This is my neighbor Starbucks. I m not a coffee drinker but I have order drink here before and they are good. I come here to get coffee ground for my garden . The staff are really nice n friendly.
The barista made all three drinks perfectly! Great service as well. I haven't been here in a while since I switched gyms. This Starbucks has always had bad lighting to me though.
This Starbucks location is pretty good, but not the best. There is a small seating area with tall tables and bar stools (1-4 people per table). There are no outlets, though, if you need to work for a while and use a charger. The bathrooms and nice and clean (require a code for paying customers only). The staff was mostly nice, but the lady at the register was a little tense. My order was made quickly (about 5 minute). The iced chai here is actually much better than most locations! (Why I bumped the rating up to 4 instead of 3 stars). It is a decently clean store and there is a lot of space (not cramped). They also sell their merch and coffee beans at this location. It is easy to access from the highway, which is a plus!
It's a Starbucks. Please don't call Starbucks a fancy cafe. At least it wasn't too busy when I came this morning. Nice and polite cashier. It's conveniently close to the 880 and in a congested area. Food is standard and so is the coffee
A hard working, hard driving Starbucks location. There is no drive thru so customers, who all appear to be regulars form a line to order various drinks from what appears to be Starbucks' fastest baristas. The seating area is filled with regulars that run the gamut from students, neighborhood locals getting away from the house to some folks clearly struggling with life. The workers here work very hard and do a fine job.
I went there today and got a hazelnut iced coffee. The shaken expresso, and it tasted like watered down coffee. There was no sweetness to it. No flavor of hazelnut, it was horrible, the worst one I ever got at Starbucks..
This is the second weekend in a row I have ordered a drink on the app. The app says it will be ready in about 10 to 15 minutes. Which is kind of long. Get there and still have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes. When you ask the person that is bagging the orders questions she is snappy. It seems like they either need more staff on the weekend or they need to stop taking app orders. At least that way when you see a line you know you are only waiting for those orders to be filled.
I usually stop by here on my way to work and order a drink. I always ask light on the ice and i am not sure why that's even an option if it's not going to be given that way. Light on the ice means go easy in the ice. If my drink has more ice than liquid that is clearly NOT light ice. I want to know why is this a recurring issue. Is it carelessness or is it training issues or is it just so hard to follow instructions.
People waiting to place an order and only one person attends and one working and the other two girls talking I don't understand
I visit Starbucks daily, and today I urgently needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, the staff did not allow me to, and I was told I needed to make a purchase at that specific location. The staff’s response came across as quite rude, which was disappointing. Could you please clarify if this is a new policy, requiring a purchase to use the restroom?
Went there and I ask for the bathroom and the older lady I couldn’t see her name tag, literally asked me if I was intended to make a purchase bc restrooms are for costumers only, i literally had to pull up my receipt from the other store i went earlier bc i really needed to use the bathroom. I used to come to this store bc it’s on my way to work but not anymore.
Hanna (older lady) approached me a few minutes after I sat down. I came in on my lunch break and was setting up to write an email before ordering a coffee. She approached me while I was sitting and said "sir, do you intend on making an order while you're here?" to which I replied "yes". Didn't sit right with me so I got up and decided to go to a local coffee house instead. As I left I told her "decided to spend my money at a different one" Convenience isn't worth being harassed by staff. I understand the location may invite loitering, but you are a Starbucks. Put the wifi code on a receipt if you have that stipulation. Never coming back here.
I think this Starbucks has the record for slowest time. We ordered 15 mins ahead of time from the mobile app. And we're now still waiting for the drinks. It's currently been 15 more mins. 2 drinks.. Keep in mind there is no drive thru they need to worry about.
I’ve never been More appalled in my life to be disrespected over cold phone, and to be talked about and ridicule to me it’s unethical and shameful the way that the cashier made me feel as if my words did matter I was insignificant de minimus, and the fact that customer services doesn’t exist because she just could not accept the fact that she was wrong. I order cold foam the barista made it, and as the barista was bringing it to me, she ordered her to pour it out because it was too much to be serving the fingers if you poured it out into the sink that means that it has no use so why would you have a pour out something I pay for in front of me and if that was a teachable moment why didn’t you go behind closed doors to have that conversation then I’ll leave walk back inside and she’s discussing all of this openly in front of everyone did not leave a good taste of my mouth and I just feel as if there are some races undertones the last four times I’ve been in that establishment. She has made me feel some type of way with her body language with her energy, her facial expressions and I just feel like something needs to be done immediately.

The drinks were mediocre, and though there’s a policy for remaking unsatisfactory drinks, I hesitated due to the already extended wait times. It appeared that the location might be short-staffed, leading to challenges in maintaining efficient service. One notable concern was witnessing a customer touching every mobile order cup, raising hygiene issues. Starbucks should address this to ensure a cleaner environment, especially with the increasing reliance on mobile orders. While the parking was good, the overall appearance and ambiance of the Starbucks could use a major upgrade compared to nearby locations. It would greatly benefit from more staff, improved hygiene practices, and an enhanced overall atmosphere.
One of the lady barista, who is short, fat and have long curly hair, is so rude. I did order the cold drink iced Starbucks blond caramel latte, the guy took my order kept asking me four times about my order even though I showed him the picture of the drink that I wanted. Then the coffee came out was a hot one, not a cold that lady barista said so rude to me that I should say “iced”. How about I showed the picture? The name of that coffee is come with iced, right? Actually, to give better service, they should said sorry for making the wrong one and change the new one for me, instead of saying rude to customer. Bad service and no more coming here
You guys need to clean this place up. This place up. I went here to use the bathroom and I just happened to have time to observe all these layers of dirt and gum stuck to the floor. Tons of dust on the vents garbage on the floor. There were like 7 people working at the time. Why aren't some of you cleaning? Bathroom smelled like old urine. Dirt from months of not cleaning. You need to get this place professionally cleaned. I did not order anything to drink. Was tempted until I saw how dirty it was. You need to do better!!!
