Opinions de YAOYAO姚姚酸菜魚 San Leandro
Overall, the food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. Pickled fish is great while not spicy. The lettuce is a little bit oily.
San Leandro gem of Chinese restaurant 😋. I say price is above average and so does the yummy food. Give it a try and you won't regret. But most food taste much delicious when dine in. The huge bowl of fish (double sides) is really good. Very fresh fish, one side sour spicy, one side numbing spicy.
Today 11/10/2021 I came to Fusion Pot and it is REOPEN. I was very exited about it reopening its doors. I really love this place, is elegant, clean, modern affordable and the staff is very nice. I encourage people to try it. Food is good and always fresh, very clean and high quality. There are handicap tables and bathrooms. Kids friendly and very safe. they have chairs for toddlers and will made arrangements for babies. bathrooms are nice and clean.
All the best in this place. First time with my friends to try this restaurant, and we're glad we did...good food, clean, courteous staffs at reasonable price ever. 😋
Good food. Wish it had big size
First time here for hot pot. We got the pig stomach soup base. The soup actually tastes pretty good. Food variety is quite abundant. Aside from the raw stuff, they also offered cooked items as well. Price wise, it's actually not that bad compared to other hot pot places in Fremont or Milpitas. This is a nice surprise. I was really hungry so I forgot to take pics until toward the end. They were quite accomdating too, we stayed at least 30 mins after closing and they didn't bother us at all. Definitely recommend it all y'all hotpot fans. It definitely caters more to the Cantonese crowd more so keep that in mind when you go.
It’s a really nice Chinese restaurant that partially serves the food via robots. The food is really good! The fried tofu is the best tofu I’ve ever had! I’d definitely recommend eating here!
Food is very tasty, also the desert is awesome, even better than many desert stores. Soy sauce chicken is the best I had at Bay Area.
Authentic Chinese food!!! The flavor is exactly the same as the dish in China. The fish is tender and the pickled vegetable is the right balance. The indoor decoration is also cute, Tiffany blue everywhere.

Come here for the fish if you like spicy. Great choices for Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine, I was here a couple weeks ago with my parents and thoroughly enjoyed their 酸菜鱼(pickled cabbage fish),四季豆(sauteed green beans),麻婆豆腐(Mapo Tofu),炒白莲(stir fried cabbage). The wait was around 30-45 minutes on a Saturday as expected for a popular Chinese spot.
We like the BBQ Pork here they are tender and juicy! Just like what we used to have in Hong Kong. We also ordered the soy sauce chicken and the salt baked chicken. They are not bad! We had the coconut soup but probably not recommend it as the flavor was not standing out probably the coconut was cooked for too long.
It is fun if you have it once in a while All the dishes we ordered are pretty tasty However they are heavily seasoned Very packed during lunch time It is an above average Hong Kong / Sichuan joint Not cheap though, lunch for 5 cost $170 with mandatory tip
The food was great. The service could use improvement . The staff was nice but did not explain the details that could have improved our dining experience. We did tell the person that seated us ,,it was our first time there. Did I mention the food was great?
Good food, but service is sooooooooo slow. You need to wait for 1hr to get the dishes you ordered.

If you're looking for roasted or braised chicken/duck in the Bay Area, this is a great pick! "New age" authentic (as opposed to "traditional" authentic) - great Chinese/Szechuanese food. The prices were reasonable and portion were big. Would eat here again.
Had the Yao Yao tomato fish fillet ($38). The flavor was good, but the dish was rich in oil, I removed a bowl of the oil from the dish and there was still quite a bit left in the dish. Rice isn’t included and costs about $2.50 per bowl. Waited about half an hour for the food to come out after placing the order. The restaurant was spacious and bright, with a pleasant atmosphere. Overall I would come back but you just need to spend some time separating out the oil if that matters to you.

A friend recommended this restaurant's soy sauce chicken as being incredibly delicious. We went on a weekend lunch and it was packed. While the food was quite good, every dish took forever to arrive. We won't be going back a second time.
Really slow service; I've been waiting for a cup of tea for 30 minutes. There aren't enough workers to serve, and they didn't even inform us to sign up for seats. The wait for food is too long, we were starving, really disappointed
I really want to be fair and honest. The food here is fine but the service really sucks! The waiter was probably having a bad day but that doesn’t mean he can treat his customers so impatiently. And the service was extremely slow! The overall service was just too awful.
I had a terrible time at Yao Yao Restaurant and feel compelled to share my experience. We ordered two dishes – the Yao Yao Suan Cai Yu (Fish Fillet) and Poach Beef With Hot Chili – and waited a painful 40 minutes with nothing showing up at our table. When we finally flagged down a server, they checked the order sheet and assured us our food was on its way. But get this: the restaurant was about to close in 10 minutes! Faced with the prospect of missing out on our meal, we quickly switched to takeout. But instead of getting our food promptly, we got handed the bill right away. Why the rush to charge us but not to serve us? And the cherry on top? As we left, a staff member ran after us and handed us the noodle dish we'd ordered, completely forgotten until then. It was just one mistake after another. In short, Yao Yao Restaurant seriously dropped the ball. Long waits, poor service, and a total lack of attention to detail made this dining experience one to forget.
We had bad experience having lunch here on a Sunday. I and my wife went inside, there was only one table had been served with 2 adults and 2 children. After had us seated about 5 min they started take an order. We ordered pot that had half spicy and half non spicy, 1 disk of slice angus beef, 1 disk of slice lamb, 1 disk of shrim, 1 frisk of fish ball, 1 disk mushrooms, 1 disk of tofu, 1 portion cauliflower, 1 watercress and 1 rice noodle. All ingredients were acceptable of freshness. The taste of both the broths were OK same like other hot pot restaurants, of course broth contented lot of MSG but it's OK with us. Here was the bad. We were having lunch, almost cleaned out foods on the table but still then a waiter brought out the tab and placed it on our table. About 5-10 minutes later that waiter came again, open the tab and asked, are you done? I looked up at him then looked down the table which some foods still on the table, I didn't say a word and continuing my lunch. After I signed the tab, that waiter took the tab with him went back to his counter then the light at our table was turned off......I and my wife speechless..... Another, they automatically charged us the tip, 15%. I called the waiter and asked, he said: it's the service charge. There will not a second time for us to go to here and anyone I know will be warned.
The restroom 🚻🚺🚻 so Duty I don't wanna imagine how is the kitchen

Be aware of fraudulent charge on your bill! This restaurant selects tips without your consent, and taxes you on the tip! See our receipt in picture. The owner refused to take corrective action when we confronted her. We have reported this to tax administration as this is likely a fraudulent activity the additional amount is charged as tax that customer shouldn’t pay, and the amount may be subject to tax evasion as it can go to restaurant’s pocket without paying tax. When we confronted the owner, she acknowledged that they did the same for all customers. Please avoid visiting this restaurant or report them if you have similar experience!
