jose. I got the Carne Asada San Diego fries. These pictures don't do it justice, you need to sample it. I got it with everything, which includes fries , guacamole, cheese and sour cream. Pro tip, get the fries extra crispy so that it's not soggy. The toppings will do that if you get the fries regular. My friend got the Chimichanga, which deep fried burrito with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. There so much flavor in every bite. The meats are well seasoned. Go check them out! @TaqueriaLorenas 📍 Taqueria Lorena's - North 13th Street, San Jose, CA. Carne Asada fries are the best here.7
Not a large place but the al pastor tacos were very good. Friendly and quick service.
Tacos are really good ,but I had better tacos in other places ,I would love if you guys add sour cream, avocado, or anything like that. Service is great tho
Love this place...been coming here for years. The carne asada is bomb as well as the Chile Verde. The portions are big and the price won't empty your wallet. The salsa is tasty and grab a bag of the carrots while you are at it as they compliment the tacos for a good heat that won't kill the flavor of the meat, but will have you sweating for sure. After the favorites, try something different as the selection is great and everything I have had there always hit the spot. Open hella late on Friday and Saturday nights, so after you get done at the club's, have your Uber drive you by and pick up some good food to end a great night. Remember, don't drink and drive...you might hit a bump and spill your drink so make sure your designated driver knows where this spot is before you get hammered. Enjoy!
Their chimichangas are awesome. Super crispy fried burritos and they make them specialist and how you order it excellent flavors in the meat selection is awesome got to try it if you haven't.
Flavor is great, prices are reasonable. The carnitas were a bit dry, and I don't mean crunchy. Great customer service.
First off, the tacos are really good. They have a decent size menu and a lot of meats. My only complaint is they put salsa on the tacos rather than letting you do it. Now I like salsa on my tacos, but sometimes it's too spicy for me, other times there is just too much and all I taste is the salsa. I totally recommend, just consider asking for them without salsa
I used to live a block away many years ago and this place had excellent food, especially tostadas. I haven't been here in many years since I moved but was passing through so I stopped for a carnitas super burritto. I noticed right away the place had been fixed up, service was ok and food was ok but not as good as it used to be. The burrito had too much rice and not much meat. It looks a lot nicer now, but the food was a lot better about 10 to 15 years ago when we used to come.
Awesome place to get a taste of Mexican food. The food is so flavourful. I strongly recomend it.
Got a taco dorado, taco with al pastor, and a San Diego fries with carne asada. Out of those, the al pastor taco was my favorite. The fries were pretty good! Not as good as I remember SD fries being, but it has been 10 years since I lived there so maybe nostalgia is clouding my judgment. It had plenty of lime flavor that I liked. I would suggest sharing unless you're a food hero lol. The taco dorado was pretty bland. I wouldn't get it again Parking was a little bit difficult. There's a parking lot behind but it was full when I went. Overall cost about 15, so a great price point. Probably gonna come back to try other things.
The menu is sort of confusing because there is the original burrito (only the veg version comes with avocado, sour cream, and lettuce) and the regular burrito but no listing for a super burrito with all the fixins. They told me it wasn't on the menu but they sell it. In the end, I got the chimichanga which came with a great, refreshing green sauce. Also tried the ahogado. Now, I don't love wet burritos so I don't eat them often but a more experienced taster told me that it came with the good cheese. The tacos came with a good amount of meat. I didn't love the cabeza and the carne asada. I think the meats are a hit or miss for me. No free chips or salsa bar. I have never found parking except on the side streets every time I went.
Found this place via googling “Best Tacos in San Jose,’ and I wasn’t disappointed. My gf however, was disappointed because they didn’t serve enchiladas, but we didn’t google ‘best enchiladas,’ now did we? I want be I be very clear that I ordered basic tacos: 1 carne asada, 1 chili verde, and 1 lengua. All three came with hot sauce already on them. One even had a dried red chili pepper. I didn’t mind and even asked for extra hot sauce because some like it hot and I’m some. However, my gal’s mom also ordered two ta os and could t finish them because they were too spicy. She’s Salvadorian, and I feel like that makes a difference. My gal ordered a burrito with everything. When you say everything, that includes hot sauce. See the pattern? She is not a fan of hot sauce, but starvation pushed her through like a champ, but they may need to restock the napkins at our booth since her nose was rubbing like it had robbed a bank. The place was nondescript, which usually means quality in a Taqueria. Places that worry too much about how they appear usually don’t give enough attention to quality. The restrooms were a little messy, but it was nearing dinnertime. You will need a key to use the restrooms. There were high chairs available for children. Our toddler had rice - no hot sauce was added. Parking is limited, but the street is also available. Pricing was very fair, I thought. But don’t look for free chips and salsa, because they may has well have been on the back of a milk carton.
Dos tacos de barbacoa con todo. Went there for a quick lunch. I ordered a couple of tacos and an horchata. My coworker had a fish taco and a shrimp taco, it looked good. Mine were tasty too. Good flavor, smelled tasty inside, quick service, nice customer service. Good prices. Not much for decor inside, but that's not why I go to some of the small taquerias. There's only 6 or 7 parking spots in back.
I live down the street and have been coming for a long time im, however I will not be returning. The prices have steadily gone up and the quality has significantly decreased. There used to be free chips and salsa as well as picklea, but that's a dollar each now. The tacos went up from 1.50 to almost 3 dollars each. Now, Iight have been ok with just the price increase, but the quality and portions are also decreasing. The asada is a much drier and less succulent cut, and the tripas aren't fried to order and taste troubling and deeply unpleasant. The final straw for me was when I met the owner and she was a total Karen. I was there during off hours and there was no one else in the store. She would not let me bring my bike in for any reason, and she was extremely rude and demeaning. I'm pretty sure she mistook me for one of the street people who hang out on the block. Either way, I will no longer support her or her business. Bottom line: overpriced and very average Mexican joint. You are in San Jose, there are better choices. In fact, of you find yourself at Lorena's for some reason, do yourself a favor and walk to the Mexican place across the street it's much better.
They have great burritos the chicken is good, I wouldn't suggest the ceviche it's plain. The staff are friendly the actual dining area could use a touch up and the salsa bar needs to be cleaned more often.
Was in San Jose for one night, looking for some dinner near the hotel and came across this place with good reviews. I had regular asada tacos and some fries with asada. The asada has a good flavor but I did not like the amount of tendons and fat I came across. I had to spit out pieces of “meat” often. I do not like the tortillas they use, tacos would be a lot better with yellow corn tortillas. Those have a better flavor for tacos in my opinion. I also did not like the flavor of the red salsa, it was not spicy, just had an awkward taste. The fries were good expect for the same issue with the meat. The guacamole on the fries is really good. My boyfriend had tacos de lengua and asada, he is not as picky as me so his only complaint was the red salsa as well. The agua the horchata was really good. On another note, the service was great, the cashier was attentive and nice.
Would only return as a last resort because they are close to home and offer fish and seafood options. The cashier was nice but the cook was not friendly at all. I dined in, they didn’t offer me salsa or chips, he didn’t smile, he just handed me my food, he acted like it was a problem when I asked for salsa and a bag to-go. I don’t like places like this that don’t make people feel un-welcome. Small parking lot in the back, bathroom but must ask for the key. The chicken was moist and very flavorful. I do like how they offer two meat options for burritos. I don’t like how they don’t give you a copy of your receipt. I find places that do that often overcharge or add in little extra charges when they do this. The burrito menu is a little confusing when trying to confirm prices as my total was w lot more than listed but I don’t think super burrito costs are listed just regular two meat and vegetarian. Everyone coming in after me came for tacos so if I ever returned I would return for tacos. Their meats appear really good. I had a lot of shrimp and chicken in my two meat super burrito but I believe it was missing beans. The red salsa is spicy and smoky and better than the green salsa. The burrito def needed more kick
I've eaten here for lunch and dinner. I prefer their seafood tacos. Fish is pretty good, and shrimp is better. The potato taco was surprisingly good. The rest is OK. Great service, though. Don't forget there is a tiny parking lot behind the building.
First I’m an out of towner who works in San Jose during the week. My go which I will not promote because I’m not here to Bash was unfortunately closed so I looked for 30 min for a place to eat and came upon this place. Orders 2 pastor tacos which I feel lacked that pastor flavor it was just seasoned pork. Then I ordered a torata chicken. The chicken was shredded not grilled which for me a taqueria should have grilled chicken. The salsa had a bitter taste to it not sure if it was the chili peppers they used but overall not my style. The reason for 3 stars is because it decent but not a place I would comeback to.
Came here for a quick bite. Decided to stop by sense it had 4.3 stars but I don’t see anyway how that rating even possible. Horchata was extremely watered down so immediately poured it out. At least I could go for an old reliable like a coke. NOPE! Was completely flat. The ASADA meat tasted like I was eating birria at a quince. Overall restaurant is fairly nice and clean but the execution on the food quality does need work! Have some pride.
I think it’s time they retired. And fair warning, not a place you can hit up daily for food, they’re going to be weird about it. Some other places don’t mind! Please check other low reviews 🤦🏻♀️ I’m not dealing with their ignorance And this is really funny but this is their thing. This one girl came up to them and said the meat was wrong, the guy with threw the meat 3 inches near the trash and put the correct meat on it 😂 and this point I’m not even shocked anymore!!! It’s sssooo funny.
These guys have pretty good burritos. I’m talking nearly authentic Mexican tasting burritos. Now there salsa isn’t all that good I won’t lie but it’s w/e for me cuz I always get my salsa at La Vic’s. Now here’s the kicker. I went here last night to get an asada burrito which was pretty good but I kid you not. 8 hours later I get food poisoning which went from a stomach/pelvis ache to me spending most of Sunday on the toilet. This is my first time getting food poisoning and I gotta say this was worse than any cold or flu I’ve ever had. Maybe they don’t check the quality of their meat? Maybe they get it from a shady source? I don’t know but I can’t ever go back here again. This was worse than death
Juan is rude and won't let me speak to the manager Armando and when I call neither will the workers, he made a mistake on my food and got mad and grabbed my bag of food from me when I asked him to fix the problem! Very rude man! He put what he wanted in my borritos when I specifically told him what I wanted! I pay good money when I go there and been going there for years now someone needs to get back to me about this!
This was the worst taqyeria I have ever been too. Three tacos one burrito, tastes lije old meat, a whole lit of rice and salsa is not very fresh. Staff was idle , set up alright but the food makes me wonder how it's still standing. It is an ideal place for people who r drunk to eat something quick because drinks don't care for taste.
I haven’t bought food from here in awhile, and I see why “ food taste horrible and there Jamaica drink taste like it was going bad and had to much sugar in it waisted $32 bucks
Overpriced food. Ordered the Al pastor burrito and didn’t taste good. Have been to other taquerias that are significantly better at a lower price point.
Very average ambiance and service. Woman at counter taking orders was ignoring me and didnt want to give me restroom keys. Despite mentioning my order was to stay, I received a togo bag. Not going to return. Burrito was average too. Lots of local people randomly standing around or even occupying seats with no food - felt very much out of place.
I’ve been here a few times, but honestly, this was probably my last. I got the super nachos with asada and a side of fries. The nachos tasted alright, but the portion was way smaller than what you’d get at most other taquerias for the same price. The fries were kinda mushy too. The worst part was the staff - they were rude and disrespectful just because I didn’t speak Spanish, not realizing I actually understood what they were saying. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place.
I got dinner from Taqueria Lorena’s a couple of days ago as it was the only place open after 11 pm in the area. It is located in a pretty sketchy part of downtown San Jose which tends to get deserted after 10 pm. Even at such a late hour the place was buzzing with activity. There were at-least 3-4 tables taken and there were people waiting for their orders. The first prominent thing that I noticed when I entered was that this place was filthy. There was dirt and food particles on the floor and table surfaces looked sticky. I was in two minds about ordering but decided to plough ahead as there would be hardly anything open at this late hour. After going through the menu, I decided to get the Burrito Ahogada ($7.50) with Carne Asada to-go. To my surprise I could pay with card, which was great. After ordering I sat at one of the tables that needed a through wipe-down. I waited for about 10 minutes during which I saw that they prepared the burrito which was placed in a plastic container in a regular microwave. I really dislike this as the plastic from the container tends to bleed into the food, but I guess this is the norm in most of the Taqueria’s in San Jose. I got a small container with the burrito. As it had been microwaved the burrito had literally fused into the container. There was a salsa bar that was pretty much empty except for two bowls one with red and the other with green sauce. I had gotten two small containers with salsa but it turned out to be wasted exercise as I did not get any free chips with my order. The burrito itself was pretty average. All it did was satisfy my hunger and nothing more. There are way too many negatives here. Small, average, microwaved burrito, bare salsa bar, dirty restaurant and no free chips. There are some positives like open late, card payment and slightly cheaper than other burrito places. Everything considered the negatives far outweigh the positives making this an ideal candidate for a single star rating so that’s what I will go with.
The service I received today was just down right disrespectful. Came in for a $4 quesadilla an was told to pay $7 the lady in the front didn't speak to me she spoke to the people behind me in Spanish an told them tell me. It took 5 customers 2 employees to understand I wanted a veggies quesadilla. I even had to repeat my order to the cook. I paid $541 I got my food there's no chips in the bag not even on napkin. My quesadilla is missing cheese! What's so shocking is I get this same order everytime I come.
We ordered 8 tacos de cabeza and were grossed out by the meat. I thought it was chille seeds from the salsa but realized these yellow ridges were on the meat. I never had meat that looked like the meat they served us. Surely they wouldn't give us spoiled meat. But I shouldn't have to question that.. it just didn't taste right after the first bite. Would not recommend. *Update* Still was the worse Cabeza I have ever tasted. That's why I gave it one star.
