I like the idea of self ordering the meal in a tablet. However, 2 of 4 tablets were not working, so there was a considerable waiting time. That said, the burger, fries and drinks were good. The meal for 2 people would cost around 50 dollars.

Went on a Sunday visit to Hillsdale Shopping and there was a big crowd of people, families, young students, friends. It was a little crowded but we got plenty of tables to choose from Shake Shack. Reliable burgers, fries and soda to while away the time. Eating filling delicious cheeseburgers. Good place, good food. Great!!

Shake shack never fails to satisfy. Ordered my go-to Avocado Bacon Burger, strawberry shake, and fries. Rating this location 4 stars because it can take long for the food to come out. Otherwise, always a solid experience at the Hillsdale location.

Pro tips: Get cheese sauce with your fries. Enjoy the free soda refills. The burgers look small, but they are very filling. Don't get more than one. The only thing good about this place are the fries. Upgrade to the cheese fries any chance you get and enjoy them while it is hot and gooey. The staff is slightly unenthusiastic. The mushroom burger was quite good, but dry. The buns should have been steamed before being toasted and the burger could use more sauce. If it wasn't for the fries I would not come back to Shake Shack.

Shackburger 4/5 good 👍 Fries 5/5 yummy! Crunchy and potatoful Will definitely come again for the burgers and fries here It was inconvenient to get ketchup and condiments here as they keep it behind the pickup area. The seating area is hard tables and chairs, which isn’t comfortable. Environment wise, average noise level and ok cleanliness. Staff here doesn’t show much acknowledgement of customers.

Located in Hillsdale Mall. Loved the chicken bites, they where hot and tasty. Chicken burger was cold, didn't like that, rest it was good. Bacon inside was also hard to chew some bites. But not much a problem. Ample parking space and seating space. They had kiosk for ordering which was great

It felt more like a snack than a "meal" and $42 for this order. I took 5 bites, and I was done with my burger. The French fries weren't that great even after I added ketchup. Overall experience, I liked the burger but not enough of it. I could live with out the fries. The blueberry drink was actually pretty good!

You order on a tablet and then wait for your food to be brought to you. Minimal interaction with staff. I was disappointed that this “shake” shack had only a choc shake as an option to order on the device. Burgers and fries had good flavor.

I was so excited to try these burgers for the 1st time, especially because I was so hungry and have been hearing all this hype about them. 1st restaurant was difficult to find if you haven't been there before. I even asked people that were in that area if they knew where this restaurant is, but no one could guide me in the right direction. It took me 10 minutes to find it. I order add paid via their app and that was a good experience. Food was ready when I got there. I ordered to go, and I still had to go and get my own drink. Has I got back to my car, took out the food and was disappointed by the luck of it. I ordered a double cheeseburger with everything on it. The burger was smushed together, barely any lettuce or tomatoes. The taste wasn't even anything out of the ordinary. I would have much rather had a burger from McDonald's. I also ordered bacon cheesy fries and the peppermint shake. Fries were also disappointing and didn't have enough bacon and was not very cheesy. Although the peppermint bark shake was on on point. I will definitely be back for that. I'm not trying to be mean. I know people like it here but it was just not for me. No photos available because I was too hungry to take any. Maybe I experienced it because I did get there before they were closing. My expectations were too high, and I was really disappointed.

Pickup experience has consistently been poor. They put your order on the counter but don’t call out a name. You have to closely keep track or constantly ask to get your pickup order.

I visited here today (Dec. 11) with 2 friends. We were 1st dine-in costumers. We ordered 3 drinks, fry, cheese fry, 2 shack burgers and 1 smoke shack. It came fast. But I found smoke shake has No Bacon. I claimed to worker, and he said one word 'sorry' dismissive and gave me bacons rudely. I felt they never feel sorry about this situation and didn't respect me as a customer at all. Even worse, the both frys were COLD. Those tasted 1 day old. Very surprised. I know how shack fry tastes. Once again, we were 1st dine-in costumer. Check the photos. The middle burger is smoke shack. I cut 1 bacon a half and push with my finger. The second bacon in a separate bag was out of frame. My friend took this picture for memory of 1st visit of shack shack. So this maybe not exact proof of my review. But at least this was proof of my visit. Very disappointing!!! I like Shackshack and it is good quality chain restaurant. But I don't recommand this location even though this has prime location (Hillsdale mall). I wanted to give 0 star or negative if possible. ps. 1. I asked the ladies who came ~10 min later than us how were their fry and they answered theirs are hot enough. What's going on our frys? ps. 2. Under my review, there was comment from customer service(?). They asked to send email which contains copy of review, when, which, and proof like picture or receipt. I added photos and more precise information now. But now their comment disappeared. WHY? Very Very disappointing x2
