I order the taro milk tea every time I come here—you can really taste the taro, not just artificial flavoring!

Tastea Berryessa is my go to spot before I head to work. The workers are always so delightful. All the employees know my order by heart, which makes me feel appreciated. I highly recommend this tea shop!!!

So happy to see Tastea in Northern California! Went to the locations in Southern California for years and it was in of the things I missed most when moving from the area. Always crowded, but very efficient and moves quickly. Best tasting boba around!

Pretty good for light snack. Recommend karate chicken. It's a must try. Service is also pretty good. Usually a hangout spot for younger crowd.

We had a short stay in San Jose and checked out Tastea. The buttload’a fries was yummy. The Jasmine milk tea was just right. You can pick 25%, 50%, or 100% sweetness. The same was for the strawberry smoothie. Great service, great price, would come back next time in Silicon Valley!!!

First Tastea location in NorCal. Fresh, organic tea and a large variety of drink options, from milk tea to smoothies to cold brew coffee! There are some interesting combos such as matcha Thai tea, matcha coffee, and dragonfruit smoothie with granola. Most drinks are not super sweet (without having to ask to adjust the sweetness). Staff are friendly. Decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Limited food menu with 3 items: fries, fried chicken and fried shrimp.

This was my first time ordering food from Tastea, I usually only get the drinks. I am glad I picked the large order of"Shrimp on It!", which is juicy shrimp hand battered & seasoned with Tastea dust & cooked to crispy perfection served at 5 spice levels. I am a chicken and I picked the lowest spice level, "Mild, but wild." I hate the feeling of getting sweaty on my face from eating spicy food so I don't torture myself anymore. The shrimp was fried to a perfect crisp and very flavorful. They did a great job in cooking it because it was not soggy at all, even though though I did not eat it immediately. For my dipping sauce,, I choose the "Weak Sauce". It was a combination of sweet and sour with some pepper and fish sauce. My only disappointment was there was only eighteen pieces for $11, which is pretty expensive for that amount of Shrimp. They also included a pair of Tastea branded chop sticks for me to use. They also have a similar item with chicken,  called the "Karate Chicken". I might try that next time. Overall,  I did like the fried shrimp and would recommend. I also got the "Chamango" as a drink,  a perfect mixture of Mango and spice. It tastes exactly like the Mexican Mango candy lollipops. @DrinkTastea

Came here on a recommendation of their avacado smoothie. Also got their chicken with it too. The smoothie was pretty good, first time trying such a smoothie bur was pleasant. The chicken was a bit basic, very mid Taiwanese style fried chicken but was fine.

Tastea has an easy to order online website with plenty of different topping options (with additional charge). One thing I like about Tastea is that you can upscale your drink size from 20 oz to 32 oz for just 2$.

The tea and smoothie are good with many selections. Only down side is that they only accept mobile payments.

This place is absolutely great, they have a really good selection of Booba tea. My favorite part of the experience is that you have an option to use stevia as a sugar alternative and you can also substitute the milk. What makes this place stand out is the aesthetics, it's a great place to take your kids, a date or a friend. Ask for the avocado smoothie and add on the avocado bits with a pearl.

I like the black tea here, usually order Peach me or sunset peach . Ordered Popcorn shrimp before also is great ! PS. Here sugar levels is different, if you ask 50% sweet will test like 75% sweet , lol

They have some awesome fruit teas with fruit bits and flavorful bobas. 🥤 The newest promo is the Melon Series, which consists of watermelon, honey dew and cantaloupe with real bits of the fruit in the drink. It's almost like an agua fresca, but icee form! I highly recommend trying all three flavors because I have. They're really refreshing for the weather we've been having lately. 👍☀️ A personal favorite for me and my step son is the Peach Me Sweetea. My step daughter loves Strawberry Ecsteasy with honey boba. I also like the Salted Cream Jasmine. The kids also love the Karate Chicken with level 2: Medium Kick, which is not to such and has enough kick. My step son really loves Shrimp On It with level 1: Mild But Wild, which has the perfect kick for us. Level 2 was too much for the shrimp for us. I think it's prefer the basil sightly fried too! 😁 The other day, I ordered the Summer Series with Cantaloupe and it was delicious, until it melted a little on the way to work. I saw a tiny little black square of the unknown floating around. I managed to get it out to see what it was and I don't have a clue. Luckily, it was the only piece I found because I was watching every sip I took. I'll just have to let any slushy/icee drinks in the future melt a little before I ingest something I shouldn't. All in all, service is great, fast and friendly! The store is clean and neat!

I got the 20 fl oz House special, I gave 2 stars because the barista was nice and the drink is good, but wow, the ice level is ridiculous. When I asked to adjust the ice level the last time I was here for the same drink the barista said he’d have to put less drink, really!? I literally took 5 sips and drink was done, probably got less than 10 fl oz of drink. So weak. If I want ice I’ll go to McDonalds across the way and ask for a cup. $6 drink for more than 50% ice, they’re winning! Bye bye👋🏽✊🏽

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tastea location. The tall Asian male employee (who I believe drives a Porsche Carrera) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in near closing time and politely asked if it was okay to order a watermelon slushy. He said yes — but moments later suddenly snapped, raising his voice and saying, “YES, DO YOU NOT HEAR ME?” I was honestly shocked by the outburst. If he was stressed or didn’t want to take the order, I would have completely understood if he just said so politely. There was no reason to take that frustration out on a customer. To make things worse, a few nearby employees just smirked and stared, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and disrespectful. This type of behavior reflects very poorly on the business. Please train your staff to treat customers with basic courtesy and professionalism — especially during closing hours.
