Sat us down quickly, greeted with a couple of jokes which made the table laugh. The server was amazing, she treated her job more than just a job. One thing that upset us was how we heard another employee yelling at our server. The whole restaurant heard, she told our server “she wouldn’t be where she was” (or something along those lines) and our server was the better person and walked away. She continued with a smile and still gave us the best experience.

We had a pleasant time here. The waiter was very friendly and could answer all of our questions. The facility could use a renovation: there is peeling paint and the restrooms are not the greatest. But we liked the gluten friendly options and the food tasted fine.

I like this place for a morning start. Unfortunately the food took this time.. Far too much for a breakfast. Over 20 min for a Omelette and some Fluffy French toast is too much in my opinon, when occupation is Less Then 50%. Food quality was food. Restrooms clean. Staff was friendly.

Good service with quick order taken for drinks and appetizers. The main brunch order followed drink delivery with the appetizer. I had the new eggs Benedict with smoked bacon, the egg and English muffin was good, the smoked bacon was excellent, but the holindaise sauce was weak, only 'okay'. My granddaughter had the chocolate pancake funny face with sausage patty. My wife had a BLT sandwich with fries. The bread was nicely grilled, otherwise a pretty standard sandwich. Overall, it was a good experience.

You literally have to ask for ketchup, salt, pepper, jelly, etc. because none is automatically accommodated for you. 2 people order coffee and no pitcher is brought out to you... just one small mug.. food is to be determined...

This particular ihop is terrible. Waited 20 min to have my order taken there was only one other table here. They came in after us and got their food before we had out our order taken. The food was no great ether. The hashbrowns were under cooked and only half of the portion. The omlet was overcooked and looked slapped together. Wont be going to this one again.

I ordered on DoorDash online so yeah some mistakes happen, but I was essentially overcharged because I ordered the cinnastack pancakes, and they just gave me the regular buttermilk ones instead. Mind you, the food smells great, and looks delicious too. But as a broke college student that mistake did kind of bum me out.

When we arrived there were two clean tables in the entire store, when we left an hour later there was 1. I saw three people working, hostess, waitress and cook. Never once during our stay did the any of them clean off a table or wipe one down, sweep, etc. We waited for about 10 minutes before the waitress came to take our order with three other customers in the store, all of which had already ordered. Food came out pretty fast after we ordered and was pretty good except we had to send back the bacon as it was not even close to the way we ordered it. This building has an intolerable rooftop exhaust fan that literally shakes the whole structure and if you sit at any perimeter table youll question yourself if your drunk, lovestruck or experiencing a constant earthquake. Clearly nobody from corporate knows about this location and its massive shaking. It’s laughable. Its bad. M’kay?!?

It was the WORST EXPERIENCE I've EVER had at an IHOP! I felt bad for the waitress as it was all the cooks screw up and as for the manager? Wow. Food sent back 2x and that's from raw AND over cooked meat on plate the 1st time, still undercooked second time and then burnt onions/mushrooms/meat edges from over cooking them the 3rd time? As for the meal, I ordered beef tips. It came with teriyaki sauce, onions and mushrooms. Look at these pictures and decide yourself. (Then manager only offered to discount my meal by taking off my friends meal?) I was to pay over $22 for mine? Unfreaking believable.

Went there this morning around 8 am, we got seated but no one came to help us (NO DRINKs or NOTHING). We waited about 15 mins , so we got up and went somewhere else. It was not busy for them to make a excuse, it was just very poor service.

Butter wouldn’t even melt. Waited for refills forever. One guy was handling the entire right side. We will NEVER go back!!!

We walked in and went it to the hostess stand. The host was on the phone taking the worlds longest phone order. We waited a long while until someone else came to seat us. We sat down and no one came to take our drink order for a very long time. Many other employees walked by ignoring us completely. Finally a manager (I think) shows up to take our drink order. I was very thirsty and finished my drink quickly. No one ever came back to fill up drinks. I finally just started walking behind the kitchen area and filling my own drinks. None of the employees seemed to notice or care so I guess it’s self service on drinks. We ordered a few burgers and an omelet. Must have taken well over half an hour to get the food. The place was not busy at all. The food finally came, the burgers were not good. The lettuce was terrible. The bathrooms look like something from a horror film. I would avoid this place. We ahould have just gone to McDonald’s.

This had to be the worse service ever, me and my family headed in as we had a server name LISA. She was breathing so heavy and was extremely close to me while taking the order. When my father ordered his coffee she threw the cup on the table and left after pouring it in such a forceful manner. Atmosphere was comfortable tho.

Came in this morning for Veterans Day to get pancakes and we waited 10 mins and not one server came to take our drink order. They were not very busy at all maybe 5 tables. One of the waitresses was being rude to the kitchen staff that was cooking food. I come here often and today was just a let down.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I definitely would. Worst experience ever. I ordered curbside. Waited about 45 minutes for my curbside order to be made, the app said it was going to be ready at 11:15am. I pulled up and I went in ( because curbside parking was not available) and asked the server (acting as a host) about my food because it’s 11:17am and it’s still not out. The server (acting as a host) said “yea, well that’s not going to happen. We’re busy.” And she just walked away. I had to wait another hour to finally get my food. Half the order was missing. It was just an overall awful experience and I will never go here again.

Lisa the old waitress had us waiting for an hour and a half so we ultimately had to leave after getting no food. Would not recommend she had multiple tables and none of them were tended to. The food was done however still at the cook window just not served or passed out to the hungry customers.

Awful experience. I’m not sure if this applies to all IHOP locations, but the customer service here drops dramatically at night. My group went late in the evening, and it felt like no one wanted to serve us—we waited an absurd amount of time just to be seated. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. The service was painfully slow, and our waitress had a noticeably poor attitude. After finally placing our order, we witnessed something shocking: the table in front of us received their food, and we saw their server pick up a piece of food that had fallen off the plate and try to serve it to them. The customers immediately confronted him, and while he claimed he had washed his hands, that’s simply unacceptable—unsanitary and unprofessional. Following that incident, another group left, and we decided to do the same. We never received our food in a timely manner and weren’t willing to risk it being contaminated. This location needs major improvements in service, food handling, and management. Service might be better during the day, but if you go at night—BEWARE.
