For a Wendy's this one is good. It has a little fireplace sort of srea wher you can use yoyr lap top. So, I found it unique in that way. I've been there 2x and both times the staff were helpful and seemed to be happy working there. So, there you go.

The hamburgers where really cheesy delicious. The dining area is actually really clean. The cashier where really friendly, manager was really nice. I enjoy eating my food with no complaints definitely coming here again.

There is no better spicy chicken sandwich then this place. The baked potato and chili together is delicious. Also some of the best fries. I miss the spicy chicken nuggets but the regular are also good. My husband is into burgers and special burgers so if they have some bacon or some crazy burger my husband will love it.

This is my normal Wendy's and with this visit, I can actually give them a good score. I don't know whether they have read my reviews before, but the last couple times I've been to this Wendy's it hasn't been very appealing. Long waits in line, staff not understanding orders and getting them wrong, and just taking way too long to get through drive-thru. Drive-thru this time was very fast, very efficient, and had wonderful staff who seemed to have a complete understanding of their positions and how orders should be taken and delivered at the window. Love this burgers-the beef tastes fresh. I also like the chicken nuggets. Their cookies are a must-try, especially the chocolate chip. They're a good size and delicious. They taste bakery-quality.

Window person was very polite and cheerful and helpful during my order process by suggesting different combos to save money. As I was placing an order to deliver (DoorDash) I received a second order for a KFC nearby. She actually Googled it on here phone and gave me directions! Very nice and helpful person. I was waited on by the manager, and after I made my order she offered me the 4-for-$4 meal deal which actually saved me a little bit of change and I appreciated it because I even got more food. I always get quick service here and good food. I love the music they play in the lobby and I just enjoy sitting in eating and being at this Wendy's.

This particular location is clean, the food and service was great. Its been years since I last came to Wendy's but I always hear how fresh their food is. I got a cheeseburger and it was delicious! The meat definitely looks of higher quality then McDonald's and just about any fast food chain I know. If you never been to Wendy's or it's been a while since you last went, I definitely recommend you give it a try.

I pick up drinks or food at least once a week for my son after he gets out of school durning the lunch rush and every single time I've been here the workers get me in and out so quickly. They are so quick and the inside is always clean. Can't get any better then that in my opinion.

The food was great for the baconator they hardly put in a bacon when it should have a lot of bacon at least more than 3pieces I would say. The biggie bag for my son I had 2 order xtra chicken nuggets since I just had 4 and they weren't cooked right they're really likes mushy I was going 2 go back but that was a long drive when. And for the frosty's u have to ask vanilla& chocolate mixed 2gether cuz they just have it in 1 it's either vanilla or chocolate but if u want both of them mixed you just go ahead & ask for it. The cashier a skinny female the one right here on on Chapman & State college was a little b I was talking 2 her in a polite respectful way she rolled her eyes at me and I also had a receipt 4rm the night b4 there was a hair on my burger and tht manager told me 2 come bck the next day so she tells me that I have to come when tht mngr there, and so I ask when would he and her response was I can't tell you it's personal,Really?Am I suppose 2 guess and come.(Rude)

They recieved a five star rating because they have an express service and a fast drive through you order fill your drink cup and the are all ready calling your name with fresh hot food, and they are always so polite,courteous, helpful and above very friendly every time I visit which is a lot. Highly recommend them for their expedient service.

Yes!!! I was surprised, but then I wasnt? I dont know what to say. My lettuce wrap burger was perfect, my spicy nuggets hot, my chili delicious. I have to admit, every Wendy’s that I’ve been to has great service, and the staff has always been kind, but what this location did…. How beautifully they presented my food tray to me, I couldn’t help but smile and let them know I thank and appreciate all of them. I also want to thank whoever is training because everyone is well trained and kind, across all locations. Wendy’s has always made my food request custom to my preference. Ate at this location today and it was clean. I usually come to the drive thru. They were busy almost every table was being used. They have two self checkouts to order food and pay with your card, android or apple pay only no cash option.

i would happily visit this location over others in the immediate area because of great customer service by their cashier who pay attention to the customer. i've visited both through the drive thru and going to the lobby for a to go order in the past. the interior and exterior of the restaurant has been fairly clean during my visits. i tend to order their chicken nuggets, french fries or the spicy chicken sandwich and they always taste hot and fresh.

I remember Wendy's always had amazing lunch/dinner. But their new breakfast menu has me impressed. It is so delicious and the breakfast wedges are tasty. I highly recommend the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. Also their new Frosty-ccino is a 10/10. I love the smoothness and creamy taste is so refreshing than just using coffee and ice. As for pricing, it's worth what you get and cheap for the quality. Definitely going back for more breakfast.♡

I was pretty broke.. Right before payday.. They got me my frosty and crispy chicken sandwich for under 2 bucks by giving me the kids size frosty.. Love these guys!

Clean, good service ... fries not so good, but baked potato was nice size and cooked perfectly. Caesar salad was like fresh made.

Wendy's is always a great place to end up cruising through in the middle of the night. The neon lit red headed siren beckons at the midnight hour. The smell of salt and grease waft through the air snapping up into the nostrils. Dave's triple waits patiently under a heat lamp waiting, slowly oozing oil and cheese through its foil and paper wrapper.

They're letting you sit inside now. Like most fast food places, they focus too heavily on the drive thru and not enough on the counter, walk-up, dine in and take out.

Not too bad for fast food. They have many healthy choices and a variety of food. I got the four for four deal it was only 4 bucks for a lot of food. This restaurant has been renovated and has a really nice atmosphere inside. Clean nice soda machine with many options overall good place to go if you want some fast food.

It's a Wendy's do we not know what the food tastes like? They've messed up my order a few times but that's typical for fast food and why I'm against a $15 min wage, but I digress. The staff is friendly enough though some kindness and normal social interactions would kill them. Overall it's Wendy's... You know what your getting.

I drive alot for work. I am always looking for a clean bathroom, a good cup of coffee and nice people. I got 2 out of 3 at this Wendy's. The bathroom was nice and clean. I felt privileged to whizzz in their toilet. I order a cookie and a cup of coffee with 6 cream inside. This is my second time and second Wendy's location that I ever visit. The first location was wonderful. These 2 ladies must have been upset that they were working on a Sunday morning. When the cashier gave me my coffee I looked in it the tiny hole in the cup and asked if the cream was already inside. She sniggered at me and said," ah, no. She's going to bring it to you". With a bit of negativity. I am used to McDonald's I go there daily. They put the cream inside of your coffee. In fact that is how I ordered here. She could have explained that they did do that here, that I had to pour my 6 little creams in my own coffee. The girl brought me 8 little cream cups and put them on a tray for me. I gathered them I to my pocket and walked to my car. I orginally was going to sip coffee do some computer work and then after finishing that, I was going to order lunch. Well I did not feel welcomed so I walked to my car and left.

I am a diehard fan of the chili. My biggest complaint is about half of the time when I ask for packets of the chili sauce when ordering in drive thru, they forget it. I rarely get anything else off the menu because I have my favorite places for burgers, fries, etc. This is where I go for chili.

Burgers always hit here, and drive thru is extremely fast. The only thing I would say is that due to some of the employees that work here it’s a hit or miss with the professionalism. Had some young kid play around on the intercom with some weird ketchup jokes that just makes me wonder if they mess around with the food. I know I know it’s fast food, just doesn’t have to be this way.. other than that the service is remarkably fast here almost too fast..

This Wendy's is great, it's just not my favorite. I couldn't find anything wrong with it, just the location, there's no peace, stability or anything that gives off a serene impression. Something to be considered about my comment is that I have high expectations for everything and everyone, including myself.

First time going to this location. Did drive thru & it was nice & clean outside. Just the burgers, of course they were tiny, like lil sliders lol Ordered the spicy nuggets which were delish. & of course ordered a Frosty, thee best! My son's first time trying it & loved it.

It's Wendy's, so you know what you get. The food was fresh, warm & good! The young lady who took my order was Quite nice & patient & the place was clean, even the bathroom! Oh & they have one of those fancy drink machines that has like 100 choices.

The food is okay, but when you ask for ketchup they only give you 1 or 2 if you're lucky.

I just came here for the frost-ies! I went through the drive-thru to order a medium chocolate and vanilla frosty. Both were delicious. Paid under 5 dollars. The only thing is that I was given incorrect change and no receipt. So I ended up going around and ended up getting my $ back from the manager. Cashier seemed friendly but a little distracted. Just count your money "on the spot", and always get a receipt. I was in a hurry, and I had realized when I was driving away that I wasn't given a receipt and I was short on money. 😒

Love Wendy's there breakfast was great except there chilli beans, they added more Sugar.pls, seperate the one on diabetic customers. Thanks.

Hit the drive thru on the way home to grab lunch for the family. We don't eat Wendy's very often so nobody knew what they wanted. Instead of pulling up to the menu board, our order was taken by an employee who had a small version of the menu on a laminated card. It wasn't until after I ordered and rounded the corner to the menu board that I could see the deals. Definitely spent more money then I would have had I been able to see the deals.. next time I'll know better. Standard fast food.. service was great.

It's was good. Great customer service, very clean store, amazing food only thing they don't give you the right order. You have to check your stuff before you leave. They forget a lot of things. That's my only problem. Won't be coming back. They did that three times and that's just too many times for me. So I have to find a new Wendy's period

IT always happens. Each time I order through a delivery app I never get my sauce(bbq, ranch, etc..) It's such a disappointment. All I look forward to is eating my meal. When I open the bag the sauces are always forgotten. It's the little things that matter. thanks but I'm done buying from this location. It happened over 3 times.

Today I picked up an order for a fleet service provider. This nice young guy informed me that the order was still in process so I said thank you. Then the branch Hispanic manager took over on the order and I asked her to confirm if this was my customers order. She was perhaps distracted but I had to ask her multiple times until she learned I was asking for the order. She then realized. That order was not complete. As I waited for the rest of the order she whispered to the male employee, maybe he forgot Spanish. I don’t know where this came from, or she may be under the impression her customers need to talk her language. I found this very disrespectful and unprofessional coming from the manager in charge. We have reported this incident to our Restaurant Operations team and fleet services providers that do business with this specific branch to take action. Hopefully she may be able to correct her behavior.

It was okay. I mostly didn't like the fries they were to salty and the burgers are really small. "It's because they're cheap"-A friend. The 4 by 4 is really small they only give you 4 tiny chicken nuggets and all in all only thing that was good was customer service and cleanliness.

In the last three times I have been there they have managed to give me the wrong product. My TOGO has been terrible! No attention to detail and I know people that strive for perferct service but this staff needs to be managed better.

A simple order of chicken strips and a baconator and we have to "pull to the front" so they can bring it to us. These fast food timers are getting ridiculous in the drive thru. We end up having to go in to find our food because everyone else in the drive thru behind us gets their food and leaves and we still sit and wait....

This place is terrible, they always mess up your oder, always missing or they just don't listen to what your saying. This place needs help, hire better quality of ppl. Food is not that good.

The last two weeks I've started going to wendys for the first times in 10+ years. I've gone 4 times and only the first time did they get my order right. 2 times in a row they put cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese. Once they correctly left the cheese out but also left the bacon off as well or they gave me a whole diff burger. As the Wendy's employee stated it's my fault for not confirming the screen. I definitely don't argue with people preparing my food but I wont be going back either 👋

I was in drive thru last night around 10pm and everything was fine but once I asked for ketchup this girl killed my mood. First I asked and she dogged me and didn’t not say one word and she took a long time to give it to me. Once she did she still had a dirty look without any words. Got the baconator, it weirdly didn't taste like bacon. We had also ordered a taco salad and didn't realize until we got home it was a Cobb salad .

I ordered breakfast at this location two days in a row and both days they got my order wrong. The first time I just ate it but the next day I asked them to correct it (which they did with no hassle) only to realize they charged me for the other sandwich which was $1 more. I just shook my head at this point and ate my sandwich. Two stars is because the food wasn't very good despite the headache.

Check your order if you're picking up. Multiple mistakes and unfortunately we didn't notice all of them until we were too far from the location. If we were there, Im sure the employees would have fixed it.

Burger was soggy, even the meat seemed entirely steamed. Fries were just too greasy. Sorry. I came in with coupon. They were having trouble figuring out how to enter it in the register, the entire time speaking a language other than English that I didn't understand. I usually enjoy Wendy's but may have to find another location.

MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THIS WENDYS LAST NIGHT THRU THE DRIVE THRU I ORDERED A 4.25 CHOC FROSTY PAID WITH A TWENTY THE ONLY BULL I HAD WITH ME AND WAS SHORTED TEN DOLLARS. I love Wendy's food, but just today literally the bathroom for customers was Terrible, smells so so bad, this was is a horrible experience, and give to the restaurant a bad image, this boys are nice but their responsibilities are no just the food, is the whole place, me and friends were traumatized 'couse the restroom conditions and as we food was ready, we didn't even enjoy our meals, Sorry but you boys need to take this point very seriously. For right now, l don't think in come back.

They didn't have one of the bathrooms open and said it was only for employees even though it wasn't labeled as such. Then with the bathroom that did work they neglected to refill the toilet paper even after countless times of asking. The food was okay but the service was a hastle.

Lady working at the drive through 09/04/24 at 2pm was super rude!!! My order totaled more than $50 (for perspective) only got 2 dressings. When I asked for more she refused even when I offered to pay for them!

8/13/2022 around 7:00 p.m. Cash register wasn't nice or had good customer service skills. She did not take the order correctly and try to charge me for a combo. She did not listen very well. Very poor customer service and quality of food. Not recommended to eat here. I hope Wendy's consider looking into the matter because there's a lot of older people and disabled people like me coming to this establishment.

If you come late at night your food will probably be cold as if it's just been sitting there. Whoever is running the place at night needs to do better edit: changed from 2 stars to 1 star. I absolutely hate the fact that this is the closest wendys to my house, I love wendys but this location is the worst. Everytime I go there is an issue. Sunday 10/16 3pm I placed a mobile order, On purpose so that there is no miscommunication. I ask for no cheese on my burger and of course they put the biggest piece of cheese on my burger. So I have to go inside and get a new burger but they took so long the entire order got cold. So they made it all over for me. Where is the accountability for this store. They constantly screw up orders. It's a mobile order all you have to do is read and make it. Absolutely terrible. Stop hiring trash.

I was in the drive thru earlier this morning around 1015. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, both with no cheese sauce and no meat...to my unwelcome surprise, I get my order home and see that both sandwiches came out with EXTRA cheese sauce and sausage patties. I tried calling back to the store to inform them that my order was wrong. The phone rang several times before someone finally picked up and he was very rude. I asked for a manager who pretended to be a manager while asking me to repeat myself over and over again, putting me on hold and then she actually hung up on me. Look, I know the food was inexpensive but thats not my point. Im in the hospitality industry as well, and I'd we get it wrong (sometimes it happens) we need to do our best to recover the customer/guest in that situation and thr very first thing we should be doing is apologizing with sincerity, LISTENING, and asking what we can do (within reason) to make things right! If you we aren't doing this, then we are not doing our jobs. This was an okay experience that turned very negative.
