Great service. The nitro machine thing wasn't working right so she offered a cold be brew extra shots. A little disappointed in the pumpkin flavor. Tastes a bit artificial. I'm sure it is, but just don't want it to taste that way. I also live that it's 24 hours.

I use to have this starbucks at a 5star, But the last few times I have come here the staff is so very very rude. I have dropped my daily trips down to occasional due to the staff, especially the evening managers. They have absolutely no idea about customer service or how to talk to customers. When your staff is rude, as a manager you should fix the problem NOT create more of one. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

*Updated* 2022-10-07 - I went to this store a few days ago, I needed to get some work done so I thought I'd get a drink and write a couple of emails then be on my way. I was surprised to see a big banner up front saying "Grand Re-Opening" but when I went inside I was disappointed with the new store layout. If I thought this was a "pass-thru" store before in my original review, now I wonder why they even have a storefront. The new store has about 1/4 of the space when you go in. They expanded the work area but greatly reduced the floor space for the customer. Before, they had 3 or 4 tall tables, now they don't have any. If you want a quick coffee or snack, it may still be fine. But if you want to sit down to enjoy your drink or food, don't go here, there is absolutely no seating. -- orgiinal review--- This is what I think of as a "pass-thru" Starbucks, but it's fine and does the job. It seems that the majority of the customers use the drive-through service. This makes sense since the store is near a busy intersection and next to the on-ramp to the freeway. The place is clean and neat every time I've been there. The staff is friendly enough. The only downside I've found with it is that they don't have power outlets, so if you bring your laptop or your phone charger and want to get some work done, you will not be able to keep your device charged. They have gone out of their way to cover the power outlets with blank plates. I suppose it is to discourage people from hanging out all day. Parking can get a little crazy because of the location, but generally there are a few spots open.

Definitely not the place to go if you are without a home. I left an abusive relationship 2 days ago 5 months pregnant and with the items I could carry in the middle of the night so yes I have a lot. I come to this establishment and am immediately met with judgment even though I came in and paid for my drink before even sitting down. I was respectful and showed that I had home training but still looks were exchanged. It took over an hour for me to get my drink because no one called my name loud enough for me to hear although I could hear other customers name and order loud and clear. I ordered a second time and I received it cold. My only thought is u guys must have no issue in your life and live on a cloud. Well newsflash, in a blink of an eye this could be you, with no choice but to fight or flight. I chose flight, I have a new bby coming into the world I have to consider. Thanks for making life a little worse. Well not really lol I allow people to judge because it just shows how ugly they are 🤢🫨

So again I got the wrong order at Starbucks. I wouldn’t normally give a review but this one really was just a little too frustrating. I called to talk to the manager and spoke to someone who was covering for the store as Jessica I guess is not in today. Which is the problem except the person filling in was beyond frustrating with the conversation. I was never offered any type of “I’ll make it right”. Instead was told why it was my fault for asking for my coffee to be prepared a certain way. That was when I really started to get irritated. I explained I’ve ordered this coffee all across the country without any issues and he simple said well sorry. He wasn’t rude he was quite kind in his tone but his lack of any type or problem resolution was not available. I will not be venturing back to that Starbucks any time soon. So if you have any thing remotely not 💯 on the menu I don’t believe this is the Starbucks for you. It definitely isn’t for me.

I went to the Starbucks around nineish at night and the barista who was working at the drive-through was very rude. I couldn’t get her name but she is Latina and was wearing glasses but since I ordered, she gave me attitude and her tone was just rude since the beginning and I ordered a drink and I told her that I wanted it cold and then when she gave me the order, the drink was hot and I asked her for the receipt and she gave me attitude and didn’t even say have a good night or anything when she handed me my drinks and also when she gave me the receipt and I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what the issue was but she was rude from the start and I told her I hope your day gets better and she said yeah you too like saying that I was the one with the attitude Like if you don’t like working there, maybe get another job but I am not at fault for you having a bad day and I don’t deserve your petty attitude and when I went back so she could fix my drink she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

I was at the emergency room down the street and wanted to grab a couple coffees. The hours online and at the store they close at midnight. Showed up at 11:35 PM and they told us they were closed. If you’re going to close early, maybe adjust your hours appropriately.

Wow thanks for my $6 cup of ice! My Venti cup was filled to the very top with ice and only had about five sips worth of coffee in it. Pretty disappointing

This happened 1/27/23 at around 7:20am. I ordered a grill cheese sandwich through the drive through, I asked nicely to please leave it in the oven alittle extra to make sure the cheese was well cooked, after arriving to the window and paying for my order i was asked to please move to the parking lot and someone was going to bring the order to my car, after waiting over 10min I had to go inside and asked for my order just to find out it had been on the counter for who knows how long, the sandwiche was already hard, cold and not even well cooked.

Came here evening of 12/6 . I ordered a scone and some coffee . I used my debit card but then a minute later the girl comes back and says we're out of scones but don't worry I canceled your transaction so did you want to order something else , which I did so I ordered something else and then she charged me again but my card has a safety feature that will decline if it suspects a double charge which I did not realize at the time So I paid cash, Well come to find out she did in fact charge my card $12.75 and took my cash for the same amount and now I can't get a refund according to management when I called and spoke to the a.m "Jen" who pretty much says "oh well", tells me if I want my money that I can do a charge back through my bank which could take over a month, I don't want to explain but it's incredibly inconvenient to do a charge back and while It's only a few bucks i feel it's the principal, they should train their employees better and maybe offer a better solution for the customers , Like ...oh I don't know practice ACTUAL customer service . It isn't smiling while telling me oh well tough luck .. customer service is treating people with some degree of dignity and actually finding a solution to a patrons issue which was caused by incompetency on the employees behalf . ya crazy concept to expect competency instead of just saying oh well do a charge back to your bank, but I guess that's what happens when you have a bunch of spaced out kids running a business.

HORRIBLE ORDER AHEAD EXPERIENCE... I ordered ahead on the app and it gave me an estimated time. When I got there 5 minutes after the time they only gave me my drinks. He said food would take a few minutes started working on other orders; was no acknowledged again until another 5 minutes. They gave me one food item. I had to wait to tell them about 2nd item. They gave me second item; had to ask for 3 item 20 minutes later! Very poor customer service, non-existent communication between staff and NO RESPECT FOR MY TIME. I understand being busy but then give a more realistic estimated time and work on accuracy of orders. I will not come to this location again. If you value your time don't come here.
