Quick friendly service...even with a mask you can see the staffs smiles. When going to a chain like Auntie Anne's consistency is key, and they didn't disappoint !! Great job Premier outlets of San Marcos staff!!

The food was perfect! And the guy who served me, put the garlic and parm powder evenly into my pretzel. Making every bite awesome and packed with flavor!!!

Friendly staff! I ordered a sweet almond pretzel and a small half tea half lemonade but the girl didn't realize they had no tea left for the day so she gave me a cherry lemonade and upgraded the size to a medium for free! As always the pretzel was awesome and the lemonade refreshing!

I have had a few good and a few bad experiences from this location. Sometimes they are hot and fresh and others they are hard and dry.

Not bad a good place to stop if you like pretzels.

Small counter with a canopy tent, it had some leaks that were dripping over the customers in line. Would also recommend some hand sanitizer readily available by the counter.

Always good pretzels. But they only run one register always. Sometimes especially on weekends expect to stand outside in the heat for a while.

It’s a small store. Located in the middle of the carpark at the San Marcos Premium Outlets. Across the street from Pottery Barn and Johnny Rockets. Food and drinks are fine. My pick is always the cinnamon sugar mini pretzels. Service was quick and easy.

They don't give 2 cares in the world at this place. I was here 2 months ago. And the guy, who was the closest thing to a manager, was so uncaring to us. We just wanted cinnamon sticks. And he didnt care haha. He had this look on his face like "hurry up". They tasted really good tho. Just wish it was more professional at this place. I definitely don't recommend this place to family or friends cuz they can come off as rude here.

Don't order frozen lemonade, it's honestly not good.

Pretzel was not all that good and on the expensive side for what I got.

The lemonade is great, the pretzels were hard and seemed like they have been under the light too long, and it's way over priced for very small sausage wraps... I was disappointed.

I came on Wednesday, May 14th at 5:30pm and the staff was very rude, especially the girl... zero customer service and also rude. The other guy defended her without knowing what was going on and they were rude and lacking empathy!!! If you don't like serving people, then you're in the wrong job.

This place serves half baked nuggets. Stay away if you don't want to eat dough.

Pretzels are always cold and to tough to eat. Employee doesn't care when you tell them...they just ignore you.

Closed before posted hours. I'm a pregnant lady craving a pretzel, and I'm not happy.

This is the second time they gave me a stale pretzel that was hard as a brick. Won't be going back.

Closed at 605. Online says they close at 6pm but their Google says 630pm. Obviously I referenced Google and missed it. Yall need to keep your information relevant!

Absolutely disgusting. The hair is baked INTO the pretzels. The GM Shelly was supposed to refund me, but never did.

This place closes at 6:30. These people talk rude to customers. If ur store closes at 6:30 have the time changed on the website for customers to know, and so people arnt driving out far for nothing.

After a long day of shopping we come to get some pretzels and drinks for my kids and I, this place was closed at 8:10PM the guy was counting money just gave us the sign that they were closed which the schedule showed 9:00 on a Saturday. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

We were just there a few days ago. The cashier girl was on her phone for a few minutes while we were waiting at the window for her to be done. One of the WORST THINGS YOU CAN DO in front of a customer.

The hot dog wrapped pretzel and the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites were not cooked all the way. It was doughy inside and burned on the bottom, as if the heat were too high when cooking. And the cinnamon surges pretzel bites had very little sugar on them and the pieces were not bite sized.

The staff member at this location was quite rude and unprofessional — no greeting, no “please” or “thank you.” When I ordered pretzel nuggets, he tried to serve me pieces of a cut-up pretzel instead of the proper product. The service felt disorganized and careless, and to make things worse, they didn’t even have lemonade available.

DD delivery driver here. Please review your DD pickup policy as it has to be one of the worst ones I've encountered. Highly unfavorable conditions to sit outside in a line in the blazing heat to wait for food already ordered and prepared. A separate window for pick-ups only would be a GREAT idea. Plus we're working! We are not there to chit chat in the line until you take 5 other orders,it just makes no sense!

The guy working the counter gave someone in front of me the wrong order and when putting the pretzel bites back his hand touched all the pretzels on top. I asked for a different cup when he pulled the same one out and told him why. Instead of getting me a different cup of pretzel bites from the warming case he turned around and put the same pretzels in a different cup touching even more of them! I asked again for a different cup of pretzels out of the case and he got rude and said loudly "just so you know ALL the food is getting touched back here." Well I looked and not a single person had gloves on while handling the food. That's gross on a normal day but during a pandemic it's downright despicable.

There was a white young blonde and a scruffy white guy they both look 5.5 on the height. The website says the store closes at 9 pm and I was there at 8:15pm. The lights were on and as soon as we walked to order they turned off the lights and said they were closed.... p.s. it’s 8:34 pm right now that I’m reviewing!!! They both should be fired, thanks for nothing.....
