Had a tasty chicken sandwich without mayo, cheese curds and a Blizzard-all were delicious and I'm pleased. Though it's quite costly, I have a full belly.
A smaller version of DQ with a limited menu....but all the ice cream selection you love. The food was good.
I was physically able to go inside of this place which was cool :-) but you can only go in three people at a Time and the sidewalk isn't so big for a big group. My only suggestion is to put chalk out pointing to the waiting to "go in" line?? Other than that it was fast as it could possibly be at this time👍😇
Small but very friendly Dairy Queen. Has all the usually DQ menu items and a few Oranges a Julius drinks as well. 4 tables inside and a few outdoors. Also sells full size cakes.
Peanut buster parfaits are my emotional support food. So glad this kid from the 80's can still enjoy one on a rough day!
Love this dairy queen.blizzards are great.they still have their delicious grilled cheese sandwichs too.the dairy queen in redwoodcity is the best though.the owner Jon is the nicest
great customer service. the ice cream was so good. 🤤
I have been craving a DQ Blizzard for the longest time. I was finally able to make it there. I got the Choco Dipped Strawberry Blizzard. It was delicious! Nice and fresh with chunks of strawberries and chocolate chips. My husband got the Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard, and he said he loved it. I personally didn't taste it because I'm not a big fan of chocolate overloaded treats (I know, I know). My daughter had the Very Cherry Choco Blizzard. In my opinion, hers was the best one. The cherry flavor didn't taste artificial, was surprisingly refreshing, and had the perfect amount of chocolate chips. Can't wait until we are able to go back again. My next treat is going to be the Churro Dipped Cone, yum!
I went there for a Blizzard & wasn't disappointed as it was creamy & well mixed w/ just the right amount of candy added. The young man making it even filled it above the top of the cup & when he flipped it over it didn't move, just like advertised. I'll be going there for my Blizzards!
My family and I love going to Dairy Queen. We recently tried their ice cream cake and it was so delicious! I wish there was one in Tracy so we didn't have to drive to Manteca for ice cream.
It's a Dairy Queen so don't expect much from the food but it's not bad. Some of the customers can be super obtuse but don't let that deter you from the place. The ice cream is amazing and the staff know what they're doing.
Love my diary queen blizzard. This is the closest location to us. ^__^. I have tried several of their blizzard and I love it. The staffs are super nice here.
OMGGG I CAME HERE AND GOT ME 4 DQ BLIZZARDS FOR MY BDAY N MY LIL SISTERS!!! So worth it coming from Hayward,Ca!

This DQ is a very popular location, and for good reason. The staff are very friendly and take great care to make sure your order is done well. Most importantly, they go above and beyond to make sure you have no negative experiences with your order. The ice cream is very tasty, and you get a lot of bang for your buck. I'll definitely be coming back again!
Great ice cream treats and Burger s.
Great experience with Shama(sorry if I misspelled your name!) and a new employee. Both have wonderful customer service skills! Enjoyed the clean and organized cafe. I had a yummy deal that included chicken strips, a side of gravy along with fries and a hot fudge Sundae, only $7!!

I love the mint Dilly Bars, but I hate buying a box and finding they're all broken!! The food is forgettable but the desserts are the only reason anyone comes here, right? On a weekend night you might get caught up in a crowd of young athletes, but all other nights of the week this place has a steady, slow stream of customers.
They finally have cherry dipped cones, which are fantastic. A standard Dairy Queen, but no space to sit and eat inside. The soft serve is good though.
This place makes great blizzards. But the last time I went in it wasn't the usual people working and they didn't really fill the blizzard like normal with ingredients. I didn't order a cup of ice cream. Very disappointing when I started eating it. But normally, awesome. Love the soft serve here
Food is always good and tastes fresh (the chicken tenders are always hot and crispy) Sometimes the service is a little iffy, but it depends on who is serving you. It is also a pretty clean place; I hardly ever see a mess there. I do think it might be a little better if they also offered iced tea as a drink option, as personally I get tired of always drinking soda and lemonade when I come in, but otherwise everything is pretty good here. It's a good place it get yourself a cheap and tasty lunch!
This is a small DQ with a fairly limited menu. But it t does gave a full dessert menu including Blizzards. I had a delicious Raspberry Fudge Bliss. It's heavy in the raspberry part with brownie and chocolatey bits. It was well blended and delicious. They also serve hotdogs, roast chicken and chicken strips. Inside dining is now available, but very few seat, right now. The interior is getting a makeover and boxes of materials for the remodeling take up quite a bit of floor space.
Bunch of young folks are behind the counter here - l liked their energy and upbeat mood. Some obvious flaws were there but not significant. As for the menu, I always have a bias towards DQ - especially their Blizzards and shakes selection. My favourite is the hot fudge shake and banana split. The hot food is great too - especially the BBQ pulled pork burger on a pretzel bun.
The food here is generally always good. I highly recommend the 5$ deal with the 1$ blizzard upgrade. However do NOT buy the pre packaged icecream bar bulk packs in the freezer. They're usually subject to freezer burn and not as good as the fresh made at the counter.
First time visiting a while. Was shocked that most Blizzards were over 1000 calories! But hey, this is awesome soft ice cream! Settled on the large pineapple sundae for under 500 calories and LOVED it. 👌
The food was quite nice, I used the buy one get one free blizzard to get two small blizzards which were the Oreo blizzard, a nice sweet cream with oreo cookie pieces in it. And the M&M blizzard which had a subtle chocolate and vanilla blend taste and the added crunch texture of the M&Ms are quite delightful. I also got the fries and garlic parmesan tenders, which were nicely seasoned and drizzled in sauce with a perfect kick of spice. The blizzards came out quite slow but only 2 people were working so understandable with the 4 other people i was with, but the order time was quite slow in general. In Kevin Obermans review, he ordered the raspberry fudge bliss and talked about the overall architecture and interior. Come on, Kevin, focus on the damn food, we’re not all architects. Kevin, as customers we are aware that it is a small DQ when you step right into the front door, and it’s not very busy most of the time so the indoor seating isn’t a problem.

I have been a fan of the peanut buster parfait. My gf had never had one, so I took her there. She was mad at me that we had been together for 3 years and hadn't taken her for one before.
I like the San Ramon location. Good people in the area and the employees are generally cheerful. Although there was a line it moved swiftly.

Small DQ in a busy shopping center. Standard DQ menu, so no frills there. The young counter employees were friendly and courteous. They have a restroom available that was reasonably clean and well stocked. Being a fan of ice cream, DQ never fails with theirs!
Pretty decent ice cream, but we were disappointed that they stopped serving food in the evening after the long drive. Employees were very rushed and shooed us out the door, subpar
They could say order names louder and look around who’s waiting for order instead of saying names quetly and putting them in refrigator. This was delivery order.
The icecream was great as usual but bad customer service . I ordered online and when I went up there to pick up they said they give it someone else without checking their name . Apparently they do not see the order number on their screen so there was no point me showing them the order number . Not sure how they are managing online orders . I do not think I can order online anymore .
We didn't get the DQ experience because they ran out of vanilla and chicken.
when the hell did two ice creams cost almost $20 $5 for a small cone is diabolical, stick to meadowlark.
Not much on the menu as in the old days... as far as food. But as always the ice cream is on point...☝🏾☝🏾

What can I say about this place? To start, it's reliable. There usually seems to be someone behind the counter, but they work their way through the orders and the line with out stress or hubbub. The food is okay, fast food that's better that some chains and not as good as others. But you go there for the soft service not the food, I know it, you know it, we might as well all admit it. They have a great selection of things they can mix up for you, and will do custom as well. My family usually goes for the blizzards but sometimes a simple cone is nice. At times I go nostalgic and get a pineapple malted shake (there aren't many places around that will do that for me). It's convenient, reasonably priced, and generally has parking.
It's kinda cool this place now has a grill section. I guess as I got older my tastes chanced but still good. Just got a hot fudge sundae. Forgot DQ was a soft serve and now real ice cream. Still good though.
I ordered a large reeses blizzard and there was barely any reeses in it. I didn't even find a piece until I was more than halfway done. For a $10 ice cream, this was a ripoff. There is not much space in the store if you want to sit inside.

Big day as it's our son's forever day so we thought DQ would be a great idea. My wife and daughter have been here and enjoyed the soft serve. This evening, not good. Order was wrong on two orders; one being our son, but it was just a cone so he wasn't upset. As for mine, I asked for chocolate/choc dipped and got vanilla/choc dipped. She points at the monitor and says it was correct. All I get is an apology. Doesn't try to correct the order. Not surprised and I'll be cordial in not explaining why. Anway, that would mean the order was taken wrong. I was clear about the request. My wife got van/choc dipped. She said the vanilla tasted funny. Since I ended up with vanilla, I figured I'd deal with it. I've always loved DQ (at least in other locations). In this case, same thing. The vanilla tasted funny. I tried my wife's as she said the same thing and they did taste different. Either the cream/milk is bad or the ingredients changed. It almost tasted like frozen yogurt, but the taste made it questionable. Regardless, we only live a few minutes away and threw them out when we walked in the door. The kids with chocolate had no problems. I don't expect we will ever return, and the fact that my first experience there was not satisfactory at all, I'll be recommending others against going. Anyone working a register should repeat the order to ensure accuracy. I'm hoping the vanilla isn't bad as it won't work out well if I end up sick! Do better San Ramon DQ!
My recent visit to this Dairy Queen was, without exaggeration, one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. As someone who grew up with Dairy Queen in Arizona and is a fan of the chain, I was incredibly disappointed. It's clear this California franchise owner doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction. Hoping to combine a meal with dessert, we brought a group of children during the week. It was a significant miscalculation. I can't understand why they even advertise food. Our order included various chicken sandwiches, chicken fingers, hot dogs, and onion rings. The chicken sandwich, advertised with lettuce and tomato, consisted of two pieces of bread with sparsely breaded chicken nuggets. When I pointed out the discrepancy to an employee, comparing the sandwich to the menu photo, her response was, "We don't do that." I even saw another employee in the back with a large bowl of lettuce in the sink. It felt like a dismissive and uncaring attitude towards fulfilling the advertised menu items. The blizzards we ordered were acceptable. However, the service was still problematic. We witnessed an employee hand a blizzard to one customer, only to then take it away and give it to another customer who had been waiting over 25 minutes. The two customers were not together, highlighting the disorganized and inefficient service. My recommendation: order online or call ahead, and only order ice cream. This was a truly terrible, bizarre, and awful experience. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location.

They were extremely rude and unprofessional, I accidentally shut the door on my thumb, and I asked for some paper towels and water cause I was bleeding and they didn't even want to give me a paper towel or water and then yelled at us if we were going to order anything!! But the blizzard was good.

Found a hair in my 10$ icecream 🤦🏻♀️. Also l heard they dont wear gloves. This place is very messy and not taken care of every time l go its dirty.
horrible i asked for cookie dough and they gave me vanilla ice cream do not go here it’s the worst place.
Bathrooms don’t work, tables are dirty, floor is dirty. Takes forever to get your order. Go somewhere else.
Don't know why they're open. Couldn't order more than half of the menu. Couldn't even use the restroom. We just took off. I don't know if it was due to lazy kids who were working but I blame the managers and owners thought. The grill and deep fryer was down supposedly. Claims their renovating. Shut the dam thing down if you can't serve what you're selling. Don't waste your time and the consumers time.
This Dairy Queen is currently taking online orders for cakes, which include confirmation of the price for the cake, emailed to the customer. However, when the customer goes to pick up the cake and pay, a much different (and higher) price is being charged. My email confirmation quoted a price of $46.54 for the cake I ordered online, but my husband was charged $57.36 when he went to pick up the cake. I called the store to receive a refund for the difference, which they claimed they are unable to process over the phone (and they only offered to refund me half the overage amount if I were to drive all the way back there to receive my refund). This is highly unethical and is being reported to the BBB.
Not my first time coming but suddenly refused to honor the Little League + DQ partnership offer after they previously had. No effort, 0/10 for customer service.
I am extremely disturbed i went in got my ice cream cone ate it outside which by the way the tables were disgusting I went back in to go to the bathroom and walk into this employee handling the cones THAT PEOPLE EAT OUT OF without gloves i am very disappointed with the sanitation of this location I believe this employee should be fired or at least disciplinary actions against him

Went here to try and get lunch with my wife and my baby. No high chairs even for the 2 tables they had. And the smell of old/used cooking oil was so disgusting we couldn't even stand inside for 2 minutes we had to leave without ordering anything
I placed a mobile order and received an email confirmation, app updates and saw the charge pending in my account. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told they never received it. I showed multiple receipts and they even sent photos to the owner, yet I was still told there was nothing they could do. The customer service was unacceptable. One employee, a teenage boy, was extremely rude. The employee’s behavior reflected the tone set by management, including the owner, who showed no interest in resolving the issue despite being contacted. When I walked in, he was sitting on his phone while his coworker did it all. When she asked for help, he handled food and put it in the oven without washing his hands. Being charged for a product you did not receive is unacceptable. I have been a regular customer for years, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. The only solution was give us more of your money! As a privately owned business, I expected better treatment of customers in the community.
Please don’t come here. It took me 30 mins to get a cone, 20 just to order! It seems they only have one person doing everything so even though it was not busy it took way longer than it should
Don’t waste your time stopping at this one. After standing in line for 20 minutes you are greeted by a sign by the cashier with a list of all the things they are out of due to distributor not having them in stock, which of course were the only things our kids wanted. How can you not go next door to the grocery store to buy some Oreos? The location in Concord had all items in stock, only 25 minutes away. I don’t buy the argument that the “distributor” is out of stock.
