I love that they do delivery now . Wish they stayed open a little later but its San Juan so I get it but the pizza is great. Keep it up and I'll stay loyal. Thanks

Great place for the family. Some arcade games and claw machines. Beer on tap, and you have to try the mozzarella cheese bread!

Great Pizza and good cold Beer! I even asked her to cook the Pizza a little more well done, and she did a great job, that way it's good for leftovers in the cooler for work lunch the next day and not all soggy😛👍

2 year update: I ordered a small 10" awesome combo original crust and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten (I've eaten a lot). The pizza was LOADED with toppings and the bottom of the pizza was perfectly crunchy. I'm glad they have improved since the last time I've tried this place 2 years ago. Old review: Can't give half stars on google reviews, but I would give the pizza 3.5/5. Ordered a thin crust pizza, the flavor and seasoning was good, but somehow their thin crust pizza wasn't crunchy in the middle section. I would recommend to the employees or the owner to making their ovens make the bottom better.

Pizza Factory in San Juan Bautista offers more than just pizza. (Sandwiches, Hot Wings, etc.) If ya want good yummy Pizza, that when you warm up in the microwave (assuming you dont finish) even the next day, I suggest going for 'Thick Crust'. There is LOTS of space here as they rented out two buildings. It has video games, TV's (for sports or whatever) serves Soft drinks and Alcohol (Beer/wine). 'TPF' is located at the South End of San Juan Bautista in "The Windmill Shopping Center" just off of Hwy 156. (About 3 miles off Hwy 101). It's a good location if you are visiting San Juan Bautista, have a few kids and just want to 'Relax and Regroup' if you are exploring SJB for the day. There are several restaurants in San Juan Bautista, esp.for Dates or Adults, but again if ya have a larger group with kids and need a place to recharge, or if YOU just love Pizza, this is the spot. It's not too busy especially during the day as many locals take their pizza to go. The staff, no matter who it is, is always nice, and if ya need something, just ask them.

Great little arcade. Pizza bread was fast, but super skimpy on toppings, and a bit more pricey than expected, but it was still a good eat.

Typical pizza chain. Decent deals constantly being promoted. They have good Honey BBQ wings. Pastrami Sandwich is one of their best sandwiches. Baked Spaghetti if you're a pasta fan. As for pizza, try the SJB special with Cashews!

Got there almost an hour and a half before closing and they were a lil rude and already cleaned up. Food was good and fast.

Stopped in for a quick bite. The pizza was over done and almost burnt. So I couldn't give any thoughts on sauce or crust flavors due to the over cooked condition.

Very accommodating. We had five minutes for the lunch buffet. They left it open till we finished. They also made specialty pizza since one of our party cannot eat pork. Definitely come back again

My gf and I had the buffet and maybe that has something to do with it. So they had ham and tomato and pepperoni. Both were pretty good. Sauce, cheese and toppings were good. Fries and rolls were sub par. Lettuce wasn't looking great but the cucumbers and tomatoes were good

It was OK. Nice having glutin free pizza option and their salad bar was good. PROBABLY THE FIRST SALAD BAR POST-COVID, so I liked that a lot.... But hey, I'm from Jersey and know what pizza is.....

The pizza was alright. Just needed a bit more pizza sauce. Service was great and the interior is clean and up scale.

Pizza was decent, a little greasy but the ceaser salad was saltier than salt, coated with parmesan and salty croutons. Ranch was good but I highly discourage you to purchase the Ceaser Salad. Waste of $8

Owner isn't so friendly but good is delicious place is clean. Owner makes it very awkward, he needs to smile it's as he staring customers and kids cant eat comfortably

It's was ok. Fine for a quick meal on the way south. Wouldn't drive back just for pizza. They definitely need more staff. They closed early while we were there because there were only two people working.

I had the pizza with Bacon and artichokes. It was good. The staff was very plesant and polite. Their location made it easy to grab a bite to eat on our way through town. Traffic was backed up so we were glad they were easily accessible.

First ever trying pizza factory, food was good, but the service was horrible, the guy on the cashier was on his phone all the time not even paying attention to what i was asking for.

Pizza was good service was bad. On the way home it dawned on me when I payed with my ATM card they force you to tip then you get the bad service. So I payed extra for the bad service.

My sister and came to visit during buffet hours and it seems like because business was slow, that chose not to put out fresh pizza. My sister and I were mostly eating pizza that must have been sitting in the warmer for over half an hour. Finally as we were getting full, they finally put out a fresh pizza.

The owner is so rude and has poor customer service !! I bought a sandwich, large pizza and breadsticks he gave me 3 packs of pepper I kindly asked for more and he refused to do so in a rude manner . He said 3 was enough for one pizza which is indeed wrong . I told him I can pay for extra and he gave me another 3 for $1.50 I don’t care about the $ just the matter of his ignorant attitude and poor customer service ! I always go and the staff are very polite just not the owner !! This happened in San Juan Bautista

Order the pizza told me be ready in 20 minutes. Was There in 23 min sat down and took a bite and was disgusted by how soggy it was from all the grease it was already leaking out through the bottom of the box it was so bad I complain and their excuse was cuz it's at too long a whole 3 minutes long story short it made me another one ate a few pieces it wasn't up to par took it home the next day 10 hours later it taste better and didn't have no crease on the bottom of the box go figure

Called at 7:35 to place takeout. Online it states it is open till 9. Lady on phone said they aren’t taking anymore orders and they close at 8. I would think even with 30 mins left of still being open they would take orders. I would advise calling 1 hour ahead to place your orders apparently lol. Also update hours on google.

Guy who worked there for 15 years bought all same oven and gets ingredients from same supplier get a whole pizza for less then 10 buks at the shop and save gas station in Hollister Ask the employee if there boss treats them fair see the look on there face And leave them a big tip

Yes I tried to be a customer of this Pizza Factory although when I called to place my order I was only 4.1 miles away I'm I told the person answering the phone that I am a truck driver and they immediately shut me down and told me they do not deliver to truck drivers this is not a way to do a business just keep in mind your business solely depends on the next truck driver bringing your next delivery I wonder just how much money you miss out on annually from the person answering your phones
