Not only did Brandon have a genuine vibe, ensuring our visit was top notch, but he checked in at the appropriate times, brought us our food quickly and had a smile on his face the entire time. The environment was nice and the vibe was good.. I got a sirloin steak it was delicious. The bread with the butter goes really good and the broccoli was great. Tate B really made the service great always checking up on me and making sure I was good. Brought me chili if needed and was quick in refilling my water.. TATE made the service excellent

It has been a while since I had been to an Outback Steakhouse! What a great choice it was! I forgot how much better the Bloomin' Onion was over the Cactus Blossom! The food was quick, and really good! I started with the Bloomin' Onion and ended with Ribeye/Shrimp with loaded baked potato. Adam, my server was on point with just enough attention, but not too much!

We have lunch at the Dublin Outback a couple times a month. Brandon always takes great care of us. He knows our order and grabs our drinks before we've had a chance to make ourselves comfortable. Highly reccomend you ask for Brandon when you visit. The outdoor section is nice. Great for bringing the dogs.

Let me first state the facts that this outback is hard to find and confusing on the location. It's located right next and in the same parking lot as holiday inn hotel. We came to outback in Dublin because the wait time was too long in Milpitas' great mall outback. On the plus side, my daughter wanted to go to Chuck e Cheese, so a win-win for my wife and my daughter. (Superdad) MIND YOU IF YOU GO TO THIS OUTBACK THERE WILL BE A UNUSUAL WAIT TIME WITH FOOD SO BE CONSIDERATE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE OF SHORT STAFF. the manager ceecee did a great job helping her employees, and letting the costumers know if they are being taken care of or if they took our order yet. Food came at a decent time, not too late, and not too soon. we were finishing our soup and salad then our main food came and it was delicious and cooked to perfection. The only downfall that you will experience is the wait time, but ask for me and my family it was great timing with food and at a good pace. I hate when the app comes to the table and the food at the same time, im not used to that. Just say I'm an old-fashioned guy, we got done, and ceecee came and checked on us to see we are okay and if the recommendations of a good cocktail for my wife were good. This was my first time trying Outback. Food was excellent, I am pregnant and couldn’t eat my food, but my waitress Ivana offered to see if I wanted something else, she was wonderful. Great customer service, and always checked on us. My boyfriend loved the bread and she was on top of being fresh bread . Definitely would come back to Dublin for outback. Also, recommending to my boyfriend parents. Once again great customer service and food.

They ran out of the Prime Rib 15 minutrs before my order. I then ordered the sirloin steak which was too tough and challenge to eat. The replacement steak was perfect. Juicy and tender. Loved the baked potato with butter.

The food was quite good, but wanted to give kudos to our server, Sip. We had a party of 11 and he handled it amazingly well. Provided us with separate checks as needed and was attentive to all our needs.

The restaurant was fairly busy, service was slow, but not bad... food was to everyone's liking and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly, but if it's busy, expect a wait.

I haven't been hear in years. My food was Surprisingly Good. I ordered the Cajun salmon meal with a loaded bake potato and broccoli. For an appetizers we had the fried onion petals. They were good but a little too oily.

We frequent Outback and always make sure we sit in Brandon’s serving area. He is always friendly greeting us with a smile and welcoming attitude. The meals are always prepared as we like it and the meals are very tasty, well prepared.

Devin provided great customer service and was super helpful offering alternatives when menu items were out of stock! The brownie cake was absolutely delicious!

Such a nice and quiet Thursday evening. While it was just my husband and I and we didn’t have an appetizer or dessert, the steaks were great tonight. My husband had the porterhouse and I had a ribeye. They have one of the best tasting wedge salads I have had in a long time. The most important thing on top of the food, was the service. Cruz was such a wonderful server and made the evening great. Thanks for making my promotion dinner delightful.

Overall experience was great! last time we came here was roughly 6 years ago and it’s a way better experience this time around. Adam was our server and he was super attentive and friendly, while serving a few tables around us! My husband and I ordered the ribeyes and it was cooked to perfection! My side of rice was very flavorful, seemed like it was cooked with chicken brother. The baked potatoes could’ve used some salt and pepper but I understand we had to add it ourselves. Firstly, the management staff at this location is some the most exquisite customer service that I have ever experienced. A nightmare turned into a day dream. My boyfriend and I were gifted a meal here for valentines day from my dad. My dad saying that "you guys deserve the best steak in town". We were both excited to try out this amazing steak place. We placed an online order and went to go pick it up.. they were extremely busy. However the young man that came to help us was rude, pushy and dismissive. When we got home to open our meals the attitude that young man had, had definitely reflected that vibe into our meal. Everything was wrong... and the quality of what we received did not meet that raving recommendation that we were so hopeful for. The next day, with a heavy heart, I called in to inform management of our experience. I spoke with an amazingly professional woman named, Margarita. She was apologetic and appalled by what I had told her. She asked us to please return so they could make it right. She was kind, sympathetic and diligent in solving the problem and ensuring that were were happy with our experience at their resteraunt. In all honesty, she was an absolute delight to speak with and as a former manager I was beyond impressed with her communication and problem solving determination. My boyfriend and I returned the following evening per Margaritas request. We phoned in our order, the guy on the phone was courteous and polite. When we arrived to pick up our food, the co-manager (I think? My apologies if I got the title wrong) Joshua, came to deliver our food personally. He was professional, sympathetic, kind and had personable communication skills that you rarely see in management these days. He went above and beyond apologizing and helping to correct the situation in any which way he could. Both Joshua and Margarita are exceptional and vital pieces of incredible customer service and management experience. We were both blown away by the level of professionalism and hospitality. When we got home to check out our "take two" meal... we were awed. The meal was mouth wateringly perfect. Everything was portioned properly and there wasn't a single complaint from the either of us. I absolutely loved this meal and will absolutely return for many more meals to come. Not only because of the pure perfection of that meal but also for the flawless and beyond on point management that is running that location. I highly recommend dining with Dublin Outback. And for those curious, it appeared to have a beautiful outdoor patio area with plenty of heaters and big screen TVs still with a classy steak house atmosphere. Take a peak sometime for covid19 dining needs! Thank you again to Margarita and Joshua for going above and beyond to make us smile. Manuel was our server.. he was excellent!! Very pleasant. He kept coming to check on us to see if we needed anything also cleared dirty dishes from the table as needed. Food and drinks came out pretty quick and was just as ordered.

We had a group of 11 and were lucky enough to be served by Simon—her service was amazing! She was on top of everything from the moment we sat down. She checked in on us regularly, made sure our drinks were full, and ensured that everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. What really stood out to us was her ability to communicate in Spanish with some of our guests who aren’t fluent in English. That level of accommodation is not something we experience often, and it truly made a difference. She asked questions, took orders, and made sure everyone felt included and understood—something we genuinely appreciated. Thanks to Simon, we had a smooth, enjoyable, and delicious dining experience. I came around 8pm and it was very nice. not a lot of people but a ton of people today celebrated their birthday, then, i got this gut quenching thirst and asked my great waiter amy for a shirley temple. She also offered us the jawsy drink which i had to succumb to. looking at the photo on the menu, i needed that drink so bad after a long and tiring day of a saturday shift. I ordered the chimichuri rare and it was amazing! I would come back again and ask for miss amy.

We love the loyalty points that we accrue dining at Outback. Dublin Outback is our favorite one to visit! I always get the lobster tail and victoria fillet combo and it's always cooked perfectly. My fiance loves getting the shrimp on the barbie and really enjoys the sides as well. Our favorite server is Sip he has the best attitude and is always super attentive, grabbing everything we need. We noticed the team pitches in and helps make sure everyone is good and taken care of. We were really thankful when the manager Renz stopped by to make sure we had a great meal. The staff here is so friendly from host to server to manager and the food is always excellent. This is why we keep coming back to Dublin Outback!

My buddy and I love steaks. We went in not knowing what kind of steaks they have. I was served by Darvin and whatever he recommended me I got. The steak came out to perfection. The only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star is because of Darvin… now… almost 10-20 minutes into our meal my waiter came to triple check and make sure we are doing okay and that’s when his manger “renz” came up to him in the middle of our conversation to tell him that someone needed to speak to him in the back??? That’s beyond rude and disrespectful. I manger breakfast restaurant and YOU NEVER! Do that. He should be fired. It not only ruined my experience as a whole but i noticed that Darvin was also irritated at the unprofessional act that the “manager” did. Either re train or re hire. He cut ME the paying guest off to speak and say something that definitely could have waited. I’m not going back if that rude unprofessional “manger” is still around. Sincerely a potentially very loyal customer.

I had heard from my family (and previously read in reviews) that this location had gone down hill years ago. The reviews are better now so I came here a few months ago to give them another chance, as this is one of my favorite restaurants from when I was a kid. I came just for the aussie cheese fries and the bread/butter and I was not disappointed... Same as it was 20 years ago. So good!

Excellent experience at out back today. My food was fantastic, my steak was cooked perfectly, and highly recommend the chili. We tried the blooming onion for the first time and it lived up to the hype. Husband ordered a margarita and a beer, please with both. Our service was also fantastic. Vladimir was attentive, prompt, accurate, and friendly. I was kind of surprised to see the parking lot a bit empty on a Saturday afternoon, but more patrons filed in soon after us, and the atmosphere was perfect for a great meal. 10/10 will go back for more

Visiting my son for his birthday and decided to try coming here. (We usually go to the same place and wanted to change it up, GLAD WE DID) I wish this was my local Outback. Ours is good, but this one is awesome. Had a great dinner. Party of 4. Our order included a Bloomin onion, 2 sirloins, bloomin chicken, shrimp, aussie fries, wedge salads, asparagus, cheesecake and the caramel cookie skillet. Whew...... what a birthday feast. Was all the food perfect? No... but what is. I'll tell you...... the service! And because of that where the food was lacking, service made up for it 10 fold. Truth be told, I'd rather visit a restaurant that sometimes missed the mark on the food, but gives me top notch service. Manny was a superb server!! 100% sit in his section. But what trait stood out the brightest was the customer service given by the manager, Margarita. She shines in her role. I hope this company appreciates her! She's the reason to come here again and again. I know my son will be back and next time I visit I know I will. The location is perfect. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Come and check it out.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Dublin! I ordered the chicken and my wife had the ribs, and both dishes were cooked perfectly—so flavorful and tender. No Happy Hour? My co-workers and I were headed out to Happy Hour to celebrate a birthday. We called Outback in advance and asked about a Happy Hour because it wasn't listed online. On the phone they told us it was from 3pm-6pm. When we got there, the server promptly told us there was NO happy hour. At least they told us some items we could purchase for less, but there was no promotional time frame. I don't know what's up with that, but it was a bummer. If it wasn't for the misleading information I might have given then 5 stars. The food was still great, and the service was also great. We weren't rushed away when we were done, and at the end of the day, the price was reasonable. The maintenance of the exterior could use some help. It's not very presentable with the lights out, but hopefully they'll work on that.

It was surprisingly good and everything was seasoned well. Service was extremely friendly and very prompt. Made me think about why I should come to outback more often. I had a 12oz Pittsburgh style prime with Caesar salad, baked potato loaded and side crab legs.

Its a typical chain restaurant so the food is mid I got the ribeye with shrimp and baked potato/fries the steak was bland and lacked flavor it needed salt it just tasted like meat for $30 it was overpriced you could buy a $20 ribeye from walmart and it would be better. You could honestly just go eat at dennys for the same thing for half the price. In general all the food here is overpriced so expect to spend around $100 for 3 people its kind of a waste of money if you ask me there are definitely nicer places to eat for the same price range. The fries were overly salty but cooked well. The baked potato didnt seemed baked it was like they steamed it so the skin wasnt crispy it was soggy meh. The shrimp were well seasoned and suprisingly good. The bloomin onion was meh it was stringy and chewy at least the sauce made it better Cocktails are delicious cant really go wrong there As for the atmosphere the place was dead so it was relaxing our waiter seemed bored so we had some good conversation he was a great waiter and worked hard. 2025 Walked in tonight and was immediately greeted and seated by a friendly team—such a warm start. The service was excellent throughout. I didn’t catch our server’s name, but he had a cursive “Jeffrey” tattoo on his arm, and he struck the perfect balance between attentive and easygoing. Checked in at just the right moments, offered polite small talk, and made sure our bread basket stayed full. He even apologized for the delay on our drinks, which was appreciated. The food hit the mark, too. Good portion sizes, solid flavors. The ahi could’ve used a little more pepper and thickness, but I was glad to see it on the menu—always my favorite. Stellar fries, well-crafted drinks, and great sides. Big menu with lots to choose from. Yes, a bit on the pricey side, but worth it. Just like I said in my last review: some of the best service in town. 2023 Good portions here. big parking lot. Came on Father's Day and sat at the bar for a drink while we waited. The servers were super nice even after the crazy rush so that was appreciated. The bread was delicious. The Lobster didn't taste super fresh but the loaded potatoes were perfect. Sept 2025.gad 3 item dinner w 6oz medium. Partner had salmon baked tater . cheesecake for dessert All good except partner played a game on the table without knowing she got charged $3.00. Issue with game charge resolved. Thank you! Didn't get water refill and salmon was a bit dry.All else tasted fine. Previous review: Been here when I was regularly eating meat. Less regular these days but has the steak salad with the steak at a perfect medium cooked. As always a friendly wait staff . Has a sports bar area in the restaurant. We recommend that when the mood hits you. Sorry about the salad beauty picture. I was hungry.

The ribeye is my favorite with just the right amount of flavor. I have found the prime rib to be too bland, the shrimp too dry and the steak over seasoned and too salty for my taste. The servers are awesome. They are attentive, friendly, and have patiently taken the time to review and double check ingredients for members of our party with food allergies. Thank you! When we dine with a party of 6 or more, the restaurant's contactless payment from the table doesn't work.

The IPA recommended by the server was the best part. The soup came with the steak, he tried to make up for it by giving me broccoli which I hate 😃 The NY Strip didn’t have much flavor. The potato soup didn’t taste good at all.

Nice meal at the Outback Steakhouse when visiting Pleasanton. The steak main and jacket potato was lovely, although the Bloomin onion (photo) was good at the top, it was a bit greasy towards the bottom. Service wasn't as quick as we've experienced before here, which was a shame as the server was lovely, I think just quite busy. Be careful on drinks prices - not all listed on the menu and more expensive than you might expect!

For the price you pay, you would think there would be a level of service accompanying it. We went for lunch service, it wasn't very busy, and the first time we were offered refills was when we were paying. Food quality was okay at best, not worth the pricing compared to comparable base level steakhouses.

Not a good experience. Only my second time and I will not be back. My friend ordered the wedge salad and a ribeye med rare. The salad was above average for sure. But the steak was barely 1/2" thick and definitely it was over cooked. He sent it back and the replacement had so much gristle and fat that it was really not a good meal. I ordered the grilled chicken breast and it was ok, nothing special. The baked sweet potato and mashed potatoes were fine. I think quality of food for the price was just something I don't need to repeat. I might come back at lunch and order the wedge salad but I don't really need to repeat a dinner here.

The food was mediocre at best. Tasted like home cooked food at restaurant prices. We were forced to wait even after our reservation time and half the restaurant tables were empty.

I have not been to an Outback in a long time. When they first opened, the food was fantastic! I had a terrible experience at the Outback in Pleasant Hill and will never go back. The Dublin Outback was much better. Our server, Derek was awesome. Patient, customer focused and just the right amount of checking on us. I was not a fan of the French onion soup, which was disappointing because I remember loving their soup. Lobster tails were good, just not hot. I like my food piping hot, but it was barely warm. Our server makes me want to come back and give Outback another try. Ask for Derek! He was the high point of our experience.

I don't know why I'm bothering to review Outback Steakhouse. I don't know even know why I went to Outback Steakhouse. Advertising works apparently. I guess I'm writing a review in case anybody is saying to someone, "I feel like a good steak. Wanna go to Outback Steakhouse?" 🤷 Take them somewhere good instead.

I am officially done with chain restaurants in the Bay. The quality of the food was just BAD. The onions and shrimps seemed like they were fried in old oil. Everything was greasy and overly seasoned. They need to seriously back off from the salt. The only thing that was good was the baked sweet potato. Not going back ever.

Went here last night for dinner. All I can say is the server was fantastic. She did her best the cook on the other hand was horrible. I ordered a medium 22 ounce porterhouse. It came well done my companion ordered a sirloin which was burnt on one side and raw on the other sent it back 20 minutes later it came back medium rare. She was not happy. I am not happy with this place. I will not be going back. I went there a few years ago. with different management and it was fantastic. I have to say this outback steakhouse in Dublin has definitely gone downhill. I used to love outback not so much anymore. We’ll probably never go back to outback again and we’ll just keep my business to Texas roadhouse.

If it weren't for family my birthday dinner would have sucked! For a steak house you'd think they would know how to cook steak!. Not here, asked for well done got Medium on the inside and burnt on the outside. My cousin asked for well done got the same..... but he sent his back, after 27 minutes it came back so bloody it was almost mooing! They added extra things to our check so check your bill for others charges. Oh and got our sodas we asked for in the beginning for desert.... Water and bread were perfect.

This isn't my typical review. I tend not to review chains but my pops wanted to go. My Steak was cold and felt like it was cooked days ago. My dad's prime rib was hard tough chewing. But the strawberry lemonade was the best!! 0.5 out of 10. If it wasn't for the strawberry lemonade this would have gotten a -10
